This is directed at the seasoned mongers. Does it really matter what country you visit? I have been to most and I truly could not tell the difference in price or quality from one country to the next. Be honest and give your opinion and cite as much evidence to support your opinion as you can.

There is a big difference between straight P4 P and semi-pro or amateur options.

In some-pro countries P4 P is easy to get and inexpensive, in others it is costly and dangerously illegal. So if you are in Texas, it might be worth your while to go to Mexico for hassle-free mongering.
