There is one 3 star hotel at Rattanapitiya, but apart from that place all others I have tried are crap and dirty.

Usually I check the room in advance before taking a girl and leave without paying if the place is a crap.

But however as this ideally concerns each and every person on this forum let me give you the information, every national hospital has a std clinic. The Colombo general hospital clinic is located on de sarams road right as you enter the road to your left. Similarly the kalubowila clinic is located behind the hospital and is ward 33 or 44 something like that adjoining the green wall.

What happens is this, if you are a first timer you must communicate the same to the receptionist nurse at the ward. By ward it operates like a dispensary so no big deal. You can give fake details although records are confidential.

Then you will be issued a number and the doctor will have a chat with you and shall examine you. He also will insert a kebab stick like cotton swab into your penis which does not cause any pain.

After that you will be required to give a sample of urine and blood. After the samples are taken you will be asked to sit and wait till the samples are analysed. The blood tests take 2 weeks but the urine and penal swab samples will be tested within 30 minutes.

After the test results are in your number will be called and the doctor will go through the results and if you have contracted anything he would issue all medicine and educate you about the sickness and ask you to comeback for the follow up. Where you will be retested until you are well. You.
