No, this is a get away from your wife trip so I will not be bringing my own. I have traveled extensivley around the country, but have never been to Palawan. Since, in addition to exploring, I enjoy my mongering I plan to stay primarily in Puerto Princesa.

Again, any help will be apprecciated.
I was there a couple of years ago. The plan was to meet a DIA / FC lady. I called when I arrived and the first night she kept me hanging on before saying she could not find my hotel and it was too late to meet. I was taken to a Filipino bar by some Filipinos staying in my hotel. It was their intent to order me up some Filipina pussy. It was a crappy little joint with no dancers and no FL until they had the waitress do a phone order for me. The lady they brought in was at best obese and unattractive. I bailed to a trike and got back to the hotel ASAP. I did not see any other bars with dancers nor did I see any FL so I can't help you.

I took a trip to the underground river and my thought was mewhh, but it was ok to get some scenic pictures as I was supposed to be there for sight seeing. My time there was short so I did not get a chance to look around much, but I what I saw left me unimpressed. They do have a pretty cool war memorial site that I found somewhat intriguing. That should use up an hour of your time. LOL.

The second night I did meet the Filipina and she froze. She had never met a foreigner and truly did not know how to react even though we had agreed that she was to travel and stay with me. She had even worked out her cycle for me so I did not arrive at the wrong time of the month. She was a very nice lady, but had that doe in a headlight look the whole time we were together. We had a bite to eat and I sent her on her way home. We have spoken online since and she says she will stay with me if I come back, but that's not likely to happen.

Prices for a trike at the time were 8 pesos for a Filipino, and 40 pesos for a foreigner so it's not just Sophia on here that has a two tier pricing system.

Like Buko Max, my advice would be to BYOG if that is in any way an option.

    Buko,

    Totally OT but.

I noticed you have only a handful of posts under "BukoMax", what was your previous I-D?

    Palawan

I am planning a short trip to Palawan and would appreciate some good basic information, I. E, good (g / f) hotel, bars of note, or other useful info.

Yes, I already researched the posts but they all seem very old.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Thank you.

I am not a local and was in Sabang for the first time a little over a month ago. There were a few FLs in the streets near the bars but not many. There were a couple in one bar (Big Apple) but not the other (Eddie's) where they have been reported previously. I can't compare it against the days before the purge but I would doubt it is back to that level.

    Iloilo

Thanks for the info. I read back on an old post too that there's almost no open pay for play action.

Sounds like one of those places that if you lived there, you would end up with someone really hot. And be really married. Good to keep in mind.

    Thanks again.

Big enough city, must quite a few young ladies.

If anyone wants to hook up or has any tips, or even a lead on a semi furnished place it would be greatly appreciated.

I'll be sure to add a report.

    Thanks
If you're going there mainly for the trim you may be disappointed. Ilongga girls tend to live in closely knit family networks. Think "six degrees of separation" because a relative is always six steps or fewer away from the bamboo telegraph. The girls know this and will act accordingly when it comes to a horny poriner with a lust for trim. You wouldn't see too many other foreigners there. The local politicians tend to keep the towns on the conservative side. Some have gone so far as to keep establishments like Jollibee and Sogo out of their areas due to fears that they will corrupt the very college students that you're seeking to seed.

Hardly any one from IloIlo is on DIA. So, get the picture.

    Mati

I've never been there, but thought about going a few times. If you've done any Internet research, you can see that the place seems to have some nice scenery and beaches. Apparently, it is several hours by bus from Davao. I was at the Davao port on my way to Talicud and there was a boat that apparently went to Mati port. I couldn't find out anything and the boat didn't seem to be going anywear on that day.

Maybe I've become to cynical, but someone relatively unknown writes a vague request for "places. For some action" and a few red flags go up. It might be best if you tell us a little bit about your situation (nothing personal of course) and maybe what you've already learned about the place. X.

first offence 1500php, second 3000pho, third 5000php. the fourth time you are caught it's a 10000php fine and it will cost you your pi license.

if you are riding in the province it's common for locals to go without a helmet. if you are on the road and you pass alot of bikes parked on the side of the road with the riders still on or around the bikes and not much seems to be going on. it means there's a check-point up ahead and they do not have proper helmets, paperwork or they are have a gun under the seat. election season is in full swing and comelec check points are everywhere.

    good post sam.
and its a decent law too. we have all seen some guys riding around in plastic toysrus baseball type helmets and the like. wouldn't do much in a slow speed accident thats for sure

BTW, Siquijor is famous for having "supernatural apparitions" (white ladies, aswangs etc). My staff on a recent project absolutely refused to stay overnight in Siquijor on ANY visit. It was a case of arrive early, get the business done and then get out on the afternoon / evening ferry.

I had no problem staying there overnight but my Filipino staff all thought I was crazy.
