I was even thinking of going to one in Deitzenbach for few hours (mainly based on the recent reviews but will decide when there). Also any recommendation on any independent escorts who can give good GFE?

Here is my answers to your questions, but it is opinions, not facts:

1. This is (and always will be) very subjective and the preference for one region over another will vary from person to person. There are, however, again in my opinion, two major areas and two-three less major areas, then lots of individual clubs scattered here and there. The two major areas are: A) NRW (Koln / Dusseldorf to Essen / Bochum stretching up to the NL border area near Moenchengladbach); and B) Hesse (I. E. Frankfurt area) which includes major clubs in / and outside Frankfurt (Mainhatten and Palace / Oase), one big "star club" (Sharks) on northern side of Darmstadt and another (used to be "star club") at Pohlheim just outside of Giessen. There are those that swear by clubs in the NRW area, whilst others (like myself) prefer and focus mainly on the large Hessen clubs. In terms of line-up (I guess you mean optics more than service?) I personally find it profitable to hit the so-called big "star clubs" Sharks and Oase, because on many days you can find well over 50-/60 girls to choose from at each club (sometimes numbers in girl line-up flirt with 100 girls / day!) So you have a huge selection to choose from. There are also three doable clubs in / around Hamburg. Berlin has a single huge club, Artemis, but that gets mixed reviews. For most of us, the more south from Hesse you go, the more difficult it is to find good clubs, although some find good results in / near Stuttgart. But again, which region / club (s) with best line-up is entirely subjective, imo..

Many clubs frown upon girls meeting customers outside of the club, because of the simple reason that clubs want to cash the 65 Euro entrance fees.

Whenever I've been given a phone number by a WG, this was mostly done in a sort of hush-hush manner, because girls can get blacklisted by the clubs. As Optimist said technically it's not within the jurisdiction of clubs to dictate what a girl does in her free time, but in practice it comes down to it that most clubs don't like it.

GT would probably be the only exception, but as a result the LU there is extremely unreliable as lots of high quality girls either meet customers outside the club or these girls make arrangements to meet a customer inside the club at specific times and thus are no longer are a part of the visible LU. Contrary to a few years ago, you have to be lucky to meet some real gems as far as optics at GT these days.

Years ago Oase had a "bar fine" of 130 EUR or so if you wanted to officially take a girl out to your place or hotel. Don't know if it still exists. Otherwise taking a girl out is something the club shouldn't find out about and not to many girls will do with a stranger.

It is possible but is not so easy to arrange. Some clubs do not like it, although technically it is not within their rights to object. Girls in FKK tend only to meet outside with trusted existing clients so it might take a bit of effort to arrange. As BB69 says, it will be hard unless you are lucky.

Outcall is possible but probably you need to have a good connection with the girl or she will refuse, the management will never support your demand and it compulsory to keep it confidential between you and the girl. Better to use a escort agency or kaufmich.

Mondial & Penelope are the best clubs to visit.

Mondial is dirty and need a lot of renovation, can t be compare to Samya or Shark or Oase which are top class clubs. But LU is decent at Mondial with good service at cheap price, probably the youngest LU in Germany it seem to be a club for beginners coming from Roumania.
