I checked out of commundo Darmstadt at 10:30 AM.

Also, taunus tagungs gave me a room at around 9:30 AM. My flight landed early and I showed up at the hotel and requested if they can accommodate me, and thankfully they did.

For the latter, if they have rooms available and cleaned up, most hotels are generally helpful. However, in big cities this may not work. In London, they refused to help me, and even to keep my bag in their cloak room, they charged like 20 quid while I went to get lunch.

Problem is, Commundo Darmstadt wants you out by 10 am (and doesn't lets you in before 2 pm).

For Oase I recommend Arkadia. Arkadia is in fact my best "FKK Hotel" and a reason to prefer Oase over, say, FKK World.

A good (or a lousy) hotel can make a lot of difference when FKKing. Sleep is when testosterone gets replenished. One sleepless night and there goes the erection (speaking for myself). Some good FKKs (eg Acapulco, World) come with a hotel problem.

Well, Mr Ho, seldom right and wrong again! The bill has still NOT turned into law! (From where do you get those silly ideas you're posting?) Only the former "Referentenentwurf" has now grown up and become an actual draft law, which will now have to be read and discussed in the Bundestag in 1st, 2nd and 3rd reading, then it will have to get passed by the Bundestag, then the Bundesrat will have to discuss it and agree with it and pass it too, then the governementBitches will have to wait for 21 days if the Allies (as in allied occupational forces) don't object, then the GAUCKler has to sign it and then it has to be published in the Bundesgesetzblatt (in Bonn) in order to become a "law". That's how things work in this company named BRD (=FRG) if a "law" gets passed.

And if it gets passed the way it's layed out in this current draft law, it will be invalid for numerous reasons. (Which I will not lay out here; no use giving Charlie a chance to correct his mistakes. Provided that they would be allowed to do it.).

And just to give Mr Ho more sleepless nights: Yes, BBBJ is considered part of Prostitution, as long as you pay for it! So the "law" (if it would be valid) would apply.

If you don't mind a slight digression from BBBJ ban laws and such, I wanted to put in a small plug for the tagungs hotels. ... I stayed at the tagungs hotels in both Darmstadt and friedrichsdorf, and was pretty pleased. Especially booking from an ota like Expedia or Priceline, you get good deals. They are clean, cheap, and have a very good breakfast spread, if you wake up early enough. Costs 12-14 euro to reach the clubs by taxi. Cheaper than local alternatives, but better value due to a great breakfast. Downside is that commundo in Darmstadt has no wifi in room. On a recent visit, due to some points, I got the commundo room for $17 a day, yes that's no typo.

The official commentary to the draft law makes it very clear that by "sex" ("Geschlechtsverkehr") is meant oral, vaginal and anal sex.

Correct, that's 100% clear. It does say that "when having sex a condom has to be applied to the body of the male prostitute or client". It doesn't mention that it has to be applied to his dick.
