I think many people lie about there sex history. Dudes getting HIV claiming hetero. When they are butt packing.
I believe it is rare, but one can get it from hetero. Most assured.
My lifestyle of bareback is definitely not for everyone. This is what I have chosen to do. I would never tell others to live like me.
Everyone has their reasons. I have never mentioned this before, but from age 32 to 47, I could not get an erection. The prime of my life really. My wife divorced me. Doctors could not figure out why. One day I went for a full body scan, and a tumor was discovered on my pituitary gland. This gland regulates hormones in the body. It was removed, and 2 weeks later my dick started getting hard again. So I started on my rampage. Over 10 years now really of barebacking about 1000 women.
I have done ok financially, so my life now is really traveling and fucking. I never get tired of it, because I know I lost a lot of time.
So that is me if anyone cares.
I know some on here do not like my lifestyle. I don't care. With all this at least I am honest about what I do. One thing that is annoying is the number of dudes that always claim they cover up and tell others to do so. Many on here. Whatever. But I talk with these girls and 90%+ say just about every guy wants BB. Especially in SEA. So what is the truth?HIV has never really been one of my worries. I wrap that rascal for other reasons. Currently because of the emergence of multi-drug resistent gonorrhea. Also, when one acquires a UTI there is scarring left in the urethra. After several infections, strictures can occur and one can start to have blockages. The old prostate causes enough trouble as we get older. Don't need others. Just my two cents.

Last week had the blood test for HIV and as well as the other regular test (liver, kidney, etc) after 10 years of hard core mongering. I have been offered BB on a number of occasions but have declined. To those that BB best of luck. Also all condoms are not alike and some are better than others.
The BKK / Patts combo makes it ONE of the largest concentrations (not THE largest) of P4P in the world. Just as almost all airplane collisions happen in or around airports the same holds for the majority of STD's being transmitted in P4P concentrations.
Not high risk? Perhaps not compared to South Africa or Uganda but those are aberrations due more to baseline poverty then from sex tourism and not a viable comparison.
Your views are well known, though I find your copy and paste style a bit tedious at times which precludes me from reading mostly but in the end you may be more right than wrong and you may in the end turn out to be one of the only ones actually paying attention to the data.
I have no issue with anyone doing anything they want as long as they're not a major bother so barebackers get no flak from me. My point was simply that if some monger was inclined to stand up and make a grand melodramatic proclamation he should be prepared to articulate his position.
I've since lowered my expectations.
One of the most high risk environments in the world? Where did you get that idea?
Where do you have sex?
Are you circumcised?
Do you practice plastic baggie sex, that is, always use fallible condoms?
Clearly HIV is nothing of a scare like it used to be, for those who are informed on the subject.
But if you are so scared then you probably couldn't enjoy the advantages of bareback sex anyway.
BTW it appears to be more common in the PI than LOS, although still easily attainable in the latter also.

Not high risk? Perhaps not compared to South Africa or Uganda but those are aberrations due more to baseline poverty then from sex tourism and not a viable comparison.Recently researched HIV rates in LOS with female venued P4P workers is only about 1. 8 percent. Compare that to the general population at around 1. 0 percent which is about 50 percent lower. Add in circumcision, which is like a condom that stays on you 24 hours a day for life & never breaks or slips off, and a guy like Luvpuss is even safer. Like about 60% safer from HIV than uncut guys. If he had his ladies pre tested for HIV, he could make himself safer yet. Ladyboys, homos & IDU are by far amongst the most high risk for HIV in Thailand and many other countries, but it seems unlikely Luvpuss has much if any sex with those types. Also I'd suggest that there are quite a substantial list of places that have P4P HIV rates at about 1. 8 percent or much higher than that.
Not high risk? Perhaps not compared to South Africa or Uganda but those are aberrations due more to baseline poverty then from sex tourismThere was a report earlier this year in the Brazil section that gave a figure over 5 percent for P4P HIV in Brazil. I've seen some similarly high rates for parts of China and Eastern Europe. Compare that to Thailand at about 2. 2 percent. Then there's the Philippines at under half a percent.
Brazil is known for its ass fucking which is higher risk for HIV. I figure this la bamba business also occurs frequently in other Latin countries P4P scenes.
In the Roman Catholic Philippine Islands condom use is not popular, yet the reported HIV rates both for the general population and the P4P scene are very low, such as in a Western country like Canada. This might be attributed to a number of factors there that reduce transmission rates, such as, for examples, less promiscuity and the fact most PI guys are circumcised. So the BFs of PI hookers are less likely to pass on the disease to their GF than if they were uncut and butterflys like the guys in Siam.

And let's not forget that the other major STD's are vectors for HIV. For instance herpes lesions or sores are a 'welcome and come on in' sign for any other kind of bacteria or virus. HIV included. So really HIV only infection chance stats are in a way a false 'security blanket' for mongers. You can't really take a 1 in 500 or 1 in 1000 chance type study made in Nebraska and compare it to living in Pattaya or Bangkok and being sexually active.
Bangkok. I ended up accidentally being with two girls from the same NEP bar from the 2nd floor. The first straight from the bar and then NEP short time room for 600bf and 2000st. Met her also her the following day during day time before her shift started at 8pm. Wanted the same 2k afterwards for the day ST in my hotel room. I had thought I could make it cheaper and first offered her 500, then 1k then 1. 5k which she angrily could have accepted finally but the hell with it I finally gave 2k for the day session for her. And she also had two drinks and ate the most expensive 370 thb pork chop on the menu when we were in a restaurant earlier. Damage too much done I guess, my mistake.
Then the same night, in a street bar at 2am I talk to a girl who said works for the same bar. I ended up taking her for 1. 5k at 4-5am we were both drunk. Tried boom boom her but with condom too drunk to come so after long thinking I do her BB and then quickly CIP. She angry cause I worried about HIV etc and she said they check their pussy and blood every month by the bar. Who knows, maybe they do but still scary. 1 month HIV can be there if infected customers take the BB option. The girl said I can come see her doctor paper tomorrow, maybe I can but who knows about them, but ok quick forced BB cannot result in HIV can it.
I can post pics tomorrow.

Ever thought that not necessarily are the girls giving a SD but maybe customers as you can pass it over?
Is there really a bb option. LOL. If girls offered it I would politely say fuck off. You should read other forums guys are contracting sexual disesaes left and right.Guys aren't contracting STDs left and right. Typical dumb ass, fear mongering horseshit.

Guys aren't contracting STDs left and right. Typical dumbass, fear mongering horseshit. If you refuse to condom up, it will probably happen sooner than later (contract a STD that is). I read there's a hillbilly in Angeles City who is spreading an advanced form of jock itch to many unsuspecting bar girls there. He explained how he goes weeks without cleaning and changing his underpants, so just let you know that there are neanderthals out there who force their diseases upon girls and the then they probably pass the bugs on to other johns.

Lots of non pros and working girls both. Caught a case of crabs in my early twenties. Nothing else. I'm not saying that the chances are zero, but unless you're fucking crack whoares, IV drug users, or guys in the ass, then your chances drop considerably. If you are unlucky enough to pick up a case of the regular clap, or the extremely small chance of the antibiotic resistant menace, then consider yourself unlucky. You've a much better chance of dying in a car accident (no matter where you live, for the most part) than getting a major STD. Obviously that doesn't stop people from getting in their cars, or a cab, and motoring on.
I don't allow fear mongering or the willfully ill informed to have any influence on my fucking. Fucking with a rubber is a very poor excuse for fucking in my book. I'd rather get a blowjob than be coerced into wear a rubber.

This is the 2nd guy here involved in this kind of behavoir. Is it just me or is- quick forced BB- a crime in most jurisdictions. Time to call in csi Bangkok!
Then when you read the guys account of how the girl adores them and wants more I'm thinking the girls are used to it. Perhpas it starts young with the working girl, they must have experienced worse. Quick forced BB is the least of their worries.Forced BB was probably wrong choice of words. I meant that last night as I was drunk for me it was BB coming or no coming at all. I tried with 3 different condoms but could not come and did not even feel much anything. Then bareback felt instantly good and came quickly. That is the difference between great BB sex and condom sex, it is just so unnatural and not the way nature created it that you have a thick rubber between human beings when having sex.
Of course there are risks but I don't doubt the bar girl if she saids she takes std tests every month. It is also in her own interests and in the interests of the bar that girls and customers don't get sick. HIV you cannot catch if the girl does not have it, which is extremely likely. If she has it then there is a small risk but still it is extremely unlikely.

Just to put things in the right perspection and with no intention to approve or condemn: it is known that the STD test is not a proof in case of HIV being caught "recently" The window period is about 10 to 14 days with the HIV NAAT test at Bumrungrad hospital soi 3 across from Grace Hotel.
The window period is a few days more with the 4th gen duo test at the same location, same day results possible within an hour or two, if you arrive early enough. About 3 days waiting period for NAAT (PCR) test results.
Roughly $100 for the first option & half that for the 2nd.
The chances of a person having HIV & transmitting it to you via BBFS after recently testing negative with either option is almost nil.
Adding a condom to the mix might be considered to be ultra safe sex or overkill. If you have a wife or GF back home, though, it might be something you'd feel more comfortable with.
BTW isn't their a safe sex thread where this subject has been discussed before at great length.
Just to put things in the right perspection and with no intention to approve or condemn: it is known that the STD test is not a proof in case of HIV being caught "recently" This is true but now in the equation the girl not only has had to caught HIV (unlikely) but also has had to caught it recently (highly unlikely). Of course unfortunately transmission is more likely if HIV infrction is recently caught.
So how to know if a bar girl has it? HIV test at 1 month is 90-99% reliable so wait about a month if you BBd her and go back to her bar. If she still works there she didn't have HIV when she was with you. If she had it would have been tested and she would have been kicked out of the bar. If she is not there say your prayers. On the other hand she could have quit for other reasons.

That being said I'm not going to bareback FS anything P4P. I have another 40+ years of mongering and I intend to use it.

All this talking about HIV coming from sex, not from other (existing) means.

Being a firm subscriber to the maxim 'opinions are like assholes, we all have them and most stink' it comes as no surprise that you've chosen to express yours here but my question to you is. Why have you chosen Catbird and this particular point in time to start your 'anti bare-back' crusade against consenting adults as there is a whole section dedicated to it, with a fair amount of activity, from which you have been (now conspicuously) absent?

The main reason I don't use a condom is not AIDs but rather it takes too long to take off when I want to blow my load over her.
The day I catch some serious shit is the day I start drinking 42 cups of spinach juice. 10 cups of carrot juice. 55 cups of lemon juice and every other fruit and vegetable per day until that ***** is wiped out.
Another advantage of knowing more about the body then a doctor or general population.

Thanks in advance and all the best!Risk is always there, check out the link below. Personally I think is very low, but if you feel unsafe, do a quick oral inspection, some pro does it over here in Sydney.

To answer your question in a theoretical way: here in Europe, they suggest (to be 100% safe) to use a tissue called cofferdam / dental dam. A true turn on, huh. ?

Has anyone ever gotten anything from BB Rimming or BJ?Yes. Me. Yes! In attach a photo of a poster about oral sex that stand in Pattaya City Clinic, in soi Buakhao, where I was, just two time, to treat always a very hard tonsillitis, with a cocktail of antibiotics (os and injection)!
I would think that while engaging in 'rimming' all forms of Hepatitis are certainly a genuine risk.
So. As the name implies, I do not care for safe practices or even for pulling out. I have been debating on a trip to BKK; can I find what I want there? I'd like a lady who can basically stay with me for a week, show me around, and get naughty anytime I choose. Any advice, tips, or recommendations would be nice, even if it's "fuck off, don't come here".

I always use Listerine mouth wash before or after the oral things.
Anybody have any suggestion to add any thing for the protection?

I just talk to the girl and tell her I no like plastic bag (That usually gets a laugh) and cannot get it up if I use one, the service ethic comes into play and I have rarely had a definite NO come back in the last ten years. Forget what is coming about the chances etc, it works like this, if every other punter is wearing a franger how is she going to catch anything to give to you. Of course I present rather well, not at all dodgy looking, and clean as a whistle to their eyes. Don't bother with the younger ones, at 19-20 they can get all they want anyhow, go for the above 25 who know they are fast approaching use by date.

Forget what is coming about the chances etc, it works like this, if every other punter is wearing a franger how is she going to catch anything to give to you.Even amongst hookers who use condoms religiously about 60 percent have genital herpes compared to like 20 percent of the overall adult population. STIs are passed on & unwanted pregnancies occur regardless of condom use. They don't come with Papal infallability.
Bareback Bob would be prudent to get himself & his week long girl tested for diseases, at least HIV. Other safer sex measures such as circumcision & not cumming in your partner would also be advisable for those not high on plastic baggie sex.
These topics have been previously discussed in great detail already in this thread, so one should search & RTF before asking questions that have already been answered.
Does anybody know of a reliable, non expensive smaller clinic for rapid HIV testing in the Sukhumvit area that is open until late in the evening? I did quite some research on this forum but didn't find this information.
Thanks a lot for your answers!

Thank you all for your replies and comments; and yes, I should have researched more in the thread. So AussieDog. Have you rarely gotten a "No" when meeting face to face, via email, or over the phone? Here in the US I too usually stay with the over 26 girls, they tend to have their tubes tied too which is a huge plus. I just find a couple regulars and stick to them. A great suggestion was made to go with my chosen lady and get tested first, much appreciated.

Not to mention that the indiscriminate use of Bacitracin is one of the main causes of antibiotic resistance. We have to thank it for the Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus.
Yes. Me. Yes! In attach a photo of a poster about oral sex that stand in Pattaya City Clinic, in soi Buakhao, where I was, just two time, to treat always a very hard tonsillitis, with a cocktail of antibiotics (os and injection)!I have too.
Last year I had a BJ girl in BKK wash my dick with too much soap. The soap entered my uretha at the tip of my dick and I felt a light burning even before I got my service. I think the soap distroyed the protective lining / membrane in my uretha making me very supseptible to any other type of bacteria.
Anyway, the burining never went away and got progressively worse. I went into get checked and was diagnosed with non-gonococcal urethitis (NGU). One pill and I was back to new in about 10 days. I was given 1000mg of Tinidazole as treatment. After 7 days it did not seem like the pill worked at all and then all in a sudden, bang, it was gone.
For the community I have attached the information the medical provider gave me.
The main reason I don't use a condom is not AIDs but rather it takes too long to take off when I want to blow my load over her.
The day I catch some serious shit is the day I start drinking 42 cups of spinach juice. 10 cups of carrot juice. 55 cups of lemon juice and every other fruit and vegetable per day until that * is wiped out.
Another advantage of knowing more about the body then a doctor or general population.
Dirty dick dropping futuristic knowledge and saving lives today.NeverGetsOld,
Your so called cure is ridiculous. Just another lame excuse to bareback a hooker. This just is something to give you peace of mind.
Thailand is a playground for men. It can be heaven. But there is a thin line between heaven and hell. Thailand can turn into hell very fast. Most girls in Thailand will do bareback. If they don't the first time. If you do long time they all do. This is a bad thing. Thai guys over there don't wear condoms.
I am going do just some bullet points and advice.
In Thailand bareback BJ is standard. That is the problem. If you look at the working girls lips over there cold sores are extremely common. Which is herpes. I saw some of the girls that stand in front of Nana plaza and some had cold sores on top of cold sores because of doing this for years and being with to many men. They cover it with lip stick and lip gloss. A friend of mine that is a 20 year veteran of Thailand never noticed it until I pointed it out. I would say 90% of the girls there have herpes both mouth and vaginally. If you do not wear a condom for BJ and sex you can only gamble so long before you get it. Now I know some of you are super human and resistant to all diseases and nothing can hurt you even bullets. This is for the rest of us. So you go to Bangkok day one of your 10 day vacation. You first day you are with 3 girls all had herpes that you could not see. Did you forget to look at their tongue for you guys that examine them before service. Ok so you get herpes. Lets say you have an outbreak the next day or the 3rd day of your trip. Now your trip is ruined because no more fun. Besides you dick is ruined. Did I mention if you have a herpes out break it is super easy to catch aids through the sores. You google it for that explanation.
Even with a condom if the girl has herpes the parts of skin that do touch her vagina can still be infected. Those areas need to be covered so use your imagination.
Even if the girl is not doing bb sex. Condoms break. Girls get drunk and guys sneak off the condom. Many guys have no control.
Going to Thailand, Philippines you have to assume all of them have a std. Be super careful. That way you can have along line with many trips back to Asia. But, from my experience guys that tell guys not to bb these girls will refuse to listen. They will usually verbally attack anyone that says this. Saying you can't catch std's. The girls are tested ext. Aids does not exist. LOL.
Some massage parlors test the girls and they say girl is guaranteed clean. You know what they means? Guaranteed cleaned means they come showered. Even if they are blood tested for aids. What about other things? Even if they were and they are not. If the girl is tested yesterday. After her test she is with 10-20 more guys. 6 of those guys have stds Is she now clean when she goes with you?
Even amongst hookers who use condoms religiously about 60 percent have genital herpes compared to like 20 percent of the overall adult population.Huh?

So we’re looking at close to the majority or the majority of folks in that age group who are single having genital herpes. So…
" FLATOW: Let me go over that number again because you’re saying that – it’s hard to believe – you’re saying that for women between the age of 40 and 50…
" Dr. LEONE: Right.
"FLATOW: … unmarried women?
" Dr. LEONE: Yes, unmarried women.
" FLATOW: You’re saying that between 50 and 75 percent of them have herpes type 2?
" Dr. LEONE: That’s exactly right. Yeah.

Huh (again)?
HSV-1 and HSV-2 can both show up in either place, both can be spread by contact (of skin, genitals, mouth).
The WORLDWIDE prevalence rate of herpes is around 80, with higher numbers among women and people in the underdeveloped countries. We are talking about Thai women.
If you look at HSV-2 exclusively it's a bit lower in some parts of the population (western people, especially older. The population in most of the west is very aged, complete opposite of the underdeveloped countries). But even then not necessarily, as I quoted the esteemed doctor before:
"So if you look at some population-based data in the United States and look at unmarried adults, meaning folks between the ages of 45 and 50, for women, we know the prevalence rate for genital herpes due to HSV-2 is between 50 and 70 percent. So we’re looking at close to the majority or the majority of folks in that age group who are single having genital herpes."
Luckily herpes is pretty much meaningless, like getting pimples. Most people have one form or another (even though up to 80% of infected people will never show symptoms) and it causes no serious damage. It's common, it's been with human beings for centuries, and it's impossible to avoid without forgoing sexual contact all together (condoms don't protect the skin around the base of your penis from skin contact and fluids).
I've never had as much as a coldsore, but odds are I have it along with everyone else who punts in Thailand or has sex with more than a few women.
Huh (again)?
HSV-1 and HSV-2 can both show up in either placeTrue, but combined rates for both are not limited to the subject, which was "genital herpes".
Therefore the rate you quoted was not applicable.
Clear now?
No.
HSV-2 is higher among women and in underdeveloped countries than the world average. Unless you have some proof that the prevalence among non-pro Thai women (since, again, we're talking about Thai women) is "20%" as you said, I'll continue to doubt it. Especially since, as I've now quoted here twice, the prevalence rate of HSV-2 even among middle aged non-pro American women is between 50 and 70 percent.
Your "general population" comment don't mean much. It's like when they divvy up the GDP of the US and say the average income in the States is $50, 000 a year. Of course more than a hundred million people there make much less than that.

Especially since, as I've now quoted here twice, the prevalence rate of HSV-2 even among middle aged non-pro American women is between 50 and 70 percent.First of all, it's a no brainer that the rate of genital herpes is way less common amongst non pros than pros.
Secondly, my original comment didn't mention Thailand or Thai women.
Also why would I care about unmarried 45 to 50 year old "middle aged non-pro American women". I've never had sex with such a hideous creature in my life & don't ever intend to.
Even if your figure for them is accurate, what does it have to do with non pro Thai women? It would show that HSV-2 rates can vary widely by specific groups of the adult population, just like as in my original example of hookers vs non P4P.
Obviously an older 50 year old USA female is more likely to have had more sex sessions & more sex partners than an 18 year old. Consequently she is also much more likely to have contracted STIs like genital herpes.
If you want to greatly reduce the risk of having horrible ugly painful sores on your dick regularly for the rest of your life, you might want to avoid hookers or take other precautions vs genital herpes. Up to you.
"remember that being HSV-2 positive, even without symtpoms, at least doubles a person's risk of acquiring HIV if sexually exposed to it."
http://www.medhelp.org/posts/STDs/herpes-and-masturbation/show/248614
If you are interested in not passing genital herpes & or HIV onto others, then you might want to get yourself tested for these STI. If you are found positive, there are preventative measures you can take so that your sex partners are significantly less likely to get your disease.
Your "general population" comment don't mean much. It's like when they divvy up the GDP of the US and say the average income in the States is $50, 000 a year. Of course more than a hundred million people there make much less than that.It means one is far safer from getting "genital herpes" with the general population than with hookers, even hookers that religiously use condoms. If you can find a virgin like some Japanese sex tourists seek, then you will probably be even safer.
"The prevalence of HSV-2 was 4. 8 percent in sexually active adults. 60 percent in sex workers."
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17062037
"Asia (including Australia) Studies have been conducted in Hong Kong [66], Japan [67, 68], Thailand [71, 72], Australia [61–63], and New Zealand [69, 70] (table 1). There is a relative paucity of data on HSV-2 prevalence in non–high-risk populations in Asia. HSV-2 prevalence tended to be lower than in other areas of the world, with the possible exceptions of Thailand [71, 72] and Australia [61–63]. In two Japanese studies, age-specific HSV-2 prevalence was low (<7 percent in all age groups) [67, 68]. These estimates are lower than in women of similar ages in the Philippines (9 percent) [7] and in antenatal Australian patients (15 percent) [63]. Although still relatively low, other Japanese studies found higher HSV-2 prevalence (e. G. 15 percent among older female clinic attendees from Osaka [mean age. 49 years] and 17 percent among pregnant women from Kagoshima [mean age. 29 years]) [68]. In Sydney, HSV-2 prevalence among a large sample of antenatal clinic attendees (mean age. 28 years) was 11 percent [61]"
With "populations with evidence of higher risk sexual behavior and in STI clinic attendees, the prevalence of HSV-2 infection was consistently higher than in non–high-risk populations."
The "HSV-2 seropositivity was consistently high among young CSWs elsewhere: Thailand (76%; mean age. 24 years)."

I wonder if it's any use if you and the girl take 1000 mg valacyclovir three hours before hopping into bed for a night of sex. There's little literature on herpes prophylaxis. Valacyclovir has few side-effects. It's worth a try if you have to bareback. L-Lysine is also supposed to have some effect in slowing down viral replication and it is free of side-effects. That doesn't solve the gono problem though.
On another note, is it at all possible in Thailand to bed good-looking girls whose men are few and far between? I'm planning to retire there, not just for the pussy of course, but if having BB sex is near impossible without ending up catching something for which there's no cure ....
Any extended rubbing with soap, whether the usual brief hand-job in a normal soapy in the bath-tub or the body-to-body rubbing in one of these unusual ones that have a mattress, is hazardous to your skin. It feels good at first, but one should allow no more than a perhaps thirty seconds of such rubbing. Oil is better for the skin, soap is highly damaging. Not using soap as a lube for all types of sex is sex ed 100 or 101, basic stuff. But maybe it should be mentioned here as evidently some people skipped class.
Coconut oil is longlasting, may be fragrant (TGs love the smell) , anti viral, anti bacterial, moisturizes the penis, is beneficial to the vaginal area & acts as an STI barrier.
Of course any oil should not to be used with a plastic baggy.

Despite the cynicism on display in many of these threads, you'll find that most Thai women aren't hookers and have never darkened the door of a P4P establishment. I can't speak for the younger generation, but all of the ladies I've met in the late 30s-and-up range have had a shockingly low number of sex partners.
But there ain't no free lunch. It's going to take some sort of commitment. They may let you off the leash on occasion, but Thai women can be incredibly jealous.

Identify yourself as a resident, visit the bedding section of department stores, and the women there will be happy to help. One took me by the hand and led me around the store, she was not too bad looking either, but I had a 20yo back in the apartment.

Just practice safe sex if it worries you & like all of us you have to leave the rest to your lucky stars. Hire the Bangkok private eye to check out your girl's history, if you think it will help. But non hookers have almost as high a rate of HIV in LOS as venued P4P gals. If you want a safer bet, try Canada or Iceland.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Safe_sex
The term "safe sex" is used in reference to STIs but also pregnancy:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Safe_sex
When it comes to avoiding pregnancy or birth control, men have fewer options than women.
Popular methods for male contraception are condoms, withdrawal or pulling out (coitus interruptus) and vasectomy.
For those interested in other or additional ways of protecting against knocking up a TG and or less invasive painful surgery, there are various possibilities worth considering:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Male_contraceptive
For example gossypol which can not only lower risk of impregnating a female per sex act but also lead to permanent infertility:
"Researchers have suggested gossypol might make a good noninvasive alternative to surgical vasectomy".
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gossypol
The risk of a guy causing a baby to be made lessens with older age & many other factors like diet. Even drinking coffee, the use of cannabis & tobacco & the proximity of cell phones has had some studies done suggesting correlations in this regard:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Semen_quality
It has been suggested that BPA, which is found in canned foods, is also linked to low sperm quantity & quality:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bisphenol_A
In the event of a pregnancy occuring, its termination is possible for a TG to obtain for only around 2000 baht.
As working ladies generally have many partners, it is likely she has no idea or certainly no proof of whom the father is, even if she is telling the truth about her condition. Over 95 percent of them also have Thai BFs, many of whom they are doing BB with, who is also likely shooting inside her, regardless of what she may tell you.
To prove who the father is would require waiting till after birth and doing tests on both the child & the alleged father.
Men do not as of yet have a pill they can easily pop or a shot they can get for this purpose. It's the responsibility of TGs to be on the pill or using another form of birth control.
What's the name of the BJ Bar (if you remember)?
Just to clarify, did you convince the girl to provide FS without a condom I. E. Did you go bareback? Very risky!Exactly how risky is that, would you say?
More risky than flying with Malaysian airlines?
More risky than riding a motorbike during holiday seasons in Thailand?
More risky than being exposed to cigarette smoke or drinking generous amounts of alcohol?
BTW did you see the recent news story of a guy who fainted while skydiving?
In your viewpoint, how many times having sex with a condom would equal the risk of doing BBFS once? Or if you had sex once a month & it was BBFS, would you be safer than the guy who had CFS every day of the month?
Of course intact condoms do not cover everything or protect from a number of STI. They also are known to break, tear, have defects & slip off, and then it is like having bareback sex. So sex with them is a risk, whether they fail or not.
Do you consider BBFS still "very risky" if the lady is a 20 year old, middle aged 40 year old or an elderly 80 year old virgin?
I doubt the present discussion is going to add anything new to the subject that hasn't already been said in the Safe Sex thread. It certainly hasn't so far. It doesn't even scratch the surface.
If you want to crusade against barebacking, the PI forum might be the better place to start. I suspect it is far more rampant there than in Thailand. After all, the country is Catholic.

First of, I see that you have quoted me from another thread. I am neither a crusader nor do I care to debate / judge the decision behind anyone's choice for indulging in BBFS. I should have been more clear, I find the idea of BBFS to be risky, and just so that you don't take it in another way let me say. IMHO. By all means, please feel free to continue barebacking. I am not judging nor is it of any consequence to me (I prefer to stay safe than expose myself to such a risk). Justifying BBFS by illustrating random instances of airline crashes, smoking, motor accidents doesn't take away from the fact that one is still at high risk of infection when indulging in unsafe sex.
Since condoms are likely to break, tear, leak, why not just give up condoms altogether, would that be more acceptable?
Age of the WG is hardly of consequence in BBFS, therefore, that does not merit a response.

You seem to have missed the point of my questions. They were not to "justify BBFS" but to dig into your head as to why you think BBFS is so very risky. But after your response I am no wiser in that regard. So please enlighten me, if you can. Or perhaps read the safe sex thread & enlighten yourself. After spending hundreds of hours researching the topic you might learn something from my posts about it, as well as what others have had to say.
A basic understanding of what safe and "unsafe sex" is, is important. It's not all about condoms or the lack thereof. Here's a link for you on that:

As to my comment with the different ages of females, I didn't say they were working girls, but that they were virgins. You appear to have missed the point there also, so I will try a different question this time. How risky is BBFS / barebacking with a virgin? Is it "very risky"? BTW if you've been following the Bangkok thread recently there was a discussion re a guy interested in finding a virgin TG to pay for sex.
Justifying BBFS by illustrating random instances of airline crashes, smoking, motor accidents doesn't take away from the fact that one is still at high risk of infection when indulging in unsafe sex.No it doesn't take away from the fact that one is still at high risk of infection. But one can argue how high that risk is. PinkPearl is putting things into perspective.
No it doesn't take away from the fact that one is still at high risk of infection. But one can argue how high that risk is. PinkPearl is putting things into perspective.Yet it's the wrong perspective. Flying an Antonov AN 12 into some war zone of Congo is a more appropriate comparison. Not to mention that some people have to get into Goma on such carriers while BBFS with prostitutes is not really necessary.

Flying an Antonov AN 12 into some war zone of Congo is a more appropriate comparison.Did the Russians invade the Congo? Someone has to tell the CIA.
No it doesn't take away from the fact that one is still at high risk of infection. But one can argue how high that risk is. PinkPearl is putting things into perspective.I've recieved more infections from DFK & HJ than from BBFS, so the former have had a "higher risk of infection" IME than BBFS. Moreover the infections from BBFS were less painful & dangerous than the others. Ever heard of MRSA?
Re dozens of hours of BBFS with dozens of street girls in 3 different countries over the past 10 years, including crack heroin addicts in one of them, & many other services like BBFS, DATO, BLS, DFK, etc, I've only recieved a few episodes of minor STI. They were less annoying than a mosquito bite or a girl that blabs nonstop for 10 minutes.
But, then, I use protection (s) when I engage in BBFS. Hence it's safe or safer BBFS. SBBFS.
Of course the large percentage of people who are paranoid about going without a plastic baggy make my bareback activities so much safer. So hopefully more & more people will wrap it up & have sex with a condom.

BTW if you've been following the Bangkok thread recently there was a discussion re a guy interested in finding a virgin TG to pay for sex.My understanding on this topic is elementary at best. I won't be able to give you facts and figures to define safe sex with medical precision (if that's even a term). Thanks for the reference to the wiki page, which appears to suggest all the reasons why protected sex (by use of condoms) go a long way and reduce risks of STI (by 4-5 times) as opposed to instances of unprotected sex with an infected partner.
Now coming to my initial observation, why I thought the alleged act of BBFS with the girl at the BJ bar was risky was that the girl in question is a working girl. She is likely to have multiple sexual partners on a daily basis. There is also a chance that she could have a BF or husband with whom she has unprotected sex. Also, the possibility of that BF or husband infecting the WG is not beyond the realm of imagination (as the BF or husband might also have several partners). There is also the possibility that the monger in question could also have been a carrier of a STI thus infecting the WG and all those guys who bareback the girl afterwards. All of the above instances are mere possibilities, I agree. Therefore, it is very difficult to say with certainty based on limited facts whether this one act of BBFS would lead to any kind of infection. However, looking at the larger scheme of things I think that when engaging in penetrative sex with multiple partners (WG or otherwise), it is essential to be cautious because the chances of infection while having unprotected sex are higher than in cases of protected sex. The wiki page and the contributions by other members do suggest that the statistics are stacked against those indulging in BBFS. Just my 2 cents, you may chose to disagree or I might have missed your point again!
I did read the request raised by a monger on the BKK page re finding a virgin TG for P4 P sex. Honestly, I don't know whether having BBFS with a virgin would be more or less risky but the chances of infection IMHO remain. The monger in question might be a carrier. The girl who is a supposed virgin in this case could have picked up a STI from somewhere else, drugs or blood transfusion etc. Since all of this is based on conjecture, there is no real scope of mitigating the risk of the picking up a STI while having unprotected sex with a virgin.
Yet it's the wrong perspective. Flying an Antonov AN 12 into some war zone of Congo is a more appropriate comparison. Not to mention that some people have to get into Goma on such carriers while BBFS with prostitutes is not really necessary.Of course the chances of infection while having unprotected sex are higher than in cases of protected sex. But that doesn't mean anything in itself. The question is HOW high these chances are.
For example the chance that a female with HIV infects a man through vaginal intercourse is something like 0. 1%.
I think that the chances that an Antonov AN 12 flying into a war zone of Congo gets shut down are much higher.

However, when you posit that chances of girls infecting men are very low because they do not squirt, would this also cover situations of lesions / open wounds (internal) in the vagina which an unsuspecting john going bareback may not be aware of?

However for HIV transmission it is required that body fluids of BOTH parties come in contact with each other. So when the unsuspecting john doesn't have any lesions / open wounds on his penis he doesn't have to worry very much.

6 of those guys have stds Is she now clean when she goes with you?The issue is actually quite complex to explain but HSV -1 does.
Not become HSV-2 merely because its relocated to the genital region.

The issue is actually quite complex to explain but HSV -1 does.
Not become HSV-2 merely because its relocated to the genital region. One can get blinded by the science! It's simple BBFS increases the risk of becoming HIV positive. Guys who knowingly take that chance, that's their prerogative. However I would take issue with those who suggest essentially working girls have the same choice I. E. They can say no, it's more complicated. Experienced knowledgeable providers do not do bareback with single session johns they know the risks. The girls that do are either uneducated as to the dangers, know there is a risk but need the money, are ya ba users and so mentally fucked up they don't care what happens or worse case scenario are already infected. Yes you can screw bareback for a lifetime without catching anything, me I value my health too much to keep rolling the dice.
I've recieved more infections from DFK & HJ than from BBFS, so the former have had a "higher risk of infection" IME than BBFS.
So hopefully more & more people will wrap it up & have sex with a condom.I hope that this doesn't sound like a dumb question, but how does one get an infection from a HJ?

I hope that this doesn't sound like a dumb question, but how does one get an infection from a HJ?Easy: the girl has a cold. She just sneezed and wiped her nose before she gave you a HJ. The viri are now on your dick. You go to the toilet and forget to wash your hands afterwards. Repeat it enough times and after a while you'll get a cold too.
I hope that this doesn't sound like a dumb question, but how does one get an infection from a HJ?As an example, all it takes is one prick of the dick, or any of the genital regions including the easily damaged anus, by a dirty needle, er, fingernail. This could also occur when a girl puts the condom on, & I've been unpleasantly jabed on a number of occasions. Just one more reason why I detest plastic baggys.
IME with many TGs they are not the most sanitary when it comes to hand cleanliness. It's not uncommon to see them with fingers up their snouts or other filthy germ filled locations like the floor or the bottoms of their own feet. Many of them come from uneducated backwards country regions. So long ago I began purchasing boxes of 100 medical gloves at the pharmacies so they could play doctor with me rather than send me to one. And to prefer those who handle me to have very short nails.
"Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) is a bacterium responsible for several difficult-to-treat infections in humans.
"MRSA is any strain of Staphylococcus aureus that has developed, through the process of natural selection, resistance to beta-lactam antibiotics, which include the penicillins (methicillin, dicloxacillin, nafcillin, oxacillin, etc.) and the cephalosporins.
"Resistance does make MRSA infection more difficult to treat with standard types of antibiotics and thus more dangerous.
"MRSA began as a hospital-acquired infection, but has developed limited endemic status and is now sometimes community-acquired.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Methicillin-resistant_Staphylococcus_aureus
"MRSA infection has occurred in the wider community among healthy people. This form, community-associated MRSA (CA-MRSA), often begins as a painful skin boil. It's spread by skin-to-skin contact. ".
"Staph skin infections, including MRSA, generally start as small red bumps that resemble pimples, boils or spider bites. These can quickly turn into deep, painful abscesses that require surgical draining. Sometimes the bacteria remain confined to the skin. But they can also burrow deep into the body, causing potentially life-threatening infections in bones, joints, surgical wounds, the bloodstream, heart valves and lungs.

I've needed multiple courses of antibiotics & surgery at Bumrungrad to remove puss filled infectious material related to the above. Not a pleasant experience.

It's simple BBFS increases the risk of becoming HIV positive. There's a guy that does BBFS, has recently tested negative for HIV with the most accurate tests, is circumcised and does not cum within the girl.
There's another guy that uses a condom, has never been tested for HIV, is uncircumcised and when he starts to cum within the girl he doesn't immediately withdraw but keeps pumping away until he's satisfied.
It's the second guy that is easily more of a danger to the girl to infect her with HIV or get her pregnant.
Fact: she is at more risk from the guy using a condom that the one having BBFS with her.
Yes you can screw bareback for a lifetime without catching anything, me I value my health too much to keep rolling the dice.Much the same could be said of many things. For example, driving a vehicle or drinking alcohol. Let's see how that reads in your comment:
"Yes you can drink alcohol for a lifetime without catching anything, me I value my health too much to keep rolling the dice."
Many people are willing to take the risk with alcohol because it provides them with a lot of pleasure & beats drinking boring water. You won't get HIV from beer, but a lot of negative health & personal issues can result from it that are arguably equally as undesirable.
Moreover, of course, there are other ways to protect oneself than using condoms. So one can use various means of protection to be just as safe as condom users, while also having BBFS. Get both protection and pleasure. Why settle for one or the other? Have your cake & eat it too!
The fact is, if you are having sex with other people, sex workers or civilians, good girls or bad girls, protection or none, you are already "rolling the dice". You'ld need to be a monk on the moon not to be.
Nobody's heath is forever. Nor is tomorrow guaranteed. Many people engaging in BBFS are near the end of the line. To forgo the pleasures of today to be more likely to be healthy for a future that may never come is a gamble or "roll of the dice" in itself. You may very well lose that bet.

Your example is like saying that someone wearing a swimsuit and being fired at a distance of 300 m with a small handgun by a blind person, is "safer" than someone wearing full anti-ballistic body armour standing in the middle of an accurately placed 155 mm artillery strike. It is not the body armour that will kill the latter or the swimsuit that saves the former. Using a condom ALWAYS improves the odds of both partners.
Please refrain from giving such examples which the mathematically challenged members of this forum might give a (bad) reason to engage in unsafe practices.

Common cold and flu are airborne.
Please don't say abstinence or monogamy with a tested and trusted to be faithful partner. What! My 25 yo bar girl who says she loves me may be cheating on me and seeing other guys. I'm shocked.
What! My 25 yo bar girl who says she loves me may be cheating on me and seeing other guys. I'm shocked. You can replace 'may be' by 'is'.
But don't worry, she told me she always insists on condoms LOL!
And your point is?

All that Pinkpearl was saying is that a condom does not give 100% protection if you do not use it in a safe way. Although I admit that his example was a bit weak. I think almost everybody keeps pumping away until satisfaction. But if you do that in a gentle way and not like 'a machine gun' then the condom will not slip or break.
Pray tell, which ways to protect oneself from HIV are nearly as effective as using a condom?
Please don't say abstinence or monogamy with a tested and trusted to be faithful partner.I'd suggest to RTF. No need to cover the entire 140 pages of the Safe Sex thread, just the last 25, especially down to about page 10. Or from post 1810 of 4/21/12. These also might be of interest:
1852 of 6/8/12.
1956 of 9/12/12.
1932 of 10/20/12.
1991 of 3/12/13.
PinkPearl, I grant you that your 7 step program for safe sex is not bad and may even be equal in risk as having casual sex with a condom,
And your point is?The first example was of my own BBFS practice. The second example was of what quite often occurs with condom users. The conclusion was that my BBFS practice is safer than their CFS sex.
Using a condom ALWAYS improves the odds of both partners. The following two examples prove that statement to be false.
1. a STI clean faithfully monogamous couple have sex. Sex with each other poses no risk of stis to either one of them. It doesn't matter if they use a condom or not as far as sti are concerned. The risk is the same either way.
2. a man and woman have sex. The guy presumes its safe to cum inside her becuz he is wearing a rubber, but the cover has failed. The lady is exposed to his cum, and as a result becomes pregnant and gets infected with an STI.
This same couple have sex without a condom, so they don't have the false security blanket of a potentially defective / broken / slipping condom as an excuse for the guy to deposit a huge cum load inside her. Consequently the guy does not cum inside her and they experience no problems, just much more pleasurable sex.
Did a condom improve their odds of avoiding problems? No, blind trust in it actually led to the problems that were caused. They were better off without the condom.
Does "Using a condom always improves the odds of both partners?" No, in fact it often makes matters worse.
BTW, did you know that latex can kill you?

Fact: she is at more risk from the guy using a condom that the one having BBFS with her.Just as well PinkPearl they don't have you running the program to prevent the spread of aids around the world. When you have sex with an infected partner you are taking a risk. While a condom doesn't eliminate that risk entirely it greatly reduces it and that's a fact. To argue otherwise is simply potty.
I get it, BBFS is more pleasurable and if you think you are about to pop off and are not infected I. E. Not going to infect anybody else I say go for it, why not? It might all be over before the dawn cometh.

I'm not going to answer you anymore: you keep comparing apples to oranges and obviously you have failed to grasp the basics of risk and statistics.
Just as well PinkPearl they don't have you running the program to prevent the spread of aids around the world. I get almost all my info from those that "run the program". I just put their premises of 2 plus 2 together to reach the sum total of 4 of some of my conclusions. That's from thousands of hours reading ruminating & researching the subject. Health profesionals who are well informed re safe sex issues on two well known popular websites have seen my comments on their forums & tacitly approved them.
Please refrain from giving such examples which the mathematically challenged members of this forum might give a (bad) reason to engage in unsafe practices.Unsafe practices? When the male could just as easily have withdrawn first & then have his 3 seconds of fun? As for Math, the very simple Mathematical formulas have already been posted on the forum. So people can easily use them to do their own calculations or ask for help if still needed.
Moreover a number of the Mathematics related to this topic have already been calculated & posted. No Math is needed to read the posted conclusions, such as the odds of becoming HIV positive through condom sex, bareback sex, & if one is circumcised over periods of 20 40 and 60 years.
Additionally, for an example, it requires no Math to see that, of the numbers 60,90 and 99, two are higher than the numbers related to the protection that condoms give against HIV. Which makes condons the second worst method of the four, the 2 highest being combinable with bareback sex to make it safer than the protection people who use condoms get.
"In practice, inconsistent use may reduce the overall effectiveness of condoms to as low as 60 to 70%.
Whereas circumcision has been cited as offering the same level of protection vs HIV as rubbers. Which would make those circumcised & having BB sex as safe re HIV as condom users.
When I add to BB sex not only circumcision but recent STI testing & withdrawal, I am light years ahead of the average condom user who has nothing else going for him. Like I said, you can have your cake & eat it too.
The above speaks to the risk per sex act, which is different from the sex lifestyle risk. For example, how often do you abstain from sex? We all abstain to one degree or another, since no one does it 24/7. If you shag once a month you are probably going to be 30 times safer than those who do it once every day. Even if the former was BB and the latter condomized, the BB would probably be much safer. BTW I'd rather do it BB one a month than with a plastic baggie every day.
Then we could speak of overall lifestyle health risk. Do you use a condom & then go side saddle with a yaba using motorbike driver to stuff your face with six big macs, large fries & a coke to wash it down?
ok, so i've got one. i just got home from 5 weeks in los. i barebacked two girls early in the trip. one girl hopped on for a few pumps before i insisted on one. the other was to completion with pulling out. 95% of the girls that i went with didn't seem to give a shit if i wrapped it up or not. i'm not married or anything, but i've got a regular fuck buddy back home and we don't use condoms so i wanted to get myself tested before going home. i was staying on soi 7 in pattaya at the end of the trip, right by pattaya memorial. i read some not so great things about pm, but i figured i would just use them since they were so close.
wait time wasn't bad. i was sitting in front of the doc within a half hour. i told him i wanted to get tested. he seemed surprised since i had no symptoms. i told him i wanted to get tested before "going home" and we shared a little laugh and a knowing look. he told me since i had no symptoms that there was no point in doing a [CodeWord109] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord109) test! come again? the numbers vary, but in everything i've ever read, chlamydia and gonorrhea are asymptomatic in the majority of people. where did this guy go to school? i told him i wanted to do it anyways.
i was shuffled off to the little sample collection cube. not only do they do [CodeWord109] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord109), but they still do swab tests over here. back home it's just a [CodeWord134] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord134) test, no swab. my heart sank a little when i saw the long cotton swab on the table. the lady did a skillfully painless blood draw. then, swab in hand, she tells me i need to get a little hard for her to put it in. huh? well, being on top of each other in this tiny cube with this not particularly attractive woman, i was having difficulty trying to stroke myself hard. so she takes off her glove and lends a hand. still not really doing it for me. it's just awkward. so i'm staring at the ceiling, thinking sexy thoughts, when i feel her mouth go on my johnson! i'm there for a fucking std test and she starts blowing me, hand to god! fucking thailand. well that did it. so she's alternating blowing me, then dipping the swab in whatever solution and sticking it in and out. repeat the process about four times. i've never had the swab before. it wasn't the worst thing ever, but that shit stings. talk about your pain and pleasure, it was almost an s&m experience. she would have finished me off, but i was holding it in and i heard her neighbor in the next cube say something in thai and we just kind of stopped. they get lab results back in an hour, but i was starving and i just decided to come back tomorrow since i was staying so close.
i go back in the next day and get checked in. the rather cute check-in girl also knows what i'm there for, but she starts flirting with me. "you hansum man. " she had to put a little sticker on my chest and she was shyly giggling and looking back and forth at me. had braces and in her cute little white nurses uniform. she was looking pretty good. better than those potato sack scrubs back home. sorry, i digress. i go in for the results and guess who got chlamydia! i wanted to "in your face!" to the doc a tiny bit, but then i would be saying, "yeah, that's right i got chlamydia! in your face!" that wasn't really going to be that satisfying, so i kept quiet. i had asked to be checked for gono as well, but i don't think they did. it wasn't on the lab sheet. this was the first time in my life (28) i've ever had an std. i was a little bummed of course. they gave me the azithromycin, one dose treatment. i asked the doc when it was ok to have sex again. he asked me when i was going back home. i told him 5 days. he said, "uh. i think it's ok. " thanks, doc. everything i've checked since online says 7 days. i blew past the cute girl on the way out. i had envisioned walking by with my clean sheet and saying something silly about not having any stds and asking her for dinner, but my hopes were obviously dashed. it wasn't cheap either. it was about 3,300 baht for the lab test, medication, and hospital fees. they had originally quoted me an additional 1,000 or so, but they didn't charge it at the cashier so i didn't bring it up.
so, the short and sweet: i didn't trust the competency of the doctor at all, the place isn't that cheap, but their lab work is probably fine and i was in and out in a hour or so each time even though they were fairly busy. oh, the possibility of the collection lady contaminating the results of my test isn't lost on me. i just took the antibiotics and i'll retest here in a few weeks. probably have to fess up to my fuck buddy here and go back to condoms for a little while. not looking forward to that conversation. i've read that since the antibiotic treatment is so effective, many sources say you don't need a retest within a few weeks and that if you do, you could potentially have a false positive, since you're no longer infectious, but the tests might still pick it up. does anyone have any input on this? i want to go back to barebacking my chica at home, but i don't want to give it to her. thanks guys, sorry i'm long-winded. wrap it up!
I meant to add, I'm 100% sure that I picked it up in Thailand as I had full STD screening right before I left home. For anyone who might suggest I brought it with me.

wait time wasn't bad. i was sitting in front of the doc within a half hour. i told him i wanted to get tested. he seemed surprised since i had no symptoms. i told him i wanted to get tested before "going home" and we shared a little laugh and a knowing look. he told me since i had no symptoms that there was no point in doing a [CodeWord109] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord109) test! come again? the numbers vary, but in everything i've ever read, chlamydia and gonorrhea are asymptomatic in the majority of people. where did this guy go to school? i told him i wanted to do it anyways...sorry you caught the bug, one way or another. first i have heard of someone getting a bj in a hospital. a very good report.
i was shuffled off to the little sample collection cube. not only do they do [CodeWord109] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord109), but they still do swab tests over here. back home it's just a [CodeWord134] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord134) test, no swab. my heart sank a little when i saw the long cotton swab on the table. the lady did a skillfully painless blood draw. then, swab in hand, she tells me i need to get a little hard for her to put it in. snip
i just took the antibiotics and i'll retest here in a few weeks. probably have to fess up to my fuck buddy here and go back to condoms for a little while. not looking forward to that conversation. i've read that since the antibiotic treatment is so effective, many sources say you don't need a retest within a few weeks and that if you do, you could potentially have a false positive, since you're no longer infectious, but the tests might still pick it up. does anyone have any input on this? i want to go back to barebacking my chica at home, but i don't want to give it to her. thanks guys, sorry i'm long-winded. wrap it up!i had a swab test once, many years ago. but that was in my home country and the doctor did not say i had to get a little hard for her to put it in. i guess she was more skilled in doing swab tests than blow jobs, lol!
i wouldn't worry too much about infecting your girl friend at home. the antibiotic treatment is indeed very effective (only a few pills are needed, that says it all) and you got the treatment already before the symptoms were showing! one week of abstinence should be enough. your dick had a little cold, that's all, it wasn't somekind of life threatening disease.
if your girl friend wants to have sex you can come up with some excuse that you're tired or not in the mood or (of course) that you have a headache.
Don't be too confident in antibiotics when in Asia. I was for years but not anymore. I picked up gonorrhea in Thailand, had to be from oral as I don't do bareback FS. Second time in my life.
In the US the recommended treatment is 250 mg of Rocephin by injection in the hip and 1 g Azithromycin by pill. That's double the previously suggested treatment because of growing resistance.
In Thailand I was given 1 g Rocephin and 3 g Azithromycin. When I questioned this I was told it's because resistance is huge in Thailand and that they sometimes have to do up to two 1 g injections daily for a week!
Guess what? My pick up was resistant. So I had a week of pissing razors after treatment followed by more painful cotton swab tests and expensive analysis. In the end I needed a huge amount of antibiotics delivered by IV. Huge inconvenience, expense and pain. Maybe that's why the gal at Dr BJs kept asking if I wanted to use a condom.
I've been getting BBBJ for years without fear. You better believe I'm not so keen on it now. Sad state of affairs really.
Seems health officials have seen growing resistance for years, especially in prostitutes, but no new class of antibiotics is being developed because no one wants to spend the money. There's real fear among doctors that an incurable gonorrhea will be along sooner than later.
Chlamydia and Gonorrhea are asymptomatic in the majority of peopleIn women, not men. Gonorrhea causes pain and discharge in 90% of infected men according to the CDC.

"While a condom doesn't eliminate that risk entirely it greatly reduces it and that's a fact. "
Using just one safer sex method, namely a condom, will probably be better than nothing. That's true. But why limit yourself & your partner to so little protection?
"Hand out all the condoms you want, make sure they are used, and there will still be an epidemic of STDs and unplanned pregnancy. Condoms have been around for centuries, in one form or another. They have never been reliable. A user might have an 85% protection rate against HIV, or pregnancy. In the real world, where the users are drunk, or stoned, it's dark, and he is rushing. Are you getting the picture?
Since condoms are so unreliable, I'd advise backup protections, such as recent HIV testing, circumcision, birth control, withdrawal before cumming, etc.
Re pregnancy a typical condom user has greater risk than BBFS with withdrawing.
Re HIV infection a typical condom user has greater risk than a barebacker withdrawing.

Went to a pharmacy in Bangkok and was given 4 pills of Azithromycin (1 g in total). Two days later all of the symptoms were gone.

If you have sex with women, you will regularly come into contact with an STD. Although most STDs do not pose a serious threat to men, there are some ways to avoid them.
Defense Soap has tea tree oil in it. Tea tree oil is anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and anti-viral. It also has Eucalyptus Globulus another potent antimicrobial.
I keep a bar of soap in my house. I keep a box of Defense Soap wipes (think baby wipes for players) in my car. Stash a couple in a small zip-lock baggie (to keep them moist), throw them in your jacket, and you're covered.
I always wash my cock and balls after sex. I also try [CodeWord112] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord112).
I also protect the cock by keeping it well lubricated.
The best condom a man has is the skin on his dick. If your skin is supple and well-hydrated, bacteria has trouble passing through it.
I keep a separate jar of coconut oil in the bathroom to use as a moisturizer and hair glorifier.).
I also regularly use coconut oil as a lubricant: The antiviral activity in coconut oil is unparalleled, even among the most resistant viruses, and the best part is, if it's virgin and organic, there isn't a man-made chemical in the mix.
Apply the oil to your cock, emphasizing the head of your dick. Remember to hit the surrounding areas.

Hi guys,
Does anyone knows which bars are pretty strict on girls about testing for HIV and STD's?
I know there is a big difference between rosy picture bars, mp would put up and ground reality but still some peace of mind is good.
One of my regular at a high end soapy revealed even though regular HIV checkup is required, many occasions girls skip it for few months.

Hygiene, diet AND condoms. :)Condoms were taken for granted.
Later I browsed through few threads and understood why it needs to be mentioned explicitly.
Many people are still taking risk and going bare back.
For me condom is must have accessory.
Do you know what dangerous chemicals your condom is made of:
"Many people have allergies to latex, parabens, and / or glycerin. Using these condoms may cause a local, allergic reaction, which may include vaginal irritation. This inflammation can put you at an increased risk for catching HIV and / or other sexually transmitted infections.
"Yet it seems that condom manufacturers are more likely to indicate whether the condom packaging was made of 100% recyclable material rather than what the actual condom is made of!
"Condoms that include the spermicide nonoxynol-9 can be problematic for some users. Basically, nonoxynol-9 is a type of detergent. It kills sperm and STD-causing organisms / pathogens by agitating the outer barrier membranes of sperm and other cells.
"Parabens have been found in the tissue of cancerous breast tumors, so some research questions whether parabens may be linked to cancer.
"Some doctors believe that using glycerin-containing lubricants can increase your chances of having a yeast infection.

I am probably wasting my breath because the true is never popular. When they say you are guaranteed the girl is clean. That means she is guaranteed to take a shower and smell clean at least. This is Thailand and testing is not strict or even required in my opinion. But lets say it was very strict and the girls get tested once a month. The girl just got tested Sept 1. She bangs 20 guys some bareback. Now she meet you before her next test and you bang her bareback thinking she was tested just on the first. Even though now is Sept. 22 for example. Do you thing she is still clean? For a beautiful and sweet as some of these girls are. You have to remember Thailand is just a dream not real. Because heaven can turn into hell very fast. It always amazed me how many girls have no problem going bareback with guys. They just don't care.

Hi guys,

One of my regular at a high end soapy revealed even though regular HIV checkup is required, many occasions girls skip it for few months. In a 2012 study (http://www.aidsdatahub.org/sites/default/files/documents/thailand_country_review.pdf) it was stated that among Female Sex Workers only 36% was aware of their HIV status (although not reported I think the figures will be similar for others STDs) down from 43% in 2007. So you have about 1 in 3 chances the girl knows if she caught something and these figures don't say anything about how long ago the girl was tested. These figures are probably getting worse as the budget for prevention slowly decreases as more and more of the budget is given to care and treatment.
The same study found that HIV and STI (test was for syphilis) prevalence between streetworkers, girls in brothels (this will include all "commercial sex establishments") and "other women not reporting sex work" (the "non-pro" as we call them here) was a staggering 45.8% (38/83), 4.2% (10/236) and 9.9% (28/284) among women attending three public STI clinics in Bangkok (n=684). Note that this is not a "truly random" sample of the SW population, since girls going to an STI clinic for testing may already suspect that there is something wrong and therefore the absolute percentages in the overall population will be less. Furthermore, professional sex workers in a "commercial sex establishment") will probably be more apt (or more required by their place of employment) to get themselves more or less regularly tested even if they think they are still healthy.
The general trend however is that streetworkers present a significantly far higher risk for STI, followed by our cherished "non-pro" girls and the least with the girls working in the "brothels".
In a 2012 study (http://www.aidsdatahub.org/sites/default/files/documents/thailand_country_review.pdf) it was stated that among Female Sex Workers

Hence it has little to no relevance to today, as (1) almost all of the sex trade workers from then are no longer working and (2) HIV rates have dramatically dropped since that time:
"An independent study offering voluntary counselling and testing (VCT) for HIV and syphilis to women attending three public STI clinics in Bangkok (n=684) from May 2004 to June 2006 found much higher levels of HIV and STI, particularly among street-based FSWs. 11 HIV prevalence among the street-based FSWs, brothel-based FSWs and other women not reporting sex work were 45.8% (38/83), 4. 2% (10/236) and 9. 9% (28/284), respectively. The prevalence of syphilis among these populations was 13.3%, 2. 1%, and 2. 6%, respectively. ".
http://www.aidsdatahub.org/sites/default/files/documents/thailand_country_review.pdf
The same source page, which is a "review" not a "study", states:
"Since 1993, there has been a steady decline in HIV prevalence among FSWs. 8 Among direct FSWs (brothel-based), HIV prevalence peaked at 28.3% in 1993 then decreased significantly to 16.0% in 1999 to 4. 6% in 2006 and to 2. 8% in 2009.10; 8 In addition, among indirect FSWs, HIV prevalence has essentially remained below 10%, peaking at 10.1% in 1996 and then slowly decreasing to 3. 5% in 2007 and falling even further to 1. 7% in 2009". (emphasis, mine).
More recent studies indicates continual increases over both of those numbers:
"HIV prevalence among venue-based FSW continues to decline, from 2. 7 percent in 2010 to 2. 2 percent in 2012. Reported condom use with clients remains high at 95.6 percent and 93.6 percent for the two years respectively. Only half of these FSW were covered with prevention services: 50.4 percent and 53.9 percent for 2010 and 2012. Similarly, 47.8 percent and 55.6 percent of FSW reported having an HIV test in the prior 12 months in 2010 and 2012 respectively. "

"More and more people are becoming familiar with liquid colloidal silver the world's most powerful natural infection-fighting agent. But not so many people know that there are some excellent topical colloidal silver gel and cream products on the market, too".
"And in some cases, these colloidal silver gels and creams work great for more serious situations like topical MRSA infections, as well! Unfortunately, most people don't know about topical colloidal silver products, even though they've been used in hospital burn wards worldwide for decades, in the form of Silvadene Cream, containing silver sulfadiazine. This prescription-only silver cream is used to help prevent serious burns from becoming infected, since most burn victims don't die of the burns, but from the subsequent bacterial infections in the dead, burnt and necrotizing skin and tissue".
"ASAP 365 Silver Gel (American Biotech) which contains 24 ppm colloidal silver is one of my long-time favorites topical products and is available at SwansonVitamins, and at a variety of other vendors such as Amazon. Many people also swear by a topical gel product called Sovereign Silver First Aid Gel. This product contains both homeopathic levels of silver, as well as agentum metallicum, meaning metallic silver".
"Believe it or not, the famous bandage-making company, Curad, has a topical gel product called Curad Silver Solution First Aid Antimicrobial Gel. Curad bills this product right on the label as "Your barrier to MRSA!" -- a claim which would probably land any other colloidal silver vendor in hot water with the FDA, and have their product pulled off the market. I'm not sure how Curad gets away with making that label claim, considering the FDA's strict regulations against making "drug" claims on nutritional or cosmetic products. But so be it. It is now generally accepted wisdom that silver is an extremely effective cure for MRSA. The Curad product contains 55 ppm silver chloride, plus an unspecified amount of silver nitrate. I've read repeatedly that people with topical skin conditions like Tinea Verticolor have found this product to be extremely helpful".
"Finally, some do-it-yourselfers like to mix one teaspoon full of 10 ppm (or higher) colloidal silver with three heaping tablespoons full of raw, virgin coconut oil, for a great, homemade topical colloidal silver cream. Coconut oil is not only antibacterial and antiviral, but antifungal as well. So combined with colloidal silver it offers an antimicrobial "knock out" punch second to none".
"National condom strategy proposed.
A study also found that only 40 per cent of teenagers used condoms during sex".

Of course if oil based products are used they should not be combined with latex condoms. There are non-latex condoms available, and the gel based silver products contain no oil. For those who don't use condoms the coconut oil may provide some protection. At the very least it is water (body fluid) repellent.
Ok, I wanted to clear up this topic. Colloidal silver is excellent but has limitations. You can think of it as something that will clean and assist your body in fighting infections.
Colloidal silver does not prevent STD's. Will the CS completely close the tip of the penis so nothing can enter? NO. Will it cover the penis like a condom so no skin on skin contact? No.
So please don't think this is protection from STD's it is only to assist the body in fighting infections. By the way this is something that must be brought in to Thailand before you get there. I have never seen it sold in any store there. If they do have it there who wants to spend their trip looking for it? Not me.

Most of the harmful effects of silver are from ingesting it orally, not from topical application. Colloidal silver gel can be used in conjunction with a condom, it doesn't have to be considered as a replacement. It has recently been found that the effectiveness of silver is dependent on the particle size.
http://www.jnanobiotechnology.com/content/3/1/6

"In this work, we demonstrate that silver nanoparticles undergo a size-dependent interaction with HIV-1, with nanoparticles exclusively in the range of 1 - 10 nm attached to the virus".
"silver nanoparticles interact with the HIV-1 virus via preferential binding to the gp120 glycoprotein knobs. Due to this interaction, silver nanoparticles inhibit the virus from binding to host cells".

"Silver nanoparticles have been studied for their antimicrobial potential and have proven to be antibacterial agents against both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, and antiviral agents against the HIV-1, hepatitis B virus, respiratory syncytial virus, herpes simplex virus type 1 and monkeypox virus. The development of silver nanoparticle products is expanding. They are now used as part of clothing, food containers, wound dressings, ointments, implant coatings, and other items; some silver nanoparticle applications have received approval from the US Food and Drug Administration".

I'll stick to condoms. The problem with condoms is that they are prone to breaking and slipping off. They don't cover the base of the penis, the scrotum or pelvic area, which are prone to herpes and warts infection from skin contact. They also inhibit sensation and therefore pleasure. A new product that is currently being tested for government approval may solve many of these problems. It is currently expected to be on the market in late 2015.
Silicone Condom.
http://www.origamicondoms.com/
"The ORIGAMI Male Condom (OMC) is the first NON-rolled, engineered, silicone condom intended to facilitate a pleasurable and safe sexual experience for the male wearer and his female partner".
"Unlike the conventional rolled latex condom (sensation from outside), the OMC is designed to CREATE sensation from the inside with direct tactile contact. It provides a reciprocating motion for the penis inside the internally lubricated condom (not possible with rolled latex condoms)".
The flange at the base of the condom provides more coverage than a latex condom, protecting the base of the penis from STDs spread by skin contact (warts, herpes).

Journal of Nanobiotechnology 2005,3:6.
Due to this interaction, silver nanoparticles inhibit the virus from binding to host cells".
http://www.jnanobiotechnology.com/content/8/1/1
Journal of Nanobiotechnology 2010,8:1.
They are now used as part of clothing, food containers, wound dressings, ointments, implant coatings, and other items; some silver nanoparticle applications have received approval from the US Food and Drug Administration".What I learn from these studies is that:
* it works in a lab.
* it "works" on top of your skin.
* it fails utterly inside your body.
Unfortunately it is inside your body it needs to work. Our skin is crawling with billions of germs and that doesn't harm us at all most of the time. It is when they get inside us they "bite" us. There is a good case to be made you shouldn't kill the germs on your skin as you kill the good with the bad and the bad might take over.

"Origami condom adds pleasure to safe sex".
"Unlike the conventional rolled latex condom (sensation from outside), the OMC is designed for sensation from inside. It provides a reciprocating motion over the penis with the internally lubricated condom (not possible with rolled latex condoms)".

First of all I am posting to bump this thread up to the top at the hopes the members will move the discussion here. So let's just get right to the point. Let's all not be so naive to think that the girls in these massage shops practice safe sex. Secondly it is not the shops responsibility to police comdom use. In this business shit happens and often the ladies will partake in BB sex for many reasons which include: a good tip, good chemistry with a client, for a regular client, stupidity and so on. Now just to be clear. The kind of mileage I just described from my recent visit to Snow White is not an uncommon thing. In fact I have received this same mileage from Tulip, Mango, Addict, Boss Massage, Annies, The Madame, Cherry, and even one time at Nateree. So is safe sex practiced in The Bangkok massage shops? The answer is obvious. Do what you wish with this information but I just can't believe that some members can be so naive about this fact.

F. V.You will get the 0. 02 or original at Boots pharmacy in the airport. You can also check the Isetan store in Bangkok.
I generally get my stock from Singapore. 0. 01 is very rare, expensive and you will have to buy it online from distributor for thailand if you need it.

I understand why guys prefer BB. It feels better. Stopping to put on a condom in the heat of the moment is a drag. Frankly, if that is what you like, there are plenty of girls in the hard core oily MPs, and elsewhere who offer BBFS.
I can understand why guys get upset with the bare backers. It is a very a risky practice. Eventually the hammer is going to hit the loaded cylinder.
If someone is going to do it, it's not likely anything anyone says will persuade the guy not to. However, I think it would be more responsible not to mention the names of girls who offer BBFS in a report. As recently as a couple of years ago it seems guys kept that information private. For example awhile ago there was a well known lady who got a number of excellent reviews. I don't recall any of these reports mentioning that she was indifferent about practicing safe sex. It only came out after she disappeared along with a suggestion that her regulars may wish to get tested.
For what it's worth, on my last visit Ice and I were just hanging out in my room drinking and talking. Eventually our conversation wandered to a discussion about BBFS. She was adamant about always using condoms. I pushed her by insisting she must have BBFS with some of her regulars, which she denied. I have no idea how truthful she was, but she sure got emotional. At one point she remarked about being in the business for a long time and knowing too many ladies who had many STDs, eventually became HIV+ and died of AIDS. She summed it up by saying she had too many people to support and couldn't afford to get sick and die. Some very good points Paul. I always enjoy your posts. They are always well thought out and logical. Going forward I think I will take your advice.

Evenalaska, I think your reaction to not visit this place seems little extreme. Just because you found out. What about other places and girls one meets. Is there any assurance that they all practise safe sex. I don't think so. What about the local thai bfs these girls have? Do they get tested regularly or practiise safe sex. I seriously doubt.
The only protection we have is that we mandatorily use condoms and take precaution. Some very good logic. For the members who wish to practice safe sex it is up to you not up to the girls. If you choose to blacklist a shop because of unsafe sex then I am sorry but you would have to blacklist all the shops in lower Sukomvit, soi 24, soi 26 and so on.
You neglected to mention the number one reason girls don't use a condom -- IMO.
They think, and it's generally true, that the guy will come faster thereby releasing them from further activity.
On this subject, I have been to a club recently that offers off site rooms for short term next to the club. Almost exclusively in the past, I use a condom, especially with P4 P though generally monger in South America, Mexico, and Central America. One time, several years ago, I was in Vietnam and picked up a hostess in a club and we had sex sans condom because she did not want to use it. When I pulled out before coming, she was quite bummed out.
I visited the PHP on this trip and did not use a condom once and another time the girl wanted to skip the condom but I pulled one on anyway. Which brings me to the club off Suk with the short term hotel next door. Once in the room, things got pretty heated in a hurry and there I was again without a condom. On my second visit, I selected a different girl and right before we left for the room, the mamasan came over and offered to sell me two condoms. Even though I had two in my pocket, she insisted I buy her condoms, which I ultimately did for 100 bhat.
What happened? When we got to the room, we quickly got carried away and did not use the condom, which sat idly by the edge of the bed.
Finally, I picked up a girl for free at Bangkok Beat. Sort of miraculous event! We had great sex using a condom. When I pulled out -- much to our chagrin -- we saw the condom had blown up. She was pretty spirited during sex. So my new friend was quite upset and said she would see a doc right away because she was afraid of getting pregnant.
So there you have it. Even using a confirm, it's not always foolproof. It was a Durex, BTW, which I bought in PHP.
My other observation is that the P4 P girls in Asia are much less likely to insist on a condo than on the Americas. So it's really up to us to show some discipline. Something, I need to practice myself.
It was the Gonorrhea.
I felt some itching two days after and it was burning like hell when peeing the third day after sex.
I immediately went to the Bangkok Hospital.
I don't know what means "som nam na", never heard that.
I'm not aware of gonorrhea manifesting symptoms in only two days. I've heard of a week or more, and then a milky discharge is the first symptom. Pain occurs if one hesitates to seek treatment. It's almost as if you'd picked up the infection from a previous encounter. Perhaps gonorrhea has evolved into something more vicious over the past decade.
I guess incubation periods are valid topics.
I was unable to type in Thai script, so I used the Latin alphabet for "som nam na" or, loosely translated, "It serves you right. " I wouldn't expect medical staff to be sympathetic to me if I'd contracted something from unprotected sex with a local woman. Of course, for 17,000 baht, perhaps the staff should cry in sympathy while whistling Dixie out their collective ass. Then again, they might be laughing that ass off every time some damn foreigner comes in with a basketball sized testicle.
Anyway, it's nice to hear that you recovered.
I have two comments:
1. Your individual decision is not without wider effects. Saying "up to you and live with the consequences" is the same wrong and stupid attitude as those dangerous "anti-vaxers" in the USA and other places who for their individual self-centered and delusional reasons refuse to vaccinate their children and (we may assume) themselves and thereby put the whole community at risk.
As long as there are no vaccines available for most of the STDs (including HIV), the use of a condom fulfills the same role as a vaccine. A vaccine not only protects you from the disease, it also stops the disease from spreading. The former is for your own account, but the latter concerns us all. As no protection is always 100% effective, the "no rubber" gang actually increases the risk for us all.
2. Of course, there is no "rubber police" in the room to check upon the girl or you, but a professional shop should educate their workers about the dangers involved and keep hammering this nail over and over again. It has been proven that this will really change the girls' attitude over time. But even the most educated lady may succumb to the lure of a premium offered by some uncaring monger and that is why I find it the duty of us all to say again and again that such behaviour is despicable and should stop.I actually agree with your first point. It would be best for all of us if we all wore condoms when mongering. As you point out, there would be less probability of getting STDs or HIV say if a condom broke. But also, from a completely selfish point of view, the fewer providers who get STDs which either give them pain (and therefore bad performance) or take them out of the game for a time or forever, the more providers there are and the more choice there is for us mongerers.
But I disagree with the analogy with vaccines. With vaccines all that has to be witnessed is one act of vaccination per person. Very easy to police. But to police condom use is impossible to police as you have to witness it each time.
In such a situation, no matter what you argue, people will invariably exercise their free choice in private in the way they think is appropriate and nothing that we say or do will change that.
It has been said elsewhere that in an ideal world your second point would hold true in Thailand. But, as we all know, even the most professional massage shops fall down on even the most basic of customer care. To expect them to educate their employees on safe sex is wishful thinking (although I have heard of some voluntary organizations have done some basic safe sex education in some locations). To expect the girls to take it on board and insist on a condom every time is to live in fantasy land (although there are some ladies, especially those who are a little older and have learned the hard way, who insist on a rubber every time).
Condoms can only protect you so much. I BF'd a lovely a few weeks back. While going down on her, noticed something unusual near the Taint. She had HPV, aka genital warts, the most common STI, which is spread by skin on skin contact. Another reason for DATY: up close inspection of her genital area.
This beauty was unaware of what it was, (she's a naive farm girl, and was afraid to go to the doctor.) I reassured her that it wasn't the end of the world, and convinced her to seek treatment. (It's cleared up.).
From the location of the warts on her, dude had it on his boys or the base of his shaft. As a condom only covers the shaft, it offered her no protection from this STI. Better way would have been the female condom. I've been told it's available in Thailand, but have not seen them.
Point of my post: The bar did not educate her on STD, or STI's. So I don't expect them to be pushing condom use. And Careful with the fresh off the farm beauties.
Some very good logic. For the members who wish to practice safe sex it is up to you not up to the girls. If you choose to blacklist a shop because of unsafe sex then I am sorry but you would have to blacklist all the shops in lower Sukomvit, soi 24, soi 26 and so on.And you would have to blacklist all of the WGs as well, everywhere in Thailand.
I admit: I like to BB. Usually I ask the girls upfront, before I take them to my hotel, if they are willing to BB. But sometimes I just want a girl no matter if she barebacks or not. And then I ask it once we are in my room or even during the session. Most of these girls insist on condom use initially and I respect that. However most of the time I cannot keep it up and / or finish when I use a condom. You would be surprised to know how many of these girls offer me BB when they notice this. I have never counted them but I think it's something like 25% of them.
I guess this is another reason for many guys to use condoms LOL!

In such a situation, no matter what you argue, people will invariably exercise their free choice in private in the way they think is appropriate and nothing that we say or do will change that.
Actually Thailand is the perfect example to prove that repeated and continued education works. Once Thailand was one of the worst countries in respect of HIV infections.
Then Thailand started a country-wide campaign of educating the people about the dangers of unprotected sex and after a while that really worked and the HIV infection rate fell.
Sadly, the subsidies to these educational campaigns have been reduced since more money is now spent on anti-HIV medication and one sees a resurgence of the infection rate. The sex industry has a quick turn around of workers, so the education should never stop. Unfortunately there is only so much money to go around and education got the short straw.
Exactly for that reason, a responsible monger should not insist or even think of going bare.

Condoms can only protect you so much.Indeed, but that doesn't mean one should forego the protection it does provide. Whichever way you look at it: covered sex is ALWAYS less risky than uncovered sex.

And you would have to blacklist all of the WGs as well, everywhere in Thailand. And not only in Thailand.
It is all a matter of risk management. If you want zero risk, you have to stay in your mom's basement, only watch internet porn and play with Widow Thumb and her 4 daughters. And don't forget to wash your hands before and after.
Since I do not want to forego my mongering hobby, I take the next best option: covered sex. For both my, her and your safety.
Hi,
Does anybody know when and where the new origami condom is (or will) be available?I have used the. 02 as well as the origami. 01 condom. I got both off eBay, with the. 01's costing about $5 each. The. 02's are maybe $2 or so. I don't remember. Both are superior to the regular styles sold in the US that claim to be like wearing nothing at all, which is a BS claim. I have never been able to do a real-time comparison between BB and using either of these condoms, but I am quite impressed. There is a big difference! One time I was using. 02 and the girl kept feeling me down there wondering if I had slipped the condom off. She said that she could always tell when a man was wearing a condom but this time, she couldn't and was scared it had broken. She was so impressed she kept the wrapper and planned to order some to use with her clients. I have used the. 01 several times and they are even more natural feeling. They are very thin, but seem to be very strong.
I would think that those of you who have difficulties with regular condoms would find these super thin styles to most helpful. The girls can certainly tell the difference!
If you can afford the. 01's, I highly recommend them. Or use regular condoms when you want to last longer, and the. 02's or. 01's when you want the most sensitivity.
And I agree with the comment below that condoms only protect what they cover. The safest way to prevent the spread of diseases when mongering is for both you and the girl to wash down there with soap and hot water just prior to having sex, then to wash thoroughly again immediately after following after each act of sex. The idea is to eliminate surface germs (bacteria and viruses) that may be on the skin from an existing infection at the beginning, then to again wash away any germs that managed to cross over during sex.
Also, a visual inspection down there can turn up signs of an existing disease. If you see bumps, it might be HPV, and you don't want to be messing around down there. They can be difficult to get rid off. And, of course, if you see any sores, see any yellowish stuff or smell anything bad, take a pass.
I have used the. 02 as well as the origami. 01 condom. I got both off eBay, with the. 01's costing about $5 each. If you cannot afford the origami you might consider Wingman condoms. They are not cheap either (almost 1/$1. 12 a piece) but they are a new concept and much easier to put on than other condoms. If you always have difficulties putting on a condom because you have a big dick for example or are just clumsy you should try these condoms. Putting them on is really much easier.
They also claim their condoms give a more natural feel but I did not experience any difference with other ultrathin condoms.
There is one con however: at the time being they are only available in Europe.
Now I usually do not go for BB FS and I take this seriously but what do you guys think about BB BJ?
Its usually acceptable as less of a risk by many, its like many people speak differently as they find BBBJ a less of risk.
I like the idea of shower before and after and condom usage but does anyone try or know of other safe sex stuff which doesn't feel like living in a bunker around WW.
Regards,
Kingofman.

Its generally accepted that BBBJ is far less risky for the man in catching any type of STDs, and HIV from this unheard of and very hard to prove. Chlamydia is possible but much lower risk than from BBFS (I caught it once from BBBJ presumably). DATY is also far less risky than BBFS. BB anal is considered highly risky.
Other advantage is that girl cannot get pregnant if sperm not in pussy.
Some guys swear by special Japanese polyurethane condoms that do not stretch as having good feeling for sex. Sagami / Origami whatever I forget exact name.
Point of my post: The bar did not educate her on STD, or STI's. So I don't expect them to be pushing condom use. And Careful with the fresh off the farm beauties. Many girls still have very weak knowledge concerning contraception and STDs. They spend huge time playing on facebook instead of researching more important issues on the internet.

Some guys swear by special Japanese polyurethane condoms that do not stretch as having good feeling for sex. Sagami / Origami whatever I forget exact name. The thin polyurethane condoms are made by Sagami and Okamato. Sagami makes a large size of their 0.02 mm original that might fit westerners better, since it is 58 mm wide instead of 54 mm for the original. This material is like a plastic bag and has no stretch. If you want to try out a thicker version before ordering online, just go to your local pharmacy and buy Trojan Supra, also called BareSkin. The Trojan is much thicker at 0.04 mm and only 54 mm wide but you'll get an idea of the polyurethane material.
The Sagami 0.01 is actually 0.018 mm thick and their 0.02 original is 0.024 mm thick. They have a 0.02 premium that is 0.022 mm. I don't know if a large size is available in the 0.01 or 0.02 premium. There is another brand that is even thinner at 0.015 mm thick, the Unique Pull, also called the Condom Card, since three condoms are packaged in a credit card size container that you can carry in your wallet. It is shipped internationally and is made from polyethylene resin, that is odorless, 3x stronger AND 3x thinner than latex condoms. It is 60 mm wide, which should fit westerners better.
Here is a video showing the Unique Pull:
http://www.condom-sizes.org/condom-brands/unique-pull-condoms-reviewed-thin-condoms-pull-strips-credit-card-package
Here is an article about thin condoms:
http://www.condom-sizes.org/thinnest-condoms/thinnest-condoms
The Origami condom is a new silicone condom that is not yet in production. It is folded instead of rolled and has a flange at the base for extra coverage and protection from STDs. It was invented by an American. It is a thick condom, but extra sensation is delivered by it being lubricated on the inside so the penis slides against the silicone material.
The Sagami 0.01 is actually 0.018 mm thick and their 0.02 original is 0.024 mm thick. They have a 0.02 premium that is 0.022 mm. I don't know if a large size is available in the 0.01 or 0.02 premium. Problem with any condom made in Japan is the size issue, even the large just don't feel comfortable. The extra feeling from wearing a thin condom is lost if your forcing yourself into one too small.
The Unique Pull from the video and the sales link is something I'd like to try out but not for the amount they are selling them. They are almost identical to the pasante unique condoms but the pasante don't have the pull tabs that come away after you've put it on. You can find the Pasante Unique's for roughly a buck a condom which is more affordable than the Pull's. The issue with the Pasante's is there's no rubber band at the base to keep the condom in place, its held in place by a shrink wrap design when the heat of the sex shrinks the condom. Instructions advise to wipe off your dick with a towel if the girl just gave you a BBBJ. The Pasante Unique's size is 0. 015 which makes it slightly thinner than the sagami. The pro's are they feel better than having to force your dick into a tiny condom, the con's are you've got to make sure it stays put.

That makes it crinkly on application. Supposedly body heat will smooth it out in time. Maybe it should be warmed up with a hair blow dryer after application, like shrink wrap. The flared end at the base could potentially give added coverage to the base of the penis and the pubic area to increase protection against skin to skin transmitted diseases like herpes and warts.

It is 60 mm wide, which is only slightly wider than the Sagami large at 58 mm. There was once another condom similar to the Pasante Unique, but 70 mm wide. It was called the eZ-on but is no longer in production.

The extra feeling from wearing a thin condom is lost if your forcing yourself into one too small.I am pretty much average in size, including girth, and the condoms I mentioned gave me no trouble. If you are larger in size, I can see that they might. I really don't recall how stretchy they are, but I do believe they are less elastic than latex.
I had read about the Pasante Unique, but when I was last looking I couldn't find a source of supply.

I had read about the Pasante Unique, but when I was last looking I couldn't find a source of supply. There are some European condom companies that will ship it internationally for a fee (might be expensive). Do a Google search on Pasante Unique and you will find many links to explore. I have been searching for a condom with a flange on the base for extra protection, so I might do that myself. The fact that it is extra strong and also thin for sensation is a bonus.
I have been researching the Unique condoms and found they are manufactured in Colombia. I found their web site and I see that in Colombia they have a couple of different versions. The one that interests me the most is the Unique Free.

There is a Chinese condom that is only available in China with a flange and a ring. It is called the GoldCannon. When the Origami condom goes into production it will have a flange.

Any BB activity, aside from HJ, involves some risk. Herpes, chlamydia, etc. It's just easier to insist / accept a raincoat for FS than it is for a BJ. Who doesn't like to feel that Hoover action of his seed?
But given the number of willies serviced by many of our favorite gals, there's a daisy chain effect at work. One virus goes a long way, unfortunately.
And HIV is detectable until after 3 months or so of uncovered action, so play safe out there fellas!

Also note that there's no pubic area coverage, those pull down sides don't adhere to anything and flap to the wind. The Unique condoms are 190 mm long, which is 7.48 inches. I'm less than that, so the loose material should press against my body, especially during penetration. The dildo in the video where the material is flapping loose must be 9 inches long.
I read somewhere that all the expats in Thailand who have been there for years have herpes and warts, even those who always use a traditional condom.
As for availability of the Unique Pull, I see the U.S. site says they have free worldwide shipping for any order over $24 and a flate fee of $2.99 for smaller international orders.

http://luckybloke.com/I've use the Pasante Unique's at least 40 times so take what I tell you and understand its coming from a usage factor, not internet research. I highly recommend the Unique's to any guy who doesn't mind barebacking if it happens on occasion. If you've got the willies about catching something with the slightest chance of a condom breaking or working its way into the girls pussy, these condoms are not for you. Again, if you disagree with this last statement, please provide us with the number of times you've used said product. I've used these condoms in the states, Canada, Germany and thailand. Only in Thailand did the girls not request a different condom (due to their slipping into the void known as the pussy). Looking at a video and saying said "flap" will press against your body is freaking hilarious, try one and let us know if this ever happens. Maybe if you were doing the girl on the wing of an airplane as it was flying at 400 kph would that flap adhere to your body. I would like to try the Unique Pull but not for $3 per condom.
Oddly, my new favorite condom is the Lifestyles skyn condoms. They even beat out the Unique's which are thinner than the skyns. I've found on occasion the skyn's for roughly 40 cents each if bought in a large quantity, which I've stocked up for my next trip.

I wasn't aware you had used them so extensively. I think the problem with polyethylene and polyurethane condoms is that they don't stretch, so it's difficult to get the correct size (width).
I also like the polyisoprene material used in the Lifestyles Skyn condoms. They have some stretch and there is a large size available. There is also the Durex Real Feel made from the same material.
I guess I will have to wait for the Origami condom to get one with a flange. I think those will be very expensive.
its the Unique Pulls that are impossible to find (from my video). I'm wondering if its because installing a band around the base was too expensive?
I'm not sure the Unique Pull has a stretchy band around the base. It might just be a roll of polyethylene. As for the Pasante Unique, couldn't you put an elastic band over top of it at the base of the penis to hold it on?
I'm looking for a condom with a large flange at the base to cover the pubic area. The commonly available ones on eBay have the model with the small flange. You're right, they don't have a ring, but supposedly the extra material stays in place since the condom is tight. There is a Chinese condom that is only available in China with a flange and a ring. It is called the GoldCannon. When the Origami condom goes into production it will have a flange.
The Unique Pull is available in.

If you know anyone in those countries, maybe they could send you some. I don't see any sites that do international shipping. Maybe the eBay sellers of the Pasante Unique would expand their product line if you ask them.Just looking at those would make me lose my erection. I imagine these are for the same folks who use dental dams when they DATY. Why not a full body sheath? I'm all for rubbering up (mainly because of multi-drug resistant Gon), but hey, there is a limit. If I had to wear that I think I would just stay home and whittle the puppet.
The vast majority of mongers I know here in Thailand have contracted herp or warts or both. They get over it, treat it, and get back to business.
And yes, some of you monger and have spouses or girlfriends. Well got news for you; herp and warts can stay dormant in your system for years. So maybe you contracted the condition from her.
Between the two brands, Kimono MicroThin and Crown (Okamoto) condoms, which do the readers prefer and why?
Sagami. 02's can be purchased in BKK. Boots carries them and has the "Large" size. The Durex Comfort are not bad, although getting harder to find.

Have anyone heard about PrEP?
It is Pre exposure prophylaxis against HIV which is approved by US FDA and is effective for more than 95%.
Truvada (Tenofovir300 MG + Emtricitabine 200 MG) for MSM and Inj. Users or Tenofovir 300 alone for heterosexual males and females.
To be started about 2 weeks before Mongering. And beware it still require you to use a condom. In case it bursts then you have another shield in your tissues and blood.
There is another thing called the Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) in which one has to start treatment within 72 hrs of exposure and medicines to be taken for 1 month (Ziduvudine+ Lamuvudine combination) just google and have lots of information.
Any these are only regarding HIV and not other forms of STDs.
Let some experts throw some light?

Many of those anti HIV meds have major side effects, basically feeling significantly sick for weeks. Doctors wouldn't advise taking PEP unless your risk was significant, for instance having been exposed to fluids of an HIV patient, shared a needle with a bunch of injecting drug users, or had unprotected anal sex with a promiscuous person.
Not sure how serious PrEP side effects are, but doubt it's something so mild you'd care to take it just in case a condom breaks. In real world use, a bit of lubricant (KY Jelly) could provide better protection: preventing the breakage to begin with, with zero side effects apart from increased comfort.

I would suggest that paranoid forum members from the Subcontinent do a little research, for example: http://www.cdc.gov/hiv/policies/law/risk.html.

Interesting but the article has some things wrong:
If the HIV virus gets into the product, the condom will block it, prevent it replicating, and prevent entry (from the body). If I remember it well, the HIV retrovirus cannot replicate outside of the (human) body. Its replication is extremely complicated and needs a living organism to supply all the bits and pieces necessary.
Let's hope it is just the journalist that has totally misunderstood the scientists.
The anti-oxidant (in the condom) will enhance neurotransmitters which will work with nerve endings, giving greater sexual pleasure. And I'm not too sure if I want anti-oxidants to mess with my pleasure-receptors and neuro-transmitters.

At some point, after unprotected sex with a woman who had vaginal thrush, also known as yeast infection, I developed male thrush. My glans got swollen, red, and a bit sore. This is a fungal infection. I know it sounds ugly, but really it is rather mild. You just need to take some anti-fungal medicine.
Now at the same time a lot of us guys also wish to slow down hair loss. There are many possible treatments for that, but one of them is to use a shampoo called Nizoral. It is also marketed in the US as anti-dandruff.
And here is what I realized: the active ingredient in Nizoral is also one of the usual products used to treat male thrush. So, if you already use Nizoral for your hair, instead of using soap to wash your cock, use Nizoral shampoo: it will kill the nasty fungus! That was my top tip for the day.

My tip for avoiding thrush, is don't stay out in sticky conditions for too long and change damp underwear as soon as possible. Wash with mildly acidic stuff, not alkaline soaps. Female genital wash products like Lactacid can be used by males too. If Nizoral is mildly acidic or neutral, that would be good, however it is not recommemded for daily use I believe.
For many years since I stopped using a cake of soap (fungus likes alkaline), have had very few fungal infections if any. Reduced sugar diet also helps a lot, most likely.
Canestine cream is normal treatment of already have thrush, or similar anti-fungal.

Is there really any evidence for Nizoral helping with hair loss?If you believe the advertisements, yes.
Loss of hair is a fact of life and once my doctor told me that loss of the hair on your head is (partially) caused by a high testosterone level. Strangely enough, high testosterone level promotes body and facial hair, but your scalp hair is of a different kind.
There are only a few medically proven treatments to (somewhat) prevent hair loss. Side-effects include impotence and loss of libido and treatment has to be done on a regular (once of twice a day!) basis.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/9669136/
Second, it seems to work in mice:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15863844/
Third, it is also known to inhibit 5 AR, the enzyme which converts testosterone to DHT, the stuff that kills your follicles:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3262531/
The way I see it, we've got to use some shampoo anyway, so might as well use one that has some chance of helping out.
BTW, thanks for the tip on acid wash, I will look into it.

If someone does post a safe sex post in the wrong thread, I urge others to ignore it or report it to Admin, so that it does not escalate and interfere with the thread too much. Most of us just don't want to read these arguments. I would only be interested in very technical probabilities and statistics from careful studies, myself.
This topic is not relevant to most threads and therefore becomes annoying when other threads get hijacked by it. Most guys don't want to read this stuff, perhaps having heard it all before, too much repetition, or in denial, or whatever.
Personally, I don't like the Bangkok thread getting hijacked for topics unrelated to Bangkok sex, as well.
I think this thread should be renamed to Unsafe sex, since 90% of the people here are just asking where to get uncovered FS. But I guess naming it "Safe Sex" makes it seem safer somehow. Kind of like how if someone shuts their eyes while driving, they don't have to see incoming cars and it appears more safe that way.

Kind of like how if someone shuts their eyes while driving, they don't have to see incoming cars and it appears more safe that way. There are a lot of people in denial. Some are denying they ever got an STD. I admit I caught Chlamydia twice in my life in Thailand even though I am not normally practicing BBFS, one time was clearly caught by finger in pussy (Chlamydia eye infection), so I am not sure how many guys are abstaining from that, Dan?, or carefully wash hands immediately after, or wear condoms on their fingers? LOL
So I damn certain that regular bare backers are catching STDs regularly. My buddy got one in his first week in Thailand quick and lively. Many guys seem to be okay With Chlamydia and Gonorrhea as can be cured quickly (once you know you have it). Most people mongering regularly will have had Herpes (either Oral or genital) at some point, maybe not if always avoiding BBBJ, DATY and kissing.
Others are in denial not admitting that lots of bareback is going on in Thailand. While some girls really hate guys asking for BB, many others are persuadable and many take extra money for it, and I include all the Russian and other non Thai girls in this. I am not able to state rates of BB willingness myself, since I simply don't know, and do not ask girls. I intend to start asking just for fun, to find out how many are willing and in what circumstances. I won't be accepting the offer with girls doing this readily, since I can't afford to risk giving GF an STD.
I don't understand why girls are doing BB very readily without taking a guy's test results first, since after long repetition, their chance of catching HIV becomes significant, even if very low for a one off occasion. It's better for guys whose risk of HIV from pussy sex is significantly lower. I am sure many guys feel risk of HIV is less than being killed in a car crash, so no big deal, and they don't care about the odd Chlamydia. I wonder if some just dose up with the Azithromycin on every trip to Thailand, whether have any symptoms or not? I guess can't do that if doing BB on a week in and week out basis. I do tend to keep spare Azithromycin, just in case.
Do guys doing BB just assume the girl has good birth control, or ask the question? I mean I have met a lot of bargirls and MP girls who have recently been pregnant and given birth. Thai girls are anti abortion, for the most part. Do guys care if a girl gets pregnant? I knew one bargirl definitely pregnant and giving birth from a Farang father semi-BF/customer who was not expecting a baby. I believe he was willing to pay the girl some support, but not a large amount. I fucked same girl some time later but not BB. I guess she may have learned the lesson not to do BB too willingly.

Now that multi-drug resistant gonorrhea is present in LOS, it is even more of a risk. A case of the drips that you can't cure! That should scare any dude into wearing a rubber. Condoms will not protect you from HSV-2 and HPV in many cases. Viral shedding can occur without lesions being present with HSV and many times the inoculation site will be a place that condoms don't cover. Only a few strains of HPV cause visible warts. The ones that don't can be the most dangerous leading to cancers including cancer of the throat in men and women.
Even with condoms our hobby is a risk, but we can minimize that as much as possible.
Even with condoms our hobby is a risk, but we can minimize that as much as possible.I like this point as the key. Nothing is completely safe. Condoms break occasionally. It's really about how much risk is acceptable, and the assessment of this varies between individuals. BBFS regularly and you will catch an STD soon enough or get a girl pregnant soon enough. These risks are too much for me. Doesn't mean I have never had BBFS. However I have been extremely selective with partners, e. G. My GF. Looking forward to trying some extra special condoms. LOL.
I don't require CBJ as I assess the risk of catching an STD from BBBJ as fairly minimal even though it's possible that was how I caught Chlamydia many years ago (unproven).
I have seen the clinic tables set up on the second level of Nana Plaza in the afternoon a few times for the girls' (monthly?) HIV blood screening tests. And I know the question of how often the girls are tested is brought up by some potential customers and bar management usually have a ready answer. So there is at least a tacit understanding that there is plenty of BBFS going on, despite the pretense that it is rare, somewhere sometime if not quite often. Otherwise, why make such a big deal about how often the girls are tested?
I'm pretty sure the vast majority of girls offering BBFS in the usual venues know where babies come from and use some form of birth control. Of course, a dedicated mongerer, certainly the kind of men who frequent sites like this one to share tips on where and how to get more and better P4 P, would demonstrate much more concern for the girls with regard to the risk of pregnancy by getting a vasectomy. According to the studies cited in some condom packaging, a man who hasn't had a vasectomy but wearing a condom is 20 times more likely to impreganate his female partner than a man with vasectomy not wearing one. So all you concerned citizens can set up your vasectomy appontments ASAP.
Add a circumcision to your disease fighting arsenal, always have a current (within 2-3 months) negative / normal HIV and STIs test result document on hand to both know about for your own sake and to present to any concerned or just plain curious partner and I am surmising that you will be engaging in far safer sex (your risk to the girl) than 99% of the customers she will ever meet, including those who try but admit they sometimes fail to keep an intact condom on for the duration of their FS encounter.

Sponges cause breakages.
When it breaks there is the morning after pill girls can take to avoid pregnancy. You would be surprised how plenty are not taking the pill. The pill is not foolproof however a non failed condom is very good birth control protection. Vasectomy is maybe unnecessary.
I have not got a girl pregnant ever as yet. I am sure all the girls I know who got pregnant were fucking BB but not with me. One claimed she was taking the pill.
After one condom accident with a LT girl, I escorted her to the pharmacy to get morning after pills and watched her take them. She gave birth to a baby about 18 months later (wasn't me).

http://www.who.int/features/2015/thailand-gonorrhoea/en/
If not, do you have a link citing the number of cases of multidrug-resistant gonorrhea that have been discovered in Thailand?
If that is the link, I don't see where it says any cases of multidrug-resistant gonorrhea have been discovered in Thailand. It says 2 clinics were set up to survey and monitor potential cases of it and, more importantly, to do what similar clinics are meant to do elsewhere; study it, if one crops up, in order to begin the development of new drugs and treatments to treat and cure it.
The reason Thailand was chosen as a location for such a clinic (2 at present), as strongly suggested in the text of the article, is because, unlike many other countries, Thailand does not attach nearly the stigma regarding men who have sex with men and transgender sexual practices that drives those who do engage in such activities elsewhere to go into hiding when STI symptoms first occur and not seek early treatment. Thailand is a much better location than most to run tests on any and all evidence that an STI is becoming drug resistant (and then be able to develop something to combat it) because homosexuals and transgenders will be far more likely to seek early medical treatment in Thailand than in other countries.
The clinics were not set up in Thailand because cases of multidrug-resistant gonorrhea or anything else are cropping up in Thailand. At least, not according to this article. I see nothing in this article that says cases of multi-drug resistant gonorrhea are cropping up in Thailand. And, BTW, even if it did, current drug "resistant" does not mean "incurable".

Of course, for those of us who have had a vasectomy, the preferred sentiment is "condoms are maybe unnecessary" in order to prevent unwanted pregnancy. Studies have shown that my vasectomy has prevented unwanted pregnancies in my girlfriends and P4 P girls far more certainly over the past 25 years than any man re his girlfriends and P4 P girls who does not have a vasectomy but uses condoms that, as in your case, can fall off or break at a rate of once a year.

And, BTW, even if it did, current drug "resistant" does not mean "incurable".No it does not mean incurable, but it is headed in that direction. From what I have read the origin might be Japan. There are cases in the UK now, but not in the US. I would imagine Thailand would not set up clinics if there were no cases here. One of my friends recently contracted the clap and was told by the Dr he saw that there are new protocols for treating the disease. He was hit pretty heavy with two antibiotics. One was given IV not I'm. The other orally. Again, why risk it?

But it does explain why the clinics were set up in Thailand instead of other countries and having discovered even one incident of multidrug-resistant gonorrhea isn't cited as one of those reasons. And we now agree going from "resistant" to what used to be a simple single shot in order to cure something over the past several decades to two drugs administered separately does not mean it has now become "incurable". Far from it.
Sorry, but that does not in any way comport with the rather over-the-top "scary" and, as we see, unfounded things you have been saying about it numerous times in various threads here. Why would you do that?
But on your question, "Why risk it?"
It would be convenient if all of us were so hair-trigger responsive that we routinely cum twice in an hour and are actually upset when we aren't offered that many if not more in a P4P encounter, cum in the shower when the girl merely soaps you up, cum wearing condoms, cum while straddling a picket fence in the midst of a windstorm and so on as seems to be the case with so many posters on these kinds of websites or at least so quickly and easily for some that it is unfathomable to imagine it isn't that way with every other man as well. But it ain't that way for many of us. For many of us, it is either "risk it" or abstain from sexual penetration to completion outside of an exclusive partnership for the rest of our lives.
From my point of view, that is a really, really easy decision to make. Particularly when the real-world realities of those risks under most circumstances are not nearly as great or as pervasive as the "Death By Sex!!" fear-mongering about it would have us believe.

" Why would I do that? Because it is a new risk and a real risk. The clap is easy to catch and a drug resistant variety would spread quite quickly. In fact, far more quickly than HIV which is much harder to catch. And no, I don't think it is unfounded. And sorry, there is always someone before you and always someone after you. So risk it? It is not just about you. It is about the health of all of us not to mention the health of the gals in the biz. BBFS not only puts you at risk, but puts the provider and those that come after you at risk as well. Honestly the real question is with the emergence of this new superbug; why would you put yourself and others at risk. Why would you do that?
Personally I have never been worried about HIV. This is far different.

Personally I have never been worried about HIV. This is far different. There you go again. The emergence of what superbug? Some internet website editor conjured up an attention-grabbing scary headline for their otherwise fairly level headed article, the body of which doesn't even support the scary suggestions in that headline, BTW, about how more or a different combination of drugs might be needed in some cases to better treat gonorrhea as effectively as it has been treated for decades, none of which cases have yet been cited or identified in Thailand and your response is to repeatedly insist that it is showing up in Thailand, is poised to spread like wildfire, cannot be cured, will kill us all and that I would be the most to blame for it because, like thousands of customers do every week in this country, I am fine with the level of precautions I take when engaging in BBFS/BBBJ.
And I feel zero responsibility for your health anyway. If you are more worried now about your health as a result of these reports that new drugs or combinations of drugs are required in some cases to treat gonorrhea, maybe it is time for you to move up to two condoms on for every encounter and a nice big dental dam sheet of plastic tucked into your lady's hooha. Meanwhile, I will continue to do what I have done to keep myself and every lady I have ever boffed safe and (well, mostly) happy for 40+ years.
Worried about gonorrhea but not HIV.
In LOS there are many things worse than STIs to be concerned about.
Live a little. We're not here forever. Even tomorrow is not guaranteed.
Went to red cross last week for a check up. Pretty straightforward procedure. Took about 2 hours in total, with registration, test and waiting for results. Cost is 400 baht for HIV and STD test. Many different people going there, young, old, Thai, farang, ladyboys, gays. Would recommend. Its located near Ratchdamri BTS.
Found a giant and painful bump on my d1 ck. Advice: just wear a condom. It might feel amazing without, but that STD is getting me down and out of the hobby for some time. Better in the longrun to wear the rubber, even if the girl is tested for the dreaded HIV, you can still get other things that don't easily clear up.

Have you had it diagnosed by a doctor?
I really don't think exposing the risk of multi-drug resistant clap is "fear-mongering. "A urologist in Germany reported a case of the claps that was untreatable or hard as hell to treat (I don't remember which). The patient had brought back the bug from China. I wouldn't be surprised if China were the focal point, not because of sex but because of widespread misuse of antibiotics in chicken and pig farms.
I'm more worried about resistant STDs than I am about HIV too. Epicure was it who cut his veins in ancient Greece because he couldn't bear the pain of chronic gonorrhea? Let's hope science comes up with some fresh molecules before it gets that bad.
Found a giant and painful bump on my d1 ck.Could be syphillis (chancre). Have it checked before it goes away because it will go away and it it's syphillis it will continue to 2nd stadium syphillis, which is bad.

When you get into your 50's this can be a real issues as you might not heal 100%.
Yeah I def need to get this checked out. I'm in Cambodia ATM so I can't here, but will when I get back to Bangkok. There is a white pus like center to it, so I'm starting to think isn't syphillis. But I think none-the-less, this has been a excellent wake-up call for me. If it isn't an STI, I'm glad it appeared to remind me of the repercussions of NOT wearing a condom.

Thank you for sharing you experience. Always, funny how others will read you post and say it is anything but an STD. I always restrained myself in Thailand because yes Thailand is heaven. But, can change to hell very fast. I just think in my head when I get tempted by those beautiful goddesses that I want to live to come back next year. Please, report back when you find out what it is. Also, did you get your skin problem from BBBJ or BBFS?
Found a giant and painful bump on my d1 ck..There is a white pus like center to itA Doctor couldn't diagnose with this statement so why are guys posting what they think it is without asking any questions like 'where on the dick is this lump located? On the head, the shaft or the base? Did you happen to shave the area and possibly get an infected hair follicle? The photo attached looks awfully like an std but is in fact an infected hair follicle.

Hi fellows, I am writing for some info. Before arriving I noticed some light red spots on my glans. Something that usually goes away by itself and which I attribute to too much wanking. I had a fun time here and spots have grown in number accompanied by tickling sensation, not altogether unpleasant, around glans and foreskins. I am uncut. Now I am worried because I overindulged. I am better but still have soft red spots. I did research and found it may be "thrush" or phimosis? I can buy something at pharmacy. But WHAT? I can't very well come in waving my wedding tackle! And info greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I can buy something at pharmacy. But WHAT? I can't very well come in waving my wedding tackle! And info greatly appreciated. Thanks.I find it bizarre that people would post very vague descriptions of a particular condition (for example, see Parkville's "giant and painful bump") and expect any competent accurate advice in return. There are some posters who are fond of acting like doctors on the forum with erudite quotes from medical sites, but I personally would not ask any anonymous mope sitting next to me on a barstool for medical advice, so ask yourself if you are willing to do that here.
If you just can't bring yourself to go see a doctor and want to attempt to self-diagnose, then suggest to put the description of your problem into Google and see if there are any rough matches. If it is a visible condition then you can use Google Images to see if there are images that match. Then if you can find possible causes then go to sites like WebMD to try to match the cause with specific symptoms and possible treatments. Whatever you do, if it gets worse, bite the bullet and go see a doctor. Good luck, AsianRain.

At times the problem your describing can also be some benign condition which does not need any treatment.
Best thing is to see a doctor and don't self diagnose.
Hope this answers everything.

You could show them a photo of the condition. No need to be too shy.
More costly is to go to a hospital and ask for immediate diagnostic swab tests to be sure very quickly.
Doctors can make mistakes as well if they are not specialised in the right discipline.
Recently I had a significant adverse condition, due to doctor prescribed anti-biotics for an infected finger. Can pay to do your own research as well, to at least know possible conditions and what complications can arise from various treatments. I don't trust doctors all the time.

I will try to explain couple of STDs.
A dose of tablet cefixime 400 MG and azithromicin 1000 MG just once will take care of Gonorrhea and chlamydia.
In case of mixed infections better visit a doctor.
A dose of Doxycycline 100 MG twice a day for 14 days will take care of Syphilis.
For HIV and Herpes you have to take universal precautions like use of condoms and use of sterile syringes.
No vaccines for above two.
Unprotected oral / anal / vaginal sex with a person suffering from sores increases likelihood of Herpes and HIV and also now their is resurgence of syphilis.
At times the problem your describing can also be some benign condition which does not need any treatment.

But still I would not trust web wizards.Several times I have had a condition far too long because doctor was treating wrong condition and had not done suitable tests, some clinics in the world even refuse to do the tests (e. G. Germany), wanting to send you to a specialist wasting time. Doctor could have treated more than one condition concurrently if unsure.
It is wise to research to find out about all the possible conditions, so you can be aware when doctor might be treating the wrong thing, is a good possibility.
In Thailand, if any doubt about my condition, I like to go to hospital with diagnostic testing and get results of the test in an hour or so.

Today's trend is to go to the doctor with the diagnosis already set in the tablet and tell the doctor "I have this and I need this prescription".
How do they know? Read on Internet, msirwd some forum thread, based on word of mouth.
Sorry but I can't trust this.
I might get an opinion but can't honestly feel safe to use it.
Witchdoctors do better.
Today's trend is to go to the doctor with the diagnosis already set in the tablet and tell the doctor "I have this and I need this prescription".
I like to be informed. If I see the doctor with red eye, I could tell him it may be the normal virus but check me for Chlamydia as well, just in case. Start treatment for both conditions. Don't make me suffer for weeks with the wrong treatment.
Recently I suspected I had gout, based on internet reading. So I asked for the diagnostic tests to check if this was really the case and how bad it was if I had it, or did I in fact have something else.
I recently suspected I had Diarrhea caused by doctor prescribed Amoxislav (maybe spelled wrong). Doctor said it was not possible, after too short a period. Later it was agreed by another doctor that antibiotics probably caused it and Metronidazole would be the cure, as I had already learned from the internet.
Once long ago I had a bacterial infection of the mouth called Impetigo. First doctor I saw was treating me for Cold Sores. It wasn't working and simple antibiotics could have fixed it.
By all means use a doctor and medical tests when needed. The internet makes us better informed about possibilities that the doctor was ignoring, in his lack of wisdom some times. General practitioners are not expert on all things.
I once had a skin specialist diagnose my scalp acne as dandruff. Was absolutely laughable. A subsequent skin specialist agreed it was acne of course. It is up to the doctor to convince me, that he really knows what he is doing. I have learned from blindly following bad advice.
Sometimes we know very well what is our condition, and seeing a doctor can be a waste of time and money. Very good pharmacists can know a lot as well. It sometimes boils down to how serious is your condition and how urgently you need it fixed.
If someone had an STD, they might need it fixed in hurry, and could just go start the medication immediately, that fixes Gonnoreah, Chlamydia, and Trichomoniasis, being the most common problems. Get tested as soon as practical.
Recently some guy reported he might have thrush. I know very well how to get something to treat that from pharmacy, and would not need to see a doctor, unless it appeared more serious.

So, I went to see the doctor today and they did a battery of tests. Results tomorrow. I keep my fingers crossed. But I definitely have balinitis, according to what he said. I am guessing I got it from this girl last week, December 14 or thereabouts. In a moment of total oblivion she straddled me BB for like ten seconds, but maybe that was enough. I had symptoms within a day or so. But as I said before I frequently get a red dot or two if I wank too much. I have no discharge of any kind and no pain when uriniating.
I am seriously worried. I feel better, but the red dots on my glans are still there and the foreskin is ever so sore. Bummer, just when I had some action lined up, but I don't dare now and have kind of lost the mood anyway.
Please share any similar experiences.
Cheers and stay safe.
P.S. This is the first time in 40 years of mongering that I have ever had any kind of issue. I assume it has not laid dormant for all these years?

You clearly don't trust any doctor and you seem to trust more your own reading.
You are entitled your opinion.
Good luck.

Balanitis is the outward symptoms of an internal infection that effects the foreskin and Penile gland. This infection is caused by a type of fungus and not bacteria. When the inner foreskin stays wet, where it is warm ad dark.

Good news from the doctor. All tests came back negative. I started using an antibiotic cream he gave me yesterday and I am much better. I think the balinitis- like symptoms were caused by too much washing with antibacterial soap and even Listerine. I have used that for years to clean, after the deed, so maybe this time I caused some minor lesion on the foreskin and glans and it in turn caused a minor infection with red spots on glans.
I feel much relieved but what will I do tonite? I will be even more careful, that's for sure. Maybe a sign from heaven to slow down. At my age it might not be a bad thing. But I will have to be more selective. I still think this girl last week had something to do with it but the doc does not think so. Just bad luck and too much scrubbing. An sitting on a damned bus for ten hours at a time to get from here to there.
Hope this is helpful to those of you who have had a similar issue.
Cheers and stay safe!

I assume it has not laid dormant for all these years? In addition to what the other hobbyists have suggested, you can acquire a form of balanitis through low blood sugar control (I. E. By being diabetic or pre-diabetic). It would be a good idea to have your blood sugar tested (this is where you fast for 8 hours and therefore you should get it tested early in the morning before breakfast time).

Cheers and stay safe!Is Listerine / anti-bacterial even effective, like at all? I understand people want to avoid STDs, but I'm fairly sure that those do **nothing at all** in combating STDs. Like, literally 0% difference. In fact, some of those have been proven to cause cervical cancer in women.

Alkaline soap is actually not good for your crotch and dick. Baby soap okay I prefer a neutral shower gel or can get a slightly acidic wash like Lactacyd (or those feminine hygene washes) to help keep fungal infections like thrush away. I am sure Listerine is not good for it either. No harsh chemicals.
Does anyone here have any experience using Lifecare Lab in Pattaya for STD testing? Just wondering if anyone here can vouch for them. They were recommended on a non mongering expat site for general lab work and have great prices. I will be home in a week and share some longer reports. I'm just on my phone here now and it's a pain to write at length. Seriously, ISG, time to make the site a little more mobile friendly?
Thanks guys!

I read about Listerine used as a genital antiseptic during the 70's. I think I recall an interview with the late John Holmes, who said he washed his cock with Listerine before and after intercourse. Not that it helped him in the long run. But, I recall that was a porn industry precaution. I haven't heard much about it since then, definitely not in the Safe Sex era. I wonder if there is there any scientific case to support that it helps? I would definitely consider adopting it if there is any evidence that it does. But cervical cancer in women? What women have that kind of exposure to Listerine? Just curious.

Unsubstantiated scare mongering article ending with a link to his webshop. 'Nuff said. This all caused me to deep dive a bit further. I found out about DEFENSE, a soap favored by competitive Greco-Roman wrestlers and other people involved in contact sports or martial arts ("combat athletes" Imagine a couple of sweaty guys wrestling and how they could transfer things from one to another. Not sure if I need to take that along on a mongering trip, but they also have wet-pipes that are designed for situations where you cannot bathe.
http://www.defensesoap.com/ Tea tree oil soap is also anti-microbial, as well without the negative effects of some anti-bio soaps.
Some years ago, I took some basic healthcare classes, while exploring a career in medical imaging. I learned a bit of about how your natural flora inside you as well on your skin surface is crucial to defense against infections, and how antibiotics destroy these, making the patient vulnerable to a "superinfection". In theory, some anti-microbial soaps can destroy the natural flora, thus making one more vulnerable to infections from hostile micro-organisms. I was taking a probiotic supplement, PB8, to boost my body flora when I was in Thailand. I was mostly concerned about keeping my guts in good health and resistant to bad things I might have ingested. But, I will be investigating all this further. I think maybe the best defense might be a good proactive offense.

According to this article on Wikipedia and it's references there is insufficient evidence that tea tree oil has any effect on keeping your skin healthy https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tea_tree_oil.

I think maybe the best defense might be a good proactive offense.Dimethicone skin barrier creams are used to protect skin for hospital workers who wash their hands often. It is also a common ingredient in silicone sex lubes and is added to pre-lubed condoms. Perhaps it would be a good place to start a defense against microbes. Since many microbes are passed in body fluids and dimethicone is water resistant, it should provide some level of protection. Applying it to the pubic areas not covered by condoms would seem a reasonable precaution. Coconut oil is also a good sex lube and water resistant barrier, but it is not compatible with latex condoms.

What I forgot to say in my previous post is that the dimethicone barrier cream will help protect the skin from the irritation and subsequent increased risk of infection from antimicrobial soaps.
http://wisderm.com/ingredients/Dimethicone
Dimethicone is used extensively in cosmetic formulations as a conditioning agent, skin protectant and moisturizer.
In fact, a barrier cream based on dimethicone has been demonstrated to protect against the penetration of S. Mansoni cercariae, the parasitic worm that causes schistosomiasis, into human skin.
Including dimethicone in topical acne medications can minimize treatment-related irritation by reducing the impairment of the epidermal barrier and restoring its function.
Dimethicone's skin protectant properties enables it to be used for the prevention or treatment of several types of dermatitis.
Numerous clinical trials have established the efficacy of dimethicone-based formulations in clearing head louse infestations.

There is a guy on the USA board called Trust Lust that has this to say about antimicrobial agents:
My mongering, on a regular basis, was to begin exactly 26 years ago, today, and I've always made it strict policy to go bare back.
I never have P4P without immediate access to bathing; it dates back to the ancient regime, I guess. Home turf or my motel room with my valuables and food stashed have proven to always work out the best.
I take a cup of water and slosh a couple of cap fulls of Clorox in it. Immediately, after fucking, I wash my dick with this solution. I even take a syringe full of it to douche out my pisser. They use about the same thing, Dakin's solution, to wash out wounds, at the hospital.
The way I do it is slosh a little bit of Clorox in a pint of water and flush out my ureter directly after sex. Right after that, I wash my whole dick with the same solution while using a washcloth. I've been doing it since December 1991 and have never caught any STD's; I've gone bareback almost with every SW I've dated. During the first few times you do it, you should experience a slight burning sensation, but this is only the bacteria at the top of the ureter yelling,"Fire!" At first, I had to (empty my bladder), directly afterwards, but once my liver made the juices for what was going on, this didn't keep happening.
Don't rule out 2% tincture of iodine for herpes or genital warts. The medical hoopla media only has you believing it won't kill viruses, and it oftentimes kills jock itch when nothing, doctor given, will.
Dr. (Major) Maganlal P. Vora, M. B. B. S. , D. V. D. , I. M. S. (R).
He is 98 years old today and in fairly good health for his age. He spent his whole life in the promotion of awareness and treatment of Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) / Infections (STIs) and AIDS. He is perhaps the oldest living person in the world having spent over 70 years in promotion of "awareness" in this field of Sexual Diseases. He went into Venereal Diseases right after his graduation in 1934. He was attached to the Department of Venereal Diseases of the Sir J. J. Hospital, Mumbai (Bombay), India in those days.
His recommendation for prevention of STDs?" Certification obtained in the use of Nano Silver Particles in controlling HIV-1 Virus. This important landmark Research has brought humanity many steps closer to eradicating AIDS in our world today. This is the first time in the world that this scientific development (which has a far reaching global impact) has been reproduced by an independent laboratory to substantiate our claims and validate our research and clinical findings. Also: Efficacy of Colloidal Silver against both Gram Positive and Gram Negative Bacteria, Fungi (Candida) and other micro-organisms".

The method I use to follow this doctor's recommendation is to buy a large bottle of coconut oil at Walmart in the cooking section for $7 - it must be the liquid at room temperature type. Then buy Silver ointment at CVS pharmacy for $9 - the "Antimicrobial Silver Gel" or buy higher Silver ppm ointments. I prefer the 250 ppm silver ointment. Mix the silver and the oil together in a small bottle for carrying and use liberally. I view it as a condom for your skin that kills STDs, HIV and Herpes. But you must also purchase non-latex condoms like the Sagamis that are not affected by oil. Visit the doctor's website for viewing his papers and reports and lab tests on STD prevention.

Many give some vague hints which our brains supplement with what we wish is true (but unfortunately isn't).
Bersides, your WebMD link is broken and the Mayoclinic has found its information on a site called "Natural Medicines" which is only accessible when you pay them 15 USD / month! And the quote on the Mayoclinic site is very light in content. A bit disappointing, really.

I don't know why you feel the need to contradict everyone, when in fact, we are only trying to share information about safe sex and what options we have available to us. On a forum dedicated to mongering, I can't imagine a topic that could of any greater importance.
Since you don't seem to like anything anyone else has posted, why don't you explain in detail what we need to know that we have been overlooking for so long.
Here is basic safe sex info re how to protect yourself from a highly regarded source in the medical community:
http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/sexually-transmitted-diseases-stds/manage/ptc-20180616
Please notice there is no mention of unproven products like tea tree oil, colloidal silver, coconut oil, etc, in combating STIs.
These products, all of which I've used, may or may not help, but I wouldn't rely on them.
They probably won't do any harm, but only if you use them properly, because they all can be dangerous.
Best of luck, gentlemen.
I have it from somewhere (reading? Doctor's advice?) that the best you can do as a man to prevent STDs is to have a good pipi right after intercourse in order to flush out germs. It's a pitty no research with controls groups has ever been carried out to ascertain the efficacy of this practice. Note that pissing while your cock retains some stiffness is probably more efficient since the pressure inside the urethra is bound to be higher owing to constriction.
Maybe pipi games are good for you and evolved as a sexual practice because it offered enhanced protection to those practising it. I'm only speculating.

I'm only speculating.Peeing right after sex probably won't do any harm & may help, so why not? The problem is you may not be able to take a leak, either with or without a stiff dick. Maybe drink lots of water a few hours before the act & hold it in till after you do the deed?
Peeing immediately after sex won't do anything to protect you regarding STIs that are passed to you via other avenues than your weiner hole. Such as minuscule cuts and abrasions on the shaft of your penis, skin to skin contact STIs, and so forth.
To be protected from skin transferred STI you could use a condom & sex positions where you don't directly touch the ladies' body, especially those parts of her (genital regions) that are more likely to carry such STI. If you've watched a lot of online porn, you probably know the positions I'm referring to.
Skin to skin contact would also include bare back blowjobs or BBBJ. Guys getting genital herpes from ladies with HSV1 performing fellatio is on the rise, so you might want to consider using condoms that feel and look like the real thing.
"Herpes simplex virus type 2 (HSV-2) is the cause of most genital herpes. Now, HSV-1 has become an important cause and represents even about 30% of genital herpes in some countries. So, study related to genital herpes should consider both HSV-1 and HSV-2. ".

I'm only speculating.I have been told that twice by a physician after being treated for a routine UTI. The last time I was married and in a monogamous relationship. My doctor said all men, including married men, should [CodeWord140] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord140) right after sex regardless and it would reduce the number of UTI incidences significantly. He didn't say anything about it reducing the risk of HIV or other serious venereal diseases, but it does make sense that it should.
The reason you have not seen any "research with controls groups has ever been carried out to ascertain the efficacy of this practice" is because it would require men deemed to be free of STDs to have sex with someone (male or female) who is confirmed to have a STD or communicable infection. One group gets to [CodeWord140] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord140) right after sex, the other group is told to hold it in for awhile. And of course, someone has to monitor this. I don't think you would see many men lining up to do that, even if there is free pussy involved.

I remember reading somewhere that shaven genitals were bad from the point of view of herpes transmission. Maybe the muslim fundamentalists who preach hairy pussies (and hairy faces in men) are no such fools after all.
Note that men suffering from cold sores report that shaving after growing a beard for some lenght of time can trigger an outbreak. Maybe the virus senses that it will get a dose of UV light and UV light is a trigger for a herpes outbreak. Wheels withing wheels.

Drugs are human-tested in male prisons. Desperate inmates volunteer for dangerous drug testing in exchange for money or whatever. I'm sure if they were offered a program of risky sex many would volunteer. Then again, this would not do since prison inmates are meant to have a hard time and not a good one.

Hi all, Not sure if this is the correct thread. So anyway. Here goes. From time to time I just can't perform even though I take liberal does of vitamins, all of them generic. Any thoughts? I start out OK but it just ain't enough anymore. Tonight I was in a gangbang in Berlin but for the love of me I had to remain content just to watch. Is there such a thing as taking too many vitamins? I prepped hours ahead of time and then once more just before going to the club. I had only a drink or two. Thanks.

I have used Viagra starting with 25 MG and then ratchet it up. I have found V worked better when I took it with warm water.
I have used Cialis a few times starting with 5 MG. For me V worked better so I have only used see twice.

The medical hoopla media only has you believing it won't kill viruses, and it oftentimes kills jock itch when nothing, doctor given, will. This advice is based on dodgy science. Apart from a) not getting STDs THAT he KNOWS ABOUT (there are some that are symptomless esp in males) and b) causing all sorts of problems for his urethra and skin, he fails to note that conditions such as HIV do not necessarily require that the virus travels up the urethra in males. They can be transmitted via the lagerhands cells on the penis. Assuming that what he is using is killing the virus, the longer he stays inside the female, the higher the chance of contracting HIV.
Many other factors also come into play. Someone who is healthy and without other STDs (including the symptomless ones) has much lower chances of contracting HIV. Whether the lady is lubricating (or using lube) can be a factor too.
As one public health person put it, it is not the only job of the condom to stop HIV transmitting. It is also the job of the condom to stop other STDs transmitting so as to lower the incidence of HIV transmitting if something were to go wrong (such as a condom breaking).

If it's not enough, Testosterone + Growth Hormone, but then you'll live less long.
Otherwise plenty of sleep (stay up late in bed, the body produces testosterone during sleep).

You must be joking!!I think guys need to realise that sexual performance can be very weak during sickness, flu or what ever that takes away your normal energy. Cough medicine is really bad for sex, since it takes away feeling in your throat and in your dick. Alcohol in any quantity beyond 1 glass is also bad for guys who are lacking sensitivity.
2 x100 MG Kamagra sounds like a vast overdose to me. Some guys would get significant boost from just 25 MG. For some 50 MG. Is about right for extended sex.
Where did you buy Kamagra? Hope you have got a real one. It should work (very powerful stuff), but then again I found Apcalis has little noticeable effect for me, so who knows. Take it at least 40 minutes before sex, maybe 25 minutes is enough if did not eat recently. Kamagra should be working well for most guys with any erectile function at all. Are lot of very old guys are able to have some fun.
I would seek doctor's advise rather than ask here. Understanding the cause of the problem matters right?
I think all the vitamins like Korean Ginseng, Epimium, horny goat weed, etc. Etc. Are largely a waste of money. I don't see much evidence of any great change when I take the.
Best advice is to take a healthy lo carb high fibre diet and lose a few kilos. Makes a large difference to sex, I found. Also good sleep and drink plenty of water.
Next use a good ultra thin condom. Okamotos are working fine for me right now. I prefer slightly over Sagami as they do stretch a little bit, to compensate for difficulty to put them on. Very tight indeed.
I once heard of an ex PM of Thailand having a special inflation device in his dick to help it stay up, however that was probably before the days of Viagra. 25 years ago. In those days one girl said my dick tended to sag with condoms so she let me fuck her BBFS to overcome the problem. That fixed it well. LOL
