I have another reason for not passing out numbers to everyone. I made that mistake 4 years ago. A monger I really didn't know was striking out. Yes and No. This is cheap charlie land but it's not a mongers paradise. There's a reason why certain cities are Monger capitals and why others are not. You go to cities with a lot of street action and all women see how they can make money through selling ass.

I like this city but this is the worst city I'm been in for so called "non pros" It's way way way cheaper here just to skip the delusions and get down to business. I had dinner last night at restaurant Urbano in the Bolivar Plaza mall. A good meal of Pork w potatos and beans. When the bill arrived I was all set to add a tip, but then I looked at the bill and realized they had added a 10 % charge tothe bill. So I just gave a small tip in addition. I guess that's the normal thing in Central and So. America.

The Soratama Hotel has a great free buffet every morning for patrons. Eggsn rice, ham cheese, Croissants, coffee, juice etc. Still going w that buffet. Its funny they used to charge $60 to 65 before Covid 19, now its only $40 a night now.

It's included in most restaurant bills, the 10% tip. If the restaurant uses a computerized POS system, there's a complete explanation along with a notice that the 10% is voluntary. It's part of a Colombian law.
