I rented 4 nights in the Majestic, I started calling the Viet girl spotted in Panorama. Its very simple. Its inside the old Intercontinental Hotel Deira (Raddisson now). Get in to cab and tell the driver to take you to intercom Deira, that is all.

In other news, I took a trip down to business bay where a new MP has opened, Happy Valley, it's at the back of one of the office blocks and was a bit tricky to find but it basically looks onto the lake (bay?). Inside it's really nicely done out, and I was pretty sure being led to my treatment room that it would all be above board. Receptionist was Phil, quite cute. I have been around the usual places (Regal, Capitol) for the last couple of nights just to see what the market had to offer.

Definitely on these days it will be better to stick to the "friends" rather than going to pay a fortune because of the visiting neighbors as the prices will definitely follow the law of supply and demand.

More about Imperial.

It was not my personal experience. I reported the experience of a colleague.

Imperial was going downhill in quality for a few years.

Menu used to be PRCs and Africans plus a few CIS and Indians and Pakistanis.

Most people stopped going because of poor quality and poor service.

Most people were not happy with the half hearted service provided by inhibited Indian and Pakistani girls.

Recently there is significant increase in the number of Pakistani and Indian girls and more importantly they have started visiting the bars.

Traditionally they use to be in Indian Style expensive (rip off) dance parties.

So any volunteers can try and report back

Montreal is awesome. A friend recommends Imperial as well the only issues he had is no BBBJ and DFK. But with GS report that now they are opening up should be interesting.

I received an SMS a couple of days ago from the Chinese AMP (Bldg behind NBQ on Bank Street in Bur Dubai) that seven new girls have arrived. My Value for money remains RATSKY. There are some gems that you discover occasionally except for the fact that after some time filipinas tend to start acting as they though own you.

I guess I will need some counselling from WR to escape such emotional link ups. The other place that I normally visit for CIS is Regal but I do not like the attitude where they ask 1000 and then agree at 800 and after the first act invent a excuse to leave.

I know this might vary from person to person depending on his negotiation skill.

What I find about Regal is that the population there has remained almost static as I feel that I am seeing the same faces every time I land up there.

Another place for people with moola.

Change in job has drastically reduced my trips to Dubai. A colleague of mine, ex CIS lover, returned from Dubai and now madly in love with Imperial and its Pakistani and Indian offerings. He tried two on two consecutive nights. Both nights were full nights but he send them back after 3-4 hours. First night, a Pakistani from Karachi for AED 600 and second a Pakistani from Lahore for AED 800. Both reasonably good quality. Important thing is change in attitude. Now they are much more cooperative and almost anything is on offer. One of them offered BBBJ. It may be fresh more liberated stock coming to Dubai or may be consequence of more competition.

So those interested may give it a try and please don't forget to report.

Just a final thought, as Dubai residents we may get annoyed with the HPIM, HPWM, SDAD, but we should keep in mind that:

-pulling a girls like the ones in Kubu in Delhi would cost (according to Sylvan) 2, 500-3, 000 dirhams. And that is after spending a lot of time, money and effort in building some good relationships,

So yes, we can be priced out of certain venues, but the people there are also acting quite rationally. They are not idiots as some people may think, they just happen to have a different tradeoff and the girls are not stupid. Furthermore some people prefer places a little bit classier, Kubu does not look like the meat market it is, girls are well behaved and you do nto have the rowdiness of places like York or Seaview.

I still think that Kubu is not good value for money (for me) , and I will not visit very often. For those of us here with some time for shopping I would advise to give Panorama some attention, it has improved, and while I still need to check Regal I have to say that today is probably the best place for those on a limited budget
