I don't know about the so call famous identical twins though. No idea if that was a true story or just a made up story to demonstrate a point.

If you approach these stuck-up women in person, they may call in the sheriff for sexual harassment and sue you in civil court for destroying their chaste lives.
It would be easy to sting Sugar Babies in TX. Once there are agreements to exchange sex for money and the Sugar Babies show up to further the exchange, they can be arrested for prostitution and thrown in state prison 1 year to honeymoon with beefy butches.
Remember how FBI arrested the owners of Back Page in Texas? Potentially TX already has secret indictments for guys like the owner of SA. If he ever sets foot on Texas LE may be waiting. In fact FBI can use sugar babies as witness to charge SA owners with human trafficking, mail fraud, wire fraud, abusing interstate infrastructure, pimping and pandering. They can send out Red Notice to Interpol and the first time the guy crosses a border out of Singapore, they can arrest his ass and extradite to the US for prosecution.
Texas just loooooves to throw the big law book and the Bible at the evil, devil-possessed perverts who enable and facilitate sex, except the kinky and incestuous kinds practiced by their Bible thumping state officials.

Maybe a game changer in the "transactional" dating scene here in TX?
I went out a couple weekends ago here in TX to see a Kiss cover band and most of the women in there were 30ish-50ish typical stuck up bitches.
Not that I was trying to hit on any of them however the only ones smiling at me and making eye contact were a couple of younger hotties. Makes me wonder if before the new law they could of possibly been on SA or SB web-sites but now with new law must go out and physically interact for clients versus being tracked on-line? I don't know and not interested in trying to find out. New law even makes me scared to try and regular date again.
Housing no longer cheap in TX either unless move to BFE. Use to be able to get on the fringes of the major cities a nice new 3 or 4 bedroom for low 200's. Now is $350 K-$500 K easily.

I would stop short of saying I have an approach. I don't really go in those places to hunt so I'd credit luck more than an approach. But when I've had success, I just go to the bar, have a drink and just look around the room. If I make eye contact and get a smile, I'll raise my glass and ask them (by my motion, not verbally) if they'd like a drink. If they come over, chances are very high that things will go very well. I'm definitely passive because it's not a goal I have when I walk in. So it's a lot about luck, timing but most importantly, be approachable and welcoming. If guys aren't comfortable because of language or environment, then it just won't work.
Also, as others have said, the key word is help. After establishing rapport (do NOT lead with help), the conversation will naturally lead to her difficulties. That's your cue to offer help. Be direct but do not make it transactional. Here again, I am very passive, I'll sit and drink and talk for a long time. I enjoy the flirting and conversation. But if you offer help, she will know what you are talking about.
Las Pulgas is another place some have reported success. I haven't had any luck there. Chicas are usually in larger groups and it's just a different dynamic. It just hasn't worked for me.
Most importantly, realize that I am over 40, overweight, can't dance and my Spanish is limited. If I can do it, anyone can. Be approachable and you'll do well.

Texas' recent felony prostitution and antiabortion laws, allowing any party to rat on and sue providers for bounties, are way too extreme. Soon they may have stricter laws against fornication and adultery if they are not already in the book. Texas' lawmakers prefer the citizens to praise the Lord while screwing their own children and cousins hehe.
OTOH Texas is not serious about prosecuting human traffickers and horny teachers screwing their young students, which seem to happen a lot in Texas.
Elon Musk and company are moving to Texas. These guys are highly stressed and wild. I figure they will have lots of run ins with redneck laws. Or Elon may just buy all those Bible-thumping pols and legislate Texas into a Philistine state just to keep his workers happy pumping out cars.

I was Tuesday in Tijuana (pedestrian crossing San Ysidro ped east) and the first time I saw a Mexican officer had a sniffing dog and the dog was sniffing people entering Mexico. The dog looked like a brown spaniel (not a German shepherd used by the US CBP). There were four or five Mexican Marines with machine guns at the X-Ray machine, and they watched everyone as they entered. Do not bring any illegal items to Mexico because you're going to be in deep doo-doo (e. G. Weed is legal in California but illegal in Mexico).

With a misdemeanor, more often that not, you can plea out to a fine and probation. It's really the bread and butter of the court system. The money is used to pay the salaries of the court system employees. And if jailed, you are held in county jail with all the other jay-walkers. And it cost the county to host you. Hence the rate of a misdemeanor plea is so high.

While Luke sounds like he will be out of state he did a heck of a sales pitch on Halloween in Tijuana / Norte. Have never been there for Halloween so it be tempting as it's a new adventure. Could be fun to meetup with a few from the forum if others make it down there.
