I wish there was some sort of system that would help with weeding these types of girls out. I feel your frustration because I feel like half the girls I take to a room end up being robotic upsellers that are annoying as fuck. In GT the last few years of opening this service level was also degrading. Like in most other clubs. Only in Globe they really manage the service level of the girls very well, and even there the lineup has been degrading van super models to more "regular" girls in the last few years.

German boss was quite racist, I think, when on the other hand, many NL made problems, but they were at home at Bruggen. And most rooms, except 9 , were not good for me and foods were nothing great, except Sunday brunch.
I would say, from my experience since years in this business, when You are able to choose girls, many smelling so much they won t be high quality, and of course, not exact science like mathematics, but most often, the guy way to behave will make most of room quality. My only problem is now many small pussies not able to fuck with my size. More and more since covid, but I still find quality quite often. My advice: really interesting to look how a girl look at You while speaking before room, quite informative for what should happen and don t go with upselling girls who are usually on lowest quality. Still high quality in some FKKs.

I totally disagree that you "deserve" bad service when paying 100 E /30 though. You did nothing wrong. Nadia acted stupidly risking you as a regular client. Some girls kiss me without hesitation while others report she is a non-kisser. With other girls it is the other way around. Nothing personal.
Also, there is no automatic guarantee that 2nd session will improve the quality of the performance. I mean, it can happen that girls warm up to you. In particular if you come often (like monthly or even less). But not always. In your case with Nadia I think she only tried to teach you a lesson: "If you want to pay me less, then you must understand that I will perform less". No kidding, girls can be that stoopid.
The way I see it there are at least four major ways of handling it:
1. The careless client. What is 50 E anyway. Just pay the extra money to secure the best service she will provide. (If you have the money to spend, why not?).

It's not as convenient to get to as Palace and Mainhattan, but not nearly as far away as Sharks or World either. It was known for having a quirky kind of layout too that just kind of grew on me. And I met and fucked attractive women from all over Europe plus even some from the Americas too. Last Sunday I took the train from Frankfurt to Friedrichsdorf, and then from there took a taxi to the club. The entrance fee was 65 euros, which gets you all of the typical kind of things that come with an FKK admission charge.
After changing and purchasing a tall glass of beer, I walked around just to re-familiarize myself with the place. The one part of the club that has changed the absolute most is the main bar space, for better and for worse I would say. On the one hand, there's a lot more comfortable seating available than there used to be. But on the other hand, I really miss the kino that used to be in there. That was a great little enclosed space where a lot of shenanigans went on! My initial impression of the talent was that it was not so good. As the night wore on, I would say there were about 30 girls there on a Sunday, and per my standards a lot of 6's with a smattering of 7's, and maybe one 8.
There was about an hour and a half before dinner, so I decided to nurse my beer until then and go eat. Then I would go up to the upstairs quiet area and take in another 50 pages or so of the latest book I've been reading. After that take a relaxing shower, then go hit the floor again to see what the night shift would bring in terms of talent. And I really love that upstairs quiet area too! That space wasn't utilized for that when I started going to Oase. Or if it was, then I didn't find out about it until a later trip. Speaking of phones, a girl approached me in the main area of the club and asked me if I had been using my phone in there. I said no, and that my phone was in my locker. You can get a tasty pizza made fresh and hot before your eyes right there in the oven (included in price of admission). The food at Oase used to known for being absolutely awful, and with good reason! I remember having a meal that was so bad that I took a few nibbles and that was it! Could not go further. It was that bad. Well, Oase improved on the food front to be on par with the average FKK in the food department a long time ago. Edible, but otherwise mediocre. Except for the pizza!
But at the end of the day, we don't go to the clubs for the food right? We go for the girls! And unfortunately, I can confirm what many others have been saying about Oase. I have to take into account this was on a Sunday, but damn! I mean I should be able to see one undoubtedly cute girl! Even on a Sunday night! But no, I didn't see anyone who truly caught my attention. Several girls approached me, but I just wasn't feeling them. They were nice and all, but simply not meeting my optics requirements. I got another beer and nursed that too until finished.
