DDC is foreigner friendly but when I went there about a month ago at 5:00 am, everything was strangely closed. I'd always stopped there before at 6:00 am and most shops were still open, but not this time. A year ago I went at 7:00 pm and it was pretty full, so maybe the end is on the way there, also. DDC is the only place I'd recommend, but it's so far out of the way that it's not really worth it.
