Calle 22 N#35-47: Stetik center spa, their cell number 314-744-8303 is also their whatsapp number. It seems appointment is needed, no walk-in. Armenia to Bogota by bus: I enquired at the individual operator's booths at the Armenia terminal. I was planning to leave in the morning, so I only enquired about the morning buses.

- 'Flota Magdalena' leaves every hour from 7 am and costs 50 k.

- 'Velotax' leaves at 6 am and every 30 minutes from 7 am (2 piso bus at 5:30 pm) and costs 50 k. - 'Epreso Bolivarino' leaves at 8:30 am, 9:30 am, 12:30, and costs 60 k.

- 'Expreso Palmira' leaves at 9 am, 10:30 am, 12 noon, 2:30 pm, 3:40 pm, 6:30 pm, and costs 65 k (2 piso bus at 11:40 pm and costs 80 k). When asked why it costs 65 k when others are charging 50 k, she was not interested in answering.

Note: On the day I left, I went early morning planning to take 7 am bus from either Velotax or 'Flota Magdalena'. It seems they kinda coordinate and only 'Flota Magdalena' was leaving at 7 am that day. So enquire, they may change the schedule.

Arrived today from Cali with minibus it takes 3. 5 hours with some traffic on the road. Staying at hotel Castillo real for 53 k single room or can book double for 61 k. The hotel is in good location just 400 metres away from all action. Have WIFI, hot water, tv nice simple room with fan (no aircon) but I not need it at night just 20 degree at daytime 24.
