    (1) The real estate market (buying and renting) may or may not be a tourist trap, especially pre-construction, if you're expecting the prices to be under $1,000 for a 1-bedroom rental or under $120,000 for a 1-bedroom condo purchase. (My USA friend sells real estate here to North Americans and Europeans and the quotes I hear are ridiculous. He agrees, but people are buying it so that's the proof-in-the-pudding.)
    (2) Using US Dollars negates the benefit of an exchange rate and the disparity that creates.
    (3) Safe yes.
    (4) No Pollution, except the Bay of Panama.
    (5) Tap water is clean and everyone has hot water and a bidet in their bathrooms.
    (6) Friendly people yes.
    (7) Yes, there is an over-abundance of white skinned latinas from Colombia!
If you want to bang Colombians, but are scared of Colombia or don't want to pay the airline premium then Panama is your destination. Venezuela has nothing, but Colombian putas too.
    (8) An over-abundance of casinos for you gamblers. Entertainment does revolve around casinos. Night life is rather serious until 5 a.m. Day entertainment is non-existent.

Panama touts having, "all the luxuries of Miami in a Latin America setting."

    Mothers' Day

*** Advisory: Mothers Day is a serious affair, national holiday, in Cd. Panama. Nothing is open and all the streets are empty. These people love their mama. And of course, Fathers Day is the exact opposite. ***

Happy "Mothers Day" to all of you mother f*ckers! Yeah, that's right. Most of you ISG readers are mother f*ckers 'cause these pros have kids and there you go f*cking them. Hence, you're a mother f*cker.

I started the day reading some business magazines and drinking beer. This place really knows how to market finance and real estate. I must further admit that I'm starting to like Cd. Panama for at least nothing more than being the Copa Air hub and a conference center.

My friend was passing through Cd. Panama from South America so we met up. Since he too is a habitual monger I informed him about ISG, so we'll see if he posts his experiences in all the Central American, West Indies, and northern South America boards. Nonetheless, we drank a few Old Milwaukee beers, talked shit, and motivated. (I'm from the Midwest and prefer Miller products to Clydesdale products. I like the Cubs too! )

So we went to my girlfriend's mother's house since her mother caught me off guard last week asking me what I was doing for mother's day. (The girl actually isn't my girlfriend 'cause I don't use titles, but use that term for simplicity sake.) Again, taking the bus around Cd. Panama when possible, we went and delivered thanks and gratitude for those 9 months of pain derived from 2-minutes of pleasure. Or in "Meat Loaf's" sake, 60-minutes of a physical challenge!

Accompanied by my brethren, we decided to explore Rio Abajo. US State Dept. Says don't go there, so we went there. Nothing special or challenging, except certain streets which I forgot the names of. Hitting every single bar along the strip and venturing a little into the neighborhoods produced mundane results. Finally we ended-up at "Gruta Azul" for my second-visit. I don't like that places atmosphere being all dark and with Wh*res sitting around and not soliciting. The music isn't that energetic either. Having "Gringo-dar" I spotted a fellow-countryman from the Midwest who proved to be a habitual monger as well. Bored and unimpressed we left after a few beers and the Midwestern gave me reviews about santa's little helper. "Gruta Azul" is $32 for 30-minutes.

Wanting florescent lighting we headed to Veneto Hotel which was hooker central for the Mayweather-White Guy fight! (Sorry, I don't know that British guys name, but when was the last time you saw a white guy boxing? Exactly. He's no Paul Spadafora, "the P. K. Kid: " We miss you Paul and you're still undefeated! ) Regressing to the topic of booty and many ISG readers questions concerning the Veneto. Colombian Wh*res Galore! Or at least for big sporting events 'cause they can't police the crowd as normal due to the quantity. As I saw 45-year old Gringos buying Colombia putas like they're at the five-and-dime store I wondering to myself and friend, "is this our future in 10 years? Buying international prostitutes who charge more for 1-hour than the USA population earns per day? " How depressing. Even worse, will I be one of those Gringos spending my pension and social security check, which won't be available for me in 40-years, on over-priced putas? Hell no, I will not! By that time I'll have putas-on-payroll.

Nonetheless, the Veneto was crunk (jumping and exciting! ) Walking back to Marbella we stopped at the casino alongside the Marriott. Nothing was happening for us so we went to Habanos which was closed. (Tony Vega, el salsero, will have a free concert on the 14th at said casino so it again will be crunk.)

Walking to Rock Cafe, we ate some tacos, and spit-some-game (scammed or talked to the ladies.) This disco is $11 for all-you-can-drink; everyone knows of it; and its days of importance are Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Nothing special happening so we looped around the corner to Calle Uruguay and it was the same.

Tired from drinking since 8 a. M. We returned to Marbella at 3 a. M. Holding our peters, which didn't pick a paluchi (p*ssy.)

For me, Cd. Panama is two-extremes: One-side is the real population of $400 per month citizens, while the other are foreign rich people earning international professional incomes. Frequently, as evidenced by these Colombian hookers, (crabs enter the professional social community.) Cognizant of those who play without earning, I can't justify spending 1st-world earnings in 3rd world environments. Hence, my experience is jaded. On the other hand when I'm in Chanis, Los Pueblos, Rio Abajo, San Francisco, Armador, Allbrook, Clayton, and San Miguelito, I enjoy Cd. Panama: When I'm in Marbella, Paitilla, El Congrejo, and those other high-priced neighborhoods, I don't feel the city's energy. I guess it's about finding your nitch. Or should I write "your *****. "

Gotta' go 'cause the the pits are about to open.

EDITOR'S NOTE: I certainly hope that the author or somebody else will post a link to this report in the Reports of Distinction thread. Please Click Here for more information.

Cd. Panama Putas / La Navidad del Mundo

It seems everyone in Cd. Panama are rather happy having 90% of all the putas being from Colombia.

There is no shortage of available ass (Panamena) in Cd. Panama!

The parade (La Navidad del Mundo) was ridiculous. Ass all over the place. Living in Marbella gave me prime access and a bathroom to use from all the beers I drank. It was sick at all the women and their kids viewing the "summertime" parade. This "mothers' day" weekend celebration is well worth a vacation trip for you foreigners. I guess that's why the hotels were sold-out.

I for sure will return to Cd. Panama for this weekend in the near future.

By the way, I stayed in Las Vegas hotel, paid $58 the first 2 days then $75 for the last 2 days. Its not bad it gets noisy in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, its not the best place to stay at.

Where is Las Vegas? is it near to the Venetto hotel ? is it grild freindly? I understand there are hookers on the street at Venetto hotel, I wonder how much is the price for LT, ST?

    Cheers,

The girls you tell off gauntman. Are in in ALL latin countries at present. But I must say indeed the venezuelans are an extreme example of it:.(thats why I won't go there. WEll that and el loco Chavez.

OOO man:.(I don't know were thats coming from. But I guess it's becoz latin men only foloow their dick. And pay even 1000 USD for such a pussy. (idiots) Also I guess abuela spoils them kids. Especialy the girls.

I agree this belongs in the VN section too.

Most middle and upper class venezuelans are bailing out now. Why you think that is? Becoz of asshole Chavez is robbing the country and putting his stupid morron asslicking clansmen in charge! Without the middle class NO country can survive. (see Cuba. ! )

I agree venezuelan women look tasty and gorgeous. However (and this is said before on the VN section) they DO seem to have a certain "attitiude"whioch I personaly don't like. BUT if you (once ina while) try and read some political and social comments on the country you will see that more and more foreign investors are moving out. Thats a red flag dude!

With the middle-and upper class and forreign investors gone. Whats left? ;.)

Venezuela has never really excited me much. No, I've never been there either. I almost always forget that it even exists. I did have a friend that lived in Caracas and said it was fun, but he was working for the USA government, so I have to discount his infiltration of the city.

You've been talking about Venezuela for 6 months. Jump on a plane a go. My friend bought a ticket for $1, 300 one-way in October. Yeah, he got robbed.

Hell, Venezuela can't be worse than Cd. Panama.

IMHO Panama City is one of the LESS dangerous places in Latin America! Laid back, tranqilo. Sure there are some barrios you cant visit afetr dark, but the same goes for any mayor city in Europe or the US!

Try Rio, Sao Paulo, Caracas, or Buenas Aires. Now that's dangerous.
