Parque Lleras is not really about it being a park. It is a very small park with a large area of bars, restaurants, hotels around the area. The parks in Laureles are actually parks, and have no specific nightlife associated with them. So they are in no way similar. But there are a number of restaurants in Laureles in the area of 70th and towards the two parks you would see on maps.

Was thinking about that Poblado area mainly due to Parque Lleras, but after reading more about that place, I'm not really interested in paying the prices the women charge there, so now I am fine with staying in Laureles area instead. No matter where I travel, I don't carry my main phone with me in the streets. That stays in my safe. On the streets in a foreign country, I carry a phone that I wouldn't give a shit about losing like the unlocked Samsung S6 that I purchased off of ebay for 45 bucks last year. Works perfectly.
