What I am saying is this and you can see this in US too.

An extreme example is that you only hear certain divorce cases on the news, probably close to 0% to the actual divorce cases.

In US, you can see a million dollar neighborhood in one city separated from a poor neighborhood with many more crimes in another city by a road. The people living in the rich neighborhood is not going to see the daily crime show up in their news until one day it happens in their own neighborhood.

My question is this, will it make the news when 4 locals are in a similar situation in the same area?

I think the point here is that in Colombia there is a lot of violence and killings that don't make the news that would make the news in the USA. So as an example, in Meringue, one of the poorer barrios in Medellin, when there are some murders there, they won't be publicized in the local news, where as in a poor neighborhood in LOS Angeles as an example in the USA, when people get murdered, it will be on the local news. This is very different than what your talking about.

I generalized it with situations involving people turning up dead in rented accommodations around the Valle de Aburra. Expand your search beyond foreigners and Laureles / Poblado / Sabaneta if you are interested in the subject matter. ...

Mexico - 28.9%.

USA - 36.2%.

Mexico is number 5 in the world for plastic surgery procedures, with the US at number 1. Colombia didn't make the top 5.

In my experience, I've never found myself in a situation in Colombia where my only option was a girl with butt or breast implants. I've chosen a few with breast implants, because they had the best attitude (in casas or strip clubs). I've also been with one who had both breast and butt implants. She spent big money (or someone did), because they were very well done. She was someone I had known and flirted with for 4 or 5 months and the implants had nothing to do with my decision.

My preference is for short women, in shape, but not overmuscled, slender, but without looking anorexic, all natural. I don't have any problem finding girls in Medellin who fit my type.

Most of the serious Facebook users here don't need any more contacts. They can always find them on their own. They might trade contacts with other people, who they know.

There are 3 other groups you'll find here.

1. Those who have no interest in Facebook.

2. Those who have no serious intention to visit Medellin, but want to play games with Medellin Facebook girls.

3. Those who will go to Medellin, but don't want to do the work, the guys lining up for free food.

Group 2 presents one problem. Depending on the game they are playing, they can chase girls off of Facebook, or make the girls less open to requests from legitimate mongers.

Group 3 presents a couple of problems. First, there are always a few white knights, who will run to the girl and let her know someone is putting her information on the internet. That can come directly back to you, with the girl blaming you.

Some guys will also fuck up a good thing. This one happened to me. I shared info with someone I didn't know. I told him the price, the good and bad about the girl and if he wasn't interested at that price, not to waste her time. He completely low-balled the girl and then started insulting her when she wouldn't come down to his price.

Other guys will bring other problems. In the end, you're just giving handouts to people who will be right back for another handout tomorrow, and those are the good ones.

Well I'm afraid you don't get how it works at all, so you should probably wait until you have more experience with how things work in Medellin TBH. Not sure if all ganstas like big fat women. Some like spinners too. When I was in La Isla, a few guys took 2 medium-sized girls and were drinking a bottle of champagne with them. The huge ones were unmolested. I felt sad for them.

People do gain weight with junk food under CoVid, but it's more likely that good-looking girls did not want to go to work, so clubs and casas have to take the huge ones. The girls at New Life casa were so huge. They had to climb up and down the stairs to present themselves every few minutes but there were no taker. The woman manager was getting frustrated. I'm headed back to Medellin tomorrow for the first trip post-pandemic and my second trip overall. I'm staying at San Peter in Laureles for just over a week. The buildup to this trip has been interesting. I built a list of over 600 girls on Facebook. It started for my first trip but really went into overdrive when I was stuck in my house and bored during the height of the pandemic. As Mojo Bandit has said, after a while the girls start contacting you. I've got a few that contacted me and that I'm talking to who have no connections to any other gringos and seem to be non-pro. I'm also looking forward to trying both some girls mentioned here and others I've yet to see anything about.

I've taken a different tack with communications than the last trip as I've reached out to some of them this week. Quick question. I am planning a trip to Colombia and I want to see is anyone tried the self administered test by Abbott to return to the US. Avoid to fins a local testing site? Looking to by Six tests for $150 but wanted to make sure the Airline in Colombia are accepting these tests. I will flying with Avinca or Delta.
