S is the lowest Category. I never had to pay that much (4300) a few years back when I had an S category regular girl. I don't recall exactly how much it was now (at least 3 or 4 years later). Some have scoffed but I have always argued the key to good service is management. Yes the girl has to have the temperament and personality but proper training and a culture of maintaining high standards is paramount and necessary.
