Work's a pain in the ass / arse, as I have these early 830 meetings in the Freeport Zone where I'm staying, and I don't want to drag a girl back here for the night and party if I have to kick her out super early and actually be in some shape looking professional.

If checked available hotels in Barretto and The Pub and a few others are really cheap and have a few rooms available this week, so I may as well pay the daily rate for a room, have some fun and get back to the Freeport Zone before midnight.

Okay, so I'm getting a tooth ripped out tomorrow, and although I wasn't in the mood for much today, I decided to check out the Barretto scene for the first time never-the-less.

I booked a really cheap room online at The Pub, only because I didn't know what would happen, and for a back-up plan for a day trip. And you're right G, but I can see how the place can serve a purpose. I normally pay everything in cash but decided to put this on a card as I wanted to save any cash for any potential girls. If you're into sex with a decent sea view, then Sabang has always been my go to, but it is very limited compared to the rest. And it gets somewhat problematic, when I'm doing local contacts there and they are a very tight community.

So although I didn't dip the wick there today, at least I got a taste of it. If I was stuck in the Freeport Zone again with work, I'd definitely base myself in Barretto and pay the 150 p (say 200 p with tip) taxi fare back and forth and try and behave myself or play up early in the night before work tomorrow. The hardest part out 'Subic' appears to be crossing the fucking highway to get to the other side.

FYI Just go to the AC bus station and there will be a seat available to Baguio unless holiday season or peak times. I went last year to Baguio and been there years ago. I think all buses are direct. I emailed their support, and the email reply said: "You must call the number to unlock your account". More crap. I called their phone number and the agent said something like: "I see your account is locked. You are wanting your account unlocked?" Yes. "I just unlocked it. Your transfer is complete". Why was it locked? "Because you used a VPN. For your safety and your bank's safety we locked your account". I can't use my VPN? "Its not allowed. Thanks for calling today". Thanks!

I hope you found that beach you were looking for.I had prior experience there. I have personally seen how AC, Cebu, and Dumaguette street scenes had died (before and after) so I was not expecting anything at all and did not really care. Lifelong moderation is a PITA on this site. Many times moderated posts won't appear for several days and by then they are buried a few pages back so that it becomes difficult to follow conversations or trading info amongst several posters. There is certainly a benefit to having some members moderated but having the default being multiple day delays forever is counter productive. Some form of three strikes would be better. 1st breach of the forum rules and I get moderated for 3 months. If I'm a good boy, then I go back to real time posting. If I'm still naughty, then moderation continues for 12 months. Then the same: either return to contributing real time or lifting moderation. The result would be a much more flowing forum and save a shit tonne of work for the admins.

The next morning, I had a few spare hours due to my delayed flight so I was determined to get the whole Sim card situation sorted. After all, how hard could it really be. I spent a couple of days building my cover story for back home and doing things not of interest to a mongering site.
