I was hassled by police on beach road about a year ago. It was late and I was not far up from the Hard rock. The police were doing a sweep, putting girls in the back of the van and extracting a 'fine' and then releasing them.

I had just met a woman and we were taking a walk and negotiating when the police stopped us and wanted me to come to the van. I refused and told them she was my GF and the girl played along. Luckily I remembered her name and the police released us. She turned out to be a handy in the sack too.

The moral is, foreigners need to be careful when dealing with FL W. G's especially in public places.

If the police were out to extract money from punters, they would have done so, and would not have let you refuse them so easily. Most likely they simply wanted to get some cash from the working girl (as with others), and you stood in the way. They tried to nudge you out, but then decided to move on, since it's not worth their time or potential hassle to deal with you.

In almost a decade in Thailand, I haven't heard of a customer having trouble with the police simply for soliciting a working girls (in any venue, including in public), except if something additional was wrong (girl being [CodeWord902], having drugs on her and so on).

I don't find the Russian girls at the window bar all that hot anyway. Especially compared to the sweet Thai girls with their great attitudes.

I find most of the FSU girls working the trade in Asia to be very unattractive. They seem to appeal to mostly Northern Asian Customers who have a thing for white meat, a exotic luxury item from where they are coming from. They better be on their guard on Walking Street Pattaya, however, because these "Russian" Go Go's are notorious rip off joints. If you must have a Caucasian girl in Asia; your time and money would be much better spent at Mixx Bar in BKK or Brix Bar in Singapore, and Malioboro & Alexis Brothels in Jakarta. At least these later places are not crooked rip off joints, although the quality of the "Russian" girls there is unfortunately not very high. Asia is for Asian girls.

I know beautiful Russian girls exist, HA HA, I see them all the time on porn internet sites, and I imagine Moscow clubs are loaded with them, but in all my Asian travels I have only come across two Russian girls (real Russian. Not FSU) that I thought made the grade. I met one around 10 years ago in the Amsterdam RLD district of all places and the other was a FL at Brix in Singapore. I took the Russian Amsterdam Window girl. She charged me 60 EU plus an extra 20 EU for topless and kissing. She was gorgeous. I passed on the Brix FL even though she appeared friendly and I went instead for a beautiful Mongolian girl. I have no regrets.

I have never been to Moscow. From what I gather, the golden age is long gone and the time to go was around the fall of the former Soviet Union when the girls had really good attitudes and prices were bargain basement. In my never ending quest for new Asian talent, I occasionally find myself tempted by Asian Kazakhstan girls. To that end, I read the Kazakhstan Forum from time to time. Sadly, the posts are rare and do not sound all that promising or worthwhile, but I still occasionally think about a short visit. Ha Ha.

I have had similar Russian arrogance in both a bar and restaurant settings in Pattaya with both Russian men and women. They make my blood boil also and I try to avoid them all the time because of what I might do. It is sad to see their degrading performances with the ladies.

A very useful piece of information Wolvenvacht. The police or LE action is never directed towards the visiting tourist for engaging a WG in Thailand.

I had once got into trouble with a Taxi guy when I was traveling with a Thai hooker to my hotel. He was trying to charge double fare thinking I would pay up in front of the girl. He threatened to call the police stating that he will report prostitution etc. I did not bow down and stood my ground in the situation. In fact I called tourist police myself and reported about the matter.

This taxi guy immediately had a change of stand and did not even collect fare and fled away from the hotel porch. The police did call back from reception and assured that I was OK and matter sorted out. No mention of the WG or anything from the hotel or police.

Sorry, but this is nonsense. Police are well known to shake down tourists when WG's are involved.

Every once in a while I bump into a girl I must have rooted some years ago and she has all sorts of stories about the past that I would never remember.

Just yesterday I was sitting in front of Tukcom with the fellas when I got a call on my Thai phone. Now I have only had this number since February. When I answered there was a chick on the line saying I see you. I looked up and around and there was a chick across the street waving and walking down the street with a couple of other girls. But it's still great to walk up and down walking street and visit some bars. It's one big freak show but a lot of fun.

I could not agree more with you Holmes. In about 20 minutes the girl knows who she is dealing with. I have never personally been asked silly questions about price. I also realized over the last few years that you are being watched and discussed all the time. When you are talking to a girl there might a couple of dozen eyeballs on you. Probably the girls might be running a forum like this where they discuss mongers, you know like who is a cheap charlie, who is one week millionaire, who lasts for how long, who likes back door action, who drinks how much etc. And these girls have good memories, no matter what they might tell you.

OK. Sorry for the dumb question but -does this and other bars in the LK Metro area have upstairs rooms like on Soi 6? I stay in the area but sometimes I want a quick session right on premises without dragging them back to my room.

In the Post Office bar, I went to a curtained-off back room with a couple of couches and mood lighting. When I was being given the price structure, there was mention of a 'room' where you could have a ST session. It costs a little bit more to use the room, than just the curtained-off spot. I think it was 200-300 more.

I'm in Pattaya now and took a venture down Walking Street today. There was a shitload of Asian tourists parading up and down the street. It was annoying as hell. I noticed one of the Korean women who was trying to take video of the Russian girls was getting told off by one of the hottest looking white girls I've seen in years. After seeing this scene I went over and introduced myself and had a good quick conversation with her. Of course, she invited me up with her, but I had to decline. Visited [CodeWord901]'s BJ bar and a massage place on the same road as [CodeWord901]'s. BBBJ in a private room with CIM was 600 baht at [CodeWord901]'s and 700 baht at a nearby massage place. Most of the girls are not good looking at all, but are very friendly and fairly good BJ skills. I inquired at the Pump Station and was told 800 baht, but one of the girls was being very rude so I moved on.

Most of these girls except the most financially desperate don't adjust their asking prices between high and low season. I think it's a matter of self respect. They figure they're worth that much and they're going to hold out for it. Still, there's probably more room to negotiate in low season if that's your style. (It's not mine.).

I'm into FL talent and ladt year paid 1000 LT and about 700 for beach road action.

I'm not into derelict skanks either but I don't chase " stunners" or "hotties". Give me a motivated MILF with no birth scars big tits a voluptuous ass and I'm in.
