That is a saying I have I will speak in " General " before not blowing my horn I think I can safely say there aren't too many members who can say what I'm about to say. My best advice is never to burn your bridges sell everything back home and move here until you know for sure.

Don't let your little head do the thinking living here for the pussy but there are lots of other stuff to consider lots. I've seen guys talk the talk come here and run home after a few years with their tails between their legs lucky for them they still had family that took them in. I've met guys who have taken their lives and guys who had their lives taken. As an Asian growing up in America I've had the benefit of traveling to 49 States and had more than my share of being discriminated, and being in jail, never in my dream of living here have I experienced more hate and discrimination to survive I had to bear down and reinvent myself even then I have my moments even with my own Thai Family.

If you can segregate yourself from the Thai culture and their way of thinking a long long stay is possible along with nothing bothering you then it might work. And don't think associating yourself with only foreigners will help I've found at times they can be worse than the Thais. I've been asked to run one of the largest expat organizations I politely smile and said too busy but deep inside I said you got to be fucking crazy.

I was Pattaya last July and ThaiFriendly was pretty reliable the pricing was usually 2 k for ST, 5 k LT I don't typically negotiate except I always ask for two pops. I would try to line up a TF visit once a day, I believe you should schedule two per day since the girls can be flaky. If the 1st girl shows cancel the 2nd girl or reschedule her for the next day. I like going to soi 6 too and I mix it up with go go bars and clubs. I'll be there in a couple weeks and I will plan to give you an update then. There are plenty working in Soi 6 and many freelancers on TF and in the clubs on WS working. I kinda consider myself an expert on this. Believe it or not, Pattaya has a huge selection of true Laos girls working here. For example, there are two working at Play Girlz go go. There are plenty working in Soi 6 and many freelancers on TF and in the clubs on WS working. I kinda consider myself an expert on this. I have been in Thailand for 14 years and I have had 5 Laos Gfs and bagged many more ST and LT from clubs and go go bars and Thai Friendly. My current Laos girl I am seeing is from a live stream. The problem is they look very similar to Thai woman, especially the Isaan girls, so most guys think they are Thai. They typically have lighter skin, but not in all cases.

As one who has only gotten into the mongering scene just shy of 4 years ago, only started to research Thailand 3 years ago, and had my first trip there one year ago (with a second very soon), I've seen reports that said Thailand and Pattaya have been on a sharp decline for the last two decades.

Here's a summary of my first trip to Pattaya. I've been to Bangkok and many other places around the world so I'm not new to the hobby.

The bar makes almost nothing on the cost of the ST room and the girl keeps the whole fee. Therefore, the have to sell drinks. The reason you think there is a change is because there are fewer customers this high season, so the customers that buy drinks are less. This has been the same Soi 6 business model for model and mentality for years. The bar makes no money if they don't sell lady drinks. Went to Soi 6 tonight and had a great time.

Red Point Bar.

500 room fee + 1500st + 195 worth of drinks.

2195 baht total for a comfortable room and a good looking, friendly 20 yo girl. No rush, no clock watching.

As far as being "cheap" and being a "one drink guy" well I think the bars need to offer more if they want more money. They offer nothing to me other than to collect some girls in the same location. They lost the advantage they had in the pre-smart phone days.

I think they are in business to get money from whichever angle they can get it from.
