Its been a while since I did this but my experience was if money is mentioned up front then why go to dinner? Expect that 30-50% of the time the girl will no show. Of the rest some you won't like and some won't like you. Then either she will agree to head back with you, ask you for money to go back with you or make an excuse. I am not a 20 time traveler to Kiev, but I have been there once and had a "good time", but I recently started messaging many girls (Mamba) and they say the want "gifts". I doubt it. I've experimented in different ways on Mamba. My most recent was with photos of my younger cousin, an attractive twenty something. I'l just say Mamba is almost useless.
