For Cartagena 2020, it is no blow and no ho. Though there was one guy trying to sell me something. It is nowhere close to what is being described in Medellin or Bogota. I would only go if you had someone lined up like I did. There literally were no working girls around the clock tower that I saw.
I have a couple of solid contacts. But rumor is the Apts are being more strict than usual about visitors. Is there a curfew? Bars open?

Best advice is to wait till November.
But if the beach is open in Bocagrande they will be walking in the late evening. But Hollywood is closed for now

That is interesting. I did a search and noticed some hotels available for booking; however, a lot of hotels did not offer availability.
Maybe someone with boots on the ground can help us out.

I just verified with Avianca no covid test needed to fly within Colombia except. If your flying to San Andres and one other small airport in the Amazonia. In that case you need a test 48 hrs before takeoff and the 48 hrs start clicking from the moment you get the test. A pain in the ass but if you want to fly to those places you got to do it.
I thought you meant international.

The company that I rented an apartment realized I was a mature man and put me in an apartment away from the building where they had the most apartments and I walked by that building and the noise was insane at 2 AM, when I went to turn in my keys there were several groups of people milling about their office area that made it obvious that several of these bachelor and bachelorette groups were staying there.
That being said it does not answer the question about having visitors. For that you actually need to know two things. First does the owner allow visitors and second, does the building allow visitors. The building is just as of not more important than the owner of the apartment because the visitors have get through the security. For answers you need to message the owners. Most of these apps / sites like Airbnb and Vrbo have a messaging system built in so you can message the owner / manager of the apartment you are looking at.
Perfect advice, follow this advice and best of luck.

Try to look for ads with "quick results" or call some numbers and ask if they know where you can get it within 24 hours due to travel. I know there are places like this in NYC and Chicago. My understanding is you'll need a proof of travel.

Unpleasant indeed, but better than a needle in the arm. Not a big deal really.

Can anyone tell me if she returns to Colombia without that test will they turn her away and refuse entry?
Also now I read that to leave Colombia you need a PCR 48 hours prior to leaving Colombia. Seems like Colombia is in constant flux on these regulations, it's like they have an uncanny ability to complicate the simple.

Message the owner / manager of the apartment

Does that mean no guest / visitors allowed even though you have a limit of 8 people but only 3 are staying there at the moment?

LOL I think a lot of men have put themselves through a lot worse for pussy. I know I have. Repeatedly.
