6 k or $105 for long time assuming that you get long time, is it really expensive for you guys? Girl hangs out with you all night and you bang her at 2-4 times before she leaves in the morning. Assuming that she stays all night, is that overpriced relative to prices around the world? I don't think so. In the West, that's crazy cheap. Now I know you will say, you have to compare prices locally, but if you are earning Western wages, you have to look at how long it would take you to earn that money, and for guys, it is not going to be more than 1-2 hours. I don't think bar prices are out of control. Inflation has increase the prices of everything in the past 20 years.If you think anything is not expensive then you should have enough money to afford it for the rest of your life without working again. Comparing the prices to other places does not make things cheap. Girls in Indonesia are easily had for $12 short time or $50 long time. In other countries even less. $100 for long time means that the girl only has to work 3 or 4 nights a month. In Indonesia they at least have to work 7 or 8 nights. Paying too much will result in diminished service as we have seen all over the world when prices get too high. Tipping or Overpayment means you are a Simp and you are the problem. If you can only be a Simp and you can be a Pimp then go somewhere where the minimum income isn't $300 a month. Rather than giving a tip and adding to the bottom line, give gifts if you want to reward good service. This will stop sexflation. Just 10 years ago girls in the Philippines were happy to get $10 for short time and $30 dollars for long time. Locals still pay $5 to $10 for short time and $20-30 for long time. I do not understand how can not feel foolish paying more than a peasant with a super low IQ.
Nothing is cheap unless you are a multimillionaire and if it is not cheap it is too expensive as you have to trade time from your life to get it.

Don't assume we all earn $USD. And the general price of a hooker in your country may be different to those in other places of origin.
Agreed, it's all relative.

Thankfully over time, I have taken the alternative route and the freelance and friends and family plan has worked wonders for me.
Not only are the girls absolutely happy with my approach and rewards, I am too.

I just like to point out to newcomers that there's an alternative to the bar scene, where more often than not, everyone's after a cut of your money. From the girl, to the mama, the Korean owners, the bartender, the other girls wanting expensive fruit juice lady drinks, down to the shithouse rat wanting a few pesos.
I travel to The Phils on business. The whole process is a business transaction, unless you're there to find a partner or a wife.
Business is all about keeping both parties happy and satisfied with repeat custom, at a negotiable price that satisfies both parties.
Freelancers at half the price are more than likely to keep in touch and form a relationship of sorts, and it makes it very rewarding to know that the moment you arrive at Terminal 1, you're only a few hours away (traffic permitting) from some action without having to go on the hunt in expensive bars.

I'm fortunate in that most of my stays are reasonably long, around the 59 day mark.
If I amortise over that period, even though I'm a cheap skate, girls are still my most expensive daily line item: about $20 a day for flights to / from home; another $25 for hotels; $15 for food; about $10 for domestic transport; girls are generally $40 and I'll have one most days.
That's for freelancers or previous contacts in the province. Obviously, the breakdown would be very different in the big cities or for two weeks balling in Red Light Districts. Then the girls' costs wouldn't be a significant portion of my spending. Conversely, a resident on a long term lease and cooking at home would find a girl a day a much higher proportion of his budget.

The price varies by location, and all of us here know that, we only complain about it when it changes for stupid reasons, mostly because of too much outside influence.

Bar Hopping Korean Bars Saturday around 6 pm which is now prime time to go as the second shifts all start at five and by 6 all the girls will be there. Stopped in Viking first didn't take a seat the mgr. / whoever she was had come up to me and pointed out a couple girls who were average at best. Both smiled back but I was not interested in them. I pointed out a couple girls who were slim and cute, but both hid behind other girls when they see me point them out and I was told both are Korean only girls. No one else look good enough to bar fine so left. Went to Bar Nana I know a waitress from ten years ago when she was a bar girl. Took a seat ordered a pineapple juice and the waitress was trying really hard to push an average 19-year-old girl off on me who she said would do both sides which I took to mean she would do anal. Both her and her friend standing next to her were very friendly and smiling back but both looked average. Pointed out a cute girl but was told she was Korean only pointed out another cute girl and was told the same thing she is Korean only so left. Next went to High Quality the girls all stood up one looked like a possibility even smiled back when I pointed at her but decided to move on. Next and last stop was lofty very crowded no one came up to me just the waitress asked what I wanted to drink, Pineapple juice, again many girls didn't bother to take the stage when I went in or even to get up but just sat there. One fairly cute looking girl was sitting in front of me I smiled tried to get her attention, but she ignored me and gave no response, but I noticed when the Korean customers went in, she always stood and had a big smile on her face. A fair number of girls were showing me attention and smiling at me, but none were cute enough for me to bar fine them.
In all the Korean bars I went to there were some girls who were showing me attention and seemed interested in going with me, but none were that attractive they were all average at best. All of the slim cute girls in all the Korean bars were Korean only girls.
Ended up going to XS which was crowded with Koreans I would say 90% of the customers were Korean. But I know a mamamasan there and was able to get an attractive Black Tap Girl for Short Time 6 k.
Better to avoid the Korean owned bars unless you want to be limited to only the average girls and visit the non-Korean owned bars where you can still get the top-quality girls.

Landed at Narita on Air China, which had two burly security guys on board to ensure we all behaved. Forex rate at Narita was good but better at Cora's etc on Walking Street. E-visa was fine at the end but hell to get security vetted on their site.
I have been up and down Red St at all hours and the only small crowds are at around 10 pm. It resembles a clip joint strip in some American (north or south) backwater. A bummer.
I watched some football in Phillies on Saturday night and it was all but empty. Security patrol outside Phillies and move the hookers up past their bar, where ladies and ladyboys mix and where a few of them waylay passersby as the rest hunch against the dark walls, checking their FB pages. Today is (was) Monday, the Fields Ave was kind of deserted, and later when it started to rain was totally deserted. Fucked 2 masseuses in the hotel and an ex GF with telepathic powers, because she somehow knew that I'm in AC and texted me. I passed by the masseuses in front of Royal Amsterdam, and there was a group of 3 young good looking ones teasing me, I said what the heck let's have a simple massage with only one of them, but because I like everybody to be naked during the procedure, the massage lasted only 3 minutes, and we ended up fucking, no massage, after 2 hours I was not able to finish the job and she left. As Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are hygiene days, I was back behind Johnnys today getting numbers off the hookers emerging from their hygiene exams. Seems like a system the Japanese introduced in the 1940's but some of them are really pretty and not averse to overtime.
One of my old timers has joined her Pinoy husband state side and is earning good bucks, but saving to pay back her bills and bring her parents over. You'd think they'd finish out their days here. The husband must really love her more than I do.
I am now cautiously steaming my own fish and would like a shot at chickens but Christ on a bike. Google buy chickens in markets (80 pc of all chickens are bought in wet market) and it seems a state approved game of Russian roulette health wise to me.
Weather is hot and humid, so hard to drum up energy downstairs. One of the hotel staff I had yes on last time looks at me like I am Jeffrey Dahmer so she is off the menu. I have my eye on the new cleaning lady but CCTV is a bugger.
I have all the basics done now so it is just a matter of getting my weasel greased. Pity there is no day time action much in their one trick town.

When I was an absolute scoundrel in my 30's in LA (I'm still not super far removed from my 30's, but enough, sadly) I realized that hair is your worst enemy. I had a serious rotation going. A different girl every night. All don't-ask-don't-tell. Some would fall out of the rotation and another would tap in. But hair in the bed and bathroom could seriously ruin your game. I learned to do a deep sweep every morning.

I quickly looked for the housecleaning team, and I found them on next floor, gave them 200 P and told them to go to my room right away and change the bed and clean it. All good now, but no GF yet and no call from the taxi, probably the flight still in the air or some crap like that.
Lately the GF is very jealous if I go at it without her, and this is one of the reasons why I'm thinking to start slowly distancing my self from her, because I don't like that at my age I have to hide while creating new memories.

Setting up my 3rd visit to AC for February, 2026 for a 30-day stay. In previous visits, I've stayed at ABC Hotel and Scorebirds.
ABC is, of course, the top tier location, especially if you want to be a baller. But it's 3 x-5 x the cost of other decent locations. And taking a Bar Girl to the rooftop pool just isn't all that important. I liked Scorebirds a lot considering it's mid-tier price with better than average quality, service and food / beverages, not to mention the pool party. Hope they resume soon! I don't mind staying there again if they are still operating at the same level.
But that was two years ago. Now I'm wondering if I should consider other locations like Central Park Tower, Wild Orchard Inn, or some of locations on WS like Royal Amsterdam, Grand Central, or Bilibago. I'm not really concerned about the high-noise levels on WS, as I sleep like the dead. But the only travel site reviews I can find are old. Maybe 2-5+ years.

Ask around but I think they have even cancelled their complimentary car that they had on call. The rooms are good but it's an all or nothing experience. If you are going to pay the bucks, then do it properly and upgrade to a themed suite.
I'm a Cheap Charlie and value location and convenience over all the bells and whistles required of a 7 Star experience. It was a long time ago (pre Covid) but the Grand Central had a great location right on Walking Street with immediate access to the action and an easy stagger home. Onsite food was actually pretty good, especially the breakfasts and the rooms surprisingly quiet given the location. Sure they were pretty old and basic but a decent size and both AC and hot water worked without issues.

But if you're ok with that, go behind ABC, there is a hotel named Imperial Clark, it fits your requirements. For 30 days I would recommend Bourbon St Apartments via AirBnB, laundry is across the street, pussy is 100 m to your right as you exit. The best is Royal Amsterdam, but it's a bit pricey (not comparing to ABC), pussy is outside your door.

G.I'm only using airbnb if staying longer, and always the Bourbon St apts, very few times other places when Bourbon was sold out. I entered with multiples at once, and never been asked nothing. I think you can always walk them to the front desk and ask the staff to record their ID's, if it feels better.
About the cucarachas: if it's not an infestation, an occasional one should not be a turn off, nobody likes them, but we are at the tropics, and it's their territory. If you don't see any, that means you're being slowly poisoned.

G.I assume any hotel within a mile of WS will be girl-friendly, though some may want a "joiner fee. " My preference is to always have my girl check in with ID at Security, or Front Desk for two reasons. 1. Make sure she is at least 18, and not a LB (I tip these guys in advance to get them on my side). And 2. I want the security call before they let her leave. It's not like they don't know I am banging bar girls and FL's up in my room. And It's likely they already know who the girl is and what other Farangs she shagged at the hotel. Maybe the same day.

I'm in Pattaya right now, and I can't believe my eyes, unlike AC the prices have come down.
3 months ago on my previous visit on soy 6 the girls (the pretty ones) were asking 5-8 Kb, and everybody on that forum said that I didn't know what I was doing, just to be followed by a million other reports about the same insane situation. Now the prices are back to normal at 2. 5-5 Kb, I don't know what caused the fluctuation, but in AC it seems to go only in one direction: up, with no market corrections, regardless of the season, I wonder if they will ever go back to "normal". Also don't forget that you need few days before the flight to be able to find a good fare, if you leave it for the last moment it may be pricey. If you know where and when, buy the ticket for you first at a discount, and pay the possible steep price for her's only, but don't leave it for the last moment because it may be sold out, and most of them are not very good at flying alone on a separate flight.
That's the bar route, the online route makes more sense for discussing things in advance and making plans, but you'll have to be lucky twice: the girl to be real, compatible and to look like in the pic, and also to be able to make an advanced reservation that holds, if she gets a better offer while waiting for you, most likely she will take it and dump you and your plans and the nonrefundable airfare. Phillies sports bar, near the start of Walking Street and often mentioned here, was a great 'base' and kick-off the nights. Relaxed, heaps of westerners. Grab a stool on the counter facing the street, sip a 95-peso beer, great people watching. Basic food, HEAPS of sports.
A Manila buddy suggested Aqua Beach Club on the top of ABC Hotel. I checked it out solo around 5:30 PM. Rooftop spot the with dancing girls, a DJ, 400-peso entry (500 total with a beer). It was nice but felt off being alone. Taking up a whole table without a group not great. I nursed one drink and left; I'm told its the only spot in town with a cover charge. Looked like a lot of fun to bring a girl back to, or a group.

I floated returning to the bar for a refund on the "long-time" deal since she bailed early. She said she checked via text and said over three hours meant no refunds. Not sure if true, not worth the hassle at that hour, so I booked her a Grab and she left.
Others have mentioned disappointment with girls leaving early on LT. Getting ST might be the way to go for first-time meetings.
On the Korean crowd: Reports of them dominating seemed exaggerated. Sure they're around, but I didn't feel like there were fewer westerners than Koreans.
Hotel and ID safety: I've heard that some spots ask girls to hand in IDs at reception, retrieve after a room call to ensure no issues (like theft). They are all hookers, but I still like them to behave "girlfriendly" when with me.
Mamasans are better sources of info, but there is also a conflict of interes, I had instances where they made deceitful promises, just to push a sale, so if something was already put in motion, and the girl is sitting next to me I'll extract whatever intel possible from her for a few bucks that her LD costs, also avoiding treating them like dogs that you call, then chase away. I know there's no more Nipa Hut but I hated the thought of coming to the Philippines and not visiting my old stomping grounds. Truth be told, I'm actually thinking about canceling AC and my trip to the islands. I'm considering going to Bangkok and Pattaya then coming back to finish my vacation in Manila.
I'm planning to retire in SEA in two years so I'll have plenty of opportunities to visit when it's more lively.

After the Covid scam, things have changed. All the holydays involving family reunions leave AC deserted, Easter, Christmas, NY. You'll still find plenty of pussy eager to fuck on and off the Red Street, just the general vibe is opposite from what you'll expect from a place that makes it's living from partying. Las Vegas, New York, New Orleans, etc get flooded with visitors during this, AC gets quiet. And it's not a general PH thing, because during this times the beaches on the islands get flooded with big cities folks, partying and karaokeing like crazy.
Halloween seems to be different, people bring even the kids to the place of sin, the streets are busy.
Flying in tomorrow to fuck some nurses, red riding hoods, nuns, ghosts, cleopatras, and whatever else looks good. I'll have them keep the costumes on.

My recent experience was similar to yours. In addition, though, I would recommend that you and any others actually stay at the ABC. Its a nice oasis of luxury and cleanliness in an area that often. Isn't. The rooms are relatively plush, and its nice to go up to the pool anytime you want. The massages at the spa are also a total bargain. I had a 90 minute massage everyday. And from what I hear, the girls like going there. It doesn't change the liklihood that a lady will come with you or not, but I suspect that you might get better performance with a better, more luxurious vibe. Can't beat the hottub in the room. Its pricier than the other hotels, but not too pricey overrall. And when I walked past the other hotels, they didn't seem inviting.

I stayed there when in Angeles in the high rise wing of the building, and it was very, very nice. I would give the place 4 stars. It's not right in the middle of everything, but if you're ambulatory then no problem. And if not, then take a trike!

(or maybe it could me me) KTV is a karaoke bar, JTV is a japanese style KTV. And yes the Koreans will come in on buses / vans and reserve many of the girls beforehand.
I am pretty sure you just want a regular bar which AC will gladly accommodate you. There are many bars, and there are many girls, and if you got the cash, the koreans will not be a factor.

I know of one girl who went to work at a KTV, they charge a minimum of 3300 for drinks plus for food. A girl hostess will cost you 800 per hour. Barfine is 10 k on top of your drinks, food and hostess time.
Whether this is normal or high or low service I have no idea. I doubt any ISG members have a clue either.

Things change faster (sometimes) than a month. They can change in the same night. Or they can stay the same for years. Pinoy are what we call: Extreme Opportunists. They will change the price of their product for you for any / all / other of these reasons: Their own financial need (emergencies), time of year, is it a holiday?, your skin color, your apparent state of inebriation, their sense of your Fresh-Off-the-Bus-ness, your grasp of the local language (or knowledge of culture), your clothing / bling, and OTHER STUFF. Does the gogo girl HAVE to pay the electric bill (or rent) by tomorrow, or it will get cut cut off for her family? She might drop that p5000 to 4500 or 4000 to insure a barfine tonight (if her bar allows her to decide her tip amount). Do you appear to be an expat? Barfine = p3900. Appear to be a spanking new-to-Phils American Ken suddenly in candy land? P4200. A drunk Ken, 5000? A drunk Ken wearing bling, p5500? And so on.
In other countries, such as Germany's FKK clubs, you can count on extreme similarity in both process and prices from club to club. You pay an entrance fee ($50-$100), and you negotiate a price with each freelance girl in the club, then go spend 30 or 60 minutes of joy time. That's it. Its insanely easy. Similar in Thailand, a relatively long-standing set of barfine prices (2000 baht) and a typical girl's tip amount of 4000 baht, for a total of about b6000, plus drinks, which equal to about 10-11,000 pesos, good for a shot evening and morning. Very similar in pricing to Burgo's long-standing system (pre-covid) of about p10,000 (barfine+tip+drinks), good for 2 shots. But post-covid, the system changed a bit, with bars individually changing barfine amounts, and some standardizing the girl's tip amount. And some girls depart after 1 shot. I prefer the Thai pricing system for its consistency; its like having a set price list in every joint. While its still similar in Burgos*, a few bars have changed the barfine amounts, some up to p7000. Sorry, Charlie, its just not the same everywhere on Burgos, and not even in the same place on the same night.
* Caveat: Talking about Burgos gogos, only, not AC or provincial gogos.
Now, on to how fast things can change. See below a clip from my Lips gogo bar report, 2 weeks ago:
A pretty 19 yo skinny blonde plopped down next to me and didn't ask for a LD. We just chat for a while. She said the barfine is p4200 + girl's tip.Barfine = p4200.

The bar manager came over and tried charging 4200 for bar fine. I told her I thought it was 3900. She told me that was the old price, but then gave me a "discount" to 3780.Barfine = p3900. No, wait, p4200. No, he thought its 3900. No, wait, she's offering him p3780 (a 10% discount from 4200).
You see it. Different people in the bar, and at different times, are changing the barfine prices on-the-spot. Hence, there is no set price list. Most guys are going to get it for 3900, some at 4200**. Occasionally a drunk pays 5000, and sometimes a guy complains and gets p3780 (the complaint might have nothing to do with the reduction; it might be a slow money night, and p3780 is better than P-zero, remember the mama gets a cut of the barfine amount).
** Really, its a difference of $5 USD. On a $200 barfine, she's either worth it, or not. Just pay it. Or argue over it?
Sometimes newbs-to-Phils write to us on the board about these things, and its easy to see that they are looking for updated info, that is standardized somehow (like a price list on the wall), for their upcoming trip. Possibly he's just trying to nail down every nut and bolt before his trip to a new land. Possibly he has control or alpha issues. Doesn't matter, because the price list exists only in his mind. Wasn't some guy trying to duplicate the FKK's in Phils a month ago?
I'd like the price list to exist also, but it doesn't. So, instead of you depending on the old guard for such info, we instead are depending on you (and everyone visiting the gogos) to keep us updated on YOUR experience with a FR after you are there. The board is not a direct line to the gogo bar's management or processes; it is a collection of (often drunken) experiences, told with verve and braggadocio. Guys get drunk and mis-remember things, including prices, so you have to take them with a grain of salt sometimes.

There are many different types of KTV places (I'll probably forget a few) but here goes:
Basically a KTV joint is just a place that has a machine that if you wanted to sing, I guess you could. (most of the time it annoys me when people do).
The most basic is where there is a bar with a KTV machine and it has girls often times they sit outside. Those are the hit and run KTV bars where the girls don't really want you to buy them a drink and socialize (I don't think they make anything off the drink or very little), just pick and go the prices are 1. 2 to 1. 5 and normally is ST (larger cities 2 k), but I've always kept them till after breakfast the next day, no complaints. The next one up is the same often a little bigger and the girls do make money off drinks but pretty much the same thing and prices are the same, only difference is has AC inside the bar and a stage. Above that there are the "buy me drinky ktvs" and they usually have a sort of cover charge. There are 2 types of cover charge I have experience with, one the 500 peso 90 min all you can drink gets you 90 minutes in the KTV with all you can drink beer and liquor. If you want a girl, there is usually a girl choice fee (400 p) but you if you are not particular then the hostess will grab you any girl if you want one. Girl drinks are 400/800 p, no take out but you can easily sort something out after or around her shift. Second type of cover is a min spending cover and the girls time is purchased by the hour or the girls rotate every so often. The last type that I am familiar with is more like a chinese type of KTV where you book the room per hour and drinks and food are ala carte and you have the choice to pick your companion from a line up. Prices will vary depending upon establishment, but there are normally a sitting fee, a sitting plus ST and a sitting plus LT fee. 1 K sitting and drinking fee all night, 5 K drinking companion and take out ST, and 7 K drinking companion and take out overnight. You can sit and take home as many as your wallet can accommodate.

I personally hit the Phils to hook up with someone who wants to hit the sack without distractions for some cash. And not particularly someone who wants to sing all night. It's hard enough to get them to put their phones down these days. Long gone are the days when we used to hide the hotel remote so they didn't spend the whole time more concerned about the TV.

I have never been to one. However after an early evening round I have sent a few girls out to one with an allowance. They have come back a little drunk for another round. Sometimes dragging back. Another drunken friend!
