Another thing is that they are doing business in Europe but they don't seem to be compliant with European regulation GDPR .

The companions get to leave a rating (1-5 star) on the clients, but no comment or anything else is show, so the turd emoticon wouldn't be possible.

Companions can only rate you after a booking is complete. If a booking is cancelled before you meet then it's not possible to leave a rating.

The client rating is only shown after 3 ratings are left and then shown as an average (it's not possible to see individual ratings). So if you have a 1 star rating this means you have had at least 3 bookings and each one of them was a 1 star.

I would say an average rating under 2 might make it difficult to get bookings, but the vast majority of clients have a rating between 4 and 5, and there is probably reason for a companion to be cautious if a client has a rating showing under 2 after 3 bookings.

If you feel something is wrong or you have an unfair rating, please email us and we'll do our best to resolve it fairly. It may be a case of a companion telling you fibs.

With the benefit of hindsight, I would agree it was likely that the companion was over the top. Good way to get rid of unwarranted competition, LOL.

To sum it up, I was surprised to see 'grudge ratings' from one Smocci WG not acting very professionally. I suppose this is not that frequent but forewarned is forearmed.

In what way makes you think that here in ISG is a thread to review girls on Smooci? This is their personal Thread which is Smooci's.

A premium client can't book an offline model, but they can send them a chat message and potentially contact exchange details (we don't stop clients / companions from exchanging contact details), and they can set a notification and get alerted as soon as an escort becomes available. It's certainly and advantage but I would probably regard the top bracket girls as anyone with a 4. 7 and above after 10 bookings. Searching now for Bangkok I see 10+ of those online and available to book.

I'm pretty sure that 60 or 70 % of the agencies that appears in Smooci Bangkok are managed by the same couple of persons so you might also check with girls from different agencies. I'm not confirming what you're saying as I don't have the premium membership.

I've just joined Smooci so I could read the reviews. I have several observations that bother me:

1. Most girls for agencies have 20+ reviews. Most private girls have none.

2. In most cases where girls have 20+ reviews, 90-95% of them are perfect 5 star ratings with variations of the same absolutely amazing, not-to-be-missed, perfect reviews. Some even have the same sentences just swapped around. The other 5-10% of reviews are often only rating the girl at 1 or 2 stars. Some of these comments are very helpful in explaining the girl's attitude or lateness, or appearance.

3. Checking different girls from the same agency reveals what appear to be cut-and-paste reviews. On a number of occasions I found the same reviews word-for-word but on different girls. Make of that what you will.

4. Reviews are anonymous. You don't get any identifying information on the reviewer at all. On ISG you can at least see other comments by a particular user and form your own opinion.

I think the review section is not very helpful at all. It needs work. It should be more like ebay. Perhaps separate ratings for punctuality, appearance, performance and price. The 4 P's. More needs to be done to ensure agencies aren't reviewing their own girls.

If you could send us examples of what you think are copy and paste reveiws we can certainly look into it. We don't have anything which detects or flags similarly worded reviews, but we have quite a tight algorythm which uses the app GPS and client booking history to determine whether a booking is genuine and happened, and while it's not a perfect system, I'd back it that at least 90+% of reveiws are correctly verified as being real.

While it could be possible for an escort to fake the occassional review, it's not very practical and if caught we would ban them. We are confident this is very rarely happening and certainly not happening on the scale of a whole agency. That also can't stop them from having bad reviews and we very very rarely delete reviews, only in cases where the client requested to retract a review or where the review was abusive or gave out personal details.

It's 3 am in Bangkok so not the best time to search, but I just did a quick search and there are 15 independents online, and most of them have at least 10 reviews, 6 of them have more than 30, and none of them have 0 reviews.

If you regarding independents as an agency it would actually rank as number 2 in Bangkok. The average rating for an independent in Bangkok is just under 4. 7, with only 1 agency having an average rating above this, most having an average of 4. 5 and with 4 agencies having an average of 4. 4 or lower.

That points you are making are not correct.

But I do agree that the review system needs to be improved and we are always looking to tweak things and build on the feedback we get. I would say the reviews are already relevant and very useful to a regular user, especially in Bangkok and Manila (and perhaps Hong Kong) where we have a lot of ratings and reviews, but we will aim to make the reviews more dynamic, ideally giving a better overview of a companions plus and negative points (ala Booking.com) and improve the photo voting and photo verification system.

Would I be correct in assuming that some escorts in high demand are mostly contacted and then booked through the offline feature available only to paid up subscribers.
