Dien Luc is an old favorite. It fell out of favor in recent past but from what you described, it seems to be coming back. Hope that it can recover its past glory.

If you still in Vung Tau, try the massage on the premis of An Binh hotel, 179 Vo Thi Sau. Like most cases in VT, the massage operator is independent from the hotel. They just rent the space. I had good experience there last spring (my LTR was out of town). I heard that the massage was originally from AMIS hotel which was hugely popular few years back (for quality in both merchandise and service). They seem to maintain their reputation at this new address. Tic=250k, Tips=700k FS (total 950k FS).

I did not do any overnight in Vungtau as a habit (only overnight with real girlfriend or LTR). But I heard that the price of 1. 5 to 3 Mil VND was the going rate (2017). The drawback is that the girl can only go overnight after 11 pm as earliest. Of course that is depending on the quality of the merchandise and your negotiation. I am currently living in Nha Trang after some beautiful years in Hanoi and some less beautiful in China.

I have contributed in the Hanoi section and now I am ready to contribute for Nha Trang. I have read many posts from people who have been to Nha Trang to monger. Visited 3 hotels in Danang recently.

1. Moonlight hotel. Reception send you to level 5 where the prices are shown on the desk for 60 min massage price 400 k for oil can't remember the others but about the same. Got shown to a clean room with shower.
