A tuk tuk driver will also try to get you to go to those small KTVs with the beer gardens, which are a terrible racket with lots of hidden charges and virtually no girls who have passable English. If you do get them to take you to one of the little brothels (say something like "need boom now") there are going to 3-6 girls, maybe 1-2 lookers, and they'll ask $50 for an on-site ST. You can haggle, but that makes you look like a giant asshole because the mamasan will make you haggle right in front of the whole lineup. They also might let you take a girl off-site for $10-20 more, paid up front. (This is based on personal experience in Siem Reap, March 2022.)

All told, the hobby scene in SR is fairly sad. There are some hostess bars along the road away from Pub Street going west, but these are small and not well staffed currently. Go to SR for the temples and ruins -- they are amazing -- but if you want fun times, Phnom Penh is vastly superior.

I've read about the cheap brothels and "chicken farm" types of venues in Siem Reap. Never been there, as not to my taste. I found Tinder and Line to be very active. Some would move the conversation from Tinder over to WhatsApp. 3 girls in 3 days, all between 8-10 score. Light half hearted massage, BBBJ followed by multiple positions with condom. All three hung around to chat a little. Asking price was between $80-$120, ended up at $60 twice, $80 once. Plus my Visa is cheaper, and for a pittance, I have a luxury condo that is so nice I let my elderly mom stay there. So let me give you my preliminary advice. If you are coming here for fast and easy mongering like you think you might get in Pattaya or the bar scene in Phnom Penh, or in Bangkok, you might as well bring your wanking music with you. If you are a tourist, you will get some over-priced and unenthusiastic flop at a karaoke, or pick up some hag at one of the expat bars. You might be a younger guy dad gets lucky with some Taurus girl at one of the various venues, and if that's your scene, more power to you. But then again, you might go down to pub Street and get yourself a freelancer in one of the bars, but you better make sure that you check her ID first of all and second of all, before you even lay your money down for your room, verified in writing that they allowed guests.

Well I tried to do a whole report, but this whole pre moderation thing makes me nuts because it doesn't allow me to get my thoughts out of an organized fashion and go back and revise things. Like if I only make half a post. Anyway, the CN here is either the ktvs, which is going to cost you and your hundred bucks, part of which is going to the tuk tuk driver and the girls aren't that nice and they don't even give blowjobs. So only tourists go to k TVs or Asian dudes. There are a few streets with a whole bunch of seedy massage parlors, and there are some good looking girls there, that's a rolling and flop for about 20 bucks.

So if your interested in coming from Bangkok after, indulging in your mongering holiday, and you want to go see the temples here which are pretty damn cool, then you may want to bring your sandwich with you. This is not a mongers paradise if that's all you are interested. If you're interested in a long-term stay in Asia without a lot of Visa hassles and clean air then this is where you want to be.
