If don't mind the western suburbs there are some very cheap options around Footscray & Sunshine.
Also good VFM in Northern suburbs.
Personally I find CBD & Sth Melb a bit pricey.
If you scroll back over the last 6 months of reviews you should do very well for yourself.
I also have had plumbing issues (prostate in my case) but with today's medical technology, I am still having a ball.

Then the price went up to $70 for the same service, which wasn't the end of the world. You paid the money to the house and tipped the girl only if you wanted to.
Then someone had an idea to reduce the half hourly rate and leave it up to the girl to set the price for whatever extras she wanted to do. This was presumably to absolve the house from any responsibility for illegal extras offered on the premises-"I not know what the bad girl do in the room officer, this just massage shop". Most shops have now adopted this as their business model so it's a lucky dip now instead of a sure thing and paying more to get less is now the norm.
Your $30 tug is not the problem, it's the $50 tug that is the problem and it will soon become common the more it gets accepted.

Much less than 12 years ago most massage shops in Melbourne charged $60 for half an hour and that got you a tug (and maybe more if you were lucky) from a girl who was nude from the first minute until the last.
