Went on the prowl in Pattaya after about 15 years of not visiting the place (visited Thailand multiple times in between). Went around walking street, beach street, some sois linking second and third street and writing a few points with about 16000 steps logged and a few thai whisky stops and titties in between.

- Sorry guys. I am a bit disappointed. Beach street now looks like any other tourist place in the world with all the skyscrapers and tacky souvenir shops. Steetwalkers seem older and more worn down then I remember. And I remember literally asking one girl her ID to make sure she's of legal age back in the day.

- Walking street Pattaya vs. Nana Bangkok. Nana wins hands down for atmosphere. Sure, Walking street has a load of bars but most have girls obviously not having fun, fully clothed, with some honorable exceptions of dancing topless but in way too lit up rooms where groping in the corner would just be seen by to many prying eyes, and so on. For me, Spankys in current Nana is a benchmark of having fun and it's hard to accept less.

- What the hell happened with proliferation of beer gardens between second and third street, wow! So many options, but obviously post-covid everything is too large and there's mostly not enough girls or punters or in some cases both. And not judging here but most of the clientele has that 1000 mile stare, is rapidly approaching or has passed 60 and in general I don't know... vibe just feels offputting. There are places where the vibe just invites me to sit and have a drink, and places which don't. And I did not have a drink until reaching walking street again.

I would suggest you try a Gentlemen's club. There are plenty around Soi Chaiyapoon. You may not have noticed them, because they are closed, IE not open to the street.

There. Sorry for all the negativity, but genuinely curious as to what special places might measure up to stuff I'm used to in BKK.

Also, is there any action in or around Jomtien beach? Some places seemed to get busy in the evening (memorable bar name on the road to Pattaya, "Don't tell mama" but didn't sample as it was a rather short stay and places also seemed few and far inbetweeen and I tend to like things packed within walking distance.

I will not say better, but they are cheaper. I do not know what you mean by better. If by regular checkup you mean a doctor asking how are you doing today, then I guess so.

True true. But at least having a doctor take a look down there or making it easy for a girl to get treatment for a burning sensation makes them a least a little "better" LOL.

Just curious since I'm coming to Phuket for the first time soon, but why are freelancers better than the bar girls? In Angeles city, I always found bar girls seemed cleaner than freelancers and they got regular checkups.

One quick word for you to remember, Phuket is far more than just Patong and Bangla Road.

Patong itself has many different areas and prices, just like Pattaya does.

And then outside of Patong there are areas in Kamala, Kata, Chalong and Rawai.

The hottest P4P girls work at gogo bars. I find freelancers to be a bit more of a GFE experience which I like but some guys equate looks= better.

Because of high prices, I ask more thing such as BBFS, CIM, Rimming, deep throat etc. my success rate for all of these services is almost %90 Otherwise I don't accept to pay these high fees here in phuket. I never barfined from bars , always look for freelancers.

There is still mandatory ATK test in Pattaya before entering Gogos ?

No. Only one gogo ever tried it. Obviously the most hands on one!

Definately not. Getting 1000 without a problem. If you're quoted something silly, you can usually get it down to 1 K. Why pay more if it just takes asking?

I have had girls from 1 K to 2000 in Pattaya. The beach freelancer often quotes 1500 which comes down to 1000 in 10 seconds, but I prefer girls from TF and gogo bars where they initially quote 2000 and come down to 1500. Hence I said 1500 (depends on girls and from where one picks them up).

I'm not based in Pattaya, but just recently went to Fahrenheit and one girl said 1500. Worth it? I don't know. Personally, I think BKK has more quality girls. But for Pattaya, when compared to other areas, I think the quality of girls is still better at Walking Street.

I'm here now. 1000 may be an opening offer on Beach Road, but 500 is often attainable. I had some offer me 500 straight up, one cute 500 lady even offered to make it a long shorttime. Do you look very eager?

I have been going to Pattaya every year since 2003, and some years I made 2 trips per year. My recollection of the recent quotes was around 1,000 bahts for ST with freelancers from Beach Road. The Gogo bars workers were always more for ST, unless that has changed recently. I was last in Pattaya on January 2020.

The barfines were always separate charges, and each bar charges independently from other bars. Also, as I recall there was never a barfine charge for FLs.

I think the girl quoted 1500 for herself I. E short time. 1500 for ST is sort of standard in pattaya now. You need to pay the bar management separately for taking away their staff, that is called bar fine. In BKK, it's around 600 (Nana plaza).
