There are few traditional sauna around Hatyai City, only cost 30bahts per person. Very cheap.

I am addicted to those traditional sauna recently and i went there on my every trip to Hatyai. I still could smell the traditional herbs even when i write this report.

On reaching there, have few glasses of herb drink (FOC). Have a bath inside the sauna room and thereafter the steamy sauna room. Usually only could last 10-15 min. Anyway you could have a rest and enter again.

This taditional sauna suppose to good for loose weight and beautify yr skin. Very nice and recommended if u got spare time.

If you already at SK hotel you are already at Channivate soi 2, oo your left got some ktv farm liao. You can also go to channivate soi 1 or soi 3. Easy to find lah. From the hotel just left and turn right to soi 1, or turn left to soi lah. Cannot be that you don't find anything, unless you walk with your eyes closed. Kekekekek. I am not intelligent first time there also can find. For you definitely no problem lah. Anyway since you are very good in photography, hope you can get us some good photo. Pls forgive me if this is not the right place to share about Danuk. I just can't find any thread about Danuk.

For those bro who ex-Bkt Kayu Hitam to Hatyai, I think you guys should spend at least a day at Danuk. The night in Danuk is so much diffenrent from Hatyai. I like to share a SPA with you guys. The SPA is just behind Oscar Hotel, behind a small lane between Oscar & Satit. I can't remember the name but there is only one Spa on that lane and you won't miss it.

The oily massage package is just 350 bahts. There are a wide range of gals about 20 in traditional sarong for you to choose from. There are certainly few SYT there. It started from 1. 5 hrs oilly massage in a very cosy private room then steam sauna. Heard that you can ask for HJ, BBBJ or FJ. (the OKT next door told me not to pay more than 500bahts) (I havent tried the service yet). After that you can shower in the nice bathroom or you could ask yr gal to shower for you for 50 bahts. (never heard ML to shower for you leh? )

Overall spa setting is very grand, it is value for money.

P/S, Bro Platonic, for old man like me, we don't just look for bonk bonk bonk in hatyai & danuk you know. We also look at other services to enjoy lah.

After a bad experienced on my first day I decide to have traditional Thai massage. As suggested by bro Diyexplorer, I went to Oliver Traditional Massage Palor. The place about 3KM from my hotel so I took a ride on motortaxi. Went in and paid the lady 200baht for 2 hour session. Relatively all ML (massage ladies) here are above 30. Choosed girl named Pearl and she did a great job so I recommend her if anyone goes there. Tip her another 100baht for her excellent job and she was very happy. Oh ya for your information this massage parlor served you with clean body massage no hanky panky here.

After having a good massage I was refresh and headed to Lee Garden Plaza for....mall hunting? LOL this method only works in Indonesia and not here. Haze from Indonesia hits southern Thailand

I'm in Hatyai and seriously I do not see any such signs here. Then again, Songkhla is a big province and Hatyai is just a district so maybe other districts are affected. So far, all is clear in Hatyai.

Bro ditto, just got back from hadyai today, nice weather throughout the weekend, a very enjoyable trip. Realized hadyai is very crowded in the weekend these days, most hotel is fully booked.

Just to share some experience. On the way to Hatyai, stopped at Danok for a night. There's a kinda new cheong place called "Berry Bar", located at previous Paragon. They have very pretty girls from Hatyai that dance until 9/10pm, followed by some regular girls. The quality of th girl i can say is one of the best in Danok.

Checked out Hi Society as reported by some brothers. Have to agree that all the cheongster should check out this place. They have 20 over pretty chicks dancing and can be booked according to mamasan. It will depend on your negotiating skill and whether the girl like you i think.

Since Danok is also a 'happening' place, we intend to stay there 1 or 2 nights before leaving LOS.

As our flight from Alor Star to LCCT (KL) is early morning flight at 9.50 am, which mean we have to leave Danok at least before 6.30 am in the morning.
I am doubtful whether we can have transport (taxi) at such an early hour.

Can some experienced board members advise us regarding the following matters?

1. Hotel rated btw 500-700 babt - Which hotels are recommended?
2. Is it convienant to hire 'taxi' at Danok in the early morning ? If so, which Tour Agent to approach ?
3. Any good recommendation of 'KTV' to book SYT or MP for massage?

just came back from hatyai lastnite, the weather is so clear, sunset was very visible and clear from any haze, not even a single dust. the only smoke covering hatyai sky is our cigar burning..

stayed for 3nites 4days. digger the puyin tester and hhh the photograher in this mission along.. once again, like to thankzz tv for his hospitality..

novotel is a very nice hotel, clean swimming pool, and a small gym, enuff for us do some leisure workout. damage is just 1250baht per day with voucher from 707 travel agent..

our hatyai adventure start with somes desperate pick up at farm, then as usual, went for a 2hours massage at siam city.. after the massage, our puyin already wet waiting at our respective room. wet or not? i guess wet la, if not wet enuff may anytime apply our own saliva make it more wet la..

my evening was a bit late, as fixed dinner at saowei 8pm, i only got 40min to shower and prepare to dinner. when i reach room, kung open the door, she look very sad waiting so long.. so just tell her some monkey story with my broken hokkien and thai language.. after she learn we need to fast shower to dinner, she in lighting prepare the tub for a short colacola shower. we were all over each other at the tub, she even try to [CodeWord123] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord123) me raw, ofcoz i reject her request la, in return, just give her a watery daty, with no bonk, she kinda desperate for a bonk. learn from a saint, only daty no bonk, later, she'll pull your hair bald when the real entering mission take place.

Airasia has promotional fares in September, so my friends and me are planning to have a 6D/5N trip to Hatyai by air KL/Alor StarKL. Since Danok is also a 'happening' place, we intend to stay there 1 or 2 nights before leaving LOS.

As our flight from Alor Star to LCCT (KL) is early morning flight at 9.50 am, which mean we have to leave Danok at least before 6.30 am in the morning.
I am doubtful whether we can have transport (taxi) at such an early hour.

Can some experienced board members advise us regarding the following matters?

1. Hotel rated btw 500-700 babt - Which hotels are recommended?
2. Is it convienant to hire 'taxi' at Danok in the early morning ? If so, which Tour Agent to approach ?
3. Any good recommendation of 'KTV' to book SYT or MP for massage?

Sorry I can't give you much info on Danuk as I'm not too familiar there.

But for taxis early in the morning, just arrange it early (one day before) and there should be no problems. In fact, you can arranged it with the taxi that bring you from the airport to Danuk to bring you back.

Sim updates needed for 10-digit dialling

"Come and upgrade your mobile Sim card free of charge at your operators' shops nationwide, starting from Sept 1 until Nov 30, or you won't be able to receive incoming calls."

If you haven't already received an SMS such as the one above, you will soon, as mobile-phone operators prepare to shift their customers into the world of 10-digit dialling.

All operators say they're ready to use the 10-digit system by Sept 1, the deadline set by the National Telecommunication Commission (NTC).

But they have expressed doubts over the ability of fixed-line telephone service providers to adapt their switching networks and older technology to face the change.

The switch to 10 digits from nine will require users to add an '8' in the middle of the existing two-digit prefix, followed by the existing seven-digit number, in order to make either a mobile-to-mobile or a mobile-to-fixed-line call. For example, numbers starting with 01, 09 and 02 will become 081, 089 and 082 respectively.

The new system will increase the potential number of telephone numbers from 90 million to 300 million, to meet growth over the next 30 years.

All new mobile subscribers, both prepaid and postpaid, after Sept 1, will automatically be on the 10-digit system with a new type of Sim card.

Everyone else will have to have their numbers and Sim cards adjusted, with a grace period until Nov 30, otherwise they cannot receive calls. The short message service (SMS) system will be fully switched over to 10 digits next March.

Wichien Mektrakarn, executive vice-president for operations of Advanced Info Service, said AIS had seen no problems so far in its trials of 10-digit dialling.

"The actual conversion of new-subscriber numbers to the new format will start from Sept 1, with our existing 17 million subscribers having an additional three months to upgrade their Sim cards at our Telewiz shops and dealers nationwide," he said.

Sunti Medhavikul, chief customer officer of DTAC, said his company's switching software had transferred to the new system since last month, and free Sim card upgrading services will be available at 350 DTAC shops nationwide from Sept 1.

DTAC has also developed applications to allow customers to edit their mobile numbers in the phonebook memory to convert to the new system.

Mr Sunti said the 10-digit system would eliminate a number shortage problem, create fairer competition and benefit overall telecom industry.

The provincial fixed-line operator TT&T, says its switching units are not as old as mobile operators claim, and that there will be no problem converting to the new system.

Last evening, 2 motobikes zoomed into our estate trying to hide from some policemen chasing them. They went into a townhouse whose gate was opened and 2 guys took out their pistols and threatened the lady of the house to hide them. Later they went away and I don't know whether the police caught up with them or not.

This evening, 2 neighbours living near the car wash where I washed my car (near to Kat Pet area) got into an arguement. Apparently, their children were quarrelling first and then the fathers step in. Well one of them got out his pistol and shot the other about 8 to 9 times. Of course the other died. I have seen these 2 guys before, smiled wave, exchange pleasantries. Never did I thought that they could come to this situation.

I posted this just to let fellow bros who come to Hatyai remember that you are here to enjoy yourselves. Never look down on the locals, be they tuk tuk drivers, waiters, or whatever as you really never know what they are capable of.

IMHO. It's so much easier. After check out from the hotel, go to the immigration booth, hv your passport stamped then at the no man's land between the Thailand gate and Malaysian side ther're always taxi waiting to be hired. But be cautious normally they'll charge exorbitant price for the whole taxi (I can't give you the correct figure since I've never use it for the last 10 years) but personally I don't think that you have to come out as early as 0630hrs because BKH to Kepala Batas Airport will only take you about 1 hour max. But anyway it's your call. So when are you coming? (who knows if I'm back to my hometown, I could give you and friends a lift.)

Recently, I am always took AirAsia to Alor Star after AirAsia stop direct flight to Hatyai few months ago. As far as I know the morning flight is 11.40am. I will leave at 9.15am(8.15am local time) if I am from Hatyai.
You can leave danok around 10am(9am local time). Just took a motorbike to the border(2 mins), get passport chop and take the taxi to airport. You should reach Alor star airport around 10:45am. You still have time to take breakfast or cheong in Airport.....Anyway! Let said yr flight is 9.50am, you can leave the hotel around 8am(7am local time)......

1. You may stay at Oliver hotel, around 650 baht. The bar berry and Paragon disco is at just your left when you are at hotel lobby..

2. NO problem as long as you have $$$. NO need to go through Agent.

3. This I can’t help as I had so called "tirak". You should visit Bar Berry, quite a number of pretty girls.......and Paragon if u like to feng Tao!

I know of locals who carry illegal guns and they're only small time fella, so when in Hatyai don't have conflicts or confront them where you can get out in an amicable situation! They may not hit you there & then but once they spot you again, they may kill you if they angry enough!

EVAPORATED milk? (laughing) - try COCONUT milk (the white) and curry paste with some oil (the orange). If you get the "orangey-white" you are probably getting something like ginger chicken soup

XerusI think the best Tom Yam using evaporated milk is 'Tian Tian Lai' opposite Suriya. But pls make sure u are there 45 min before u are hungry. Over there u can see the best make up cook in whole hatyai (i think).

When I crave for good tom yam, the time is worth waiting for. Anyway you could enjoy the puying passing by also. The fried fish with garlic is also strongly recommended.

Hey Guys

I'm a guy from Aussie who has become quite keen to visit Had Yai again and again. My 1st visit wasnt very eventful, just enuf time to have an experience in Atami for 900 bht with 200 bht going to the tuk tuk driver.

I know I know what a waste but without any help I wouldnt have had any entertainment.

I've been reading the Thai reports now and have come to see the errors of my way.

I've been there 3 times now and each time gets better and better.

The last 1 was a couple of weeks ago and I'll tell you about it.

Went to CP4 1st but it was closed. Turned out it was Budda day which no one said anything about. Hoped pink lady would be open and stopped a tuk tuk to take me and my mate. The cheeky driver takes us to Atami and Chintana but they are closed too then finally takes us to where we wanna go then expects us to pay double for such a long trip. Pay him the local rate and he not happy but its all he deserves. Things looking up as Pink Lady is open for business. Go up the stairs and check out the merchandise. Becoz of Budda there is only a small selection to choose from. 1350 bht for sex and 1600 for soapy. Nothing appeals to me but my mate is happy to take 1. (his taste is not as high as mine)

Next day we head to Chintana on our own (can cover quite alot of HY if your prepared to walk and don't mind the sun too much) maybe 15 mins walk from hotel.

Its about 1pm and 10 gals on offer. My friend takes 1 for 600 bht but I don't see anything tasty so I head across the road to Atami and find a cutie for 700 bht. They have cheaper gals for 600 but they are not in good shape. (I'm sure my friend would have picked 1 tho LOL)

She looks good but surprises me when she says her age is 32. She gives me 2 shots and ok sex with a bit of a massage thrown in.

The rooms for Chintana and Atami are poorly maintained but for the price who cares.

A few more gals arrive and 1 of them brings a smile to my face. I have to have her and the price range for the gals is 1200, 1400, 1600 and 1800. My gal sits in the far left (1800) and I tell the papason. My friend picks a 1600.

The gal gives me a great g/f experience and 2 shots (HY seems to be a 2 shot town)

My mate and I wanted to try a overnite gal which has been mentioned several times in the past on this site but even with all the good descriptions we were still a bit unsure. Whenever doing something for the 1st time its a learning experience. We tried to find the chicken farms next to the Daiichi Hotel but we went at the wrong time (12-1pm) and everything seemed to be closed.

Tried again the next day and got there early at 10: 30am.

Saw the signs that things were hotting up and had several approaches from the papasons.

Went into several shops (chicken farms) and was looking for something decent. Some of them were ok and others were getting to the "over the hill" stage. There price was 1500 bht.

Then we tried the last 1 on the soi which is across the road at the end run by a chinese papason. The gals in here were good, very good. My mate let me pick 1st and I did and told him which 1, to which he says he was ganna pick her. At this stage another gal arrives and once I see her I quickly let my mate have my 1st choice and I take the new 1 before he takes her. The fee is 2000 bht each and all day/nite to which we say we want them tonite at 8pm.

My gal gives me a hug before we leave.

When 8pm arrives theres a knock on the door and there she is.

She's a stunner, cute face, short but tight trim body. 20 yrs old and a real goer. All nite she treated me to the most erotic sexual experience of my life. She had a 10 out of 10 attitude to please me and I had the nite of my life. And tipped her 500 bht. Went back to the chinese papasons shop for a overniter and there is only 3 gals left as all the others have been pre-booked for the long weekend. The best one's are gone and the price is still 2000 bht. The papason recommends a new gal who is a lil chubby but I go for the older gal who is in better shape.

When 8pm hits she's at the door and for some reason I'm not as attracted to her as before. She has brought along her vcd player and is keen to watch and listen to some kareaoke. After she helps me polish off 3 big bottles of beer we have a bath and I have 1 round of sex. She runs off to the bathroom and comes back with a nitey on. It wasnt really her fault but I just wasnt into her that much to continue on into the nite. I should mention that the 1st gal would help me remove the condom and dispose of herself and didn't use a nitey and was all over me all nite. Not a big deal but I was hoping to get the same gal as before. I guess that is why the papason recommended the new gal before as they tend to be more enthusiatic than the older gals.

I'll mention a bit about the hotels we stayed at. Overall they are starting to show there age. We stayed at a few and the price range was between 700-1050 bht a nite. The best 1 was the Sakura Grand View for 850 bht and I'll stay there again on the next trip. As usual you get that price by going to 1 of the travel shops. The 1 we used was next to the Odean Shopping Mall in the middle of HY. Otherwise your pay 1000 bht a nite by turning up off the street. Also by paying more doesnt necessary mean your get a higher standard of room. Stayed 2 nites at the Regency in the centre of HY. First nite in the old wing for 850 and the rm was small, smelled and the hot water didn't last a long time. Next nite we upgraded to the newer wing for 1050. It was nicer but still average and no comp breaky.

Overall HY was a highlite of my trip. Loved every second and can't wait to get back there.

I can see why so many Malaysian guys flock to it all year round. The gorgious women, the delicious food, the bargains to be had in the stalls and the laid back fliendly attitude of the locals. Also can't forget the warm clear clean water of Samile beach in Songhla. To escape the midday heat its worth taking the mini-bus from the clock-tower plaza and for either 25 or 30 bht head to samile beach in 30-45 mins to cool off for a few hours. They leave every 10 mins or so.

Also I was hoping someone could help me locate some of the other chicken farm areas. I now know of the 1's near the Daiichi Hotel. Could someone offer me easy directions to get to the others. And many thanks to all the great reporters who have taken the time to record these details. Esp Kataman and DIY. All that I've mentioned here has alrdy been reported on but hope maybe next trip I'll have something new to offer.

Last night went to one of those "hang flower" chinese restaurants with 2 fellow bros. This one where we went is called "Golden Dragon" and has a lot of PRCs but can see the way the dressed, walk and behave, a little bit like Kumpung (village) type lah.

Accordingly, they came from a certain part of Yunan whereby they had to take a boat ride for a day and a night across
Myanmar to Chiangrai and then by bus all the way to Hatyai on their legal passport. Many of these girls are quite new to the scene so a bit blur blur.

So being a bit blur blur, they don't flock round you when you go in and will only come to your table on request or when you "hang flower" on them. I see other customers hanging at most 200 baht and not all of the girls have it. Our 2 bros (they doesn't want anyone to know them or their nicks probably being in the older group) hang 500 baht each and I think, it does make them look a little "big time". kekekekeke

Anyway, they each took a girl, one for 1500 Baht and the other for 3,000 Baht, excluding the 500 Baht barfine. Both girls are mid 20s and looks quite OK to me but still have the Kumpung (village) behaviour.

Reach Hadyai with 3 freinds, early morning appx 8 am and took a catnap before going out to troll the KFCs since the girls only come back to work around 10 am. Woke up late at 11 am and rushed out to SKY. Since these 3 friends don't get their VISA easily, they are very desperate. Checked out all the shops but none was interesting enough to even make us have a second glance. This is one of the places where I would go to take my breakfast. It's a small shop selling won ton mee and I can safely say it is one of the better won ton mee in Hatyai. Cannot say the best since everyone has different taste.

By the way, this place was made known to me by a fellow bro and other bros who have also been here likes the place.

It's at No 21, Kimpradit Road. If you come out from BP Grand Tower (carpark exit) and head towards See Kim Yong area, you will pass by this shop which is less than 50m down. (sorry, couldn't post any pics here).

Woke up at 9.30 and went for Bak Kut Teh at SKY with 2 of my friends while the last one called Ken sleeping and hoping for another bonk from his girl before she goes back. Allow me to answer your questions with my limited knowledge.

"Farms" are basically the establishments where the Working Ladies (WL which means prostitutes) are found. In the forum, they are referred to you KFC so I guess you are also from another forum.

The farms are located in basically 3 main areas for foreigners, which are Channivate, See Kim Yong and Thung sao.

project “balik kampug” finally realized after a long wait.

I can help you with, I think its the 1 called See Kim Yong.

If you look on that map of HY your find a hotel called Daiichi.

On 1 side of the hotel is the canal and the other side of the hotel is where your find a street of farms - maybe 8 - 10 of them.

Prices are mostly 1500 bht but the farm at the end of the street has 2000 bht gals run by a chinese guy.

Try and go between 10: 30 and 11: 00am to find a gal for the day/nite.

Look back a week or so and your find a report of my trip there.

And for the other areas Channivate and Thung sao.

Could someone give us easy directions on how to find them.

I have cut out the areas so you know to figure out where is the extension. For See Kim Yong, try to find Merlin Hotel. For Thung Sao and Channivate, try to locate SK Hotel.

The farms in See Kim Yong (Chaiyakul Uthit Rd) basically centres around Soi 3 where I paint in "brown".

The farms in Thung Sao runs along Channivate 1 Road and turn left into Thung Sao Road where I paint yellow.

The farms in Channivate basically starts from the corner of Channivate 2 Raod and Channivate 3 Raod (not shown on the map).

One thing that I have observed is that there is some "time" problem for fellow bros who are taking the night flight back to SG or the evening bus back to MY. The ETD for the night flight is about 9.45pm which means bros would have to leave Hatyai around 8.00pm. The ETD for the bus around 7.00pm.

The problem is that the normal check out time from the hotel is 12.00pm and during non peak hours, soeme times the hotels might even allow you a late check out of up to 6.00pm. If not, then bros will have to extend their check out time to about 5.00pm to 6.00pm for additional charges depending on the hotel. Anything more than that will have to pay for a day's rate.

The problem is what should bros do during this period from the time they check out to the time they leave by bus or by air. Go for a 2 hour trad massage? OR a 2 hour bonk at pink lady or CP4? Have hair wash, facial, etc? Surf Internet? Play "Big Tee"?

Maybe fellow bros can share some ideas of how they while away their time in Hatyai during this "period".

In Danok, the safest bet is to book those WL from farms (one small shop lot "karaoke" with all their ladies sitting at front of the shop) as these WL are meant for O/N booking. There are many new farms across He Jia Hotel, but seems quiet there.

Those are cafe are on their own and you are taking your own risk. Bear in mind that bar fine don't usually imply sex included, the companion does not necessary means on your bed, so it's tricky sometime especially when you are dealing with a pretty one. Chances is better if you neg for a S/T. Even those hunted from disco are equally as risky.

You can park your car at the duty free after the Malaysian immigration. From there, it's only a minute walk to Hatyai immigration.

You can take a private taxi from Danuk to Hatyai which will cost you about 500 baht or RM50. Even the duty free complex have private taxis.

Day 2.

They said that I should report to the boss. But it was too late as the office was closed. So pitying me, my friends arrange for a OKT to come up to my room to arrange a girl. on the contrary. I've seen many guys go for dinner leaving their girls in the rooms. Remember, these are girls they have just booked from the farms, etc. there are also guiys when booking the girls, give their key cards to the girls and ask them to go direct to the hotel rooms as they might be late doing some other things like massage or whatever.

After about 300- 400 meters on the left side of the road heading north ( Hatyai ) from the Thailand Border check point , you will see Oliver Hotel. It is the better hotel around this lil' and bustling town. Paragon and Bar Berry is just behind Oliver's . You won't miss it .

Most of the night actions are situated around this side of town.

Alternative, ask anyone and you will be shown the direction .

Just returned from a whirlwind 3 day/night stint, - Pattaya - bangkok - hat yai so will post hat yai here.

after the first 2 hectic wild nights, I finally got to hat yai via BKK, air asia have flights for 900 baht if you book on-line or 1600 baht with a on the spot turn up booking, which I had to do as I missed my flight from BKK coming from Pattaya, as the 4:30 am’er hangover and late check out destroyed my original plan.

Hat Yai airport, get the inside terminal taxi booking fair, cost 290Baht to centre of town and avoid the touts. I normally always stay at Pink Lady, so checked in and then rushed out to get to Sadao/Danuk border post and back – pissed off the taxi cost 700 baht return – this is 200 baht more than 6 months ago and 100 baht more than 3 months ago. They said petrol costs had increased and this was now the correct fair. This agent is the last agent after 7/11 walking to the new lee gardens and shopping centre on the right hand side – I think Chang travel.

Also note the Post Laser Disc Bar – the thumping music bar opposite the Indra hotel was under renovation or closed down – looked like a bomb had gone off in there with all the trouble in the south – have to check and follow that one on what they doing– although not my favourite venue.

Anyway, back to the room, didn’t fancy a roam or checking out any areas or bars, so rang the relax club up downstairs for a booking – sorry no bookings – you must come down and choose – couldn’t be bothered.

So, called the bell boy up, (Ive done this before and quite like the suspense of what you gonna and not gonna get) however, this bell boy came up, came in the room, sat down, had a good look over me, I had my shirt off, jeans on and a bath towel around my neck. He checked me out for about 5 min before pulling out a piece of paper which looked like a list of names and numbers of about 50. I said whats up, and he confirmed he was looking at my "spec" (specifications) in order to get the right lady for me. I never gave him any “spec” for what i wanted, but said I only want 1 lady to come up, he said no 2 or 3 will come up and I must choose, if I don’t like you can change, and some others will come up. I said I don’t like to choose between 2 or 3 and turn them away in front of each other. Rather call 1 up, and then I will ok it or not.

15 minutes later the door rings, bell boy answers for me, I barely had a look at one of them, and the one’s face just went totally shocked (I thought the bell boy had told them my spec) she immediately said I don’t go with farangs – too big – don’t like European! They both promptly left in 10 seconds - they were both about 6 foot, the tallest thais I had ever seen (definitely ladies from what I could see, but they were about 4/10) I wouldn’t have gone with either of them. Now my "spec" is not that great, but its also not that bad, i promise.

15min later door rings again – the next 2 arrive for selection - they both short, a little plump and average – 6/10’s, the one immediately didn’t look very happy. The other was totally up for it and keen to be chosen but I went for the pissed off one – she said no! I’m sick "mai sabai” got K1 (whatever the fuck that is) I said are you working and why did you bother coming up here. Boss said I must go but i'm sick sorry.

Could be be bothered waiting for another 2, so I Ok’d the happy one (name Goi) and said come back in 30 min. They left and she promptly returned on time – so 3 out of 4 refused – was something wrong with me or was it just Monday and they couldn’t be bothered because they had all had enough all weekend? – fuck knows, I won’t be going for this service again – I suppose that’s what you expect from not going out yourself, however I have had good experiences this way. Anyway got FS, BBBJ and 3 pops – 5/10 – I was knacked anyway from the previous 2 days – 1,500 baht, they all came from the old lee gardens “office” – a 50/50, and a bit of a hit and miss (I have had some hotties from there though).

Kicked her out at 7:30Am and checked out.

First of all, I think you had a good deal with regards to the taxi at 700 Baht for a return trip to Danok which calculates out to 350 Baht each way. Think I should also recommend this travel agent as anywhere else charges about 400 to 500 baht ONE way.

Bombs explode in department stores, hotel in southern Thailand

BANGKOK - Bombs exploded in two department stores and a hotel in southern Thailand Saturday night, killing at least one person and wounding many more, police and military said.

The blasts occurred at the Odean and Big C stores, as well as the Lee Garden Hotel in Songkhla province's Hat Yai city, the largest city in southern Thailand, according to officials and news reports.

Television news reports quoted Thai army Lieutenant General Ongkorn Thongprasom as saying that at least one person was killed at the Odean, and that there were many more wounded.

Police have said two people have died so far and at least 10 are wounded, according to reports.

TV news showed images of bloodied victims lying in restaurants or being led to safety by rescue personnel amid vehicles burning in streets strewn with shattered glass and overturned tables and chairs.

"There are injured people, but it is too early to know how many," one police officer told AFP.

Parts of Songkhla province are under martial law as the government struggles to contain an Islamic insurgency that has killed more than 1,400 people since 2004, mostly in the three southern-most Muslim-majority provinces bordering Malaysia.

Due to the bomb blasts in the heart of Hatyai City, I would advise members against making any travel plans to Hatyai in the near future. Tension is high, and the whole city is under high security alert. This is a serious matter, and it will be very irresponsible to downplay it and claim that things are back to normality the very next morning. The news from the international presses are not "heresay" as claimed by those whose businesses will clearly be badly affect by this terrible event. There are always other places you can go to enjoy yourself.

Its me DJ CH. I here and accounted for. This came as a shock to me when I heard the news. We planned to be there last Friday. Even noted it to bro TV. Hope he's ok and also other bro's in this forum. I was suppose to make the trip up there and even booked my hotel nearby instead of our usual hangout. Garden home. But along the way. We stopped at a are&are on the highway and met up with some other "cheonging" kaki. And then they managed to convince us to make a trip to betong. At first I was reluctant but since one of the guys there who is quite regular there, told us that it quite safe since they have banned all phone lines that are not registered and foreign lines too. So it kinda help a bit. But still don't let our guard down. I think they should impliment the same system there at hat yai too. So since everyone was game to head there, so was I. But keeping my instinct "guard" on too. Just In case.

Reached there, booked hotel and stuffs but yesterday when we were down at a karaoke joint. One of the girls told us about the bombing and there goes the day. All of us cut short our time there and we made plans to get out the next day, which is today as I wrote this. As we gathered back at the hotel, the other group kept tellings us how lucky we were to follow them. If not dunno where we will be at 9pm. Usually around odeon area for dinner and drinks esp near the pubb or maybe westside. Sheesh. Even writing this sends down the chills down my spine. Felt sad for the victims. HATYAI, Sept 17 (Bernama) -- Public order was restored and life returned to normalcy in Hatyai several hours after this south Thailand border township was rocked by six explosions that killed four people and injured dozens of others last night.

However, most foreign tourists fled from the town considered as a "shopping and entertainment haven" after six explosions went off almost simultaneously at about 9pm (10pm Malaysian time) and ripped through key tourist spots last night.

Four people, including a Canadian national, were killed and 70 others, including five or more Malaysians, were injured.

The incident was expected to hurt tourism in southern Thailand, said Songkhla Hotel Association president Somchart Pimtanapoonporn who predicted that Hatyai would lose millions of baht in tourism revenue this year.

"Hatyai will suffer following the bloody incident, the worst ever in Hatyai. Tourism will definitely take a severe blow. We can expect to lose millions of baht because of this incident," he said.

Last April, Hatyai was rocked by a bomb explosion at its international airport. A bomb also exploded at the Hatyai railway station three years ago.

A female masseur identified as Nui, 25, is worried that business will take a tumble in the next few months. "The survival of my business depends on the tourists. No tourist, no business," she said.

A tut-tut (motorised three-wheel cart) driver, who requested anonymity, said the "tut-tut" business would be hard hit by the incident.

"So many tourists fled from Hatyai and there is no guarantee that they will return. We depend on them to sustain our business. Thousands more will cancel their holiday bookings to Hatyai and Songkhla," he said.

Meanwhile, a check conducted by Bernama at the border area showed that thousands of Malaysians were stranded at the border post near Bukit Kayu Hitam as they tried to rush home for safety.

They fled from Hatyai in buses and private cars.

Malaysian police at the border area was put on high alert to control a stampede at the immigration check-points.

Soleh Mansor, 52, said many Malaysians were shocked by the incident. Those who worked as shop assistants in Hatyai were taking leave until the situation returned to normal, he said.

Check in the border around 8 pm and park my car in the duty free shop.

It was a cold Saturday morning when Platonic step into the office unknowingly what big plan lay ahead. Log on to the MSN Messenger
and was talking to Sir Aroymakmak. While goofing around with him,
Platonic suggested going up to Betong today, while Aroy shouted
out Hatyai instead. At that point, Platonic knew Aroy was not
that compulsive person nevertheless if agreed, Aroy has to keep
to his word. Platonic took the offer and both off us was taken back
a little that we're off to Hatyai today and it was planned just 5 minutes
from our depart time.

Quickly, Platonic left and went home packing his bag. Got a confirmation
call from Sir Aroy if the plan is for real, well hell yes! and not letting
him take back his word; double tripple dare!

Journey as usual, sight seeing and dropping by MINI to fill up immegresion form. Was also stunned by Sir Aroy's border pass which looks like
salted vegetable or some say chess paper.

So off we went towards Hatyai from the border and stopped by for the famous chicken rice, the meat is a lil tough but the chili sure spice up
anyone's appetite. Upon reaching Hatyai city, we drop by a tour agency to
buy hotel voucher, stayed at New Season Hotel; nice decor, neat, new, big bed, bath tub, safe box, internet ready.

Sir Aroy suggested that we head straight to the farms, after checking in to get the room number. It is advisable because when u booked a lady, you can inform her which hotel and room number you are at.

We decided to check out Wondeful KTV and was introduce to about 10 puyings. Price varies from 1500B to 3500B. None to my liking though so we
decided to head down Chanivete.

Upon reaching Chanivete, told Aroy to park his big car away to avoid being seen in it. This is because if the papasan or mamasan see's it, it will cost us an arm and a leg for a puying; big fish coming.

Went into Jenny or Happy77 and was greeted by a fat mamasan who can speak a little cantonese language. This place is filled with SYT and some Platonic doubt are even Thai. There were about above 20 ladies to pick but was abit hesitant. Feeling uncomfortable when all give you the look which you dont know who to pick. So left that place and decided to go Suriya to check it out first before deciding; my old haunt. Was shown about 10 girls but none to Platonic liking at all. The standard has drop Platonic would say.
Walk out and went back in to Jenny/Happy77, though this is not advisable
to come back and pick because the mamasan will throw a high price.
Platonic finally pick a cute girl which cost 1800B after negotiation.

We round the city and ended up playing snooker instead at a hotel.
Later proceeded to "BoonKow" for dinner where the sight is overlooking
the city centre. Nice place, nice food and reasonable price.

After dinner, decided to call TV for some puying contacts. Met him at New Season hotel and off we went to SKY. Was introduced to this puying
that people claim able to bonk you 10 times if you're up for it. Didnt take up the offer for one; no time to bonk as party is set at Kiss Channel, asking price is 2500B and its already 9pm. Non negotiable.
TV then head toward Chanivete and was introduce to this sweet puying
