What were the symptoms? How did you suspect youi had something?

I developed a lump in the side of my neck without any other typical signs of infection. The NP who saw me said this is an "unusual presentation" and sent me for a CT scan, which confirmed that the lump was a bunch of swollen lymph nodes. Then they told me a needle biopsy should be done, and the pathologist determined that I had Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC). This was the first point at which anyone used the word "cancer"... but I think the NP suspected this from the beginning. It wasn't until a pathologist reviewed the tissue samples taken at my tonsillectomy that we knew, for certain, that the primary site had been the (left) tonsil.

While the original lump was merely a slight annoyance (albeit sizeable), it wasn't until a few weeks later that it started causing me pain. Now that I've started treatment, the lump is MUCH smaller and is no longer the source of pain.

I'm planning a trip to Uganda. I saw mentioned somewhere that mongers sometimes use two condoms. Is this standard practice when mongering in Africa? I've been to Poland, where I only used one, but Africa ain't Poland: shit loads of AIDS about for starters.

Obviously I'd prefer to use one if people think it's OK, because the experience is reduced even using one condom, so I am guessing the effect is even more pronounced if you wear two. Can I get away with one if I use a extra-safe, decent-quality, Western-brand condom?

I know mongering isn't risk-free, but I'd still like to follow 'best practice'. Thanks in advance for your kind advice.

Forget that, I just happened upon an article which says that two condoms are actually LESS safe because of the increased risk of breakage. One decent condom it shall be!

Hi,

I have something to say about herpes and molloscum.

First, I have had cold sores on my lips every now and then when stressed and when exposed to intense sun/cold, and propolis gel/tincture always killes it off right away. As soon as I feel the tingling sensation on my lip, I apply propolis (a bee product used to sterilize the bee hive) 4-5 times a day. The herpes virus will be killed in 1 day leaving the crust to go away in a couple of days.

I do not have genital herpes, but I am sure that propolis would be equally effective for that. Propolis is like napalm to the herpes virus.

Then we have th annying molloscum warts/pimples.

I got them around christmas, and I am wondering if I got them from my work with children (physical education teacher), because they can be very contagious. I might also have gotten them from a working girl I saw in desember. But I got the pimples shortly after seeng her, and I read online that it takes 2 weeks for them to manifest, so I am opting for the first theory.

In any event, I went to the doctor to have them frozen off. I did this 2-3 times, but they did not go away. I had them from my navel down to the shaft of my penis and then some on my penis and around anus. So then I tried using propolis, but apparently this virus is not affected by propolis. So I searched online and found a profuct called Zymaderm. It is a tincture made up of echinea, iodine and some other things. What I did was remove the head of the molloscum pimple with a pflier, then disinfect it with propolis and then I added the Zymaderm. I did this morning and night for some days. And it completely killed off the molloscum.

I very much recommend it, because molloscum is very contagious, albeit not dangerous at all, but is not very hygienic.

Just ask if you have questions.

I very much want to go to Artemis when I visit Berlin in late June, but I am starting to wonder if it is worth it. Who knows what other STDs one can get. Will have to be careful in any event.

So hope someone can benefit from this information.

Best wishes

The feeling is very similar to what I experienced when I'd caught some urinary infection last year.Hye, may I know what is the symptoms of urinary infection and how to differentiate with STD's infection.

What the causes of urinary infection in male and it is possible can get this kind of infection from bareback blowjob?

Thanks

Herpes HSV1/HSV2 is caused by the HPV virus. Contact. You can have herpes anywhere skin contacts. Including if you touch a herpes sore on a pussy then rub your eye. You can get herpes on your eye.

It's permanent. If you've caught it and get an outbreak (small or large) then it's yours forever. Most people don't bother to pay for valtrex or other treatments to reduce outbreaks.

But if you've already caught it then you're screwed.I have had herpes on my lips a few times during the year for many years now. It usually always emerges when I am under stress or if I get a sun burn or another kind of stress to the lips.

I do not have genital herpes.

Whenever I get an outbreak I always apply propolis tincture (preferrably in alcohol solution) or propolis ointment. I find this kills the herpes in one day, leaving healing to occur in 1-2 more days.

Propolis is a kind of antobiotic resin made by bees to kill any bacteria or other unwanted microorganisms in the bee cube.

Anyways, I am pretty sure it has the same effect on genital herpes, and will kill it in a short time.

Best wishes

I have used it here for years( Australia) in various jobs, but didn't realise its effectiveness in helping stop you from catching a dose of anything fron chlamydia to herpes, and it has even been suggested for an emergency protocoll for possible HIV infection. Having said that, putting it down your japs eye is something for the extreme masochists. It may help, it will burn like fuck, and it may make matters worse by damaging mucus membranes, so if for example a condom breaks, or you forget to use one, or are too pissed to remember, or you are just too horny, it may be a help to douse the old fellah liberally with it, and have a [CodeWord140] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord140) ASAP.

PeteHi,

Good post. However, I have used chlorhexidine on cuts and burns since I was a kid, and it does not sting or burn. It is not like iodine. So I would not think that it hurts too much to put in inside your urinary tract.

Or I may be totally wrong.

I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on the risk of kissing a girl at Artemis who does not do bbbjs. As I already have the kind of herpes I get on my lips, this is not an issue.

Thank you

I got a 2nd opinion pathology report on my biopsy samples from
another hospital. They used a different test, specific to the HPV-16
variant of HPV, and found that I am indeed HPV positive.

A lot more info on HPV and oral cancer can be found here

http://www.oralcancerfoundation.org/hpv/

As a further follow-up. The second test (for a different HPV marker) came back positive... which indicates the first test was indeed a false negative.

This is good news as it means I'm in the group with a better survival prognosis. Also, it becomes less likely that my doctors will recommend neck dissection/surgery.

i got a uti once when i was in brasil a few years back and i'm convinced i got it either from barebacking a girl at termas 4x4 or from a bbbj at a cheapie centro casa. you can get a uti from an uncovered bj, but i'm not sure what the odds of that are.

the symptoms weren't much, just frequent urination. i saw a doctor, he tested my [CodeWord109] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord109), gave me seven days of cipro and i was all better. nothing serious, really.

Safe sex mean really safe sex. Not OWO, not 69, not kissing, not playing with my dick over her pussy, you never know who was the client before you! Once I got chllamidy (very dangerous and disturbing bactery) just that she lick my dick without condom! She got it from some client and she keep that on her throat and gave it to me without know it. And then I fuck my wife and she got it also, we were about separation just because of this stupid mistake of mine.

a [CodeWord109] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord109) test can diagnose the sexually transmitted infection chlamydia in men within an hour, enabling on-the-spot treatment.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/8172137.stm

male tests have been relatively inaccurate and involved urethral swabs, which can cause discomfort.

an evaluation, published in the british medical journal, found the test was significantly more accurate than existing [CodeWord109] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord109)-based rapid tests.

once diagnosed, chlamydia can be treated easily with a one-off antibiotic pill.

Well, the obvious answer is that it feels better than using a condom. However, there are other reasons underlying this primary motivation for bare-backing. A few years ago I had a discussion with a professor on the staff of a medical school. I said that Viagra and the other erectile dysfunction drugs should greatly improve the quality of sex for older men. Surprisingly, he said not really. Then he went on to explain that as men aged they loss sensitivity in the nerves of their penis. This natural loss of sensitivity is often aggravated by prostate surgery, vasectomy, smoking, drinking, high cholesterol and obesity.

This leads many geriatric mongers to seek bareback sex in an attempt to maximize the declining sensitivity in their penises. These mongers also prefer girls in the 18-19 yrs old range without kids because they believe that this demographic has tighter and wetter vaginas which offer greater stimulation to compensate for penile numbness. Many older mongers consider the risk of sexually transmitted diseases to be an acceptable trade off to reclaim a bit of the sexual pleasure they experienced in their youth. Some have survived cancer and heart attacks so AIDS or a touch of gonorrhea is not that intimidating to them. Some geriatric mongers have told me that when sex ends life doesn’t mean much anyway so bare-backing young hookers even at the risk of disease far outweighs rooting elderly women at home or living a sexless existence.

What about fathering bastards with prostitutes? Some mongers pump and dump. They never reveal their true identities to the hookers that they bareback so if there is a pregnancy chances are that they’d never hear about it. Others simply deny paternity and that usually is the end of it since Third World hookers don’t have the means to follow these guys to their home countries and press the issue. Small minorities of bareback mongers actually claim their bastards and offer some token assistance to the mothers. Some bare-back aficionados fall in love with their impregnated hookers, marry them and take them home. Secretly they believe that the hooker will be eternally thankful to the bareback monger for saving her and taking her away from the bar or brothel. The prostitute may be young and beautiful, a physically superior specimen to what the monger can obtain at home. The monger may bare-back her with the intention of fathering an attractive child with or without her knowledge of his intentions.

In some cases the prostitute may be simple minded and request a bare-backing. Her aim may to be to get the monger to fall in love with her and extend his continued financial sponsorship after returning to his homeland. Other girls may have no economic aspirations and simply wish to be birth offspring bearing a certain characteristic the monger may have such as blond hair, blue eyes, white skin or a prominent nose. Disease is a reality of life for these girls and they’ve most likely been treated for venereal diseases in the pass. To these girls safe drinking water, food, shelter and vector borne diseases like malaria are a more immediate concern than a shot of AIDS from some bareback monger’s infected dick.

So that’s why monger’s bare-back and why prostitutes allow it in a nutshell.

Well, I don't agree "wetter is better." Up to a point maybe. But a really wet pussy, I personally feel less. I don't take Viagra often and I take low doses but it makes it harder to cum, or it seems that way to me. I'm vasectomized but that was almost thirty years ago and I never noticed any declining sensitivity. Nor do I believe it to be true that a childless 18 year old has a tighter pussy than a childless 34 year old. It's elastic. I've been fucking one favorita for five years now and she isn't getting any looser.

Barebacking by an uncut monger is irresponsible if she is not on BC and sometimes they lie about that. Look at this Col Bog who posts all over about asking for BBFS. He was doing this in Colombia and knocked some chick up and so he disappeared and now is pulling the same shit in Thailand.

Oh yeah, and pulling out doesn't work. Didn't we all learn that in high school? Well, probably not with the religious right and all. But it doesn't. Plus pulling out sucks and you can get it in her eye and that is not good. I'd rather wear a rubber than pull out, most of the time. Pulling out is like eating Chinese food. An hour later I am horny again.

I've been coming in the same hookers' mouths for years down here and it doesn't seem to have had any adverse effects on them. I also know plenty of women, both pros and non-pros, who just don't like condoms. Some say they make their pussy itch, some say it makes it smell bad (true, that), and a lot of them just want to be jizzed in.

Plus condoms are ineffective against HPV.

Well, it's more common than you think. The case you mentioned is just one out of many. These bareback mongers beg and plead with the girls for BBFS, blow their loads in them and then run for hills when they catch wind of the resulting prenancy. They move from country to country impregnating and infesting with their cocks. Their only concern is fucking bareback regardless of the consequences to those on the receiving end. Most of these guys aren't cut either but they'll tell the girls that they are in order to bareback them. It's chilling to think about the mind of a man who willfully impregnates a prostitute and then runs off leaving his offspring to be raised solely on the money the mother earns by turning tricks. The sad thing is that some of these guys actually believe that they're doing the hookers a favor by giving them a bastard.

I assume that by uncut you mean uncircumcised? I don't follow your logic. What difference does being circumcised make as to whether or not you bareback a girl? And how can a guy lie to a girl about being cut? All she has to do is look at his dick to tell whether or not he's cut. Please elaborate on your thinking, because it leaves me scratching my head.

Lorenzo,
When we said "uncut" we meant mongers who do not have vasectomies. These guys are capable of impregnating girls who they bareback. The girls would have to examine the monger's scrotum to find a scar from the vasectomy. Many just take the guy's word for it.

That's exactly the kind of unethical bareback monger I'm talking about. Some of these guys have other tricks to get BBFS like lubing their pricks with baby oil in order to weaken and break the condom during sex. Once the condom breaks they just continue pumping away until they shoot their load inside the girl. Some of these guys go to other countries with an agenda to spread their seed and whatever nasty little surprises they happen to carry with them. Thanks to these ambassadors of ill-will some places refuse to service foreigners. Many countries are also now blaming mongers for bringing AIDS to their shores. One HIV positive bareback monger traveling to popular hobby destinations and bare-backing a few dozen prostitutes and non-pros is a highly effective mobile biological weapon.

Hi,

Just wanted the opinion of some of the people on here with regards to Hepatitis. I've been mongering on and off for about a year, nothing extreme at all. I've always used a condom for penetrative vaginal sex and only had BBBJ with 2 girls a few times. I got tested for HIV about a year ago (NEGATIVE) and since then I've ony been a couple of times with 2 WG's from Syria.

Now I'll have to take this medical exam for HIV and Hepatitis A, B and C in a few months and I'm a bit worried about the Hepatitis tests because I hear it is easy to get compared to HIV.

My question is, how easy is it to get Hep A/B/C from BBBJ? How about protected condom sex? My last BBBJ was over 1 year ago, and since then I've only had sex with 2 WG's from Syria 2 times each, all encounters with condom.

Do I have anything to worry about with regards to Hep A/B/C? I don't have any symptoms of anything at all and feel fine, am just feeling a bit paranoid.

Any opinions would be welcome, thanks.

Hep C is transmitted from blood to blood, so if she is bleeding in her mouth and you have an open wound on your penis then transmission is possible. Otherwise not to worry. Same goes for HIV, blood to blood.

Param, I've read a lot on this topic. The chances of getting HPV (warts) by kissing or by receiving oral sex are extremely low. I think that getting herpes on your genitals from oral sex would also be low, provided you've already been exposed to Type 1 HSV -- that is, if you've had cold sores on your mouth, I think your chances of getting herpes on your genitals from some woman giving you a blow job are low.

Finally, I've read it's uncommon for a man to contract HSV on his mouth through cunnilingus. With regard to HPV though, I do think there's a risk with cunnilingus. There's a study out that indicates eating strange pussy raises the probability you'll get throat cancer, a lot -- supposedy because you're exposed to HPV.

Provided you already have Type 1 HSV (cold sores), deep french kissing should be pretty safe. In fact, from what I've read, if a woman has a cold you're not that likely to get it from DFK provided you wash your hands before you pick your nose or scratch your eyes.

I suspect you're more likely to get HSV or HPV through protected (with a condom) sexual intercourse than through unprotected oral sex. If a woman has either, there's a good chance you're going to have skin-on-skin contact even with a condom.

That said, supposedly chlamydia and gonorrhea are commonly spread through oral sex.

On another topic, apparently one of our brethren contracted HIV in Ethiopia,

Thanks for the reply, Tiny 12. I think you are right about a man being more likely to get genital herpes (HSV 1 or 2) or genital warts (Human Papilloma Virus or HPV) from intercourse with a typical male condom than oral sex without a condom. According to the Wikipedia article on the female condom, "Female condoms are better at preventing some STIs than the traditional condom. This is because they cover more skin, which is the main way skin-to-skin viruses are contracted, such as herpes." (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Female_condom, accessed Nov. 10, 2009) So I think female condoms should be used for vaginal intercourse. The inner loop can be removed, permitting it to be used the same way a male condom would be, providing much greater protection than can be had with the usual male condom from any sexually transmitted disease that is transmitted by skin to skin contact, such as herpes 1 or 2, genital warts (HPV), or syphilis.

Having HSV-1 may make you less likely to get genital herpes (HSV 1 or 2) through oral or vaginal sex, but having HSV-1 hardly makes you immune.

Guys, if you're out there barebacking prostitutes your risk of catching AIDS is comparable to that of the prostitutes you fuck. As a monger you fall in a higher risk group so statistics for the general population are not applicable to you. This recent report is eye-opening for mongers.

Traditional condoms cover the penis only but not the pubic area, so can not effectively isolate the body fluids. This condom has an attached skirt at the base to also prevent HPV and other skin to skin transmitted STDs.

http://www.goldcannon.com/The answer I got when I inquired is that the condom with attached skirt at the base isn't yet available in the USA. Does anybody know if and where they can be bought now, either in person or by mail?

Perhaps for now the female condom with the inner loop removed and used as if it were a male condom is the best available, since standard male condoms leave users at risk of STIs that are transmitted by skin-to-skin contact (syphilis, herpes, warts).

You don't remove the inner ring from a female condom, unless you're having anal sex. Female condoms can't be used as a 'regular' condom outside of a woman's vagina. They're way too large. Also, female condoms only provide about half an inch (if that) of additional protection outside of the vagina. Once you start thrusting, it moves enough to allow for at least occasional skin contact. Obviously half an inch is better than nothing and I'm not trying to discourage their use...just wanted to put their 'protective' properties into perspective.

If you're really worried about skin-to-skin transmission, here's an old 'hooker trick' to protect against herpes, etc: Get a dental dam (a square of latex designed for protected oral sex on a woman) and cut a small slit in the centre. Put your penis in the slit and slide the dental dam down, ALMOST to the base. Then put on a condom as normal, ensuring the base of the condom covers the top edge of the dental dam. Voila! Absolutely NO genital contact.

Those condoms with skirts are a fabulous idea, though.

Hep C is transmitted from blood to blood, so if she is bleeding in her mouth and you have an open wound on your penis then transmission is possible. Otherwise not to worry. Same goes for HIV, blood to blood.

Sangue Bon is correct. HepC is a Blood Borne Virus (BBV). The biggest risk for contracting HepC is sharing needles - prevalence in most countries is highest amongst injecting drug users. HepC is a tough little virus and can last quite a long time outside of the body, so "risk behaviours" also include sharing razor blades and toothbrushes, sharing other injecting equipment (spoons, filters), needle stick injuries, etc.

The risk of HepC transmission through sex is almost non-existent, although certain activities could increase the risk - like having sex during a woman's menstrual period, or BDSM activities that break the skin, or where both parties have genital sores/irritation, or if there's traces of blood in semen. Anal sex may also be risky if tearing or bleeding occurs. Put it this way...studies have shown that for long-term couples having regular unprotected sex, where one party has HepC and the other doesn't, there is only a 2%-5% risk of transmission over 10 years. It's so low that HepC is not generally considered to be an STI.

HIV is a slightly different kettle of fish. While it *IS* officially classified as a BBV, it's also talked about as an STI, because it can be present in other bodily fluids, like vaginal fluids and semen. Obviously, there is a high risk of transmission with direct blood to blood contact (blood transfusions, sharing needles). But HIV doesn't survive for long outside of the body, so transmission via razors, needle stick injuries, etc is unlikely. The amount of virus found in other bodily fluids can vary greatly and even if your partner's viral load is high, the virus still needs to find a way into your actual blood stream, via cuts or tears or genital sores.

So if someone gives you an STD, then it is more likely they gave you HIV as well? Or does this mean that you have to have the STD to begin with then acquiring HIV is more likely?

So if someone gives you an STD, then it is more likely they gave you HIV as well?
The only way you could know that for certain, is if you only have sex with one person in the 3-6 month period before being tested. :) That said, if their HIV infection was the result of risky sexual behaviour, there's a good chance they also picked up something else along the way.

Or does this mean that you have to have the STD to begin with then acquiring HIV is more likely?
You have a much greater risk of acquiring - and transmitting - HIV if you already have another STI present, especially one that causes genital sores.
From the American CDC website: "Ulcerative STDs that cause sores, ulcers, or breaks in the skin or mucous membranes, such as syphilis, disrupt barriers that provide protection against infections. The genital ulcers caused by syphilis can bleed easily, and when they come into contact with oral and rectal mucosa during sex, increase the infectiousness of and susceptibility to HIV".

Of course, it's the sores and tears that increase risk, not the STI itself. Sores and tears can also happen to perfectly healthy people, during perfectly 'normal' sex - sharp fingernails or foreign objects in vaginas, rough or prolonged sex, anal sex, latex allergies, thrush, unhealed surgical scars, shaving cuts, etc.

They're way too large. The manufacturer's instructions say to remove the female condom's inner ring only for anal intercourse, but that's nonsense. Who says "Female condoms can't be used as a 'regular' condom outside a woman's vagina"? My many experiences of using them that way for vaginal intercourse proves you can. And it works just fine.

Your other idea about using a dental dam with a standard male condom to avoid any skin-to-skin contact might be worth a try, but I suspect the dental dam would tear enough to allow direct contact at the base of the penis as always happens with standard male condoms with full penetration, permitting transmission of STDs transmitted by skin-to-skin contact such as herpes, syphilis, and genital warts, which is why sex with standard male condoms is so dangerous.

Another problem with all standard male condoms is that while pressure can still be felt, friction is gone, which is why men compare the satisfaction of intercourse or oral contact when wearing a standard male condom with that of taking a shower while wearing a rain coat (keeping you dry in the shower). With the female condom used as directed or even with the inner loop removed and worn as a male condom, the female condom sticks to her more than to you, so you still feel friction, making vaginal intercourse feel almost completely natural while providing you with much better protection from STDs than would be possible with a standard male condom. The female condom worn as a male condom with the inner loop removed, for vaginal intercourse, provides far more coverage and far better protection than you are giving it credit for.

When I tried it [the female condom] many years ago it felt like having sex with a plastic bag (opposite of natural). Have the manufacturers of the female condom improved the materials since then?I recall reading a similar comment in an Internet blog by a female who used the female condom but still advocated using them because of the increased protection they provide. So I suggest trying the female condom again. I like the female condom when I take the inner loop out (with a clean, uncontaminated finger) and use it like I would a male condom but not when the woman puts it inside her as directed by the manufacturer's instructions. If you use lubricant, put it inside the female condom, not on the outside of the condom or inside of her, although that way she might miss the friction! Ironically, many women insist on the standard male condoms they're accustomed to because they feel safer with them, when in fact they'd be much better protected with a female condom. I've often refused to have intercourse when the woman wouldn't use one of my female condoms, and all she had were the standard ones that leave me at risk for skin-to-skin transmission where the male condom doesn't cover. With the female condom's outer ring on the outside of her body, not even the base of the penis will come into contact with her vaginal lips where a tiny herpes or HPV lesion (wart) may be hidden you'd otherwise come into direct contact with.

Underscoring the lack of protection provided by standard male condoms is this remark by Harvey B. Simon, M.D., in an article in the March 2010 issue of Harvard Men's Health Watch: "Most people with HPV [human papilloma virus, causing genital warts] don't know they have it, but can still transmit the infection to their sexual partners. Safer sexual practices can reduce the risk of infection, but since condoms don't cover all potentially infected tissues, protection is incomplete." He means standard male condoms. Also keep in mind that 1 in 4 women generally, and 65-75% of prostitutes, have HSV-2 (genital herpes) and that 90% of women who have HSV-2 are unaware of the fact that they are infected but can nevertheless transmit the infection to you.

Dr. Simon's article says a HPV vaccine, Gardasil, was approved "for use in boys in Europe and Australia, and the FDA followed suit in October 2009." The Merck Manual of Diagnosis and Therapy says of genital warts, "No treatment is completely satisfactory; relapse is frequent and requires retreatment." So getting vaccinated is worth considering.

I guess few guys here bother to read earlier posts.

While its true that certain variants of HPV cause genital warts, the more worrisome thing is that certain variants of HPV cause cancer. I know, I just finished a year of treatment for Tonsil Cancer caused by HPV version 16.

As a brief synopsis, I was diagnosed in March 2009. Underwent a tonsillectomy (for diagnostic purposes) then 9 weeks of chemo starting late April 2009. In July 2009, I started 7 weeks of a combined chemo-radiation therapy, which was intended to be definitive. But I still had a lump in my neck, so I underwent neck dissection surgery in December 2009 and they found more active cancer. Consequently, I underwent another 6 weeks of combined chemo-radiation therapy starting early January 2010. This (hopefully final) treatment is now complete, so all I need to do now is recover.

HPV thrives in mucosal membranes and can cause cancer in any of them: including the cervix/penis/anus and the oral/nasal/pharyngeal regions. I'm unsure whether or not HPV can live (and cause cancer) in the esophagus, stomach, or intestines.

Existing HPV vaccines are prophylactic (only) and so are recommended only for children, before they've had sexual activity. These vaccines only protect against selected variants of HPV (including some variants that cause cancer and some variants that cause genital warts) but they do not protect against all variants of HPV that cause cancer or genital warts.

Nearly everyone who has been sexually active has been exposed to some variant of HPV. Even if you were exposed to a variant of HPV that causes cancer (or warts), this does not mean you will get cancer (or warts). I've seen some reports saying the body can clear itself of HPV, and other reports saying that HPV can remain in the body for decades (without causing any untoward effects). Chances are that everyone reading this post has not only been exposed to HPV but is also currently carrying HPV and will pass it to others; hopefully its one of the many benign variants of HPV.

It's easy to get the wrong idea about things in text and maybe I'm picturing something completely different to what you're actually talking about (and if I am, I'm sorry) ...but I've used the female condom hundreds of times and just can't work out how - or why - you would wear one as a regular condom. You must have a very, VERY wide penis! :) And anyone who has ever used female condoms will know they make LOTS OF NOISE!!! Like scrunching up cellophane. If you took the inner ring out, the condom would move more with each thrust and make even more noise than usual. That would drive me crazy.

The most common uses of the female condom for sex workers that I'm aware of are when one party has a latex allergy, for men who can't get erect enough to put a regular condom on, for men whose penises are too big to comfortably wear a regular condom and for men who don't like wearing condoms at all. (For the latter the female condom, heavily lubed, allows men to effectively fuck bareback in a plastic-lined vagina). Also, the female condom is brilliant when you have a booking with one man and more than one woman - where the guy wants to pull his dick out of one vagina and put it straight into the next woman. It protects everyone and saves changing condoms between acts.

I'm sorry, but I just don't know of anyone who uses the female condom for the added protective benefits. As I said before, it could add SLIGHT protection for the man, but adds nothing much for the woman ...for one thing, his testicles are still hitting her skin. So it stands to reason that if, for example, a man has warts on his balls, he could pass it on to the woman's anal area. Then the next guy whose balls come in contact with her anal area, could catch warts. Again, I'm NOT discouraging the use of female condoms, but I think we need to be realistic about their protective value.

Dental dams are very resistant to tearing. The stupid things are probably strong enough to make clothing out of! They are the dumbest idea EVER for oral sex, but pretty effective as protective penis skirts.

This is probably a good time to bring up the risks associated with giving BBBJs. Soooo many men b*tch and moan about sex workers refusing to do natural oral (especially here in Australia, where it's not commonly offered), but really...STIs are bad enough, but is a $50 BJ really worth the risk of getting throat or mouth cancer? And for those married men out there...do you really want to increase YOUR WIFE'S risk of throat cancer, by engaging in bareback sex acts with hookers or stray pub pick-ups?

I once read a female blogger's comment about getting herpes from a sore on a man's scrotum, so you may have a valid point. A female condom won't prevent contact there. The areas not protected by a female condom are more likely to be dry, though, which probably makes the risk far less. I've never gotten anything using a female condom.

With some condoms I can't even tell if I've penetrated without looking with my eyes. All of this highlights the advantage of natural, unprotected sex with an attractive and faithful partner whose sexual health is known, maybe using only a diaphragm or contraceptive sponge for contraception. But of course, in the case of most of us, if we had that, we wouldn't be paying for sex in the first place.

It's only an estimate. I wasn't really counting :) And no, I'm not very good looking. I was just lucky enough to work in busy places and I got a lot of client recommendations, because I loved my job. There's also very few sex workers in my state, considering the size of the adult male population, so there's less competition.

And never caught anything? Even if you play doctor with, or carefully examine, all your clients beforehand, considering asymptomatic transmission and direct contact with the base of men's penises as happens with regular condoms, that's an amazing statistic.
If you look up the sexual health statistics of Australian sex workers, you'll find my experience is not uncommon. Our sex industry enjoys lower rates of STIs than the general Australian population and HIV in our sex workers is almost non-existent. Visual inspections and universal condom use are obviously important factors, but other things like targeted education (by Govt funded sex worker organisations), decriminalised environments, industrial rights, control over choice of clients/sex practices, access to free and anonymous STI testing, cheap (or free) condoms, etc, also have a big impact.

...the women who've refused to let me use a female condom ...[those who] only trust condoms they've bought themselves.
If you came to me with a condom, female or regular, I would be one of those women. I refuse to use any condom provided by my client/partner. Not only do I have concerns about how it was stored (condoms carted around in wallets or car gloveboxes are dangerous!), but there are also some real PIGS out there who intentionally sabotage condoms so they will break during sex. If you look around this Forum for 'tricks' to get bareback services, particularly in the Thailand thread, you'll see what I mean. I know it must be frustrating to be refused but, like you, we're only trying to minimise our own risk.

Hi All

As the devils advocate in this discussion, I just love the feeling of unprotected sex and will actively seek it here in Australia with WL's.

After maybe 3-400 instances of unprotected oral and maybe 20 of unprotected sex 6 medical check ups and blood tests including recent ones.

NO STI's or warts or crabs or anything.

This makes me suspect that these things can be very selective.

IE there are things you can do to mitigate the risk, Starting from the top in order of importance.

Maintain good health and an immune system- Eat well, plenty of fish & vegetables, don't smoke, drink to excess and keep that resistance to bacteria up.

Always make sure plenty of lube is applied and don't be a mile a minute pounder.

Get the 3 shots of gardasil if you can afford to punt you can afford to get the shots

Statistics favour men who are circumsised with many of the STD infection rates.

Of course I am terrified of catching an STI but the additive side of my personality that loves risk taking, also enjoys the feeling as described by Borat "Her vagine is like inside of wizards sleeve"

Nothing I have ever felt feels so good.

You should know it costs about $360 to get the series of 3 shots needed for vaccination. Also, if you've already been exposed to any of the HPV variants targeted by the vaccine, its unlikely to be effective against that variant.

Read more about it here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HPV_vaccine

I am STRONGLY in favor of this vaccine and would get it myself if I thought it would be effective. [I'm not talking about cost-effective... I'd gladly spend $360 or more if this would offer me some protection against HPV.] Unfortunately, in my case, my doctors have all basically said I shouldn't bother... maybe I'll ask them again.

If you have children (girls or boys, up to age 26, but preferably about age 10-12... before they've become sexually active) then go get them vaccinated. Its not only good for them, its good for everyone.

Here's an interesting fact sheet from the CDC:

http://www.cdc.gov/std/hpv/stdfact-hpv-and-men.htm

Oddly, it does not mention the fact that HPV is one of the causes oral cancer. That makes me think this fact sheet is a little old. Still, it does include many interesting facts about HPV. One such fact is that HPV can cause anal cancer, but it does NOT cause colorectal cancer.

If you encounter a P4P lady who has sore eyes, would you still go ahead with the act?

I ask because I recently read that it is also one of the symptoms of chlamydia infection.

The article said that there are two vaccines, namely Cervarix made by GlaxoSmithKline and Gardasil made by Merch & Co, which can prevent HPV which causes virtually all cases of cervical cancer.

This is a wonderful site and there is a great pool of knowledge here, both in punting and in keeping it safer. I really encourage everyone to read about STDs/STIs and how to practice safer sex. The industry is a breeding ground for diseases...

I love to DATY but have recently found out from (http://hivinsite.ucsf.edu/hiv?page=basics-00-05) that it can transmit HIV through the mouth. Are there ways to minimize the risk of contracting viruses while DATY? Really rather not give it up... :)

Here's some key info from the aforementioned website, regarding HIV --

Most people with HIV infection do not look sick.

Most people with HIV infection have not been tested and don't know they are infected.

HIV is a virus that infects people by getting inside their blood cells. To avoid getting HIV, you must prevent the blood, semen, vaginal fluids, or breast milk of someone who is infected from entering your body through your mouth, vagina, anus, tip of your penis, or breaks in your skin.

this is correct. gardasil prevents four varieties of hpv, two of which are oncogenic (cancer-causing) and two which cause warts. cervarix also prevents four varieties of hpv, all four of which are oncogenic. gardasil is approved for use in the usa and europe. i'm not sure whether cervarix has yet been approved for use in the usa but i think its been approved in europe. both vaccines are "prophylactic" (they must be administered prior to infection to be effective).

i believe they're working on broader spectrum hpv vaccines (i.e., vaccines that protect against more varieties of hpv). i also believe they're working on "therapeupic" hpv vaccines (which are effective if administered after you've been infected). but it may be a very long time before we see these.

the vast majority of hpv-induced cancers are caused by hpv-16. both gardasil and cervarix prevent infection by hpv-16.

hpv is the only known cause of cervical cancer. hpv causes about 30% of the cases or oral cancer. most cases of oral cancer are still caused by tobacco or alcohol use; however, with fewer people smoking, these statistics are slowly changing (with fewer cases of tobacco-induced oral cancer).

(i'm not a medical professional either.)

Thanks for the link. I love DATY too... and, for me, "dental dams" eliminate the pleasure of DATY so I'd never use them.

My understanding is that HIV is transmitted primarily through the blood. So if you have bleeding sores or bleeding gums in your mouth, this will greatly increase your chances of contracting HIV through DATY. Thus, AFAIK, aside from using a "dental dam", the best way to protect against contracting HIV from DATY is to make sure you have top-notch oral hygiene. Brush & floss several times a day to ensure that you have healthy gums and teeth. Don't engage in DATY if you have any open sores inside or near your mouth/lips. Also, do NOT floss for ~10-12 hours before engaging in DATY (as flossing will likely provide open access to the bloodstream through the gums).

Further, if you shave, give yourself ~10-12 hours after shaving before engaging in DATY (to allow micro-nicks in your skin to heal). Give yourself several days to heal if you've nicked yourself badly (i.e., if you can see any blood at all).

Having never used one, I can't say if it'd give the woman any pleasure but without the taste, smell, feel of the real thing up against my lips it wouldn't be the same. I guess that's the only real prevention as far as swallowing vaginal fluids that may contain HIV.

Did a quick Google search and found these quick HIV spot tests from http://aids. About.com/od/hivtesting/a/rapidhiv.htm:

OraQuick / OraQuick Advanced Rapid HIV-1/2 Antibody Test. This type of HIV testing has been approved for use with venous blood, plasma, and oral fluids for the detection of HIV-1 and HIV-2. The test consists of a small test paddle. The test area on the paddle is impregnated with HIV-1 and HIV-2 proteins. The test specimen (blood, plasma, or oral fluid) is applied to the paddle (in the case of oral fluid the paddle is swabbed in the inside of the mouth) and placed in developer solution. If the specimen contains HIV, it binds with the impregnated proteins on the HIV testing paddle causing in a red line to appear. Red lines appearing in the test area and control area of the paddle indicates a positive test. All positive tests require a confirmatory blood test. The rapid test should be read no sooner than 20 minutes and no later than 40 minutes after the sample is placed in the developing solution.

Uni-Gold Recombigen HIV-1 Test. This hiv testing has been approved for us with whole blood, plasma, or serum from a venipuncture or finger stick. It consists of a rectangular cartridge with a test area, a control area, and a specimen well. The specimen is applied into the specimen well and allowed to absorb, tracking along the test strip past the control and test areas. As is true in the first two tests we've discussed, any HIV in the specimen binds to the proteins in the test area, causing a red line to appear. A test is considered positive if a red line appears in both the test area and the control area. A sample is considered adequate if the specimen well is red in color. Like all rapid tests if the test is positive a confirmatory test is required.

I have no idea where to obtain any of these tests, but should they be cheap, it's worthwhile to bring along for the less healthy areas/women.

"HSV 1 Genital After HSV 1 Oral"
by H. Hunter Handsfield, M.D.
Mar 26, 2010

It is true that having HSV of either type makes one immune, or at least highly resistant, to a new HSV infection with the same type, anywhere on the body. Therefore, your postive HSV-1 blood test and presumed oral herpes means you're never going to get genital HSV-1 [from your girlfriend who has genital HSV-1]. . . . It is true that an increasing proportion of genital herpes in recent years is due to HSV-1, largely the result of rising frequencies of oral sex. But with few if any exceptions, those catching genital HSV-1 are believed to be among the 50+% of the population without prior oral HSV-1. . . . there is another reason genital to genital HSV-1 transmission is uncommon. Both recurrent outbreaks and asymptomatic shedding are uncommon in genital HSV-1 -- so the odds are good your genital area will never be exposed to the virus, even with frequent unprotected sex [with your girlfriend who has genital HSV-1]. . . . In summary, for several reasons you can be confident you'll never catch your partner's (or anyone's) HSV-1 infection.

. . .

[Q]You have genital HSV-1 and your partner has genital HSV-2 and you have unprotected sex.
[A]There is a small risk that you will get HSV-2. However, it’s not very likely that your partner will get genital HSV-1. It’s rare for a person with genital HSV-2 to get HSV-1.

[Q]Your partner has genital HSV-2 and you perform oral sex on him or her. Will you get oral HSV-2?
[A]Not likely. Almost 100% of HSV-2 infection is genital. Part of the reason is that most people have oral HSV-1 - providing some immunity against infection against HSV-2.

I did a little web search and learned that the OraQuick HIV test is not sold over-the-counter and is not available for home use. Its restricted for use by trained persons. The test uses oral fluids (technically not quite the same as saliva), not blood, and to me it seems impressively reliable (see link below).

I imagine you'd need to get some training and find some sort of inside source in order to "bring it along" on your travels. It does seem to be a fairly easy test to administer (you just swab a little paddle over the subject's gums) so I think these barriers are not technical in nature... probably the reliability of the test would be far worse if it were used in a home setting by untrained persons.

But I'd think the situation might be socially awkward if you try to swab a little paddle across a gals gums... especially if you have language barriers to deal with. [Maybe you could convince her its a form of foreplay and the paddle is a sex toy. :-)]

Thanks for the link, Yankee. Good points all round but I'm beginning to doubt the reliability or an oral fluid vs. blood test. The blood test seems to be the way to go. The wait time is 40 minutes for both samples to be tested but it just seems much safer.

Did some searching and found this link that answers some questions about home testing. Seems it's in consideration: http://www.thebody.com/content/art13901.html

With a test kit, you take your own sample, test the sample, and read your own result. There are currently no home-use test kits approved for the detection of any infectious agent. With a collection kit, you take your own sample, mail it to a laboratory, and get your result over the phone or in the mail. There is currently one FDA approved home-use collection kit on the market for HIV testing.

The kit they refer to above is called Home Access and you can get your results within 24 hrs after sending the collection kit off to a lab.

The US Government CDC site, they don't recommend Cipro for Gonorrhea. They recommend, Cefixime, (which you can buy in Dom Rep).

From the CDC website:

"Several antibiotics can successfully cure gonorrhea in adolescents and adults. However, drug-resistant strains of gonorrhea are increasing in many areas of the world, including the United States, and successful treatment of gonorrhea is becoming more difficult. Because many people with gonorrhea also have chlamydia, another STD, antibiotics for both infections are usually given together. Persons with gonorrhea should be tested for other STDs."

and:

"The only current CDC-recommended options for treating Neisseria gonorrhoeae infections are from a single class of antibiotics, the cephalosporins. Within this class, ceftriaxone, available only as an injection, is the recommended treatment for all types of gonorrhea infections (i.e., urogenital, rectal, and pharyngeal). The only oral agent recommended currently by CDC for treatment of uncomplicated urogenital or rectal gonorrhea is a single dose of cefixime 400 mg (1). Availability of cefixime had been limited since July 2002, when Wyeth Pharmaceuticals (Collegeville, Pennsylvania) discontinued manufacturing cefixime tablets in the United States (2). Beginning in April 2008, cefixime (Suprax®) 400 mg tablets are again available in the United States."

"Oral cefixime is now being provided by Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Baltimore, Maryland), which received Food and Drug Administration approval in February 2004 to manufacture and market cefixime. Lupin has been manufacturing and marketing cefixime oral suspension (100 mg/5 mL) since February 2004 and cefixime oral suspension (200 mg/5 mL) since April 2007. Public health pricing will be available for the 400 mg cefixime tablets."

For Chlamydia, usually Doxycycline, 200mg for 10-15 days.

Antibiotics can be easily purchased without a prescription at pharmacies in Dom Rep.

I am not a health professional. I am simply trying to gather the facts.

I welcome comments (especially those referencing a reliable source) on what I've gathered below.

There is an excellent and authoritative summary table of risks from various sexual activities at http://www.sfcityclinic.org/stdbasics/stdchart.asp

THE BOTTOM LINE (as best I can decipher, from my reading):

Gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia, and human papilloma virus (HPV) can be transmitted in both directions by unprotected fellatio. Facials can infect the eyes with gonorrhea or syphilis. Cunnilingus is very unlikely to transmit anything in either direction (except when there are open sores, e.g. syphilis or herpes, but half of us have herpes anyway). Kissing, even with lots of deep tongue, is extremely unlikely to transmit anything, even if one person has pharyngeal gonorrhea. Finger fucking is safe (assuming no cuts or open sores). Inserting the penis into the vagina or anus (without a condom) can transmit all STD's including HIV, the anus being much more risky. Even with a condom, anal/vaginal intercourse is not risk free, although the risk is tiny. All of the above are less safe or unsafe if either partner is bleeding or has sores or recent cuts or wounds.

[A few basic facts vis a vis the above: Gonorrhea and syphilis are bacterial infections that are usually cured by antibiotics. Chlamydia is also antibiotic curable but often goes undetected. HPV and HIV are virus infections that are not curable. Anti-HIV medications, given early enough to HIV+ people, extend lifespan and postpone the development of AIDS.]

Opinion: I used to think it was a bad thing for sex workers to give BBBJ (uncovered fellatio). Now I conclude that it is not so bad for the sex workers, given that the main risk is a treatable bacterial infection (gonorrhea or syphilis) as long as they get tested regularly and treated when infected. Since I really*really don't want to bring anything home, I've decided to always cover for fellatio. I'm happy to learn that deep kissing and cunnilingus are relatively safe as long as there are no obvious open sores. I have on occasion cut open a condom to make a barrier for use in cunnilingus. From now on I don't think it is necessary, unless you have a cut or sore in your mouth or on your lips. Of course if you have a sore throat or cold sore, I would avoid kissing anyone until you're well again.

MORE DETAILS WITH SOURCES

Licking the anus (rimming) has never been known to transmit HIV. However, it can transmit a variety of nasty diseases unless the person being rimmed has washed very thoroughly beforehand. Licking or sucking objects that have penetrated the anus is very unsafe -- don't do it! http://www.sfcityclinic.org/drk/oralsex5.asp

People with multiple sex partners should get vaccinated for Hepatitis A and B, both of which are serious and uncurable and can occasionally be transmitted by sex. There is no vaccine or cure for Hepatitis C (which is very serious) but recent studies found that it is almost never transmitted by unprotected sex -- it is transmitted by blood or sharing needles.

A study of 301 female sex workers in Israel in 2001 found that 9% had pharyngeal gonorrhea. None had sore throats. "In two thirds of the cases, oral sex (fellatio) was the most probable route of acquiring the disease. Because there is a general misperception that STIs cannot be transmitted by oral sex, these individuals either engaged in unprotected oral sex solely or had unprotected oral sex followed by protected vaginal intercourse. A similar observation was reported from Japan, where cases of gonococcal urethritis [in male clients] acquired by oral sex with new, expanding types of sex workers who offer only nonvaginal, usually unprotected sex." http://journals.lww.com/stdjournal/Fulltext/2006/08000/Pharyngeal_Gonorrhea_in_Female_Sex_Workers_.10.aspx

More on oral sex: http://www.medhelp.org/posts/STDs/Oral-Transmission-of-Gonorrhea/show/360541 http://std.about.com/od/riskfactorsforstds/a/oralsexsafesex.htm http://www.medhelp.org/posts/STDs/female-received-oral-sex-and-is-concerned-about-stds/show/1028292 http://www.medhelp.org/posts/STDs/cunnilingus-on-CSW/show/951678 http://www.medhelp.org/posts/STDs/Can-oral-sex-pass-STD/show/694435

A study of 320 prostitutes in London for 675 person-years found Baseline prevalence: HIV 1.3%, hepatitis C 6.7%, hepatitis B 6.6%, syphilis 2.3%, HTLV-I/II 0.4%, gonorrhoea 3.0%, chlamydia 8.2%, genital herpes 16.8%. Incidence (per 100 person years): HIV 0.2, hepatitis C 0.3, gonorrhoea 5.6, chlamydia 12.6, genital herpes 6.5. Bacterial infections were mostly acquired not from clients but from boyfriends. "This study shows that it is possible to have a larger number of sexual partners and remain free from sexually transmitted infections provided that condoms are used consistently." Most but not all in the study remained free of STD's. (Item #41 at http://lib.bioinfo.pl/meid:33093).

Syphilis: >14% (>33% in another study) of cases came from unprotected fellatio. These may be underestimates b/c most people having oral sex also have vaginal/anal sex, and these percentages are for those whose only risk factor was oral sex. Syphilis can often be asymptomatic, so carriers don't know that they have it. Untreated Syphilis is very serious. http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/mm5341a2.htm

Gonorrhea can infect the mouth or throat (pharyngeal gonorrhea), as well as the genitals, anus, and eyes (so even facials are dangerous). Often gonorrhea is asymptomatic, so people don't know they have it. It is easy to treat when diagnosed. If left untreated, it can lead to serious health problems including infertility. Infection with gonorrhea increases susceptibility to HIV infection. http://www.cdc.gov/std/Gonorrhea/the-facts/default.htm

Even with a condom, there is a low rate of HIV transmission. The rate with a condom is highest for receptive anal sex. http://www.cdc.gov/hiv/topics/treatment/PIC/pdf/chart.pdf

HIV infected people who are taking anti-HIV medicines have low amounts of virus, but can still infect others. http://www.cdc.gov/hiv/topics/treatment/PIC/pdf/brochure.pdf However studies have shown that the rate of transmission is much lower when the infected person is being properly medicated.

Chlamydia is the most prevalent STD, and can be transmitted by fellatio. It is usually asymptomatic, so people don't know that they have it. 40% of women with untreated chlamydia may get pelvic inflammatory disease, which can lead to chronic pelvic pain, infertility, and potentially fatal ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy outside the uterus). Women infected with chlamydia are up to five times more likely to become infected with HIV, if exposed. http://www.cdc.gov/std/Chlamydia/STDFact-Chlamydia.htm

You can get genital herpes and human papilloma virus (HPV, may cause cancer) from oral sex, or contact of your genitals with secretions from an infected person ("massage, privates to privates"). The Gardasil vaccine protects against infection with HPV, and against cancer from such infection. http://www.cdc.gov/std/Herpes/the-facts/default.htm http://www.cdc.gov/std/HPV/STDFact-HPV.htm

Genital herpes is a life-long, often debilitating, infection that really shouldn't be treated so lightly. And it can be transmitted even where there are no visible symptoms. http://www.herpesonline.org/hsv1vs2.html

I used to think it was a bad thing for sex workers to give BBBJ (uncovered fellatio). Now I conclude that it is not so bad for the sex workers, given that the main risk is a treatable bacterial infection (gonorrhea or syphilis) as long as they get tested regularly and treated when infected.
Sounds fair in theory, but it doesn't work that way in practice.

a) Overuse of antibiotics leads to drug-resistance. Drug treatment should always be viewed as an undesirable consequence, never a frontline defence.

b) Regular testing, while certainly important, is a case of closing the gate once the horse has bolted. The idea of sex workers being 'medically monitored' gives clients a false sense of security, but in reality it is completely useless in terms of risk prevention within the sex industry. Even if a sex worker was tested EVERY DAY: when you factor in STI gestation periods, waiting times for results and the number of clients she sees per day, it becomes glaringly obvious that a 'clean' medical certificate is not worth the paper it's printed on. As for regular testing being instrumental in sex worker health, it really only limits the potential for long-term effects of STIs (such as infertility, PID, etc). The simple fact is...for BBBJ to be free of risk for female sex workers, it's the CLIENTS who need to be tested regularly, not the hookers!

c) Sex workers, by definition, earn their living from sex. When a person is told they have an STI, they will be asked to abstain from sex until the infection is cleared, but you simply can't do that if sex is your livelihood. Taking time off to heal is a luxury that most sex workers cannot afford. It's not like they get sick pay or worker's compensation! While many sex workers will choose to provide safe alternative services during treatment (eg. hand relief), many others are not in a position to do so - which can lead to a never-ending cycle of transmission and re-infection. People are always quick to condemn sex workers who work while infected, and most countries have laws criminalising that behaviour, but nobody seems to realise that this is their JOB and without it, their bills don't get paid. I'm sure most sex workers don't want to intentionally hurt anyone, but when it comes to the crunch, what do you think is most important to the average hooker...protecting their clients or feeding their children? "Getting tested and treated" may sound like an easy and painless solution for sex workers, but I can assure you, it's not.

Sorry if this sounds like I'm attacking your post. That wasn't my intention. I just wanted to give you a sex worker perspective. Good on you for caring enough to do the research and post it here for the benefit of your fellow mongers.

WASTER99Doxycycline is a safe and easy to use broad range tetracycline antibiotic that can treat things from UTI to acne to respiratory issues. Very safe and OK to take but slow acting on some UTI's. Can combine with other Antibiotics.

Norfloxacin is a second generation Fluoroquinolone (now up to fourth generations overall) and not one that I would typically recommend but it is pretty much sold as Noroxin and used pretty much as a drug of last resort. This would not be my first recommendation to people. It has some serious adverse reactions and is not a med I'd advise people to look at if they are not under doctors care.

Doxycycline I have no issue with people looking to take to treat issues.

this is the dose/regimen for unprotected sex, it is what we give to sexual assauly/[CodeWord123] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord123) victims, male or female, so if you have unprotected sex and you want to take precautionary measures take this:

ceftriaxone (rocephin) 125 mg im (intramuscular) single dose/or cefixime (suprax) 400 mg po single dose + metronidazole (flagyl) 2 gm po single dose + azithromycin 1 gm po single dose/or doxycycline 100 mg po bid for 7 days

this would cover chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, trichomoniasis and possibly prevention from obtaining pid from a infected female.

hope this helps.

I've been mongering for about 10 years (i'm now 35) and lately i've been having difficulty cumming when wearing condoms. I've tried all types of condoms, big, small, thick, thin, and i just can't seem to cum with them. If I do manage to finish it is after putting on and tearing off 3-5 condoms per session. If I decide to go bareback, I finish in like 2 minutes. The whole thought of putting on a condom now almost makes my dick limp.

Have any of you had this problem? Is this a sign of aging?

I'm only 30 and sometimes I have the same problem too. I can't believe it's age related because early-mid thirties is still pretty young. For me, I started barebacking heavily when I was in The Philippines last summer for a couple months straight, and after that I had problems going back to using condoms. It just didn't feel right wearing a condom after that. Part of the problem I think is the condoms here in Asia where I currently reside just do not fit me right. They're too tight and sometimes I can't feel anything. But I think part of it is mental, too. It's gotten to the point now where, depending on the girl, I would prefer a BBBJ over covered FS.

I guess I need to make a special trip back to Sex Prison just to stock up on condoms!

I had the same problem until I tried "lifestyles ultra sensitive". I've been able to cum numerous times while screwing while wearing them.

It is hard to use condoms after barebacking for so long. It is also part mental. I had this really hot, but inexperienced babe ride me bare. I had no idea & thought, wow, this feels really good. ok a lot of you guys are mentioning "it's hard to use condoms after first going bareback". I think this could be my prob because recently I've been doing some barebacking. This is something I never used to do before and using condoms was never a problem.

I've gone sessions with girls that have lasted up to an hour going through 10 condoms only to have the girl rip off the condom and say "just stick it in". Then I cum in less than a minute.

Maybe a bit of it is mental. I just don't want to get in the habit of barebacking pros all the time.

Any other condoms that are good?

In case anyone is keeping score, I got a PET/CT scan in early May 2010 showing my cancer returned again. It showed a sizable tumor on my neck (confirmed to be cancerous by needle biopsy) at the edge of the region that was radiated in January and February 2010. It also showed two tiny indeterminate spots on my lungs; if those tiny spots turn out to be cancerous, I'm probably done for as they're difficult to treat. (In fact, my doctors gave me a very poor prognosis and all the medical staff look at me rather doe-eyed these days.) Without more treatment, I'm dead for sure; so I'm forging ahead.

Last week I had surgery to remove the tumor in my neck. The surgeons were VERY upbeat about the outcome as they think they got all the "gross" disease with clear margins. When they started the operation, they thought they probably would not be able to get it all -- just most of it. (However, since there may still be unseen microscopic disease in my neck, I'm pushing hard to get yet another round of chemo-radiation treatment next month.) If I'm lucky, this will finally eradicate all the disease that began in my tonsil and spread to my neck.

The surgeons are also happy that I seem to be healing well. They had to use the larger pectoral muscle from the left side of my chest to patch up the hole that they left in my neck after removing the tumor. The big worry in doing this was that it might not heal properly (because the surrounding neck tissue had been irradiated twice before). Thank goodness it worked! This leaves me pretty disfigured, but its giving me a chance at survival (so I'm not complaining at all).

I'm still worried about those two tiny spots (one on each lung). PET scans are notoriously unreliable (high rate of false positives, as well as high rate of false negatives) but its the best test we've got for the lungs. I hope to get another PET scan before starting chemo-radiation. If the spots are not gone, I'll probably start some long-term chemo-therapy after radiation... with the intent of treating those spots *as if* they are cancerous. I really wish they could just go inside me and cut those spots out (subsequent biopsy would determine whether they were cancerous) but the doctors keep telling me this is impossible. Maybe I'll get more opinions after the chemo-radiation next month.

So this is what HPV-induced tonsil cancer is like, in case anyone was wondering.

Have any of you had this problem? Is this a sign of aging?LOL. Guys, relax. There's nothing wrong with you.

Your posts about speculating whether or not you got problems with your manhood having sex with condoms made me wonder in what world you must be living. I'd almost call it common knowledge that sex with condom isn't the same as without. No need to go to mongering forum for that in particular. So, boys, relax, it's not age related. Sex with condom is a bit like taking a bath with rubber boots on. I have the same problem that with condom the whole thing gets a bit boring as the direct tactile sensation of a warm wet pussy is missing. BTW, the rubbing of condom instead of skin inside a vagina doesn't feel so great for women either. But mankind had been punished by putting all kinds of STDs into this world to spoil it for us (Pandora, why oh why did you open that box. *LOL*) I've gone bareback on rare occasions to only curse myself afterwards for my stupidity. However, if you are turned on, it's hard to resist indeed. It just feels much better. As for cuming with condom; almost never possible for me. However, a good BBBJ as a warmup followed by shagging with condom does the trick. But even then it's hard work plus the annoying interruption and fumbling to get that damn thing on sometimes kills it and my little man just goes to sleep. Bugger. LOL

Anecdote: years ago in Bangkok had a massage girl come to my hotel. Not a hotty, pretty average. But she did a good massage. As she went on massaging me I got turned on and she got into it too. After the back was done she turned me around and massaged my little man, hand job, then BBBJ. I was got really horny then that I got up, put her on her back and put 'my happy tom' into her wet pussy. Man, it felt so good The devil in me said to pound her to completion, the voice of reason not to. Well, I listened to the voice of reason and pulled out for mine and her sake and we settled for happy completion by HJ. Nice but just not as good as 'the real thing' of course.

In all these acts, you can enjoy yourself without fear of getting a STD or pregnancy.

I always used a condom for penetrative vaginal sex & sometimes get BBBJ.
I never kiss or DATY.

I got tested for HIV and STDs about 2 years ago (NEGATIVE).

Now I'll have to take this medical exam for HIV and Hepatitis A, B and C in a few months and I'm a bit worried about the Hepatitis tests because I hear it is easy to get compared to HIV.

My question is, what STD's are possible to transmit from a girl giving you BBBJ?

Is herpes what I should be worried about or other STDs as well?
I don't have any symptoms.

BBBJ is a relatively safe activity for men (it's less safe for the woman involved). Your main risk would be herpes and maybe gonorrhoea. Gonorrhoea can be caught in the throat and transmitted through oral sex.

If you always use condoms for penetrative sex, your risk of HIV is basically non-existent and unless you've shared injecting equipment, your risk of Hepatitis C is even lower. Hep C is a blood-borne virus and is highly unlikely to be transmitted sexually.

Hep A can be transmitted by water, food, even unwashed hands, so you're just as likely to catch it sharing cups in your office as you are from a BBBJ. You would probably have physical symptoms shortly after contracting it.

Hep B is transmitted by body fluids and can be caught from sexual activity but, again, the woman is at more risk than the man when it comes to BBBJs. Hep B can make you quite sick, but it's possible to have it without any symptoms. I'd say it's unlikely you would catch Hep B from a BBBJ.

(As usual, a disclaimer that I'm a sexual health educator, NOT a nurse. If you have real concerns, you should talk to your doctor).

You're welcome! Like you said, UTIs are really common in women and it could be caused by a million different things. I'd say it's pretty unlikely that your activities would be responsible.

That said, it's *possible* that BBBJs could lead to something like gonorrhoea, which you could then take home to your partner. Gonorrhoea often doesn't show symptoms in men, and almost never produces symptoms in women. If your partner believes you are being faithful to her, she won't think to ask her doctor for STI testing and something like gonorrhoea, chlamydia, or herpes could go undiagnosed for years.

I doubt you've put her at too much risk, but now might be a good time to think about whether the joy of BBBJs is worth the pain of infecting your partner and having to explain how it happened! I know you're being careful, so the risk is pretty small, but it's always a possibility. I'm not trying to be preachy - the decision is totally up to you - but as a woman, I can't help seeing things from your partner's perspective. :)

No, but condoms have broken on me two times. You pull out only to see Mr Happys uncovered head say hello. The rest may be in place and appear ok. Use your own tested quality stuff. There are a lot of low performance and/or ill-fitting and/or aged condoms out there.

And then its about discipline. It can be very hard to say no to a girl who actually begs you to allow her to perform a BBBJ.

I thought here is a good place to tell my problems and get advice.

I am around 27 and have never had sex with a girl. Once I went to RLD in A'dam and there I came even before anything happens.

So I assume I have some premature ejaculation problems beside my shyness and., here is the question, what should I do, is going more to the clubs could help me? Should I use any pills before? or what?
Simple solution, next time you are tempted by the devil to fornicate, simply throw yourself into the nearest canal. Worked on witches!

On the plus side, you are currently practicing very safe sex!

I give you simple advise get a girlfriend. And practice with her if you have problem to get a girlfriend then get a decent hooker. Meet her regularly, practice with her. And if you can manage your first pop within in 10 min.

You are now over come your pre-ejaculation situation. If you don't have enough money to meet hooker regularly then meet them once in awhile but do it all night. Practice fully with her. But best thing. Is get a girlfriend.

Hi all,

this is a proposal to Jackson to ban all photos in the site that are depicting BB vaginal or anal sex. Main argument is that there are many young people here looking at this site, and maybe impressed by some members that are performing BB and maybe they will follow this stupid practice. I do not have time to go in more details but I'll try to respond if they will be any replies.

Thanks

I recall, at young age (around 17) having the same issues. Which are quite normal for anybody who does not have sex frequently enough.

My advice to you is simply practice as much as you can. If you do it often enough, you will become more resistant and gain more control.

Age also helps. You might have available between 1-3 shots in a relatively short time. So, a HJ will calm you down, and after that you will be able to last longer and enjoy it more.

If you go for pro's, as I advise you to do v. A girlfriend, choose more mature women. They have more experience and will be able to teach you a few interesting tricks. They might also arouse you a bit less, which helps in controlling a very natural man's urge. Ejaculate.

After all, one way to look at the meaning of life is:

Men ejaculate

Women have babies

Kind regards,

Arthur

Following neck surgery on 6/18/10 to remove a tumor, I started experiencing headaches. Initially I just attributed them to post-surgical trauma and took more narcotics, but as my surgical wound healed the headaches got worse (and my narcotics use increased). I spent most of the summer lying on my couch in misery as I continued to lose weight (and muscle mass).

Several imaging studies (CT and MRI) were conducted. One of my chest showed that the spots on my lungs had grown from 2-3 mm to 5-6 mm, and several new smaller spots had arisen, all of which confirms that I have a metastasis to my lungs. That by itself makes me terminal, although I don't know when (and the doctors don't want to guess).

Similar imaging of my head showed nothing unusual. In early September I developed a "3rd Nerve Palsy" (meaning I could not control the movement of my right eye, due to unknown damage to the oculomotor nerve) so they did a PET/CT on 9/7/10. I called for the results the next day and was told to report immediately to the ER. It seems they thought I had a thrombosis (blood clot) in my right Cavernous Sinus (CS) and wanted to admit me as an in-patient. However, upon review by more senior staff, they decided it was not a thrombosis but some unknown growth. They sent me home with steroids and instructions to try stopping my use of narcotics.

The steroids finally relieved the headaches, but now I could only use my left eye. They also had me fiddling with lots of other drugs (in an attempt to control the headaches with lesser intervention) but I ultimately came to use the powerful steroid Dexamethasone exclusively. My oncology team met and decided to offer radiation treatment to my CS; this would be my 3rd round of radiation, albeit to a new area, as I never did follow the neck surgery I had on 6/18/10 with additional radiation there.

So, having quit the narcotics (not easy, as I was mildly addicted) and switched to Dexamethasone, I underwent radiation from 9/29/10 through 11/05/10. The goal of this radiation was to kill the growth in my CS, which (hopefully) would eliminate the headaches and restore my vision. Progress toward these goals is evident, but its too soon to declare success. Headaches seem to be gone and control of my right eye has improved but I still cannot use it properly. Right now I'm trying to taper off the use of Dexamethasone.

In the interim, they've studied my tissue samples and found that my cancer is due to the mutation of a gene known as PIK3CA. (No doubt this mutation was caused by the HPV-16 virus.) This is a common mutation in many cancers, including breast cancer and non-small-cell lung cancer, so there is a large market for specialized drugs (called PIK3 inhibitors) that target this mutation. Consequently, there is much research activity to develop and test such experimental drugs. I'm now on the waiting list for an on-going Phase 1 clinical trial of a new PIK3 inhibitor. Later this month I'll get a chest CT to help determine whether/when my disease has progressed sufficiently to start such treatment; the spots on my lungs need to be at least 1 cm, or they would be too small to measure any improvement due to treatment.

In summary, I now have metastases to my lungs and CS. Plus I have a small node in my neck indicating a likely recurrence there. The CT scan later this month is likely to show 1 cm lung spots, so its likely I'll enter a clinical trial in early 2011. Maybe I'll get lucky and this novel PIK3 inhibitor will cure me, but such chances are truly remote.

So this is what HPV-induced tonsil cancer is like, in case anyone was wondering.

Watching a couple of videos from a certain paysite, I noticed a common theme on two of the girls. There were cigar-like marking on their thighs, almost like round scabs. On both girls, they were the same size.

Now, this sparked my attention not only becuase it looked unnatural and was on both girls in the same spot, but also because there was a girl in one of the other forums (I want to say Thailand) that had these markings. I believe she was called Nan and had been around the game a long time - everyone knew her.

Question is - what are they? What's it caused by and is it spreadable to the monger? This guy Rico fucks the girls without condoms... I'm surprised he hasn't caught anything yet. Only a matter of time.

Below are stills from two movies of two different girls.

i would recommend trying natural solutions before resorting to chemical ones. are you a nervous person? do you think about sex alot and are almost consumed by it? if yes, then it could be that you have sex addiction, even though you've never had sex before. trust me, it can happen.

try going to a counsellor or meeting with a sex addiction group. if sex addiction isn't the issue, then try seeing a sex therapist. they should be able to handle your problem better and provide natural solutions that you can try at home (or with the girl.) don't worry, there's alot of people in the same boat.

It certainly looks like boils or pressure marks. No Std present this kind of symptoms away from private parts. If this was a skin deiseace it would been widespread in all areas. You see these kind of things in many girls from mosquito bites to boils. Sometimes it is from the unhygienic conditions they live.

Only a matter of time.In my part of the world (Costa Rica) there is in the countryside a biting insect that leave a painful and bothersome mark on you. You WILL scratch this I assure you for some two weeks at least. And the results will be a permanent mark on your skin which looks like shown in the pictures.

This insect prefers all and any of the skin regions normally covered by underpants but exposed when you need to accomodate nature.

From the little reading I've done, there are a number of different things it could be, but none of them appear to be very dangerous.

Its so ridiculous no arguments are necessary. Why don´t you put forward your proposal to all the porn producers while you are at it? BB is a stupid practice? Why? Why don´t you check the probabilities of a circumcised healthy male contracting HIV from intercourse with a female before you make paranoiac proposals. If you want to wear a condom, that´s your prerogative. If other forum members would rather enjoy sex, that´s up to them. By the way, for someone who wants to censor the photo threads, it is interesting to note that you have never posted a photo. Maybe you would have more legitimacy if you had posted some photos of you engaging in sex with your genitilia swathed in condoms.

Well, thank you for spending your time to spy my posts in the forum and review my activity in the photo threads. The probability of infection with HIV from a heterosexual non-safe is about 0.04% for female-to-male and 0.08% for male-to-female encounter BUT: 1) the probability is always there, 2) it is not only about HIV, there are other STDs with a greater probability of infection from non-safe sex.

You are saying: "If you want to wear a condom, that´s your prerogative. If other forum members would rather enjoy sex, that´s up to them.", so you mean that safe sex is not enjoyable for many others (or even you?). Fine then but this is also their/your opinion but you can not call me paranoid because I make such proposal; and one more time: it is not only about HIV it is about many other STDs.

Believe it or not members of this site can be a kind of "prototypes" for young people who are reading the Forum. Imagine a young person who is reading the messages of an experienced senior member with hundreds of posts that has fucked half the universe. And he admires hime because he (the young person) wants also to fuck the half universe. And he says "this guy is awesome, I want to do like him". And one day he finds out that this buy goes BB and he says "if this fucker of the universe is going BB then it is fine".

And you know spreading the message around that BB sex, with working girls or other women that you have just casual encounters without knowing their medical status, is fine, then you end up with more people infected with STDs. It is so simple but you don't want to understand it or you just want to find excuses for your behavior.

I do not publish photos because I don't take photos when I have sex.

Sorry but from when credibility goes hand by hand with photo publishing in this Forum?

I posted my proposal in the safe-sex thread and since the forum has such a thread it means that the forum is also about safe shagging and not only about stupid dickheads that will stick their dick in every possible hole even if it is a shit hole or the mouth of a piranha.

no problem. i have been using master mineral supplement for the past 2 years. knocks out all pathogens. also brush my teeth with it. taking the maintenance dose of 4-6 drops daily is highly protective against stds as well as being a general tonic. if required the dose can be increased until symptoms are gone. also cleans out dengue and malaria within hours. why isn't everyone using mms? because the globalist-controlled big pharma and media ignore it.

stds are nothing. the real challenge is finding tight girls without babies or an attitude!
sorry to tell you this trev but "minerals" are totally ineffective against stds.

you might as well drop snake oil into / onto yourself. will work just as well.
i drink neat bleach for breakfast, and i have never had hiv / aids. can't be a coincidence.

alternatively you could believe the fda:

on july 30th. 2010 and again on october 1, 2010, the united states food and drug administration warned against the use of the product "miracle mineral supplement" or "mms". which when made up according to instructions produces chlorine dioxide. mms has been marketed as a treatment for a variety of conditions. the fda warning told consumers that this industrial bleach can cause serious complications, including severe dehydration, nausea and diarrhea. there have been no reported deaths from use of mms; however the fda has received numerous reports of nausea, severe vomiting, and life-threatening low blood pressure caused by dehydration. [22] the makers of mms do state that nausea and vomiting is a sign that it is working. licensed medical professionals and toxicologists would not agree with this statement.

but they laughed at galieo, didn't they? i tried mms twice. the first time i took 4 drops and was okay. the second time i took 8 drops and got severe nausea followed by one week of diarrhea. i guess i should have stuck with 4 drops like the first poster. perhaps there is a better alternative.

iodine, pathogen killer extraordinaire.

as far back as 1905 iodine was recognized as a treatment for consumption / tuberculosis. even though iodine has been recognized as having the ability to kill most pathogens on the skin within 90 seconds, it has been ignored by modern medicine for all that time, does not that tell you something? going even further back to the american civil war, iodine was used extensively for treating battlefield wounds and with much success, in fact, without iodine many more soldiers from both sides would have died from wound infections, no antibiotics back then.

"iodine is by far the best antibiotic, antiviral and antiseptic of all time." dr. david derry.

http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/ciencia/ciencia_iodine01.htm

nascent iodine is a scientific term for iodine where the iodine molecule has the diatomic bond broken and has a high amount of electromagnetic energy associated with it.

once diluted and inside the body this atom is readily absorbed and utilized by the body. this charged atom of iodine starts a process where it gradually loses its energy over 2 to 3 hours. after the atomic iodine has made its rounds, whatever then remains and is unable to be used is excreted in the [CodeWord109] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord109). the [CodeWord109] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord109) will turn bright yellow from the excess, similar to what happens with water-soluble b-vitamins that the body doesn't need.

"the atomic iodine is perhaps the least toxic and least irritating of all the iodine formulas available."

"iodine has many positive therapeutic actions. it is a potent anti-infective agent. no virus, bacteria or parasite has been shown to be resistant to iodine therapy," writes dr. brownstein.

this is an incredible statement but one that can easily be backed by hardcore medical science. it is the reason hospitals use iodine by the gallon and in reality the only reason hospitals are not like ground zero sites contaminated in an infectious sense is because of iodine's broad spectrum anti-infective power.

few are the doctors who have realized that iodine can be taken internally in large quantities and that it will have the same effect internally as it does on external surfaces.

there has been a lot of commotion in health circles about a product called miracle mineral supplement (mms). it is being advertised as the answer to aids, hepatitis a, b and c, malaria, herpes, tb, most cancer and many more of mankind's worst diseases.

the claim about how the chlorine (a poison, not what would be considered a mineral for health) interacts with pathogens is the same claim we can make about iodine (a safe nutritional mineral) , which is known to also kill pathogens of all types on contact.

plantar warts on the bottom of the feet can be killed by soaking them in water for a few hours. this seems to drown them. it will then take a few weeks for them to peel off and be replaced by new skin. i wonder if this would work on genital warts.

Dickhead
01-04-11, 03:11
For genital warts use "Podoxin" which is 0, 5% (one-half percent) solution of "Podofilox." This stuff works. That might not be the exact spelling because the bottle is in Spanish but I think Podofilox is English so Google if need be. Read the fucking directions and follow them because they are not simple. This is a tiny bottle that comes with a little baggie of Q tips. Since I know you fucks won't read the directions, you need to dab the Q tip right on the wart (s) twice a day for three days.

Nothing will happen and you fucks will think I am full of shit or shilling for the product, but that's because you didn't read the directions. This will take three or four weeks. Three days on, twice a day, then four days off. The second or third week the fuckers will start to get smaller, and will get hard and callous like instead of feeling like zits that won't pop. Then the next week they will just fall off, or you might have to pick them off but the skin will heal in a day if that happens.

You can't treat more than 1 square centimeter at a time, supposedly, but I found if you had two little warts, one on each side, you could treat them both at once. This product should not be used on the head of your dick and if you are unfortunate enough to get one there you got to go to the doctor immediately. You'll likely need to have it frozen and you want to do that ASAP. Any warts this Podoxin doesn't treat, you can wait a month and try another four week course (use for four weeks, wait four weeks, repeat) but if that doesn't do it you shouldn't try any more because you will lose a bit of sensitivity in the areas where you use it.

No, but condoms have broken on me two times. You pull out only to see Mr Happys uncovered head say Hello. The rest may be in place and appear ok. Use your own tested quality stuff. There are a lot of low performance and / or ill-fitting and / or aged condoms out there.

And then its about discipline. It can be very hard to say no to a girl who actually begs you to allow her to perform a BBBJ. Hi, newby to the board here.

I'm a few months behind the play on this topic but the thinnest condoms I have found are Kimono made in Japan. They are available in North America usually in sex shops. They come in medium size and I think a larger size as well but not super size. Very thin, very strong because they use higher quality control measures in their manufacturing. Definitely more expensive than the thicker brands but very nice feel to them.

I always put a drop of lube on the head of my prick before putting the condom on (spit will do although its not the best) as the lube helps transmit extra sensation to my cock through the condom.

Having said all that, I have to admit nothing beats a good bareback session. And I have been fortunate to be offered this by several of my mongering regulars over the years. I'm not doing anybody bareback right now as all those regulars are retired. However, it is a criteria of mine that the lady provide me with BBBJ. No BBBJ, no go. No go, no pay for you. Goodbye (ciao, hasta luego, adieu, sayonara, etc.)

The next question we must ask ourselves is,

BLAll statments about probability are correct as viewed from the individuals perspective. In response to the original barebackers opinion though, we need to point out infection rate does not matter with regard to bareback (with WG) being bad!

The doctors do quite correctly tell you to protect yourself no matter how low you might perceive the risk. They are NOT spreading paranoia they are NOT lieing. They are simply doing statistics.

Lets do some basic scenario analysis. Lets assume we a have an essentially uncureable disease with results in death (OK, not in the developed world anymore but HIV is still bad).

Scenario A) You have a population where infection rate is low (maybe 1/10000). If people protect themselves to the point that the disease cannot spread anymore, the problem disappears. Number of death is low. Individual risk is low. Public damage is low.

Scenario B) Same as above. You have a population where infection rate is low (maybe 1/10000). But people don't protect themselves because "The individual risk is low at a 1/10000 infection rate". In this case the disease WILL spread. Infection rate will go up. I WILL become a major risk to fuck without protection eventually. People will notice when infection rate has reached 1/100 or higher (high enough so they personally know infected people). But by now the public damage will be enourmous.

Conclusion: "The individual risk is low a 1/10000 infection rate" argument is stupid. Because its your PERSONAL risk right NOW. But you forget about the risk to society.

Conclusion: If the disease is spreading and deadly, is is ALWAYS correct for doctors to ask for protection no matter how low or high the infection rates is right now. The infection rate will become high quickly no matter how low it starts.

Hi friends, I'm newly registered and an endorsement of protected sex seems like a reasonable first post. I'm excited for my upcoming first experience with Germany's FKK scene and have been running through the different topics in that forum. The entire concept sounds incredible—it's what I always dreamed the ultimate strip club might be like. And I'll admit the couple stories I've read about barebacking really get my juices flowing. There's nothing more physically and emotionally satisfying than making love to a beautiful woman the way God always intended. The fact is procreation is and forever will be hardwired into our lizard brains.

But as tempting an experience as it may be, I always think back to my friend recounting the trials he's suffered at the hands of his HIV infection. The night I first met him at a local bar, he was on his final drink and seemed completely sloshed. Fortunately his partner, who seemed perfectly sober, was with him so I wasn't too concerned when they left. The next time I met this guy was when I was in the bar before he arrived, and he *still* seemed sloshed, so much that I figured he must have been coming from some other establishment. Over conversations from then on (we're obviously both regulars) I discovered the reason he always seems so out of it is because he's permanently doped up on meds which keep his HIV in check.

This guy's a survivor. Being a promiscuous gay man, he was infected relatively early and has been subjected to all kinds of trial studies, medications and treatments. He's been elevated to full-blown AIDS twice with doctors writing him off and has miraculously gone into remission both times. There's a lot you can learn from a guy suffering the consequences of his actions.

The risks are significantly lower for us drug-free, heterosexual men but that doesn't make us immune. Moreover, there's a whole slew of other STDs we can catch. And we can't honestly spout statistics without recognizing that this particular lifestyle puts us all in a significantly increased risk bracket. I for one will endeavor to have my wallet be the only thing adversely effected by this hobby.

The study is available online in advance of publication in the journal Sexually Transmitted Infections.

ScienceDaily (Nov. 8,2010) — A new study by researchers at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health examines the burden of HIV and sexually transmitted disease among male clients of the commercial sex industry in China's Sichuan province. Since 2007, heterosexual transmission has replaced injecting drug use as the primary transmission mode of all HIV infections in China.

"We found a large burden of syphilis infection coupled with high-risk sexual and substance use behaviors among male clients of sex workers," said Cui Yang, lead author of the study and a postdoctoral fellow with Bloomberg School's Department of Epidemiology."Without effective interventions to prevent HIV transmission to the male client population, the current epidemic may expand into the general population."

For the study, Yang and her colleagues examined the prevalence of HIV, syphilis and hepatitis C virus (HCV) in a sample of 600 male clients of female sex workers in three urban areas in Sichuan province, China. Blood test results indicated that HIV prevalence was 1. 5 percent; 5. 3 percent were positive for syphilis and 8. 7 percent positive for HCV. The overall prevalence of consistent condom use with female sex workers was 30 percent. The study also found a significant correlation between syphilis infection among male clients and not having local household registration, snorting heroin and washing genitals after having sex with a female sex worker.

"Our data raises concerns about the future heterosexual transmission of HIV to the general population in China since unprotected sex with female sex workers has become the norm," said Kenrad Nelson, MD, senior author of the study and professor in the Department of Epidemiology at the Bloomberg School of Public Health.

Authors of "HIV, syphilis, hepatitis C and risk behaviours among commercial sex male clients in Sichuan province, China" include Carl Latkin and Cunling Wang of the Bloomberg School of Public Health, and Rongsheng Luan of the West China School of Public Health at Sichuan University.

The research was funded by a grant from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, National Institutes of Health.

If you lay good pipe you wouldn't have to bow down and lick the pussy in defeat. If you're an older gentleman and your penis is getting soft then you might not have many options though.

Is there an appreciable difference in the risks of a BBBJ with and without a CIM? Will STDs transmit just as easily either way? May be already answered below, but did not see it. Many thanks

When it is CIM I'm not sure, I think relatively safe. Consumption of pre-cum when performing oral sex is harmless.

First from a beer garden girl in Pattaya, second 141 hotel girl in HK. Maybe not HIV but gon, clam and Herpes risks are not that low.

I just can't imagine going through life with so much fear that you would have to wear something like that. Besides, in the USA 80 % of USA residents have oral herpes (type 1) and 25% have genital herpes (type 2). But, you can have type 1 in the genital area, and vice versa.

If I ever get so fucking up tight that I have to wear rubber briefs with a hole for my condom covered dick before I had sex, please, please, someone just shoot me.

Some thing found use full hence sharing here for benefits of all

Before you put a condom on:

Store condoms in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Check the expiration date on the condom.

Do a pillow test — does the air stay in the package?

Tear the condom package carefully — without using your teeth — to open.

If the condom looks damaged, discolored, or brittle, do not use.

Add a drop of lube inside the condom for extra pleasure.

To put a condom on:

With one hand, pinch the tip of the condom to leave room for the ejaculate.

With the other hand, roll the condom to the base of the penis or object.

Continue using this hand to guide any air bubbles out of the condom.

Add lube to the outside of the condom to avoid excess friction that may cause breakage.

After the action:

Hold the base of the condom as you pull out to avoid slippage.

Remove the condom and throw away in the trash, not the toilet.

Hope someone will find this info useful.

Cheers!

Guys, I got broken condoms 3 times in 2 month (Approx 10 use) since I started using different brand than the well known Dxxxx than I had used for 20 years. I am not prompting it. It is just I was totally surprised since this had never happened to me in almost 20 years of hoppy using the same brand.

I advise you all to stick to "extra safe" kind of it since it is longer and thicker than usual. Also, makes me wander do big brands have better quality control than others or maybe they sue better materials . That is why they charge premium prices. Maybe someone can advise.

Did anyone hear about this antibiotic resistant strain of Gonorrhea they found in Japan? Anyone else having second thoughts about barebacking, or is it just me?

http://www.healthzone.ca/health/newsfeatures/article/1023285--gonorrhea-superbug-resistant-to-all-antibiotics

A superbug strain of gonorrhea that's resistant to all available antibiotics has been discovered in Japan, posing a potential threat to public health worldwide, infectious disease experts say.

An international team of researchers identified the highly drug-resistant strain of Neisseria gonorrhoeae — the bacterium that causes the sexually transmitted infection — through genetic analysis.

Dubbed H041, the strain has extreme resistance to all cephalosporin-class antibiotics, the last remaining drugs still effective in treating gonorrhea.

'This is both an alarming and a predictable discovery, ' researcher Dr. Magnus Unemo of the Swedish Reference Laboratory for Pathogenic Neisseria, said in a statement. 'Since antibiotics became the standard treatment for gonorrhea in the 1940s, this bacterium has shown a remarkable capacity to develop resistance mechanisms to all drugs introduced to control it.

'While it is still too early to assess if this new strain has become widespread, the history of newly emergent resistance in the bacterium suggests that it may spread rapidly unless new drugs and effective treatment programs are developed, ' said Unemo, who presented the team's findings Monday at the International Society for Sexually Transmitted Disease Research meeting in Quebec City.

A spokesman for the Public Health Agency of Canada said the federal agency is not aware of any cases of H041 strain in this country.

Gonorrhea is one of the most common STIs in the world and can cause infertility, increase HIV transmission, and have profound effects on infants born to infected mothers, including blindness. Left untreated, the disease can be fatal.

Dr. Vanessa Allen, a medical microbiologist at the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion, said she's not surprised by the emergence of a superbug gonorrhea strain because the infectious agent is known to exchange genetic material with other organisms in the genital tract, which helps confer resistance.

There's been a long history of Neisseria gonorrhoeae losing its susceptibility to drugs used to treat it, including the penicillin class of antibiotics first introduced about 70 years ago.

'And, in fact, we're now on the fifth or six class of antimicrobials, ' Allen said Monday from Quebec City, where she was attending the conference.

Cephalosporins, which are administered in pill or a more potent intravenous form, are the latest to lose their ability to wipe out infection caused by the new strain.

With no alternative drugs in the pharmaceutical pipeline, 'the concern is that we'll go to potentially an era where it will be like the pre-antibiotic era, ' she said. 'So people again will see consequences of chronic gonorrhea infection that are associated with neonatal infections, infertility and those things. '

That sucks. Though at the end of the day have gonorrhea for life is still probably better than having AIDS. If AIDS didn't stop you from barebacking with girls then the only reason this might is that, if it's anything like other strains of gonorrhea, it should be much more infectious than HIV and will probably spread much more quickly.

I know the chances are slim, but just curious about thoughts on this. I recently ran into a WG who after using her hand with some lube would take some hot water in her mouth and then kind of drool / spit it out on my.

Penis to, I assume, clean off some of the extra lube before a CBJ.

What's the chances of getting something from that? What would you assume to be the types of things to potentially spread that way? Again, I know it's quite slim, just curious.

I've finally gone and caught Genital Herpes. * * * My only purpose for this post is to help others on this board by suggesting how this happened. The two bumps were located exactly where the bottom of my condom is situated. So either her hand or her lips or her pussy touched that area. * * * The only advice going forward then is to ensure that the condom is rolled down as far as possible And to stop any constant rubbing where the tight unrolled part of the condom presses against the penis. That's for us all-condom-all-the-time guys. You BBBJers are on your own. This report illustrates particularly well why repeatedly in the Safe Sex section of the International Sex Guide and elsewhere I urge everybody to use FEMALE CONDOMS: The standard male condom leaves the base of your penis unprotected, leaving you vulnerable to any STD that goes through skin such as herpes, syphilis, or genital warts. The female condom protects the entire Penis (P should be lowercase*) because the larger of the two loops stays on the outside of the woman's body. The smaller loop inside The (ditto, should be lowercase "t") condom can be removed (use a clean finger you have not touched her genitals with) and the female condom placed on the penis before intercourse like a male condom. Often the female condom sticks to the inside of the vagina more than to the penis, so you're sliding back and forth inside the female condom feeling friction as well as pressure. Standard male condoms usually ruin the sensation because you feel no friction, only pressure. Another advantage of the female condom is you don't have that super tight still-rolled part of the condom hurting your penis like tourniquet. But the most important advantage of the female condom is vastly superior STD protection.

*The "P" in penis and "T" in "the" should be lowercase, but this web site's software repeatedly changes it to uppercase, apparently after each use of underline. The software of this web site also wipes out my ellipses, requiring the use of asterisks (* * *) , with spaces between the asterisks, to indicate where I omitted quoted text. This web site's software also changes the reporter's dashes into periods and then capitalizes the next letter. It also changes the letter between "t" and "v" into "you", changing what the reporter wrote.

Okay. I did that. The news articles I found said that the fast tests are only available in certain approved clinics and not being sold over the counter. But if I look up fast test kits. I find many restults for companies claiming to sell the fast test for home use. Are the kits that you can buy and use yourself legitimate? Anybody know?Yes, I bought totally about hundred samples of each from various suppliers in Asia. HIV blood test and saliva, Hep B, Hep C, Syphilis, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, TP, etc. You can find it all on line. Very handy to test both you and the girl and then just bang away. You should however note that there is a incubation period before HIV can be detected with any test.

There are several places you can buy these tests on line, but cheapest is of course to buy wholesale from manufacturers or brokers.

If you for example Google "rapid HIV test kit Philippines" you will see that you can get a kit for 1000-1500 PHP". If you buy wholesale one individual test will cost a fraction of this. Googling "HIV home test" will also reveal many pages that can ship these tests to you. Add "wholesale" and you will get closer to the source.

It is possible to buy a box of 10 at-home herpes simplex type-2 blood test kits for about $100, including shipping cost, from the below referenced Korean company. It's called the Bio Focus HSV-2 Rapid Test. It tests for antibodies and therefore can determine your sexual health status long after symptoms of HSV-2 have disappeared. Doing a STD test yourself at-home rather than in a physician's office or public clinic allows you to avoid the risk of creating a medical record of having a STD, should the test come out positive. The test kits are simple to use, contrary to stupid FDA rules saying they are too complicated for patient, at-home use: I've used a few types (and so-far always got a negative, that is, favorable test result). In all states of the USA there are STD reporting laws that require physicians or clinic personnel to report you to the state government if you test positive for a STD, although in many states herpes is not reportable: Ask before going to a clinic or physician's office if this concerns you. Tests like this can be reassuring if you've ever had vague symptoms and want to be sure you are not infected. Experts in STDs say something like 90 percent of people who have herpes simplex are asymptomatic or have such mild symptoms they do not know they are infected and are at risk of passing the infection to others.

Yes, I bought totally about hundred samples of each from various suppliers in Asia.

Barba. Why are you so sure that they are legit and work well? I'm very wary of buying any medical supplies over the internet. I'd be more willing to buy testing kits than drugs but still, if you are relying on the kit to test for HIV you want to know that it works.

But the most important advantage of the female condom is vastly superior STD protection.I agree the female condom is probably better as a barrier to STDs, but you have to be the first person I've heard praise the sensation of using one. Unless they've improved a ton since I last used one (which granted was maybe 8 or 9 years ago) I have to disagree. I found it a lot like having sex with a well-lubed plastic bag, and about as much of a turn-on. I just found it strange, distracting, and not at all sexy. One of the times I used it I actually had trouble coming, which virtually never happens to me. My girlfriend didn't like it either.

Those of you relying on these instant AIDS tests are very gullible. On the one hand, there is the incubation period, on the other hand there is the greed and lies of the pharmaceutical companies, on the third hand there is the proliferation of counterfeit products via e-mail, and on the fourth hand there is the insult to the woman in question.

Those of you using these huge and all encompassing condoms, you should also consider a Hazmat suit, a bullet proof vest, and a full-face helmet every time you leave your house. You might also want to acquire a catcher's mask or a hockey mask in case your fist flies off your dick while you are jacking off. Oh, and don't forget the eye protection!

I read recently studies shows that taking truvada had a prophylactic effect for HIV. In fact it lowered the chances of getting it by 66% (if memory serves). Seems they had a control group of people with one partner infected and a treated group of same. Results were based on fewer partners being infected when partners had the drug.

I don't plan to go bb all the time, but you know slips happen.

How practical is it to take truvada before during and after a monger trip to improve my odds?

Further what regime should I use to get max benefit?

Studies say this pill is available at regular pharmacies? What cost?

Not sure this information has been posted.

http://www.cdc.gov/hiv/resources/factsheets/circumcision.htm

Reveals that several studies have been performed and found that circumcised males have between 55-76% REDUCED CHANCE of contracting aids. One doctor described this as "just as significant a reduction as usuing condoms).

If you use a condom and are circumcised. There's virtually no chance you're going to get HIV from hetero sex.

"They deteriorate in even the best of conditions, but even more rapidly in extremely cold or hot situations. Condom wrappers recommend storing the product at temperatures between 59 and 88 degrees Fahrenheit. One researcher found that, at major condom distribution points in New Jersey and New York, boxes of condoms were left outdoors in the ice and snow during the dead of winter. During the summer months, the researcher took photographs of eggs frying on the floors of dozens of trucks and containers where condoms were stored in temperatures exceeding 180 degrees. [5] High temperatures cause oxidation and freezing temperatures cause crystallization in some of the chemical compounds that make up condoms, leading to cracking, drying, shrinking and drastic loss of flexibility and strength. Keep in mind that condoms exported from the United States sit in uninsulated shipping containers in extreme weather conditions for even longer periods of time; , ___.

It seems that the opinion of this article is that:

1] gonorrhea is still curable.

2] there is, as of now, no such thing as "incurable gonorrhea"

3] the disease is becoming more resistant to the "usual treatment"

4] there are "two more powerful antibiotics available" besides the "usual treatment" for treating this disease.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-15238613

"Dr David Livermore, director of the antibiotic resistance monitoring laboratory at the Health Protection Agency, said that the cephalosporin antibiotics used in the UK are still effective for treating gonorrhoea.

" "But our lab tests show that the bacteria are becoming less sensitive to these cephalosporins, with a few treatment failures reported. This means that we are having to change the type of cephalosporin that is used and to increase the dosage.

" "The worry is that we will see gonorrhoea becoming a much more difficult-to-treat infection over the next five years.

Why are you so sure that they are legit and work well? I'm very wary of buying any medical supplies over the internet. I'd be more willing to buy testing kits than drugs but still, if you are relying on the kit to test for HIV you want to know that it works.Yes, it is of course much safer if you let a pharmacy order the test kit so they can sell it to the doctor, and then the doctor can take a drop of blood and test you. Why would we rely on ourselves to trace the source of say a test, and then perform the complex task of extracting blood from a finger.

I once bought rubber gloves over the Internet and they seemed to work just as good as the ones I bought from the pharmacy, but still the did not feel right on the hands for some reason. I also heard there are evil spirits living in parabolic antennas.

Sorry for pulling your leg, Theystolemyname. No harm meant. If you do not feel safe in buying products utilizing say the Internet, you should of course stick to letting the doctor test you. However, you should be informed that the methodology of testing varies between doctors in various regions of the world, and many of the available tests will be used by doctors. It is chemistry not alchemy.

Theystolemyname this is not a comment on your post but it seems like each person have their own opinion about this what safe sex really is. Some like to lecture on this topic, and often these lectures are argued to be motivated by "the common good", but I mostly see self stroking egos that need to confirm their own choices in life. Irrationalities. To study the source and data on say a pill or a test could be simple for one guy while the next guy might have a hard time just understanding the dosage advice on a box of Aspirin. In addition to this the willingness to take a risk, or even to consider a certain action the least risky, varies a lot. Some people smoke and laugh at cancer and others will not be caught jerking off without a wet suit. At the end of the day we primarily risk ourselves (and sometimes a partner). Even a thai hooker has this responsibility. I see little point in bitching about some guy going bare back since I doubt that my bitching will have actual effect on the collective health of mankind. Personally I like to play it safe (are) but I have friends who hate condoms, never bother with tests and just cure whatever they get. That is their strategy, and it will work until it don't. No my way, but this is according to their idea of risks versus life quality.

Topmanten, there are lots written on the topic of oral sex. Just Google it. I think the question of IF you can get it is simple but the CHANCES of getting it is impossible to answer, simply because there is no data so it will just be general speculations that has no value in your specific case. STI:s are caused by a bacteria or a virus and many of these nasty creatures likes warm and humid places, like the mouths of domestic house keepers. For example syphilis seems quite easy to transfer and herpes can also be transfered. My advice would be to get the tests or go to the doc, especially if she is sucking cock as a partial mean for survival.

@Barba: come on, no need for such biting sarcasm. I wasn't commenting on my own ability to perform the test or interpret the results, I was saying that I don't really trust all products being sold over the internet, and that seems extremely reasonable to me. Laws vary from place to place. I know that if I get a drug from a pharmacy in the USA, that drug has been tested and approved by the FDA and I'm actually getting what is marked on the package. On the other hand, if I buy an unmarked white pill in a tin foil wrapper from some Nigerian standing on a Hanoi street corner, well, who knows what the fuck that's going to be? Internet pharmacies I would place somewhere in the middle of these two extremes. I would just like to know that the products are tested, legit, and coming from trusted sources. As opposed to products that don't work or do what they say they do, packaged and sold to suckers. If you believe that the latter does not exist then you are much more naive then you were implying I am. And BTW would you like to buy some coral calcium? It can cure cancer. I can also hook you up with a belt that shocks you that will give you ripped abs in just a few weeks!

I am one of those people who is fine with taking pretty big risks in life. I do it all the time. But I'm not reckless for the sake of being reckless. If I could find a cheap and easy test that could reliably check for HIV (which is uncurable, if you didn't know) , why not use it? It would make my barebacking ways much less dangerous in the long run, even if so far I have been lucky.

@Arctic: I believe the reason for this is that for HIV transmission from female to male, the virus is usually absorbed from vaginal secretions through the glans of the penis. A healthy glans (one that is protected by foreskin) is very moist and supple and also very permeable to certain types of microscopic things. The glans on a cut penis is most of the time going to be dry and calloused like most of the rest of the skin covering your body, and thus less susceptible to permeation by viruses. Of course, being circumcised does not make you immune. There's still a chance the virus will get through the glans, or enter through a cut or tear in the penis, or an abrasion or thinning of the skin if you have been masturbating or having sex a lot, or even through the urethra which is the same point of entry favored by chlamydia and gonorrhea.

Anyway. Be safe. Or not. But circumcision doesn't stop HIV. If it did, there would be no AIDS in the USA. In the 1980s when the epidemic began almost everyone there was circumcised.

This is a neat article about antibiotics that are in the pipeline.

It is likely that they are waiting for the resistance of N. Gonorrhea to get high enough to release it. The thing is: When doctors know that a medicine is, say. 50% effective against bugs, they'll automatically switch to whatever works most of the time. And then the sales on the former antibiotic are finished.

http://www.nature.com/ja/journal/v64/n6/pdf/ja201144a.pdf

There is also an article about using higher doses of extant antibiotics (as well as antibiotics with worse side effect profiles, such as kidney damage). I'll post a link if I can find it. But as for the resistance of gonorrhea, I don't think it will take too long to get much higher.

Here is an article that talks about the rate of treatment failure (in the United States). It has gone up from 0.1% to 0.3%. The protocol in that case is given in the article. They are saying that they think minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) is higher, so they recommended doubling the dosage in case of failure.

http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/mm6026a2.htm

I would also call your attention that the rate of resistance in gonorrhea in men who have sex with women has been just about constant for the last 10 years in the study (graphs are at bottom). But for men who haev sex with men, it has skyrocketed.

Theystolemyname, no flaming intended. Just think that it is time to stop demonising Internet based trade. It is just another way of contacting a seller, and the authenticity of product is unrelated to if you bought it on the Internet or from a person located in your physical proximity. I think the key to success is to not consider Internet trade as homogeneous in any sense. Many on-line pharmacist are in fact nothing but brokers between you, a doctor and a physical pharmacy in for example UK. Just another way to go to the doctor.

With regards to tests, I advice you to study the available brands at for example Alibaba or Made In China. A large part of the tests used in USA and Europe are manufactured in Asia, and these factories, or their brokers, are not limited to not sell to for example you, even if they also sell to establish pharmacists. You can in fact piggy back on the FDA approval (if you consider FDA a reliable option despite their dubious track record in some areas).

I never buy pills on the street.

BarbaIf it's a pharmacy that is based and licensed in the United States that sells products over the internet, fine, say that. I'm not demonizing anything that doesn't deserve to be demonized. For every honest business trying to do business online there are five or ten Nigerian princes trying to help you to millions of dollars. An appropriate non-flaming response to my question would be to list trusted companies that sell products that have been tested and proven to work. In irrelevant response would be to imply that people are wary of purchasing things online from unknown sources without any good reason, and that we should just trust everything we ever buy is a good product.

Yes, I could do my own research, and maybe I will have to. But if someone else had already done the research and didn't want to give a smartass answer then they could help us all out by sharing that information.

TMTFirst you have to understand what does domestic helper, college co-ed, waitress, nurse etc has to do with catching a sexually transmitted disease?

If the girl agrees to have bb oral sex with you (a total stranger) it means that she has done it many times. You can figure this out. Yes, you can be infected by oral sex.

As I know with domestic servants in HK, they tend to hide their medical problems so that they will not loose the Job. Which employer wants the girl to cook food knowing she has sexually transmitted disease although it has.

Nothing to do with transmission.

Even if you ask the girl she will lie.

Any girl you meet in a mongering or semi mongering situation cannot be trusted fully if you are worried. I never do DATY unless the girl is my gf for a long time. BBBJ has leass of a risk according to info but nothing is 100% safe.

Yea, Theystolemyname I could have responded in another way. You are not responsible for all other guys constantly biting at anything that disturbs their view of the world. But I thought my second reply was quite friendly. I must be a prick simply. .

I have utilized brokers in the past that I found on Alibaba and Made In China (same brokers on both sites). These come and go. You better just do a search there. I just bought a bunch and then checked (Googled) if they are used somewhere else. Some "reliable" place. I could not track if all tests where used, but many. For example the saliva HIV test I got from one broker, seems to be used widely. I have the tests in Asia and can not check the brand now. In addition I found no evidence in my search, that indicated that there are any factories producing false tests. These factories you will trade with, are named and you can ask them to where they sell. So in my opinion they differ a lot from Nigerian lottery emails.

Hope this can bee of any help, even if I do not point exactly to where and hat to buy.

I personally don't worry about HIV because I always use condoms. Gonorrhea, chlamydia, if you do get them, are curable.

The only think left to worry about, IMO, is herpes.

It's quite contagious. It's very widespread. You have it for life. Condoms offer no real protection from it.

When you see that around 1 in 3-4 Americans has genital herpes. People that on average probably have much less than 30 partners in their lifetime. Then what does that say about how many hookers are infected, given that they fuck hundreds or thousands of dudes? It should be a very high percentage.

I would like to see your thoughts on this.

And if experienced guys have been at this hobby for a long time, without catching it, I would like to hear from them too.

In the 1980s when the epidemic began almost everyone there was circumcised.Well the basic point of the study was that circumcision reduces H-IV transmission almost as much as using a condom does. And my point was. If you are circumcised AND use a condom. You're pretty bulletproof. Nothing is 100%. Lightning does strike some people.

As far as Herpes though. I am friends with a very intelligent, college educated escort who takes her job seriously and her health VERY seriously. She's been in the business for over ten years. Seen literally thousands of customers and has never caught a single sexually transmitted infection. Basically. The sex is always covered and if she spots a lesion on a man's penis. There's no sex happening at all. She's pretty good at spotting too. I told her."But, but. They can shed the virus without lesions!". Her response."Oh yeah, sure. That's what the Doc's say." Essentially she says that prostitutes have become their own "testing laboratory" on herpes and found that Herpes is transmitted very rarely. If ever. Without the presence of lesions. If you look at the infection rates of married couples where one spouse has herpes. You'll see it takes a lot of sex for the virus to transmit. It's not just a case of "Oh shit, I fingered her and then wiped it on my dick without thinking!" (which has happened to me! LOL). It takes more than that.

Also. According to her BBBJ are okay. And she performs them all the time. It's not easy to pass STD orally at all and, if a woman doesn't swallow and keeps the stuff out of her throat. Then the chance even dives lower.

I'm not saying to have casual sex without being safe. Take the precautions, if you want a covered BJ go for it. But a lot of the hype is just that. It's hype to scare people away from what many consider to be an illegal and unwanted social evil. Prostitution and mongering.

Another good point is this.

http://www.skintherapyletter.com/2005/10.1/1.html

Some of the drugs used to treat HSV-2 outbreaks are fairly effective in preventing the transmission of the disease. For instance. In the study above. Non-infected partners who took the drug saw a 50% reduction in the transmission of HSV-2. If the infected parter took the drug for 8 months. Then a 75% reduction in transmission was realized.

Add to this condom. And the fact that you will not have sex with anyone who has lesions. And you can improve your chances even more.

In most civilized nations. These HSV-2 drugs are available and, any hookers who DO have the virus are going to want to use them because HSV-2 outbreaks can be painful. What I'm saying is. If you go to Copenhagen and just so happen to have sex with a hooker who has HSV-2 and she knows it. Then she's also very likely to be on the treatment drugs which will also help keep her from spreading the virus to you.

I urge everybody to use FEMALE CONDOMS: The standard male condom leaves the base of your penis unprotected, leaving you vulnerable to any STD that goes through skin such as herpes, syphilis, or genital warts. The female condom protects the entire Penis because the larger of the two loops stays on the outside of the woman's body. The smaller loop inside the condom can be removed (use a clean finger you have not touched her genitals with) and the female condom placed on the penis before intercourse like a male condom. Often the female condom sticks to the inside of the vagina more than to the penis, so you're sliding back and forth inside the female condom feeling friction as well as pressure. Standard male condoms usually ruin the sensation because you feel no friction, only pressure.
I agree the female condom is probably better as a barrier to STDs, but you have to be the first person I've heard praise the sensation of using one. Unless they've improved a ton since I last used one (which granted was maybe 8 or 9 years ago) I have to disagree. One of the times I used it I actually had trouble coming, which virtually never happens to me. My girlfriend didn't like it either.Http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Female_condom

I have used both the old plastic FC1 and the new nitrile FC2. The old plastic FC1 was terrible when used as directed. The new FC2 is not bad when used as a female condom. The inner ring holds it in place and you do get the friction that is missing with the male condom. It helps to add some lube since there isn't much provided. I also tried removing the inner ring and wearing it as a male condom. I slid the ring over the outside of the condom and down to the base of the penis to hold it in place. That didn't work at all. I couldn't feel anything, since the material is much thicker than a male condom. Having the woman insert it as directed gives the best results, better sensation for the man than wearing a male condom. The problem for STD control is that the woman has to touch her genitals when inserting it. If she has an STD it can be transferred to the condom in a place where the penis will come in contact. I haven't tried removing the inner ring and wearing it loosly as a male condom. That would be a safer way to insert it for STD purposes and might provide enough friction to give good sensation, but I wonder if it will stay in place.

I just love those long legs, beautiful hair, big boobs, tight young pussies, but every time I am out there to choose a girl I feel shit scared. Eventually I end up taking the most expensive ones thinking they would be less used so less at risk and I would be safe. Can you please put the facts in Place for me. I mean if I fuck a prostitute with a condom, the condom does not break, the blowjob is bareback and I am not into DATY, what are my chances of being safe. There might be so many of you who are doing this for years, hope you share some experiences which could reduce my fears!

Just wondering if anyone has ever caught an STI from a worker and what kind of info they provide as it is required to report here in Canada when diagnosed. Do you tell them how you got it or what? Just wondering how the process works.

Bioengineers at the University of Utah School of Engineering have developed a molecular condom that women can use. Now every one can enjoy intimate contact naturally without the risk of pregnancy and diseases.

Liquid contraception:get rid of traditional "condom use" (which for some people reduces pleasure) contraceptive pills that may have side effects. No more wories about condom breaking.

A kind of water-soluble, tasteless, transparent liquid microbial agents paste contains active ingredient: essien octoxynal (benzene together. Abbreviation O. 9) , is the main components that destroys HIV virus, also kill various STDS pathogens, including herpes simplex virus, gonorrhea diplococcus, syphilis helicoid, chlamydia and human sperm, etc. According to BZK (benzene pierced chloride) It Also prevents pregnancy and stop the spread of sexually transmitedd diseases by distroying cause of the infection.

An amazing/surprising and epoch-making lubricating gel has been developed, which can be used for both prevention of all kinds of STDs (sexually transmitted diseases) including AIDS and contraception. This lubricating gel injected into the vagina can be called Liquid Female Condom (Liquid Femidom) as it acts just like a rubber female condom (Femidom) in the roles of contraception and STD-prevention. It can be also used to protect against crab lice and ascariasis which cannot be protected by the rubber condom.

Silver Gel injected into the male urethra which can be called "Urethral Condom" enable to prevent various STDs including AIDS with its physical blocking wall effect and germicidal effect like solid condoms. However, in contrast with the ordinary condom the urethral condom concentrates its protection on the urethral mucous which is the sole invading route for germs unless there is scars on the skin of the penis. Furthermore, in contrast with the ordinary condom, the urethral condom elevates sexual feelings rather than lowering by lubricity of the silver gel and eliminates worries for being torn or taken off during coitus like condoms.

Furthermore, it has been known that silver as metal has a wide range of germicidal effects. It has been found that silver dispersed in water as very fine particles, which is called "coloidal silver" or "nano-silver", is more effective as a germicide. This nano-silver is proved to eradicate more than 650 germs and viruses in a few minutes without any effects to the human body. Recently it has been possible to manufacture nano-silver which has particle sizes of 2-15nm and concentrations of 5-20ppm by electrolysis in distilled water with silver eletrodes of more than 99. 99% in purity. Moreover, in contrast with other chemical germicides, nano-silver is non-irritant to the extremely sensitive mucous membrane in the male urethra. Therefore, nano-silver is the most suitable germicide to be added into the lubricating gel for STD / AIDS prevention due to its wide germicidal effects and non-irritability.

Pages from Wikipedia have further links for more serious reading. IMHO Wikipedia pages are quite authentic. Here are some excerpts from Wikipedia pages.

STD risk associated with BBBJ

Chlamydia, human papillomavirus (HPV) , gonorrhea, herpes, hepatitis (multiple strains) , and other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) , can be transmitted through oral sex. [33]

Any kind of sexual contact with bodily fluids of a person infected with HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, poses a risk of infection. The risk from most of these types of infection, however, is generally considered far lower than that associated with vaginal or anal sex. [34][35]

If the receiving partner has wounds on his genitals, or if the giving partner has wounds or open sores on or in his or her mouth, or bleeding gums, this poses an increased risk of STD transmission. Brushing the teeth, flossing, undergoing dental work, or eating crunchy foods such as potato chips relatively soon before or after giving fellatio can also increase the risk of transmission, because all of these activities can cause small scratches in the lining of the mouth.

These wounds, even when they are microscopic, increase the chances of contracting STDs that can be transmitted orally under these conditions. Such contact can also lead to more mundane infections from common bacteria and viruses found in, around and secreted from the genital regions. Because of this, some medical professionals advise the use of condoms when performing or receiving fellatio with a partner whose STD status is unknown. Flavored condoms may be used for this purpose.
HIV transmision through DFK / oral sex

Saliva carries a negligible viral load, so even open-mouthed kissing is considered a low risk. However, if the infected partner or both of the performers have blood in their mouth due to cuts, open sores, or gum disease, the risk is higher. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has only recorded one case of possible HIV transmission through kissing (involving an HIV-infected man with significant gum disease and a sexual partner also with significant gum disease) , [20] and the Terence Higgins Trust says that this is essentially a no-risk situation. [21]

While it is agreed that oral sex has a much lower HIV-infection risk than vaginal and anal sex, HIV can be transmitted through both insertive and receptive oral sex, [23] when there is contact between semen or vaginal fluid and the mucus membranes of the mouth. The risk of infection from a single encounter is small, but it increases with frequency of activity. To date the CDC lists no documented cases of transmission to the insertive partner of such activities.

Transmission risk may be elevated in the case of open sores on the genitals and / or mouth, or significant gum disease or bleeding, I. E, when there is direct contact between semen and breaks in the skin or surface of the mouth. [20]This a very vast subject and may post more in future.

This hobby is not 100% Risk-free So take precautions.

Happy mongering

Here is the link to Cunnilingus page on Wikipedia.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cunnilingus

Here is an excerpt from that page on the risks.

Chlamydia, human papillomavirus (HPV) , gonorrhea, herpes, hepatitis (multiple strains) , and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs) including HIV can be transmitted through oral sex. [9] The documented risk of HIV transmission through cunnilingus is considered to be extremely small, and far lower than that associated with fellatio, vaginal or anal sex. There have only ever been 2 documented cases of HIV transmission through cunnilingus. [10][11] If the receiving partner has wounds or open sores on her genitals, or if the giving partner has wounds or open sores on or in his or her mouth, or bleeding gums, this poses an increased risk of STD transmission. Brushing the teeth, flossing, undergoing dental work, or eating crunchy foods such as potato chips relatively soon before or after performing cunnilingus can also increase the risk of disease transmission, because all of these activities can cause small scratches in the lining of the mouth. These wounds, even when they are microscopic, increase the chances of contracting STDs that can be transmitted orally under these conditions. Such contact can also lead to more mundane infections from common bacteria and viruses found in, around, and secreted from the genital regions.

In 2005, a research study at the College of Malmö in Sweden suggested that performing unprotected oral sex on a person infected with HPV might increase the risk of oral cancer. The study found that 36% of the cancer patients had HPV compared to only 1 percent of the healthy control group. [12]

Another recent study in the New England Journal of Medicine suggests a correlation between oral sex and throat cancer. It is believed that this is due to the transmission of human papillomavirus (HPV) because this virus has been implicated in the majority of cervical cancers. The study concludes that people who had one to five oral sex partners in their lifetime had approximately a doubled risk of throat cancer compared with those who never engaged in this activity, and those with more than five oral-sex partners had a 250% increased risk. [13]

In addition, in rare cases, air being blown into the vagina can be harmful to the receiver, even fatal[Citation required]. Air that is very forcefully blown in and not adequately released could enter the bloodstream through capillaries in the uterine wall, causing an air embolism. It should also be noted that probability of an air embolism developing is elevated, though still relatively low, during pregnancy (in the case of the receiver) [Citation required].

I could not find info on the above subject in one place. Following are excerpts from many Wikipedia Pages.

STI = Sexually Transmissible Infections. Now-a-days STI seems to be the more accepted acronym for this group of diseases / infections.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sexually_transmitted_disease

many STIs seem to be easier to transmit through oral sex than through deep kissing.

Some infections labeled as STIs can be transmitted by direct skin contact. Herpes simplex and HPV are both examples. KSHV, on the other hand, may be transmitted by deep-kissing but also when saliva is used as a sexual lubricant.Http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Syphilis

Syphilis is transmitted primarily by sexual contact or during pregnancy from a mother to her fetus; the spirochaete is able to pass through intact mucous membranes or compromised skin.[4][5] It is thus transmissible by kissing, or oral, vaginal, and anal sex.[4]Http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_papillomavirus

Oral HPV infection is associated with HPV-positive oropharyngeal cancer. Odds of oral HPV infection increases with the number of recent oral sex partners or open-mouthed kissing partners.[70] Nonsexual oral infection through salivary or cross transmission is also plausible.[10][71]Http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Misconceptions_about_HIV_and_AIDS

In context of HIV transmission.

Saliva carries a negligible viral load, so even open-mouthed kissing is considered a low risk. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has only recorded one case of possible HIV transmission through kissing (involving an HIV-infected man with significant gum disease and a sexual partner also with significant gum disease),[20]So, generally it appears that FK / DFK are considered to be low risk activities. However, if the infected partner or both of the performers have "blood in their mouth" due to cuts, open sores, or gum disease, the risk is higher. Read my posts on DATY and / or BBBJ for reasons of "blood in mouth"

Take precautions & keep enjoying.

I'm a DFK lover, when I feel that the girl is ok I'll go for it. But I have a selection criteria, if a girl offered BBBJ I'll refrain from DFK, because it's a confirmation that she usually suck cocks without rubber, so that the risk is high.

Usually after the BKK trip I'll take Erythromycin 500mg for about 3 days, without consulting any doctor. Thinking that it will help me to destroy any germ that had been entered to my body while having DFKs / BBBJs, further I'm aware that Erythromycin will not help on the cases with viruses, including HIV.

(I never go for vaginal intercourse without rubber)

So can somebody tell me whether my preventive method is correct?

Is there any other drug that more suitable for this case?

When is the best time to start taking it?

About one month back I read a long report from a forum member who is attached to medical profession, it was very informative and it's very well described and I thought of copying it and saving it somewhere, but unfortunately I couldn't locate it now, I searched hours. But no success. There he had been described all most all common STDs and how, when and for how long you should take medicines.

Hope at least one of our member had read it and know where that report is.

Thanks in advance.

WismarI am not a doctor, nor have I ever played one on TV. But I haves worked as a pharmaceutical sales representative, and what I can tell you is that the medicine package insert will tell you what that drug / antibiotic can be used to treat along with the recommended dosage and duration of treatment. The major problem with antibiotics is incomplete or premature ending of treatment regiment, which leads to drug resistance. So next time you purchase antibiotics, be sure to read that package insert with all the fine print.

It is unclear what you are afraid of catching from DFK. It sounds like you're afraid of catching the cold / flu? Herpes? Antibiotics will do nothing to prevent catching a virus; you'd be better off taking a superdose of Vitamin C and Zinc before you monger in order to strengthen your immune system.

Look, just remember, if you've been barebacking (BBFS or BBBJ) , one gram of Zithromax will treat Chlamydia and 400 mg of Cefixime will treat Gonorrhea. These are the two most common STIs for barebacking mongers, IME.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a prophylactic undergarment system made from soft, stretchable, fluid proof, stain resistant, anti-static, noise-free, high performance medical material that can be washed and reused. The system includes a condom-retaining device and is worn in conjunction with a condom during sexual activity to provide a protective barrier over the entire genital region. The undergarment system reduces skin-to-skin contact and the exchange of bodily fluids beyond typical condom coverage, which prevents the transmission of sexual diseases commonly passed or "shed" around the unprotected genital areas.

It has germicidal effects as well by colloidal silver. Therefore, it works better than a condom in prevention of AIDS. ok fellas, this is some scary shit. i read somewhere that hiv virus can take up to 3 months to show up in a blood test. also my doc told me my recent blood test did not show up anything but to do it again in 3 months. in the meantime he said not to have any sexual contact. you see, i do a blood test, and [CodeWord109] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord109) test every time i come back from a mongering trip. so basically what i am understanding is each time i have sex with a woman, i should wait 3 months before banging another one to make sure i am not infected? who does that?

--- I read somewhere that HIV virus can take up to 3 months to show up in a blood test.---There are mainly 2 catagories of HIV tests with different window periods."Window Period" is the time from infection until a test can detect the infection with any degree of certainity.

1. Antibody tests (ELISA, Western Blot) : Window Period is from three weeks to six months. Most people develop detectable antibodies approximately 30 days after infection, although some take longer to develop antibodies. The vast majority of people (97%) have detectable antibodies by three months after HIV infection. These tests are inexpensive and extremely accurate.

2. Nucleic Acid based Tests (RT-PCR, bDNA) : Window period is 12 days. These tests are also accurate but expensive.

If you have been bare-backing, then you can request your physician to do a NAT, or better still, ask for a PEP (Post Exposure Prophylaxis) treatment.

Note : Some of the info above is extracted from "HIV Test" page on Wikipedia.

Hi friends,

I shall be visiting europe for work and of course sex. Will be hitting germany and amsterdam.

My problem is I have syphilis and herpes and it is flaring out.

I wonder do you guys know any medication, oitment or technique that wopuld clear out the red colour soreness or how to cover up the chancre so that the ladies would not see it.

I plan to ask girls for blowjob in dark places and then once in the room I turn her to doggy and fuck her. I have used this technique in Bangkok and it works like a charm. No girls ever noticed it but in fkk I heard that lighting is quite bright so it maybe hard for me to ask for bareback blowjob.Dude, you are scum. Why don't you go to a doctor and get treated instead of messing up the playing field?

But if you really want to clear up the chancres, I recommend sprinkling Epsom salt on your prick and then immersing it into a cup of rubbing alcohol. You might want to drink some alcohol beforehand as an anesthesia.

I know a guy who had chancres and tried to fuck a girl in dark but she saw the disease later after the fuck. She cut his penis off and squeezed it in his ass.

By the way, I know a girl who has AIDS and she likes to fuck guys who have Syphlis. Want to try her?

You need to go to a doctor and get the shots. Topical treatment won't work. After you get a shot, you should not have any sex until the sores clear away and wait until 4-6 weeks. And not to mention if you have open sores, you prone to other STD like HPV and even aids. You are risking it big. Sex without this is being selfish and risking other peoples lives. Its called cheating. Don't do it man. You will regret it forever.

What if someone with AIDS has sex with you and not tell you? How do you feel?

With the various incurable bugs out there with pretty dire consequences, I can't understand why any educated man would want to have unprotected sex in a red light district.

That's what first springs to my mind when I think of bareback bonking in AC, not the possible kid.

I guess if I knew I had an incurable cancer and had 6 months, I'd go nuts, but until that happens I'm going to keep my immune system and liver in mind when I push in.

But each to their own I suppose. 8)

So this trip we were getting all cozy in the bed and the fireworks were about to pop off. Something told me to look down. She had genital warts all around her bunghole. I meet a punter this month who had been to AC and did not use a condom now has genital warts, he said he noticed a blister and now it full blown. Herpes and warts are 2 std I know bar girls haveSome weeks ago, a mamasan told me the rate of STD's in AC has skyrocketed with the arrival of the Koreans.

Having done lots of BB in AC, these days I don't do it anymore. Safe instead of sorry.

Enjoy!

IDK.

Genital warts are caused by HPV. Every human on earth has some form of HPV, usually multiple. Some lead to warts (on hands, feet or genitals depending on the type) , most do not. Some people will get warts from a form of HPV that will not cause anything in another person. Some people will only ever have one outbreak, some will get them continually. Some people have a strong immune system that will drive any HPV they acquire into immediate and lasting remission. Some will never be able to defeat it.

Genital warts don't cause a single blister. They cause. Warts on the genitals.

Condom use doesn't prevent the spread of HPV, especially not the forms that causes genital warts. It is spread through skin to skin contact and shedding, namely at the base of the penis, which is not covered by a condom (but is covered by the liquids of any girl you dip your wick into).

Many girls in AC have herpes. I used to date a girl who told me her best 2 friends who worked at the same bar were upset they couldn't get any barfines for at least a week because they were having outbreaks. Then again. 85 percent of people on earth have herpes 1 or 2. Same as with HPV, some show, some don't, some show every few weeks, some every week, etc.

Luckily neither of these is too serious. For men, mainly just a cosmetic problem.

So I did lot's and lot's of research and I can safely say, I'm satisfied with the answers I found. You've pretty much it the nail with all the points you made. Warts and Herpes aren't as dangerous to men as they're to women! With that in mind, I'm still more cautious about wrapping my junior up and also taking the time to see if the girls have any outbreaks.

Also, after every mongering trip, I always get tested for everything. The one scare that I had a while back, I was actually diagnosed with fallacious. Just an issue with the pores where your pubic hairs come from.

Enjoy!IMHO you cannot blame it on only Koreans. Mongers from all countries bareback in angeles. Even the girls go straight to BB without even mentioning condom. Couple of years age when you barfine a girl waitress used to give a condom when you leave. Did not see that this time. All girls I met told me it is ok as long as they wash after. This shows how much they know of STD. Health check is a joke.

Some pussies really smell bad even after a shower. One girl I barfined a while ago was even suprised when I told her she has some kind of infection and I do not want to fuck her. She took it as an insult.

Fucking mongers day in and day out BB is sure to cause problems.

Even my so called regular girls I met in dating sites never asked me to use condoms in Phi. Thailand is 50. China 100.

Well the basic point of the study was that circumcision reduces H-IV transmission almost as much as using a condom does. And my point was. If you are circumcised AND use a condom. You're pretty bulletproof. Nothing is 100.

Thanks you comments from your friend were a great help.

Herpes is very contagious disease. Do not under estimate it. If there are no lesions, it could be less. But the virus stays in the nerve roots and get activated. The only person who will know is the person suffering from it because he can sense it once its coming. For us, it would be impossible to predict.

And its not curable. Its extremely depressing and I have seen people affected mentally by it for life. Do not take it easy.

Here comes the worst part. Condoms don't prevent it. The disease is spread by skin to skin contact and not by body fluids. So a girl could have the skin rash in her buttock or groin or lower abdominal area and condom would not cover it.

The best precautionary measure is.

1. Look before you fuck. Look at the skin. Not justt the vaginal area but also ass, butts, abdomen, upper thighs. If anything suspicious, walk away. You don't want this deadly incurable disease.

2. If your wife has it, put her on valtrex for ever. This is the most best method. Obviously it only works with wife and girl friends and not with working girls on the street or the club chicas.

3. This is crazy but one should do it. Fuck with underwear on. Use condom. Make sure there is no skin contact. We should do this more often with streetwalkers where there is higher chance of STDs. More so in mexico where gilrs don't have much money to get diagnosed and treated.

This is untrue. I would like to look at the study. And if the study says so, then we need to look into more details of the study including the sample, the statistical methods used, bias in the study, and possible errors in the sample itself. Studies like these need to verified again and again.

I agree that circumcision reduces the risk. But it cannot be in par with the condom.

I too ran into a plethora of bad smelling pussies the last time I was in AC. When I reported that here, people said I must have been having bad luck.

The irony is that most / many Western mongerers also have little grasp of modern scientific knowledge of sexually transmitted infections.

A bad smell is almost never an indication of an infection (or more specifically, an STI which should concern a man). That smell is a result of a PH imbalance, usually caused by bacterial vaginosis which is common among sexually active women.

Of course it's quite possible that the same girl who has this sort of infection could also have an STI, but the one is no indication of the other. The most dangerous thing about STIs is that in fact you cannot usually tell by a simply glance if a person is infected or not (except in case of an outbreak of the two STIs that are least harmful to men).

Douching and feminine washes and sprays can reduce or even eliminate these smells for a while (which is why savy working girls in Thailand use them. Rarely a bad smell there!) , but in reality they prolong the imbalance and require the girl to keep using the product. The only thing that actually works is a product marketed in America as "Rephresh".

Antibiotics are the recommended treatment for bacterial vaginosis. A few antibiotic remedies are routinely used. Metronidazole (Flagyl) taken by either oral (pill) form or by vaginal metronidazole gel (Metrogel) is an effective cure. Also available is the vaginal clindamycin cream (Cleocin). The oral metronidazole can cause some minor but unpleasant side effects, but is believed to be the most effective treatment. The gels do not typically cause side effects, although yeast vaginitis can occur as a side effect of the medication.

They get the pill or the gel. I find it common in the freelancers, I always have the pills and tell them to take 2 a day for 5-7 days, the pills make them sick so they have to rest. Point is guys they are fucking men every day the same guys who post here, I find the guys who pm or tell me they have a std never post about it publicly, this is why I have 12 gfs I prefer to not use freelancers I seen how fast they get std once I treate them, some I send to the doctor, all freelancers I inspect and still use a condom.

I'm still more cautious about wrapping my junior up and also taking the time to see if the girls have any outbreaks.Herpes simplex type 2 can be spread when there is no active outbreak. As Rock correctly explains, a person with herpes is "shedding" the virus from the surface of the skin even when no blisters are showing. And, as he again explains correctly, the shedding can be from the skin around the opening of the vagina where the base of the penis, which is not usually covered by a condom, makes contact.

The problem with those medications is that they wipe out all flora, not just the bacteria causing the odor. They can also lead to resistance of other, much more dangerous infection agents. That's why they are not recommended in many countries with advanced health care systems.

BV isn't completely understood, even by the medical community. It's believed that it's a result of an imbalance, not an outside infection. That is, it's like a yeast infection. Yeast is ALWAYS present in a woman's vagina. The problem comes when the amount of yeast grows too high and outnumbers everything else. And the two are often confused for each other, with similar symptoms. Up to half of the women treating for yeast infections actually have BV.

The good thing is that BV causes no problems other than the odor mentioned, for men or women. It usually goes away after a woman has her period, which helps restore balance. Of course it often comes back and they practice the same habits (sexual activity, foreign objects inside that are not clean, wearing thongs, wiping from back to front, etc).

If it's a big problem for you, stock up on Rephresh and bring it over with you. Maybe you can start an NGO and raise money to Save the Endangered Pinay Pussy.

So can the other form. Incidentally, both forms can cause outbreaks on either the mouth or the genitals. It's not the case as some believe that one form attacks only the genitals and the other attacks only the mouth. If you've had a cold sore, you have one or both forms. Even if you haven't, you probably do. Your immune system is just strong enough to repress it.

The good news is that it's not harmful for men. It's been around for as long as we humans have and only became a major issue with the moral panic that broke out (pun intended) in the 80's. Before that it wasn't even considered something to seek treatment for. More good news, it most often spreads during an outbreak, so you at least have a chance at noticing it beforehand. (Though with the drunken stupor I see a lot of punters living in while in AC, that's probably not going to happen).

Genital warts don't cause a single blister. They cause. Warts on the genitals.Had a few back in the mid-80s. Military co-workers showed no sympathy and accused me of fucking frogs. Doctor held me by the fore skin and dabbed the little buggers with a few drops of liquid nitrogen. Burned like a house afire and no sex for 10 days but that cured them. Same treatment for some planters warts on my feet.

As others have commented guys have different views about spreading their seed willy nilly. Some take the cynical though perhaps rational view that these girls will get pregnant with someone in any case so they may as well have their fun if there are no consequences. As someone else commented, I personally would not like the idea of having a child of mine brought up in poverty by a single Pinay mum relying on hooking to buy the essentials for the kid.

I remember meeting a tall blonde girl in a Sihanoukville Vietnamese brothel some years ago. Though she spoke almost no English she was a really nice and passionate girl. One day she brought her little box containing more or less her only valuables with her. She showed me the faded passport size photo of a Canadian guy in a red lumberjack shirt which is all she knew about her father though she seemed to be convinced he was a good guy who she loved, despite the slender evidence that he had many admirable qualities. My boss was Air Force, stationed in Korea 20-some years ago. They used to be in Angeles all the time (for work) , and he barebacked girls all the time. He's certain he must have a least a couple of kids there. He still goes to Angeles once or twice a year and he won't get with a half white girl there because he's worried about sleeping with his daughter.

Military co-workers showed no sympathy and accused me of fucking frogs. Doctor held me by the fore skin and dabbed the little buggers with a few drops of liquid nitrogen.Nitrogen is the cat's meow for virtually any solid skin lesion except malignant tumors. Absent having your own source of liquid nitrogen (a logistical nightmare) , Podophylline 0. 5% cream works great on warts applied judiciously and strictly by prescribed directions.

On HSV, yes you can get oral lesions from dining on HSV II (genital) BUT these are NOT lasting and HSV II (genital) does NOT take permanent residence in the mouth. Continued low dose acyclovir (e. G. Valtrex) does a good job at reducing or eliminating flare ups and shedding.

On other viruses (these "gifts that keep giving") ; most forms of sexually transmitted hepatitis (esp B and C) are rarely if ever transmitted by conventional heterosex including DATY. You can get a very effective vaccine for Hep B and within the last year the US FDA has approved virtually curative drugs / combo therapies for Hep C.

HIV: Not only is this a poorly transmitted virus for conventional heterosex, but large studies in the last 18 months essentially have proven that with taking retroviral agents following seroconversion (e. G. Positive HIV test) , HIV does NOT progress to AIDS. This is in contrast to the former and current pervasive standard of care of prescribing retroviral agents only after HIV has begun its progression to immunodepletion and AIDS.

Outbreaks can happen theoretically anywhere.

And note too that some strains of HIV have higher hetero-sex transmission rates than others. The strain most prominent in SE Asia for example.

Eh, I'd rather stay HIV free and not have to worry about it. And note too that some strains of HIV have higher hetero-sex transmission rates than others. The strain most prominent in SE Asia for example.Agreed. Good hygene and safe sex in particular are critical in my book.

Who knows if there is a new nasty virus out there, I don't want to be on the bleeding edge of infection to be studied after I catch it! Remember the first victims of AIDS? The people who were having unprotected sex with multiple partners.

Also, bugs in general are getting more and more resistant to known antibiotics all the time. As far as I know there hasn't been any new antibiotics released for 10-20 years, so once syphllis / gonners / etc becomes less susceptable to the heavy hitters we have left we are no better off than they were in 1900.

FWIW, look at how Hep D makes Hep B worse. And how some virii cause cancer. The thought of a new bug that combines with one of the common ones and causes.say- pancreatic or bowel cancer is pretty scary. Especially if people are laughing off the consequences of STIs we know about. I'm confident what we know about medical risks is just scratching the surface of what's out there.

I don't want to preach, but being on the safe side is smarter than finding out the hard way.
