I went there to buy a data plan and was told I have to have a Colombian cedula. After some discussion and him consulting with another person, he allowed me to enter and I bought the plan without a problem.
I also went to Los Molinos. It might be a new policy or a bug in their system. A lot of Colombian online systems are pretty shitty, so that might be a possibility.

I also thought I'd share a negative FB experience from several days ago, but you all decide what you want to do.

https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100055355575758 - Maria Juanita Ramirez. Looks much worse than photos. When I first saw her in person I thought she was a trannie based on her voice. But her FB photos show her having a kid, and she had baby damage so I guess not. She's maybe close to 40. If she's younger she didn't age well at all, either due to drugs or some other reason. 2 minutes in and she's like are you done? That was my signal to end it there. Made an excuse to stop and paid her to basically leave. Her attitude makes me think she'll cause problems if she was paid less than the full amount we agreed to. She was also messy, left my apartment with a big glob of shampoo on the shower floor and pee unflushed. Sample FB profile pics attached in case she gets a new profile.

When you checkout they will ask you for your passport. I didn't have it but knowing my passport number worked for me. They will find you in the computer system using your passport number and register the new phone to you. I prefer to keep my USA smartphone locked in my apartment safe.
How long do you typically stay when you visit?

    El Centro Bars

I hit three of the bars with chicas en el centro recently, my first time back to this raw gritty bar scene in a few years. I was lured by stories of hot young Venezuluelenas. And indeed the stories are true. I found one chica quite special and even returned a few days later to session with her a second time. I checked out Conejitas, Grille Nueva, and Barra Ejecutiva each a couple times but only ever found flacas at Grille Nueva. I saw three flacas there I could have sessioned. But the prize is 20 year old Valentina with the face of a magazine cover girl. She wouldn't kiss on our first meeting but promised she would the next time so I returned. It was worth it! GFE kissing yeah! "I think she likes me" LOL.

Going to a Claro store and waiting for an hour didn't help either. The only documents accepted, according to the guy at Claro, are local and foreigner cedulas. Assuming no Colombiano is going to give you their cedula to use, what can you do? Sure if you leave Colombia before 30 days you won't have an issue, until you come back with the same phone.

You don't have to go to a store at all. You can register on the Claro website or on the phone itself via the miclaro web site. Any nine digit passport number will work.

A friend of mine bought a phone in Medellin and the shop registered it for him somehow and he was in Medellin for 60 days.

So you might go to a phone shop and ask for assistance, they may have some way to help you, especially if you grease the skids with some Plata.

And stay away from Tigo as a carrier, they don't seem to have many offices.

    Nice report

    August 27th. Friday.

Flew out of Tijuana on Aeromexico and arrived in Medellin around midnight. About 8 hours of flying time with a 2 hour layover in Mexico City. I arrived at the Nutibara hotel around 1:30 AM paying 80 k pesos for a taxi.

Nutibara is an older hotel, historic in it's day, on one end of Plaza Botero in El Centro, (the downtown area). It's fairly basic and staff did not speak English, but it is in a good location for some tourist attractions and for street girls as well as many daytime casas.

Based on reports in this forum, I had some concerns about safety before coming. By day, I would say that the El Centro area is mostly safe and swarming with large numbers of locals. Plenty of people out and about even past night fall for a few hours. Still, in and around El Centro, there are many sketchy looking streets with homeless and trash and although I never witnessed any crime, I had taxi drivers warn me of the petty crime and to keep phones and valuables hidden from sight.

    August 28th. Saturday.
One of the best report, thank you.

    Photo dump, recent random fotos

Perhaps not surprisingly it's relatively easy for me to post photos on my phone compared to a lot of verbiage. Here you go sorry if there's a couple of repeats in there I just aimed for the good ones.

The one photo of the girl airing out her pussy after I fucked her good at love motel in El Centro, she was probably my best new find out of the nine or so times I went to El Centro this trip, they were all good but she's a keeper.

The close up of the lips are on a face that was a six, but her body was a 9 all day, I told her I'm paying for your lips and the blowjob was as good as those lips looked, too. She could easily get me to blow a load with a condom during her BJ, if you see those lips in El Centro go for it and her prices are good and her body is awesome but don't turn your back on your stuff while she's in the room.

I'm standing my ground and give up PUSSIES!! Just kidding hahaha. I'm sure when this happen, they're going to line up to get vaccinated.

It's going to be funny when someone try to show a fake Covid card and go to jail, more chicas for me.

Thanks your for replies folks! I have a better understanding of things now.

Since it's Medellin, most of the flavor in town is paisas or a few vennies. Out of curiosity, are Asian chicas or white / eastern European / Russian chicas available anywhere in Medellin?

If you want to get US dollars without getting tagged for the exchange fee. You can use the Norbert gambit if you have a stock trading platform and a US dollar account. Just buy a dual traded stock on the TSX. Transfer it to your US trading account and it will be converted at todays exchange. Cash it into your US dollar account and save the 2 percent exchange fee- saves about 180 on $10 k. Really not worth doing unless you are exchanging a lot of money.
LOL. Yep, I've thought of using that. Coincidence that it's called the Norbert gambit?

I am almost set up to do that. Have all the accounts set up except the US cash account within my brokerage accounts. Could set up a sweep account for my US trading account, and then transfer it out to a US dollar bank account hopefully.

Thanks for the description of this.

This happened in Boca Chica in the DR and I've never had anything like that in Centro.
