Great insight from Massimo as always, I didn't know that swiss clubs can legally influence service, I thought swiss law was the same as in Germany and Austria. How does this work exactly? Can't claim to be an expert on Swiss law or anything but it is very common practice to tell the girls exactly what they have to do with little or no room to object.
