Sometimes I found people very naive.
How can you think that going to a restaurant with a bargirl in Pattaya can get some jealous looks from other men? Pattaya is full of ***** and any average man in a restaurant knows that the "couple" you mentioned is a made by a customer and a *****.
Moreover, you wrote that sometimes you heve noticed that bargirl flirts with other guys when the guy who barfined her looks in another direction.

I totally agree with you. I just wrote down my observations without trying to insult other guys. I handle it like you, I see the girls who I barfine (though I seldem barfine, I prefer freelancer from Discos) als part time partner in a customer /provider relationship. Often I have the problem to get rid of them to have the opportunity to hunt for a new girl.
But, I had also made the experience when I get in love with a barfine (happend just once) than I do silly things which make me vulnerable.
My observation in Pattaya and other areas are that many guys switch of their brain when they are together with a pretty bargirl and overwelmed from the female attention (whose they are not use have in their home country) they do silly things and get emotionally hurt in the end.

Not having any recent experience in Pattaya, I would like to know what attracts a girl to work in Pattaya over BKK? I assume she can make a lot more money per session in BKK.
Can it be that cost of living in Pattaya is low or is it that Pattaya is a place where anything goes and girls feel greater freedom to do as they please?
Are some really classy girls, able to ask high money in BKK, or at least very popular in BKK, actually preferring to be in Pattaya?
I do occasionally see pics of quite pretty girls in Pattaya posted, perhaps not often enough, but I don't how good is the performance to go with it. O.K. Many rural Thais hate Bangkok: They particularly don't like the climate; the atmospheric pollution worries them; they don't like the less than laid-back vibe of such a big, busy city. Many girls simply prefer to work in a resort town. Some I've met have given Bangkok a go, but have quickly decided it's not for them. It's a lifestyle thing more than anything else.
Might consider a trip to pattaya this week to see for myself.

Pattaya is a lot of fun for visitors as long as they're not expecting Thailand's version of Portofino or Monaco. Think 'Benidorm' (but with generally much better-behaved drunken tourists :)), and just relax and enjoy.

In the past, girls told me they hate the traffic and congestion of Bangkok. Some prefer the relaxing cool tropics-like weather sitting at the beach kicking it. However, all the girls cannot work in Bangkok so they may end up here by default.

From my limited experience I believe the Pattaya girls are attracted to that town for the following:
1. The entire town is a *****house. These working girls will never feel out of place anywhere in Pattaya. They "own" the town.
2. It is a fairly pleasant, laid-back town. Easy to get around. Everything close by. Less expensive than Bangkok. Just more pleasant than Metropolis BKK with unmpteen million people.
3. I got the impression the Pattaya girls are more free to work whatever venue they prefer. One FL I picked up on Beach Road said she can work/dance at her gogo whenever she wants but mostly prefers the freedom of being a FL without heavy commitments or controlling bosses.
Lastly, I tried to imagine myself as a WG and although it was difficult, once I got in character, looking at the pros and cons, I realized I would also prefer to work in Pattaya
That being said, I'm sure Pattaya is not appealing to all or even most WG. All the better for us who travel around.
rio de janeiro vs. pattaya
having just completed my first ever trip to pattaya, i thought it might be helpful for the monger community to get a comparison of the worlds two most famous mongering destinations.
just a few words of background. i love rio and brazilian women and have been to the marvellous city many times over the years. i speak portuguese which also makes a big difference. so my conclusion was never in doubt, but i will try to give a fair, albeit it, personal comparison.
my holidays are on relatively high budgets, so the conclusions are based on a fairly good budget.
the two cities
rio is probably one of the most beautiful cities in the world with a great combination of beaches, mountains, forests etc. traffic is bad, but the city has a good metro system and taxis are available very easily.
pattaya is not as nice as rio, but still has a beach (but nobody was swimming in the water). it is very build-up and i felt it was quite crowded. traffic is ok, and baht busses are readily available.
winner: rio
safety
i never felt unsafe in pattaya and it seems to have a good safety reputation.
rio is known to be an unsafe city with a very high murder rate. personally, i have never had problems in rio as i take my precautions.
winner: pattaya
non-mongering activities
pattaya has very good sporting activities available at very good prices. these include diving, golf, [CodeWord117] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord117) etc. this is less easy to find in rio.
rio has excellent sightseeing tours, including the statue of christ and sugarloaf mountain to name a few. pattaya seemed to have less interesting tour options.
winner: depends on your preferences.
food
both cities have very good local food available a reasonable prices. i like both thai and brazilian food so for my detail regular meals both cities have good options.
there are a number of very good restaurants in rio with high-end international cuisine. these include satyricon, antequarius, fasano etc. i did not find high end international restaurants in pattaya.
winner: depends on food preference – mine is rio due to the high end restaurants.
non-pro nightlife
when in rio i sometimes like to take a night off (from the professional ladies) and go to a regular club. there are many good clubs with local clients only where you can have a great time. on some occasions you might even end up with non-pro for the night.
in pattaya there are so many foreingnes and prostitution is more widespread than in rio. this also means that most if not all clubs with have foreigners and local pros in their audience.
brazilian music in pretty good and i have even come to like to bailefunk party music – whereas i have heard enough thai techno music to last me a lifetime.
winner: rio
prices
generally speaking most, if not all things, are cheaper in pattaya.
apples to apples you get more for your dollars, euros …. in pattaya than in rio. this includes hotels, food, entertaining, women …
lunch:
thai food: 250baht (app. u$7)
brazilian kilograma: 35 reals (u$15)
two girl party:
pattaya (hell club): 3600baht for 90 minutes (u$100)
rio (centaurus): 800 reals for 60 minutes (u$355)
both places are, imho, the cities finest.
good local hotel:
pattaya: 2500 baht (u$72)
rio: u$130
i usually set a budget for my trips. i could not spend my whole budget in pattaya as it is quite cheap. on the other hand i have never been able to stay on budget in rio.
winner: pattaya
women
brazilian women come in all shape, sizes and colours – you can pretty much find all types of women in rio. thai women come in two shapes and sizes – small and very small.
to be perfectly honest it is not even a close call, brazilian women are far more attractive to me than thai women.
thai women are very nice and treat you very well if they like you. the lady i had last night would not allow me to get off the couch to get a beer, she always went to get it for me.
brasilian women are not quite like that, but they are still great company.

sex
again, not even a close call. brazilian women are great in bed, probably the best in world. thai womens sexual skills pale in comparison.
i have had so much great sex in brazil that i have stopped counting ….the best sex i had in pattaya does not even make it to my top50 sessions.
brazilian women are much more into sex and can genuinely provide a great gfe even if they have never met you before. brazilian women are also more sexually demanding – you will get a long way with them if you can really make the come.

Anyhow I'm not quite sure how useful it is to attempt to rank two such dissimilar places. We're lucky to have them both, and either one would be enough to happily occupy most of us for weeks at a time.

I prefer Patt mainly because I prefer TG (e. G. Asians) and petite. Having said that, I was hittin' a Braziliera for about a year, and I have experienced what you said: Brazil-gals really hit it hard. She was great. You can't hit 'them hard enough or long enough. She was insatiable and I have heard that's the pattern. As you said, a TG can be on or off; you get some who perform well, but many who just want to get it over with.
I speak a little Thai and next to no P'guese, so I have to stick with Patt/BKK. It makes a difference, as you said. And I find Thailand can be very economical, once you know the path. The tough part is the travel distance.

I would say that your comparison is likely to be biased.
How many Thai girls are in your sample?
You are very experienced in Rio but not so in Thailand.
I have tried both Thai and Brazilian girls in the FKK Clubs in Germany. I found that the Brazilians were better than Thais at kissing but not better in the other sex departments. Mind you, I don't ask for any kinky stuff like arse fucking.

But I was in Rio about 5 years ago for Carnival and just this past August. I was in Pattaya last May and will be returning in about a week. Notice the difference in time between trips? I was actually supposed to return to Pattaya in October but had to cancel due to a couple of surgeries. Although I agree with you about the women of Brazil (man do I love their bodies, color, and sexual ability) Pattaya has been the first and only place that I've visited that I actually felt overwhelmed by the choices/options, which is a huge draw for me. If I were to focus solely on the sex act I could, in all honesty, save myself some time, effort, and probably some money and screw the same quality of women here in the states.

Rio v Pattaya is like apples v oranges.
But I will say this I got robbed by someone with a gun at 7pm on copacabana beach, and during the month I stayed in brazil I met quite a few tourists that had become victims too.
It is a spectacular setting for a city and it truly is full of hot women that will rock your world, but if you don't like the idea of having a gun pressed in your stomach or a machete held against your back then avoid it because the danger is real.

I did say that it was purely a matter of subjective opinion and I'm afraid that I am biased.
I used to worship at the altar of the Thai beaver and think that they were the loveliest, most enchanting creatures on God’s earth (was I really that naively idealistic :D). These days I’m more of an Puying agnostic as they seem to have become physically less attractive to me (fast food/alcohol = fatter, body piercings/tattoos = graffiti on the body temple walls), and mentally harder, more materialistic and grasping as they have adopted crass western mores. Don’t get me wrong, I still thoroughly enjoy my trips to Thailand, but that is mainly because as I have got older, I find I’m less interested in the chase and much prefer to cut to the chase (if you get my meaning). I find that I get a thoroughly professional oil change and service at the hands of a Thai mechanic-tress with the emphasis being on the professional. Don’t have the time or inclination to look for the GFE in LOS anymore.
This experience I get in The Philippines where the p4p scene is much less commercialized, outside of the Angeles/Burgos/EDSA triangle, and I have more time to look. The girls may be marginally less attractive or don't usually offer such hardcore services but they more than make up for this in other departments. And they are really not too hard on the eyes as these recent photos of a Pinay GF may illustrate.

Not sure about the hairy bit, Khun Mick ... are you sure you are not thinking about Indian girls (now they can be really hairy in more ways than one ;)), but cannot say that I've encountered too many hirsute Filipinas. I have not made a post for 6 months or a year, so I thought maybe I should after last night. If you have never been to Pattaya or are considering some place to go on vacation now, it has NEVER been a better time to visit than now.
For those of you that don't know I have lived in Thailand for 5 years now and the last 4 in Pattaya. The weather since November has never been better since I have been here. It has been really cool outside day and night. If it stay's like this we will have millions of people living here instead of the few hundred thousand we have now. So, the weather is great and January shows no sign of heating up, I am really enjoying it.
Every time I go to walking street I see some thing new. It is really changing day by day. More upscale discos, restaurants and Go-Go bars are opening every time you turn around.
Last night I was out and truly surprised at how slow it is. The world wide financial meltdown has really hurt the tourist industry here. Too bad for the girls, but to GOOD for me! The girls are latterly throwing themselves at you, it has never been better.
I was at one very popular Go Go bar last night at 10 PM where last year in the high season you literally could not get a seat on the couch next to the Jacuzzi, this year there was no body at all sitting on the couch. leaving in 5 days for 3 months in pattaya. sounds good. have been there several times. trying to get together with a couple of other members. pm me. was reading on another forum that the thai government is trying to relax all type of restrictions to get the tourist count up. they are even trying to convince thai airways to cut their prices in half to encourage respectible people like us to come and help stimulate the economy. at the rate the global economy is deteriorating pretty soon the girls will be staying with us for free just for the room and shower. i personally plan on trying to help the economy over there as much as i can.

Left Bali and at the airport there I met a German guy who was going to Pattaya as well, so we shared a taxi. It is a lot quieter now then when I was here around X-mas, still a lot of girls on Beach Rd when I took a walk at 11 PM.
I have read a few reports about Baby Dolls, so decided to take a look. Small bar, but running two shows simultaneously and a stage with dancing girls, topless and no underwear under their mini-skirts. Not as many good lookers as at Airport Club, but found a good 19 year who seemed very keen to go with me, which is a good sign. She asked 2000 for LT, but easily accepted 1500. The BF system is a bit special. You will definately catch some disease in Thailand and you never can tell if you are with a man or a woman there. Stay in the States where it is safe.

That's normal from people who never has done it whether they are friends or co-workers. They use to tell me " no way I could ever sit in a airplane that long. It's because they have never try it! instead they sneak around home visiting Asian Massage parlors spending a few hundred for nothing.
I had a co-worker that was single, worked his ass off trying to save money to put his kid through school. Two years ago, after his daughter graduated from college he finally did something for himself and decided to make a trip to Thailand with a few others co-workers. As soon as he got here he complaint how tired he was and never again but after the first visit to Annie's the guy has never been the same. Now when he comes he doesn't even call!
The guys that are married, usually use the line that they are going to Thailand for golfing or fishing?

i visited about a dozen or so gogo’s. i would recommend the following:
angelwitch: has the best shows, not banana and icecube shows, but dancing and striptease.
airport: has some very cute waitresses wearing skimpy stewardess uniforms – very nice. also has a few nice looking dancers.
babydoll: has good shows, the banana and icecube type. a few cute girls.
peppermint: overall good atmosphere.
i did get take out from several of the gogo’s, but the sex was very disappointing.
streetwalkers
widely available, but i did not take any. there were clearly some **** girls and also some ladyboys – and i have no interest in either.
bars
spend a fair amount of time at hot tuna, an open bar with live rock bands every evening. it was great to finally hear classic rock and not thai techno.
they have a few attractive waitresses, who are available for take out. i have flirted with one of them and was planning to take her out one night. things were going quite well until i made the suggestion that we invite her hot colleague along for the party – that did not receive a good response, and shortly after i left alone.

a place worth a special comment. it is basically a brothel. you come in to the bar and the available girls do a line-up for you. you then pick two of them for a 90 minute session. you can also take the girls out for an all nighter.
this is the only place in pattaya where i managed to get good sex. a few days before i was leaving i decided to take one of their girls out for a day (7000baht). her working name was gypsy. this turned out to be a very good decision, she was good in bed and loves to kiss. well, to make a long story short, i ended up taking for the remaining three days of many holiday and had a great time with her.
i think hell club is a must-do when in pattaya.

although i agree about the hell club i think that good sex (i am not interested in the so-called "girlfriend experiences" or, worse, in finding a thai girlfriend) can be found elsewhere as well.
it comes to my mind the infamous soi six, some beerbars on sois 7 and eight, the kinnaree mansion and a couple of bar on the darkside (dao cafe and black pearl).
i think these places worth a try.

Applied for a 2 month Visa as tourist at consulate office here in Florida-cost $35 took 5 days. Figure can pickup another month while I am there. You can stay 3 months in any 6 month period. Use to be able to go to local immigration office in Pattaya and get a 2 week.

I started going years ago onyly because as an American too many countries seem to dislike us and are too expensive. I fell in love with Thailand due to there atitude. Well, let me start, as I should, by thanking everyone who has gone before me and shared their experiences so that those of us who follow will have an easier time in maximizing our experiences. Although this is my second trip and, therefore, not a total newbie to Pattaya, I feel I am better prepared than I was during my first trip as a result of all of the information that has been shared on this, and other, site(s).
I’ve finally been able to make my return trip after a couple of other attempts in October and November, both of which had to be cancelled as a result of a couple of surgeries and, although I’m not completely healed, I’m on my way to Thailand. I don’t intend to do a day by day report as doing so can be pretty taxing, particularly when you are posting to a few different sites, and particularly when you are enjoying yourself so much that it is difficult to remember details. Yep, I’m one of those guys who believes that if you remember everything the next morning you must not have had too good of a time. However, I do hope to note some of my memorable moments.
This TR certainly isn’t intended to serve as a guide for anyone, but to simply share my experiences as I go along and to give something back in appreciation for all of the help and information I’ve received from others. There were a few TR’s that were posted by various BM’s that I considered exceptional and really helped to pass the time waiting in anticipation for my return trip. Although I don’t expect that this will equal those reports, I do hope you’ll enjoy it nonetheless.

Normally I drive to Newark Liberty airport (depending upon where I’m traveling to) in order to depart on my trips. However, this time I decided, as a result of winter weather and the fact that I was going to be gone for a month, to take the train instead. I had taken the train previously on a trip to Newark and thought that it was a pretty convenient and reliable way to get to the airport.
I was out on the morning of the 17th running some errands prior to going to the train station when I received a call saying that the train I was scheduled to take was cancelled and that I would need to take an earlier train. No problem. I’d have an extra 1 ½ hours to kill at the airport, but better to get there earlier than to not get there at all. I arrived at the station at the rescheduled time, although the train was 40 minutes late when it departed from the station, and another hour late when it departed New York City en route to Newark airport. I was starting to get concerned that I wasn’t going to make my flight and wondered whether or not this was a sign of things to come. It’s still too early to tell, of course.
Fortunately, I did catch my flight and we finally departed Newark. One thing I wasn’t aware of was that we had a short layover in Anchorage, Alaska. So, for you guys flying EVA Air out of Newark thinking you’re going straight to Taipei, Taiwan, and on to Bangkok, you’re not. It’s not too bad, only about a 45 minute layover, but I’m one of those guys who, when I fly, would prefer to get on the plane and not have to get off until I’ve reached my final destination.
One nice thing about the airport in Anchorage is that it had a smoking lounge. Normally I bring along nicotine patches any time I have to take a lengthy flight, but had forgotten them this time. So the layover was helpful in that respect. Just for informational purposes, the Newark to Anchorage leg was roughly 8 hours, the Anchorage to Taipei leg was 10 hours, and the Taipei to Bangkok leg is 3 ½ hours.
As mentioned earlier, I flew EVA in the premium economy (Evergreen/Elite) class and I’ll tell you, were it not for that, I don’t think I could do this trip. I flew premium economy on Thai Air on my previous trip last May and it was excellent. EVA’s is comparable and well worth the additional cost which, I believe, was another US $300 over economy class. And, besides, they’ve got some great looking stewardesses working these flights. Now that the boring part of it is over, stay tuned as there is more to follow…..

January 19, Pattaya
Well, I finally arrived in Bangkok on January 19, 11:30am. I had arranged to have Mr. Toom’s service pick me up and they were there when I arrived, though not quite where they said they would be. I was informed that they would be waiting between gates 3-4. However, when I departed customs I exited by gate 10 and I just happened to turn my head (pure coincidence) and saw a woman with my name on a sign. I wondered about this and thought that we could have had a big problem had I not seen her. I was then taken down by gates 3-4 and passed off to another woman who was there waiting with my name on a sign who then escorted me outside to a waiting taxi. The more I thought about it the more I realized that maybe my flight had exited a different gate than what we were originally scheduled to exit and Toom’s people were on top of it. Hence, the woman at gate 10, and at 3-4. So, a few points for them on that one. I was a bit disappointed that the three SM lights I had requested for the ride to Pattaya were not available but I asked myself “Is a few beers worth making enemies over?” No big deal.
As is probably typical, the ride to Pattaya was uneventful, although I did notice something I don’t recall from my previous trip; smog. It seemed that from the time I arrived in Bangkok until I arrived in Pattaya there was what appeared to be a thick layer of smog. It got to the point where my eyes began to burn a bit and I could feel it in my lungs. Was it just my imagination?
I got booked into my hotel and commenced with the obligatory things like hanging up my clothes and putting away my toiletries, setting up the computer to make sure it worked, and connecting my Ipod player. (I enjoy listening to my music when I shower in the morning, and am preparing to go out at night.) At this point I took a quick shower and lied down for a nap. I’m an insomniac and I normally don’t nap more than 1 hour at a time at best, but I slept 4 hours straight, awakening about 8:15 in the evening.
Awakening, I found myself faced with the same dilemma I experienced my fist time here…..where do I begin? I decided to stop in to Secrets as I didn’t make it there during my last trip. Although I tend to fly solo, so to speak, I thought it would be nice to meet some BM’s this time around. I got up and showered again, got dressed, and was off to Secrets. In all honesty, I wasn’t exactly sure where it was located but do remember seeing its sign either on Walking Street, or just off of it. On my way I decided to turn down Soi 15 to get me over to Walking St and, lo and behold, there’s the sign. There was a bit of confusion at first as I stood under the sign and couldn’t see an entrance outside of the other establishments in the area. I back tracked a bit and looked to my right and there she was.
I have to say that I was really impressed with the place. It seemed a really classy (I hope this doesn’t illicit boos from the bleachers, hehe) and well kept place. I was escorted to a seat and ordered a beer. In a few seconds a young lady (Fa) said hello and a mamasan (Tam?) came over and welcomed me to Secrets. (Yep, really classy) I asked about Larry so that I could say hello and introduce myself and a few minutes later he appeared (even though I was told he was busy somewhere) and he turned out to be a hell of a nice guy and very personable. Now, I’m not a business owner and probably don’t have any desire to ever be one. But, having been a customer my whole life I have always been drawn to places that make me feel welcome. I was in Angeles City about 18 months ago and did a TR on another site and commented on this very thing. At that time I said if you make me feel welcome you’ll have a customer for life. If you make me feel like a stranger when I enter your establishment, then forever a stranger I’ll be. Customer service is #1 in any service industry, and it doesn’t cost a cent to welcome someone into your business. I will certainly be back to Secrets.
Anyhoo, I continued speaking with Fa and Tam, and the other mamasan (Joy) came over and we had a round of drinks. Although they did request the drinks, it was not the in your face aggressive approach that I hate so much. There have been times when I have literally gotten up and, without finishing my drink, walked out of a bar and never returned. These ladies were smooth.
I hadn’t planned to BF early, however, I decided that maybe it would be best to get the first one out of the way, get in bed earlier, and get a fresh start in the morning. After a few shots of tequila, a couple of beers, and Fa showing her interest, she and I headed back to the room. Now Fa is certainly not what we’d call a stunner and she is, according to her, 35 yo, and I wondered whether or not the same enthusiasm she showed in the bar would transfer into the bedroom. However, I was not the least bit disappointed. We completed the deed and I decided I was a bit interested in getting out and possibly partying until dawn, so I sent her on her way.
I first headed out down to the Beer Garden and had a much needed meal and a beer to wash it down with. It was at this point that I could have lied right out on the bar and gone to sleep. In spite of the 4 hour nap that I had had earlier, I was beat. I returned to my room and crawled into bed and was off to sleep in about 15 minutes. An hour and a half later I was awake and decided to submit this portion of my TR before I forget any details.
No pictures at this point, but I do have my camera and will be sure to take some and post them, once I read the procedures for doing so.
It comes to my mind the infamous soi six, some beerbars on sois 7 and eight, the Kinnaree Mansion and a couple of bar on the darkside (Dao cafe and Black Pearl).All good, and don't forget the bars along Saai 2 (Second Rd.) around Sois 2 & 3. Or the soapies, though quality seems to be down a bit lately.
Ten days in Pattaya and the only good sex found at the Hell Club . . . something's a bit wrong there.

" There are certain things in life like doing recreational drugs that I do not need to experience for myself to take it to my grave. More importainly I would not "worry" about my lack of trip to Thailand during my death bed. I probably would regret not spending more quality time with family etc. (which make all of us, at least I hope)
I really did not mean my posts to generate defensive attitudes, philosophies. I just wanted your advise on how on earth or what you tell your wives to go to Thailand. Maybe I am just really curious what you tell your wives to make a trip there. I see one poster here taking her wife there and having an affair under her nose etc which I find really crazy.

January 20th
As mentioned previously, I fell off to sleep about 1:45 am. I woke up about 2:30 am and have been awake since (it is now 11:20 am as I type this). I spent some time posting another TR installment, made some calls to the states, and watched a bit of tv. I finally decided to get up about 7:00 am and go in search of a place to have a decent breakfast. Coming across a fella downstairs he directed me to an open air restaurant that I believe is connected to the Dream Hotel. Had a couple of eggs with bacon, toast and potatoes, along with a couple of Bloody Mary’s. I’ll have to look around for a place that makes decent Bloody Mary’s. Anyone have any suggestions?
After finishing, I decided to take a short walk along Beach Rd. Not much happening as it was still early, maybe 8:30 am, but it was good to get out and explore things on foot a bit. The last time I was here, I spent almost all of my time on Walking St., with the exception of one trip over to Soi 6. Things will be different this time around.
I spent a good portion of the day simply hanging around outside the hotel sipping a few beers and watching the world go by. At some point I got the bright idea to rent a scooter. During my first trip I decided I would never drive in Pattaya. Not so much because of the congestion of both pedestrians and vehicular traffic, I’m used to that, but because driving here is the reverse of what I’m used to. However, I really want to explore more of Pattaya besides Walking St. Somebody set me up with a scooter for what seems to be a standard price; 150 baht a day. I hope to get out on Wednesday and do a bit of exploring in the Central and Northern parts of Pattaya.
About 4:00 pm I decided to lie down and take a much needed nap as later I was supposed to get together with a BM from ISG who had contacted me prior to coming to Pattaya and mentioned getting together some time during our stay. I took a couple of muscle relaxants that I had been given in the US for a bad back, and for which I was told by the doctor would help me sleep. Damn, do they work. I didn’t wake up until almost 10:00 pm, to a couple of texts from the BM. We texted back and forth a few times and it just seemed I wasn’t going to catch up with him (sorry TL), but I’m sure it will happen in the next couple of days. At the prodding of a couple of hotel guests, I finally dragged myself out of the hotel. We stopped in to the Gentlemen’s Club on Soi 15 for a quick drink. Like most places I’ve been to in various parts of the world, it seemed your standard go-go.
Next we stopped in to a place next door (Supergirls?) heading in the direction of Walking St. I had intended to keep a mental note of all of the places I went to this night, but I’ll be the first to admit my memory is shit even when I’m stone cold sober. It’s really bad when I start drinking. I looked around the place and, I don’t like to be too critical of things, but I do have to say this. I’m generally not a breast man. I have a thing for women with wide hips, a fat ass, and healthy thighs. As long as she has those 3 things, I can accept her being short in the breasts. However, while sitting back and sipping a beer in this particular place, I noticed that, with a few exceptions, all of these girls had no tits. They literally had teats. I’m talking nipples on the chests, and nothing more. I figured then that there would be no BF’ing at this joint. Hehehe.
We finished our drink and moved on next door. I don’t remember anything particular about this place, including its name, other than that one of the guys BF’d a girl from here.
Another of the guys wanted to go to the Airport Club to see if he could find a girl he had met there previously, so off we went. I actually found the place rather attractive. I always enjoy the smaller venues, particularly when they are well kept. There were a couple of naked girls who were in what looked like a hot tub with a stream of water streaming down over them. One in particular caught my fancy as she seemed very playful and none too shy about stroking her clam on occasion. Unfortunately, the more I thought about it the more I realized that, in my experiences, these girls can sometimes be very open and playful in a bar/club, and turn complete starfish in the room. So, I decided to take a pass on it.
About 12:30 am I received a text by someone who seems well known on a few boards, and whose TR’s I have thoroughly enjoyed over the past several years, asking about meeting up to go to Lucifers. During my last trip I had stopped in Lucifers on one occasion. I admit that I’ve seen some pictures of some pretty fine ladies being pulled out of there and wanted to savor some of the talent. Unfortunately, when I stopped in on my first trip, it was simply much too crowded for me. I’m not quite sure what it is, but I have never really enjoyed walking into a place and being pushed around. So, during my first trip, I traveled as far into the place as I could, and walked out. However, I figured that if I was with someone who was a regular and knew the ins and outs of the place, maybe it wouldn’t be so bad.
We sat and had a few beers (along with 4-5 tequilas for myself) and scoped out the place. I came to the realization that Lucifers may simply not be my kind of place, even if it were my kind of place. At one point I offered a girl who was standing nearby a drink. She refused. A bit later I asked another young lady if she would like to dance and she turned me down. I wasn’t hurt or upset, simply a bit puzzled. Particularly by the young lady who refused the drink. I realize I’m no spring chicken anymore (45 yo) but I keep up my appearance, and have never had much of a problem picking up girls during my lifetime. What I came to realize after a while was that many of the women there seemed to be interested in either black or white guys and, unfortunately for me, I don’t fit either of those categories.
On a related note, I am aware that many of the girls think I’m Arab. During my first trip I stopped in the Beer Garden to have something to eat and one of the girls actually asked me if I was Arab. The other day when I went to have breakfast at the Dream Hotel, the waitress asked if I was Moosaleem. I thought “WTF is a Moosaleem. She asked again and I told her that I didn’t understand what she was asking, until she asked me if I ate pork. I said “Oh, you mean am I Muslim?” Not in this life, sweetheart. So there you have it. In the Western world, I’m Hispanic looking. In the Eastern part I’m Arab. So, maybe that was my problem in Lucifers; the girls thought I was Arab. The nice thing about being in Pataya, however, is that where one won’t, another one will.
I told my new found friend that I was going to head out as I wanted to get laid tonight and it didn’t seem it was going to happen in Lucifers. He mentioned that I should wait as his girl had a friend who was going to join us. Now, I’m not a big fan of being set up with a date, particularly when you haven’t seen what she looks like, but this guy has extremely good tastes. The girl finally showed up and I have to admit she wasn’t bad looking at all. We left Lucifers and stopped in at another place whose name I can’t recall and stayed for a quick drink. By this time Walking Street seemed to be closing down so we decided to head back to our respective rooms.
As we were strolling down Soi 16 I noticed that my girl seemed far more drunk than she appeared to be when I first met her and I wondered whether or not I was going to fuck her or have to carry her. I try to be prudent in my thinking (I admit I’m not always successful) and realized that this was probably not going to be the best hook up for me at this time. I talked to my friend who talked to his girl who then talked to her friend who then pulled the “you don’t like me” guilt trip on me. I assured her I did like her but can’t remember at this point what else I told her to beg off for the night. I do recall giving her 500 baht. When in doubt, hand them some money. That’ll shut ‘em up.
At this point I bid farewell to the group and thought “SOB, I’m going home alone.” Not particularly a good move when you’ve taken some Kamagra. I turned the corner at Soi 16 and as I walked along there was a thick bodied Thai girl coming in my direction. I said hello, she said hello, I held my gaze, she held her gaze, and so I stopped. January 23rd
It is now Friday, January 23, 2009. I slept last night like I’ve slept every other night, an hour here and an hour and a half there. And, unfortunately, many of the ATM’s seem to dispense only the larger (1,000 baht) notes. If I am wrong about this, could someone please correct me and inform us newbies which ATM’s do dispense bills smaller than 1,000 baht notes.
I made my way back to the hotel and recalled that overnight, when I was looking for information on places to eat and maps, I came across a post that mentioned a store on Central Pattaya Rd. I went back in search the post so that I could credit the poster but, for the life of me, I haven’t been able to find it. The poster mentioned to head down this road in the direction of Beach Rd and the store would be the second from the end on the left side. I jumped on my scooter and headed off.

So, fellas, if you’re planning on getting out into some of these areas, study a map very well and don’t be put off if things don’t seem to be going the way you think they should.
I jumped off the bus and strolled along Soi 6 looking for Kiss Kool. Along the way there was no mention of “hey, hello hansum man”. Talk about a deflated ego. After walking almost the full length of Soi 6 I see the sign for Kiss Kool. The girls that sat outside looked about as tired as I was. I stepped inside and took a quick look amongst the few girls who were there and didn’t see “drunk girl” and decided to move on. I guess Soi’s 6,7,and 8 just weren’t meant to be tonight.
No big deal, I decided, I’ll just head back over to the Walking St area where I’m guaranteed to find my fun. But wait, I didn’t have any more coins and the smallest bill I had was a 500 baht note. So, I continued with my unexpected marathon and headed down Beach Rd. Realizing that there was no way in hell I was going to walk all the way to Walking St, I figured I could stop at a bar somewhere, have a couple of drinks and, hopefully, get the 10 baht (or even 20) I would need to hop a baht bus. This is when I came across a beer bar complex whose name I never did get, but I ended up in Jinny’s beer bar and sat for a drink. I certainly had no intention of BF’ing from here but the waitress, who was by no means a glamour queen, turned out to be really sweet and a hell of a lot of fun. We sat and talked for quite a while, playing the dice game and, at one point, the cashier asked me if I was going to take lady wit me. Oh, hell, why not, I thought. She wasn’t pretty (and I imagine she may have thought the same thing about me) but she had a hell of a fun spirit about her. She kept mentioning to me that she was shy but after a few tequilas in her she opened up pretty well.
We returned to my hotel and needless to say, we had fun.

On a separate, but related, note, newbies may want to be aware when they come here that small bills and change are a bit difficult to keep on hand. What I’ve realized is that so many things here are inexpensive and therefore you are constantly paying in small bills and coins, which means that you are constantly running out of them. It is a bit difficult to pay with larger bills as many merchants will say they have no change, whether they actually do or not. And, unfortunately, many of the ATM’s seem to dispense only the larger (1,000 baht) notes. If I am wrong about this, could someone please correct me and inform us newbies which ATM’s do dispense bills smaller than 1,000 baht notes.Great report TD.
Any one of the hundreds of currency exchanges will happily break down any of your bills for you at no charge. Most of them are open from about 10:00 to about 21:00.

Had to laugh at some parts of your report (not laughing at you, but about what you wrote).
The road sign situation - its downright retarded. Been here for awhile, so I now know the roads - but that's the only way. For whatever reason, they mark the Sois, but don't mark major roads (2nd, 3rd, South/Central/North etc).
I've also made the same exact mistake (walked forever to get to Soi 6, walked right past it to Soi 5....). It doesn't help that the Sois are about 4 feet wide - not what we are used to recognizing as a 'road'.
As for being recognized as an Arab - this would be due to your Italian heritage.....I also regularly get taken for being an Arab, Turk, or, if I'm lucky, Italian....and I am none of those. January 24th
It was a real slow day today. I was feeling a bit tired and run down, and was starting to feel like I might be coming down with a cold so, with the exception of running out to Tuk.com for a new charger for a new phone I got, I hung out at the hotel all day. Feeling tired but a little guilty for not catching up with a BM on my first couple of days I texted him sometime in the afternoon and let him know I’d be available that evening if he’d like to get together. He replied that there was going to be a party at Catz later that night and I let him know I’d see him then. It wouldn’t hurt to have a couple of beers and exchange some pleasantries, and retire to the room for a good nights rest.
My intentions were to lie down for a nap about 5 pm and catch a bit of sleep for the evenings’ festivities. Unfortunately, it was at this point that I needed to go to Tuk.com as when I retired to my room I decided to charge my cell and, not thinking, plugged it directly into the 240v outlet and fried the damned thing. Luckily it was only the charger damaged and not the cell.
I was aware that Tuk.com was somewhere on South Pattaya Rd., though I wasn’t exactly sure where. I did recall, however, that some time ago someone had posted a picture of it showing its location at what appeared to me to be a fairly busy intersection. Well, it’s not. I had traveled so far down South Pattaya Rd that I no longer saw any falang around and decided that it might be a good idea to turn around. Luckily, in doing so, I finally ran across Tuk.com. What I had always thought was a fairly busy intersection turned out to be about the size of an alley. Well, at least I’m accumulating many a memory for when I get too old to even remember.
I returned to my hotel and lied down and, after about 30 minutes, I realized that I was probably not going to get to sleep for some time and my concern with that was that I’d probably end up oversleeping and miss another chance to meet up with the BM later that evening. So, I decided to get up and order some dinner through WOW, (what a great service) and, later, fight off sleep as best as I could.
After having dinner I sat around shooting the shit with some of the hotel guests when one of them mentioned something about taking Vitamin B shots. I asked him what the purpose was and he mentioned that it helps to provide energy and alertness. Hell, I was tired and needed a boost so I decided to run across the street to the pharmacy and inquire about it. Christ, you would have thought I asked for some crack! The woman at the counter started grilling me about why I wanted it (to energize myself), when it was I last had the shot (never), and how I heard about it (from my friends across the street). I finally went to a back room and, for 200 baht (though she originally quoted me 150), took the needle in the ass.
I returned to the hotel and, surprisingly, after about 45 minutes I actually started feeling a bit perkier. At this point I went to my room and showered, got dressed, and texted the BM to tell him I was on my way. He replied that he was presently at Babydolls and we would meet at Catz. He was to be wearing a blue shirt and with a girl in tow. I arrived at Catz, took a seat, and waited for him to arrive. As I sipped my beer I looked around and saw someone with a darker blue shirt, and another guy in a really light blue shirt and wondered if either of the gentlemen was him, but assumed that he was still in Babydolls so I waited. After about 10 minutes a fella walked in with a light blue shirt on, along with a young lady, so I waited a couple minutes and walked over to introduce myself. I approached him with my hand outstretched and said “Is your name ****”. He said yes, and I told him it was good to meet him. He looked a bit puzzled and asked if he knew me from somewhere. I said possibly from ****, but he said he’d never been there. I said :Well no problem, but it was a good thing you texted me about wearing your blue shirt”. He said “I don’t know what you’re talking about, mate”. It was then I realized that I had the wrong person. Light blue shirt, same name, but wrong guy. Another Twilight Zone moment.

and figured **** would be in Catz when I returned. FLB was a bit slow but I had a couple of beers and played the dice game, which I’m really becoming to enjoy playing. I asked about Martin so I could introduce myself and say hell but was told he was out at the moment. I payed my tab and headed back over to Catz.
While walking over to Catz I texted BM **** and he said that he was there and was sitting in the back. Arriving I headed to the rear of the place and asked if anyone knew someone by the name of ****, and was told that he was behind me. I turned and introduced myself and got a blank stare in return. I apologized and was told that there was another customer sitting at the next table over whose name was also ****. So, I ask him if his name was **** and he said yes, to which I replied “my name is ****. Nice to meet you, he said. BINGO!!!! I told him, shit, you’re one of the guys who was sitting here earlier when I first walked in. I just assumed he wasn’t going to be here when I arrived.

To make a long story short, we spent the next couple of hours or so sharing several drinks and chatting it up. I was introduced to the owner of Catz, Robert (a real character and a hell of a nice guy) as well as Adam from Cherry Bar who actually came over and introduced himself to me. Another pleasant guy as well. By the end of the evening I was feeling pretty good and, although I hadn’t intended to stay out this long and drink so much, much less BF, I ended up with a really nice looking dancer who Robert recommended and, damn, was he right.

Although I normally don’t do LT, I had a feeling I was going to need to spend a bit of time with this one. I don’t recall her name, but, I’ll be back. Feel free to think way out of the box. Also doesn't entirely need to involve sex (though doesn't need to exclude it either), nor does the idea need to spend the entire budget. I'm looking more for creativity and memorability here.
I'll report back on what we ended up doing, how it went, and what other ideas I got from this.

I'll be there for a while. I was thinking $5k - $10k for the group for one or two nights of very high quality girls (legit model level), plenty of them, and including something really unique/interest (staying on a private island, lesbian stuff, photo sessions, etc.).
Money's not an issue for our group...but of course I realize for $1000 or even a lot less the 4 to 5 of us can tear up the town (and we'll be doing that as well, believe me)! This night or two nights would be a special thing (and also a schmoozing thing for business purposes).
The more, and the more creative, ideas I can get the better!

Twice divorced. I too had some serious issues with sleeping in Pattaya. I ended up going to a pharmacy and asking for some sleeping pills. I got the generic form of Ambien. And slept like a baby. Just be careful. Don't take one and then drink!
The sleep aid is also very helpful on those long flights
Last, make sure you are alone in the pharmacy when you ask for something without a prescription. They don't want to get turned in for selling to you without one.

LBMThat's lot of bahts. I was wondering what all you guys doing for living? I see posters going to 4-12 weeks at a time to pattaya and I can barely go for 7-10 days at most. Flying from U.S. costs few grands and the cost really add up. Finally I am planning to go for a total of 9 days and after subtracting plane time from Texas I am talking about barely 7 days. Is this first trip to pattya consiting of mere 7 days and using several thousands dollars ($4000-5000) worth it?

My guess is that Very high Quality will be quasi impossible to find in Pattaya.
With the kind of disposable dough you have to dish out you can easily have a great time. Escorts and booking and Business clubs are popping up all over Pattaya, you'll find top quality girls in many of them but there's no guarantee as to how they will perform.

My suggestion is (if you put quality over everything) to stay in Bangkok.
The first idea that came to my mind is to rent a luxury apartment in Bangkok and organize a long party (I. E. Starting around 5 PM and going on until the mornign after).
You can organize a nice catering and buy plenty of drinks.
You can rent a group of girls picking them up among the lineups of Eden Club and/or Tulip so that both quality and sexual skills fileds would be covered.
Please let me know when you are in town. We can ahve a beer and a good talk togheter.

Personaly I would then combine it with an excursion to a smaller, inhabbited island for "bbq and nude beach party" with some nice girls. Heard once about some smaller, nice island in the area of Pattaya where you could do such a thing.
Just also an idea in the area of "non- sex" but certainly memorizable:
If you stay in Bangkok, reserve a table for the Sky Restaurant (Baiyoke II Tower on the 79th floor).
Awfull expensive restaurant. For Thailand. Still very reasonable for quality, exclusivity and location compared to European/US prices of comparable restaurants (approx. 150. 250 USD/person. Or open end, depending on your budget).
Imagine to have dinner outside, on the 79th floor of the highest tower in Bangkok, with luxury food, clear fresh air (very rare in Bangkok) and a stunning sight over the city. Afterwards you can have exclusive fun on the bar/disco on top (even higher, as the Sky Restaurant).
JUST NICE!
Also a great chance to take vacation pictures and have some stories for back home. Just in case it's needed.
But don't forget the other kind of fun.

I share 1Ball's amazement. I purchased my first house -- a brand new 3 bedroom bungalow -- for sustantially less than $20K in 1969. So now I suppose that kind of dough can be pissed away in a few hours for an airline ticket.
A simple Expedia search will confirm ($15k to $20k from East Coast US cities). It it was it is. I have friends who fly private - that's about $300k USD. It's all relative - what's a lot to me might be a little to some of you, and visa-versa.
Anyway, again, I'm asking for people to have fun with some creative ideas here - if they wish. I understand there are different budgets, and 95%+ of this forum is devoted to budget stuff (almost to the point of exclusion), so this a request for something different. If you aren't interested then simply skip it - I'm not forcing or even asking anyone to cough up his own money.
I found some websites that offer party hosting and look interesting. Also have gotten a few creative suggestions both publicly and by PM. I'll compile and post a summary later.

Unfortunately, my plan pretty much went bust the moment I started to put my strategy together. In a nutshell, here is what I was planning to do.
I've noticed in my brief travels around town that many streets are not marked in some way, making it a bit difficult to find, even if you have a map. So, I thought it might be a good idea to find these areas and take pictures where these roads/streets intersect, being sure to include some type of identifying landmark in the pictures so that they would be more identifiable when someone, particularly a newbie, was out and about trying to find these streets that aren't marked.
Fortunately, I realized that such a service does, in fact, exist; Pattaya Photo Guide.
So, it seems it would certainly be redundant to go out and compile in photo form what already exists in web form. Well, it was much of the same when I awoke this morning, chest congestion, sore throat, and a runny nose. I’m not sure when this is all going to break but I hope soon as I’m really starting to get a bit antsy sitting around this hotel most of the day.
As I mentioned in a previous post, I had hoped to get around and document some of the surrounding areas’ intersections to give, particularly the newbies, an idea of what to expect when they go out exploring or go in search of a bar, as well as give me something more meaningful to do during my down time, but that can actually be better accomplished using Pattaya Photo Guide. However, I did decide to go down to Soi Buakhao as it is often referred to as such, but seems to be marked as Soi 22 where it intersects with South Pattaya Thai Rd.
Soi Buakhao begins as a winding road on its southern end and becomes straighter as you proceed in a northerly direction. I decided to ride down the length of the road and take pictures along the way. Here is a series of shots that I took. What I did was to stop at each bend in the road and shot just after the completion of the bend to give the reader a view of what was going on “just around the corner”, and then took a few shots of the straight-a-ways. Hope you enjoy.

renting out a set of high end hotel rooms, or a large condo, would be more practical than the boat thing.
other option, along those lines, rent out a large, high-end house. it will take some negotiating, as they aren't typically looking for one-night renters, but the market is extremely weak right now, so, for the right money, someone should go along. a house would give you a lot of privacy, and a lot of room (for catering, bedroom antics, etc). house with pool would be obligatory.

Fellas, don't worry about me. I don't allow anyone to dictate to me and tell me what and how to post, with the exception being the established and posted rules. I really shouldn't have responded to Bumhole like I did the other day, but his post really pissed me off.
As long as I've been a member of this board I have never (as far as I can recall) been critical of anyone elses reports or posts. I haven't enjoyed everything I've read on this site. Some of it simply was of no value or benefit to me. In those cases it didn't matter to me as I was pretty sure that even though whatever information was provided was of no value/benefit to me, it might very well benefit someone else. In other instances, I might very well have thought that whatever was posted was ridiculous. Be that as it may, it was still someone elses experience or opinion, to which we're all entitled, and I held my tongue no matter how ridiculous or fucking stupid I thought it might have sounded.
In any event, I don't care, nor are my feelings hurt, that someone might not like what I report. One thing I always keep in mind is that no one is paying me to take my time to post this shit. In fact, it might be argued that the opposite is true. And, no one sure as hell is paying the thousands of dollars I will have spent traveling here. But, I do wish that you guys (admittedly, there are very few) who seem to feel the need to tell others what they should write in their reports (as if the report is being written for your sole enjoyment) would simply do what I do when I come across something that might not necessarily appeal to me, and that is to just shut the fuck up and move on, or don't bother to read it in the first place.
Again, thanks to those of you who've expressed your support and encouragement. I've just returned from a night in Bangkok and am worn out. But, I have a couple of days worth of stuff that I will get posted tomorrow while I lie around and recuperate.

Theft cases on Baht Buses on the increase here in Pattaya.
In the early hours of Friday Morning, Police Lieutenant Colonel Sutum from Pattaya Police Station was alerted to a suspected theft on the back of a Baht Bus which had been travelling along Jomtien Beach Road. Two suspects had been detained at the scene, a further suspect managed to escape. Mr. Craig Robertson from Australia, the victim of the crime was also at the scene. He explained to Police that he was travelling back to his Hotel on the Baht Bus with his Thai Girlfriend.
The three women sat close to the pair and while two of them distracted them, a third woman apparently stole items from Mr. Robertson’s trousers including a wallet full of money. Back at the Police Station, the two suspects denied involvement in the theft and claimed not to know the third woman who managed to escape.
Later on Friday Morning a second Baht Bus theft case was reported to Pattaya Police and in this case, four women were detained, all of them known to Police, a fifth woman was able to escape. This second incident occurred on a Baht Bus travelling on Pattaya Beach Road in front of Pattayaland Soi 2. The victim of this theft was Mr. Frank from America.
He claimed that his wallet was stolen by one of the gang members who used similar tactics as the first case, whereby two of the women distracted Mr. Frank while another committed the theft. In both cases, charges of theft were brought against all suspects who will appear in court next week.

January 30th
On January 30th, needing something to do and wanting to get out and explore a bit, I pulled out my now trusty map and decided to highlight an area to explore. Since I had already been to Jomtien, albeit briefly, Naklua seemed to be the next best bet. Jomtien borders Pattaya to the south, and Naklua to the north.
The main road going to Naklua seemed to run parallel to, and then converging at, the ocean, seemingly providing direct beach access. I figured I would go and spend maybe half a day along the beach, gathering photos along the way, and while there. As I am an avid fisherman back home with my own boat, I also wanted to stop at the fishing pier that was indicated on the map. I made a quick stop to gas up (notice the gas dispensers where you ask for a fixed amount of gas in baht and they fill the small canister above the drum with that amount, and dispense from there).

I then headed out on Second Rd on my way to Naklua. Below is the Dolphin turnaround

(or roundabout, depending upon who you’re talking with) that intersects at Second Rd and North Pattaya Rd, but becomes Pattaya-Naklua road beyond that (hereinafter referred to as P-N Rd). I had decided that, after entering Naklua I would take a left onto Soi 16 (yes, there is another Soi 16 in Naklua) which, according to the map, would take me to both Park and Silver Beaches. I got near to the end of Soi 16 and found several Resort and Condominium places such as the one in this picture below, but no apparent access to the beach.

This beach resort area seems a bit more secluded and reclusive than what, I think, most of us would be interested in. It seems to cater primarily to the non-mongering tourists who want to be away from “the scene”.
Feeling a bit disappointed that I wasn’t going to be able to get to the beach, at least not in this area, I decided to head over to the fishing pier and rode back out to P-N Rd, rode north down to Soi 12 and took another left. Looking at my map I realized that I could simply have cut across Soi 14 to get to Soi 12 instead of going all the way back to P-N Rd, but thought I’d play it safe. Heading down Soi 12 I came to a junction in the road and wasn’t quite sure which direction to head until I saw this sign

After leaving the resort parking area I had a choice; to either go back the way I came, or follow this path.

At first I thought “Bullshit, I’m not going down there. Who knows what I’ll find?” But then I thought, “Yeah, who knows what I’ll find?” So, putting aside any fears, I took my left out of the parking lot and made the short ride over the narrow path. I came out on what, according to my map, is Soi 2.

A big letdown, I know, but nothing ventured, nothing gained. I continued to ride along this pretty non-descript road until it eventually led me to Sukhumvit Rd, which is the main road leading into town from Bangkok.

I had to take a left onto Sukhumvit and then make my u-turn to head south back to South Pattaya. I thought this was interesting. A road to…….? Made me wonder whether this is symbolic.

Yes, an unbelievable building. More than 100 meters high and a complete wooden construction. Really worth to be visited during the time, when you fellow mongers need a "time out" and try to recharge your battery. On the same way you will find the pier in Naklua, where all the fisher boats land on their fishing.

DG69, yes, I'm a bit confused as well. There seemed to me to be more of a shoreline than there was a beach. However, I traveled as far north as I could until it took me to Sukhumvit. Maybe there was beach access and I just happened to miss it along the way.
As far as doing the tourist stuff, I've never been much for that. I love going to explore an area so that I can learn how to get around. But, doing temples, museums, etc. would never be my thing.
I lied and told her I was going to be in Bangkok for a couple of weeks and that I would be in to her bar that night. I know, I know, it’s not right, but it always makes departing that much easier, at least for me.
She treats you straight, you treat her straight. She'll remember, either way.

The Sanctuary is pretty nice, especially when you go there with you part time gf. The Temple is rather Hindu, than Bhuddist and there are also a Dolphin show. Just a bit expensive, 500 Baht entrance fee. Nevertheless I would rather visit the sanctuary of truths than Wat Arun, in BK.
There is a beach at Naklua, saw it myself when I stayed at east sea resort. It's the second soi left after the Dolphins round about.

okay, this is my first post. sorry for it being so late, as my last time to pattaya was last june. it was my second trip down, both times were for about 10 days. one establishment i have not seen mentioned before is the admiral lord nelson on soi 6. mostly local brits/aussies/kiwis hang out there. i am an american, but they were really happy to have me and my buddy hang out with them for a majority of our time in pattaya. they have rooms too. one place i will not recommend is queen vic, also on soi 6 first, the owner is too busy to bs with non-locals and when we requested to cancel three days of our reservation, 6 days ahead of time to travel around thailand a bit, he would not let us. he was going to charge our credit cards that we made the reservation for, or at least for a percentage of every night. okay, maybe there is something i’m missing here, but i don’t think that is right, and he wouldn’t even come and talk to us about it, he sat back in his office and the little checkout girl kept running in the back for our request. also, another bad instance that happened here, and one that i should’ve prepped my first time friend on better was negotiating beforehand. it was our first night in town, we both grabbed a girl from kitten club and when they wanted to go in the morning, they were demanding 2,500 baht from each of us, well, i was still tired and gave mine 2,000 for the longtime, and it was only about 6 or 7a.m. bit much, i know, but my buddy only gave his 300 and said sorry that’s all your getting basically, and they left. okay, well about an hour later i hear pounding on a door in the hall, and then hear my buddy’s voice in an argument. some abnormal thai guy, with trapezoids up to his freakin’ ears was standing there with my buddy’s girl motioning to him and just saying “pay her”. my buddy and i were shocked and wanted them out of there, and didn’t feel like having an altercation, so he claimed he only had about 1,000 baht and they took that for payment. dumb move, i know, but my problem is the fact that the back alley of queen vic, which is the only entrance after hours, has two freakin’ security guards, who just let the girl and the human trapezoid into the ‘controlled entry’ area. so, obviously we complained to vic. well, he said he would run through the tapes and verify the story, well he did and not only that but the little ‘security tards’ were asleep for most of their shift, if not being intimidated by trapface. vic said, well they’re gone, sorry for the trouble. well, they weren’t gone the next day, or after that, and vic said well, monday, they are definitely gone, we will find anybody else, even if we have to get my wife’s family. well, both mofos were there for the rest of our trip and i know it was them, cause they would give us the ‘eat $h** and die’ look everyday for ratting them out, and they were standing 5 feet behind the couple when they leaned on us for more dough. anyway, enough about that, i won’t stay there again. i still love pattaya. okay, on to the reason for the forum. i’ve gotten the same girl out of kitten on my two trips to pattaya, and would do it again, because she has the greatest tits ever, like perky footballs, soft big cone nipples. she has short hair too. see pic1. btw, what is going on at kitten? should you do a percentage off what the barfine would be? i need a formula easy to remember so i don’t overtip. i get that freelance is all included. i’ve also never heard anybody mention tim beer bar on 2nd road, right when you go around the bin from beach road. nice little hotel and club, and the mamasans are cool. oh, any comments on non-freelance girls you might meet on the beach during the day? After a while I really missed Pattaya.
That’s the reason why I decided to change my schedule of my monthly business trip to Thailand in order to spend a weekend in Pattaya.
I had arrived in Bangkok on Tuedsay morning and I had managed to finish any business-related activitiens by the early afternoon of Friday. Having booked my flight home for the Sunday night I have a full weekend to enjoy the "sin city". At 3 o’clock I was at Suvarnabumi airport to rent a car from Avis (a Toyota Fortuner: 3 days for 7. 000 baht breakfast for two included) and after less than 2 hours I was checking in at the Dusit Tani hotel. A room for 2 nights was around 11. 000 baht, breakfast included: I made the booking just calling the hotel the day before. At 6 o’clock, after a quick shower, I was ready for the action.
I decided to hit first the infamous soi 6 where I knew some girls from my previous visits.
I parked my car just in front of the Queen Victoria Inn pub where I had a very good hamburger with fries and a pint of cold beer.
The first bar I hit was the "Kiss Cool". The environment was very good: ten customers were having fun but the best girls were taken so I had a beer, talked a little bit with a couple of German guys and I left. Some good looking girls: it always worths a visit.
The same thing happened when I entered the Ruby bar: my favourite girl was taken and nobody really inspired me so, after the usual beer, I left.
The third bar was the Bus stop where I spotted from outside a girl I knew from the past: her name is Oy and thug she is not a stunner she offers a very good service (anal included). I went out from the Bus Stop bar few minutes after 8 pm and I headed to thw Walking Street aiming to taste a couple og go-go bars. I parked my car in the parking area located on the right from the street drivign to Marine 2 and five minutes later I entered the Secrets bar. I had checked their website and read some very good reports about that place but, from what I have seen Secrets is overrated. Just few nice girls and a loto f average or less ones. I have been doing some relaxing diving with Aquanauts of Soi 6. The sea is nice at the moment. So too are the Russian chicks on the other boats. Diving: Haven't gotten around to diving yet in Pattaya, though I've wanted to. I'm a bit annoyed by the relative high pricing (3500 baht?) - given everything else is so cheap....
Russian Girls: Helps to speak Russian - which I do. Russians are definitely tougher than Thai girls - no comparison, really. One thing to consider - they are usually in Thailand on package tours - airfare/hotel/food all paid in advance. If the girls are here on their own (w/out sugar daddy), they will often have minimal spending cash - they save up just enough for the package tour.
Result - they want to go off and do other stuff (not included in tour) but don't have the cash - so, that's where you come in! Offer to take them out to a nightclub - Russian chicks love nightclubs. Kamagra is similar to Viagra. All have side effects listed on the packages. Ones listed are flushing or headaches. I find Levitra (20mg) works much better and I don't get the headaches and much, much less flushing. When I do get viagra, I get the generic Veetab made in India. It genrally comes in 50mg tablets vice the 100mg you get with viagra. Less headaches with the 50mg.
Most agree the results differ with each person. I've tried them all and my results are just the opposite of below. I found Viagra to have more power than Vitamin C. All types have some side effect, i.e. headaches, hard to cum, etc., so some experimentation is required to minimize the side effect. Viagra comes in dosage of 50, 100 & 200mg. IMO the trick is to use as little as possible with the the required results. I halve 50mg pills for quick and guaranteed results, with minimal side affects. For marathon sessions I replenish with another 50mg halve every 2-4 hours. I plan to move up the dossage when I grow up and reach 60 or 70.
After a while I really missed Pattaya.

Guys, as somebody that spends two afternoons a week on Soi 6 for the last 4 years I would like to offer a little advice. The girls ask for 700 Baht, the price is 500 Baht. They will ALL take 500 Baht.

if you want to economize, some of the guest houses across the street from opey de place (la katai and valentines for example) have quite decent rooms, both small and large for b400-up. you can use the pool at j&p for a small daily charge: somewhere close to b80.

I didn't find it quite so heavenly. My room had many little cockroach things scurrying around when the lights came on, they specify only one girl except if it's a Kitten Club girl, and they piled on a couple of surcharges above the quoted price. I did reply you on PM on your hotel query. Not sure if you got it. Anyways Beach inn is right on walking street. Directly opposite to FLb bar/insomnia disc (insomnia is just next to flb bar). Opposite the flb bar you will see few pool tables in bar. Just cross those tables about 10 meter inside and you will find the hotel on right hand side. Hotel is very clean. Staff is decent and cost is 550 baht/nite. No charges for guests. Good value for money. Let me know if you have any other queries.

FLB bar comes just before Insomnia disc and a place called ocean bar. You will see lot of snooker tables in Beach inn bar and hotel is just after that on right side. Hotel is clean and Guest friendly for 550 bahts per night. No girl charges. Only problem is loud music throughout the night played in bar. But who want to sleep in pattya at night. Right?
