Considering all the tourist options that Spain has on offer in summer, I imagine that there's some off season rush in the summer months, right? Or am I mistaken? Is any brothel closed, or are there fewer girls?

The point that I have made in the past about La Jonquera is that, with 3 big brothels and lots of street walkers, there's a very good chance that you'll find something that you will fancy. Yes, Paradise is a meat factory with lots of garlic munchers, but I had one of my best punts there of all time with an outstanding Brazilian, and I've also had great experiences at Dallas (the best of the 3 IMHO) and Madams (difficult layout). I know there are trains part of the way, as Girona with its ancient walls and Jewish Quarter, and the Dali Museum in the area north of that is a very popular day train trip, but apparently the mass transit goes away once you reach the Dali Museum, since the maps say no mass transit routes are available from Barcelona to La Jonquera. But it looks to be a pleasant drive with some tourism along the way if that interests you.

I do believe that Barcelona and Madrid have the advantages of providing a greater variety of different types of women than either German FKKs or La Jonquera, as well as providing greater touristic opportunities between orgasms.
