There is a small Palace nuance coming through with some Oases girls that the standard service for 50€ is just suck and fuck.

Now he realized that his restaurant concept didn't work and be is back to free food.
He realized that people are not willing to spend a thousand (or whatever the price was) euros for a whole day in the VIP room and he is renting them from 3 h upwards.
Now he still has to realize that some girls are making their own rules and prices and men are therefore avoiding Oase. This may take a while. He's a stubborn Italian and never took any advice.

HB.Some of these things, if provided should not cost extra, e. G. DFK and DATY. However they have never been a thing the girls mandatorily had to provide in my experience. Simply they either did or they didn't. However I am not going to pay extra for it. It surely would be a waste of money.

Inf acy it used to be like this that Mauro instructed the girls about service and customer satisfaction, but I am afraid that is a long while ago.
Happily there are enough other service clubs that know how to manage this (from small Luder Lounge and Neby, via medium Haus Panthera and Babylon to large Club Globe).

I am going to be concentrating on tried and tested girls at Oase, with just the odd experiment if she is just too hot to be ignored, or maybe consistently highly recommended. Every club has to have a mix of good and lousy girls, especially with many new girls starting. It then seems to be partly related to the overall culture of the club, in relation to whether the new girls attitude improves or gets worse.
I think overall there is significantly more upsell type behaviour at Oase than at Sharks and World. That tends to correlate to worse service as well. Even though World may have a weak line up, average service levels are probably higher IMHO. So at Oase, its much easier to find a weak session, and a bit more difficult to avoid them.

.I've had similar experiences with Sofia as Hessen Bob. I've also done 3 sessions with her. All 1 hour. Not the most enthusiastic kisser and not the most beautiful face in the club, but stunning body. What has kept me coming back to her is that I've found it relatively easy to get her genuinely involved in the session. Because, by your own accounts, you hardly visit Oase anymore, maybe once or twice in the past several months (?). I ask, because I was there just a couple of weeks back and I tried lots and lots of the very good looking "new" talent that filled out the line-ups I encountered there on several different nights: Hardly got any upsell or lack-lustre service at all, and this from girls that were newly arrived at the club. Mind you, I did also reject several "new" girls as well because I could "sniff out" bad signs (or not overly positive vibes) from them.
But I don't see the situation at Oase as any different from any of the other Hessen Clubs (okay, Palace is an exceptional place in this regard): Many girls at Oase were also working at other clubs as well including Sharks. So the girls all shift around from club to club. Whilst, yes there are club cultures that do come into play, I don't know if a newly arrived girl (having worked in another club or new to the business) would be able to absorb any club culture in just a few days. Plus there is the basic "way to make good money" culture which is: If I give guys good service they will come back for more and spread my good reputation around the club.
In my more limited visits to Sharks, I've had some good sessions, but also a few lack-lustre ones and one or two attempts at upsell as well. I think this can / does happen at any club, even in the NRW: Look at that guy who posted last week about paying 450 e for a threesome session at one of the Koln or Dusseldorf clubs (I forget which one exactly, Samya maybe). So it can happen anywhere.
Really, when I was in Frankfurt during June, I went to Oase, Sharks and World with a fully open mind and seeking enthusiastically to engage good service girls at all these three clubs. My efforts were thwarted at World due to the bad line-ups on two different days (a Tues and Saturday) and at Sharks also I was let down by the line-up on a weekday. But any day I went to Oase, be it a weekend or weekday, I was blown-away in a positive manner by the line-up and great service levels I was able to find inside the Zimmer. I did take my time, however, to select carefully the session partners and I had good "radar" and a bit of luck. But for me, a few weeks ago at least, Oase delivered better club experiences than any of the other two clubs. But as we all know: things can change up and down fast.
So I would urge you, if you do revisit Oase in the near future, not to reject out of hand trying new girls who pass your physical looks test. Just make sure you don't have another "Raissa moment" and make sure she has the personality / chemistry / good vibes (whatever you want to call it) for a successful session.

First time to Oase yesterday. Was there around 13.30. Wanted to session right away and as soon as I saw Karolina from Poland we went to a room. "significantly more" may have been an unfortunate phrase open to the wrong interpretation. I am an Oase fan, and expect to be attending regularly. I just try to be realistic so that newbies do not get shocked when they meet an upsell type of girl. Every club has its pros and cons.
Dufey has mentioned the boss instructions for girls. If girls ask me how long I want to spend in the room, when we just met, I'm sorry, but I regard that as light upsell.

I found upsell to be virtually non-existent at World. Just my opinions. When at Sharks, I talked to girls that just moved from Palace, they almost invariably got into upsell type of talk, like they had been trained in it at Palace. As a relative newbie (I have been to Oase twice and several NRW clubs in the past and I am planning to be at Oase in a few weeks), I find the 'upsell' at Oase to be actually somewhat preferable to the near silence (even scowls) from girls at NRW clubs. I have never been to World (spent too much time in Oase), Sharks (didn't exist on my last trip), or Palace (too 'touristy'.
I see nothing wrong with (and in some ways prefer) a pretty girl approaching me with some interest (ok, the interest is in the 50 Euro, instead of me, but I can pretend, LOL) to go to the zimmer (kino or garden) AND ask if I am interested in a longer session AND any extras that she offers (e. G. CIM, anal sex). Its no different that a store owner asking you if you'd be interested in a new product on sale, related to something you are buying. At least it gives me a chance to know what she offers and how much it would cost.

If a girl I just met asks how long I want to spend, I have to say I have no idea, I often take more than 30 minutes, but depends on whether we are having a "good" time. It should be obvious (and usually is) to an experienced girl that the time spent will depend greatly on the level of enjoyment. Most girls will have observed that I disappear in room with my favourites for extended sessions. Its purely up to the girls' performance.
I don't mind if a girl asks politely, however how can she get any simple answer, other than "I don't know yet". I don't claim that Oase got worse in terms of increased upsell. I think there was always some level there. I don't say its high, but belongs with certain girls and not all of them. I reserve "high" for Palace of course. I am still very comfortable at Oase. I do claim World has the least upsell of all these local clubs, reason unknown. Every club seems to have some sharky girls too, to be avoided.
The "downfall" of Oase was always exaggerated in my mind, although customer levels were badly affected more than anything else. I am never going to overreact to a couple of bad experiences. Early on at Sharks, I only had one new regular girl, but that kept me in good stead till I managed to find some other pretty good girls worth repeating. So, some bad or mediocre experiences did not affect my outlook much. You just move on and forget.
The line up fluctuates as does any club and my favourites mostly disappeared in late 2013 to make matters worse. So I go into a favourite building phase, although Carla / Cindy (returning from Sharks) is naturally on there and I am happy with Jennifer. If Diana (from World) arrives in due course even better. I take the point that there are plenty of new pretty girls, to be tried carefully.
Jennifer "loves" to do CIM. LOL. A bit of light upsell. I don't care as she is pretty good at other things.
Really I don't care much about the majority of the girls in a club whether they have silicones or not, or be fat or not, or be sharks with upsell. What matters to me is the Quality of the top 5 to 10 girls to my taste. If I can a good number of great girls so some of them are always there, or I attend when I know they are there, then all will be super. I don't need to fuck endless new girls. I prefer repeat offending with very reliable girls mostly, so my percentage of testing new girls is usually low.
Some guys go to a club and say the place is shit as 50% of the girls were buffaloes, or 50% upsell, or some problem with the food. Who cares! What about the best set of girls? How good were they? The buffaloes can be virtually invisible to me. I don't even bother with most of them for trying to do a line up list.
So bear if mind if I make any negative comment about something other than the best few girls, its mostly not a big deal to me and should be thought of as some minor whinge, unless the rooms were intolerably unusable.

In my more limited visits to Sharks, I've had some good sessions, but also a few lack-lustre ones and one or two attempts at upsell as well. Today was my first time at Oase. I had intended to spend my day at World, but got escorted from the premises by the Polizei. More of that (short) story on the World forum.
I got to Oase at 2. 30 and was struck by three things:
1. the girls looked great.
2. the club was very cramped.

Maybe the best girls got booked up, but I began to struggle to make a selection as the day went on. I compare Oase today with Oase of yesteryear. There is considerable more upsell and extra shit going on now than for example 2-3 years ago. I was in Oase on Sunday and this is the worst talent I have ever seen visiting there the last years. In my report about my last visit to Oase I complained to management that the girl who I negotiated everything with outside, told me in the room that for 50 euro I will not get the service I want and asked for 100 euro.
