IMHO I like Dumaguete, Bohol (island), Moalboal and Bantayan (diving is OK at some). From Cebu maybe try Camotes.

Try Oslob for the whale sharks but get there v early (630 am) to avoid the Korean and Jap rush later.

Each person has a different list as I also like going to San Carlos / Toledo as have contacts there and is very different from Cebu the city.

I second that, buddy. Cebu is one of the finest places on Earth for friendly, loving women and geographical beauty (once you get out of Cebu City). It's a goldmine. If you don't have a good time in Cebu there is something wrong with you.

A little over a year ago they had started to really enforce the ID requirement during the day. Around 3 pm I had 2 19 yo hotties come visit me, one had an ID and the other one did not. After a long strenuous debate with the guards I ask to speak with the manager on duty. He came out from behind the counter and listened to the guard explain the problem of no ID no entrance. I then asked him what were there any other options (I really wanted to fuxk the girl bad). Lo and behold he quickly suggests that I could sign a waiver! Then goes back behind the counter and brings me a form waiver. Basically the waiver holds the hotel harmless for the non ID guest.

He writes in the guest name, I sign it and we are on our merry way to the elevators!

I don't know if they still have the waivers or not anymore.

I was in Cebu in November 2019. Stayed at the quest. Never had ID checked on any of the 3 I had to my room. I was surprised because one looked so young I had to check her ID when we first meet. Pulled all 3 from PL. Had corner room. Nice view good WiFi. But rooms there a bit small.

My visit was 1 1/2 years ago. To bring in a ST from Ayala during daytime was no problem.

If that change is now the case. Then forget Mandarin hotel for our hobby. What a crap!

RedPlanet near Ayala also has smaller rooms. But direct acess through the elevator, not passing the lobby.

Mandarin is a nice hotel. All rooms have big king beds. Bathrooms with tub and toiletries. Free breakfast for two. If you do not check in with a girl they give only one BF coupon. This can be rectified anytime by showing them I. D. card of your companion. So all girls get free breakfast if they stay the night. Does not matter if different girls each night.

Last time in October they started checking I. D of all visitors. All need to have police I. D. School I. D or any other I. D is not acceptable. Girls tell me police I. D takes only couple of days and costs approximately 200 pesos. Having said that one girl just came to my room without being checked. I guess it depends on the security guard on duty. Two of my girls were refused entry.

Mandarin maybe owned by Korean or Chinese. Lots of nice eye candy Korean visitors. Mandarin is next to quest and walking distance to Ayala. Very good rates on Agoda.

There are a few streetwalkers available in that area, from early evening onwards, but I thought they were a bit on the rough side so did not try them. I normally meet girls online, via pinalove or DIA and sometimes bring them back to my room. If they don't have ID then I will bring them to Travellers Resthouse.

I doubt girls are discriminating Indians as a whole. Generally money talks. When you are trying to get a non sex worker you need to be nice and although money changes hands cannot treat the girl bad. I would go out on a limb and say Indians have a poor track record of treating girls as equals and more so if they think the girl is selling sex. No flaming please. Not directed at all Indians.

Money talks and offering 1500 PPH is to some way too little as the jungle drum aka chismis will tell the girl a different story regardless of if it is true. As I said why spend all that cash to fly there and skimp on paying a girl 1-2 k more? Never makes sense to me.

What I said is my experience. If you like the dump of Pune and have personal experience there, go there, or to the dumpier places of the world. If Cebu is what you call luxury, go settle there.

I love Cebu in many ways. I usually stay at Mandarin or waterfront Cebu city. Both hotels are good including breakfast. Waterfront is little more expensive but can get good deals sometimes. They usually upgrade me to a suite. Both are girlfriendly. Mandarin has become little more strict lately.
