Having spend past five days in SC, I can totally agree with what El Cubanito has written, even though my Spanish was from high school level, and my game skills are so so. In short the trip was great. 5 days and 6 nights, banged 9 chicas. 3 of them will melt anyone's heart. 2 others were good, the rest were ok.

By the time I reached Santa Clara I was already on the road for over 24hours, however the excitement of being in Cuba balanced it. The airport in SC is very small, saw some smaller military type of planes, otherwise it was empty. I chose to stand in a particular line so that a cutie officer would let me in, I knew few other officers became free but did not go there. Then one officer called me and probably pissed off that I was not moving fast, he asked me too many questions. With no place to stay, and also no copy of return tickets (left it on the plane by mistake) , I gave him many reasons to harass me. I kept looking at him and kept thinking, say what you want, I will be screwing your hermanas in few hours.

Got money exchanged in a small window that can be accessed from the front of the airport building, and looked for taxi. There was nothing there, waited and waited, no use. I saw someone leaving in a car, ran to the car and asked for a ride. After less than 10 minutes I was in the center of the city, at Park Vidal. I had cached the city GPS map in my phone, so used it to navigate to a casa north of the park that I found on the net. As I walked I was approached by an older man who asked me whether I need a casa, may be because he saw me carrying the luggage. He took me to a casa right next to the main blvd, the lady there was very business like, she showed me the room and then showed me her menu of drinks and food. I felt very business like and did not want to take it. As I came down casa, I saw a cutie doing laundry there and she gave me the look back. Now you know why I am not writing the casa name as she doing more than laundary the next day.

Took shower, may be first time taking shower in cold water and then went down to see her, and she was gone for the day. So went back up and slept, and woke up late around 10-30pm. I did not take my phone so kept walking thinking parc will be up the corner. I kept walking in the opp direction and ended up at the train station when I met a negra, from Santiago, she told me that she came here with a tourist and finding a way to go back home. Ok, my spanish is highschool, that is what I figured out. She was in the station as the train from Havana was running late (not sure whether to believe or not). I asked her whether she can dance, and she could teach me, she said yes, I said how about sin ropa. She was giggling and off we went to the casa. The casa lady wants the ID, and this one does not have it. We came out standing in the street, not knowing what to do. I did not want to miss her, I grew up in eastern Europe, lived in a 100% white neighbourhood in US, went to a school where the black girls were not much, even those there did not want to go with a guy like me. So, in 35 years, I have never been with a negra. So this is my chance. I tell her to follow me, and we walk now to the park, and I see a bunch of young fellows, and ask one guy for help in finding a casa, also telling him that she does not have ID. He says everyone wants ID, and there is no other way. I ask him, 'tu casa ok'. It took him a while to understand and then he takes me to someones car standing a bit far, and off we go. We went the same way to the airport, and his home was in a shady, non paved, very desserted locale. He bangs the door, his mom picks his toddler and walks away god knows where in the middle of the night. He leaves saying he will be back after 2 hours. All this time, this girl is so quiet and nice, and she asked me how much I will pay her. I tell her 30bucks, she says she wants 50, the way she asked was very polite, and respectful. I said what the heck, so yes. I asked her to take shower with a small bucket of water, she was ok and when she comes back her hair is open, I am like WTF, she is so cute. Meatly lips, big boobs, and an ass that was worth mounting 24hrs a day. Had first round, few positions but felt she can take it rough. Too some rest and mounted on her back and felt the cushion of her ass, it did not take long to be ready for the next. Ask her for culo, she is a bit shy, I tell her she might like it. She did not say yes or no, I push her down and slowly enter without ky, must have been a bit painful, after a while she is ok and we become machines. The guy comes back, we drop her in the station, on the way she tells me that she came down with her friend from Canada who was departing from SC. He is the only tourist guy she is seeing. I say, whatever, kiss her good bye.

This is a random one, just saw her near the station, it can happen in any city, nothing much for you guys to get any intel. But lesson from here is that all casas want ID, girls do not want to give ID, so I knew even if I find company, casa is going to be problem and I need to fix that tomorrow morning. The experience of a guy throwing mom and toddler out to someone else home for 20bucks was also an experience I did not expect.

In fact, my friend, not only has Santa Clara changed, or not changed (based upon other reports, and what I see on the ground) , Santa Clara is not for the one looking for fast service. It's not for the La Cecelia, Salon Rojo type. Here you are going to have to work, and even hard work here may not pay off.

If you have not been back to Cuba since I last saw you, then yes, Cuba has changed and is changing rapidly. There are quite a few five-star paladars in Havana that might even be beyond your means. Capitalism has arrived and is growing day by day. What this means for the average monger is that your access to the "normal" girls are more slim by the day, unless you think the solon rojo girl is "normal" (I. E, not hard core).

I have been to this disco many of times and have been very successful with the local Santa Clara girls. I am in SC every month. But just with my "normal" girl that is becoming more and more abnormal as the days, weeks and months pass. PM me or respond somehow and I will give you some tips. I can hook you up with a friend of mine, he is a real friend.

It is generally true, SC is dead. I've never done anything outside of hanging out with my girl. But, everything is possible. In SC its probably better to hang out with a local guy who can introduce you to his friends (female). Also, small tip, the new hotel in SC has a pool that has evening swim parties. I am sure this creates a nice environment. Called Las Americas.

When are you going? I am certain I will be there too.

My plan is to return back to Camaguey, I am not familiar with Santa Clara, I might drop by a day or two in Caibarien since your recommending it hehe. Viazul leaves to Camaguey at 6pm so I might stay if there is action anyone want to meet up? What's the tourist bars and cafes or parks in Santa Clara?

Look, take our word for it, as Sammy says, and I know Sammy, remember Havana Sammy, Santa Clara is almost impossible. Sammy is the only guy I know that had some fun, and in Caibarian at that. I have been to Caibarian and it is such a small town where everyone knows everyone, I was surprised he had any luck there.

I'd tell you to go to el rapido next to the main park in the center of town, but there is nothing happening. Sorry. Hey, prove us wrong!

Here is a tip. Go to Viazul station and look for a blue Argentinian car. The driver is in his mid 30s and a nice guy. I forgot his name but when Viazul arrives, he is there to pick up passengers. He took me to Caibarien, just north of Santa Clara. It is a very small town and has lots of chicas. SC is brutal. I believe Che's spirit is preventing the women from talking to tourists there. If you do go there, just write us back a brief report. BTW, the women there a muy bonita.

If Trinidad is bad, I guess it is Havana or Camaguey / Holgin. If I am not looking for very hardcore putas which one is better.

I myself have never tried anything in Santa Clara, but if you are only there for the Che related attractions, then all you need are a few hours. If you can manage to arrange your transportation schedule such that you arrive in Santa Clara in the morning, say, by 9- 10 am, then you can take in all the attractions and move on. The Che monument, the park where the train wreck happened and the big hotel by the square can all be viewed in a few hours at a leisurely pace, with a lunch break thrown in. You can then grab the evening Viazul bus to Havana or figure out a taxi ride to Trinidad, which is not far off.

Great point Velasco, I will do that. Only catch is that I have carry the bags around with me. Oh well, I will find a way to keep them somewhere.

Thanks Keiser. That's is what I am thinking too. I read a report by Sammny the man and a reply from Kalifornication almost a year back, outside of that there is no report on Santa Clara. Also checked on other sources on the net, no luck so far finding any details. I found the major park, two waterholes Mejunje & Europa, thats pretty much it.

As far as Chica's go, I am looking forward to semi-pro or normal ones. So it is going to be very difficult, I understand that and should not expect a miracle via this forum.

However I am really hoping someone in the forum can connect me to a driver who can pick up from the airport, show me few casas and then share his knowledge on chica scene and take me around. I will off-course take good care of him.

First post after spending hours reading the forum, and getting ready for a trip to Cuba for the first time, thanks to the fellow who started this and above all thanks to all contributors taking time to share their experience. I will do the same after my trip.

I am in my early 30s, travel single.

Can you bros help me with the Casa and Chica scene in Santa Clara. I have heard Havana is much better, but would like to be in Santa Clara to pay homage to commander Che and take it easy in a smaller town.

Can you recommend any bars, streets, parks to hang out and say hola to normal chicas and work my way thru. Also, any particular driver I should hang out with, like arranging him to pick up from airport and having him as the navigator.
