It must be said that Ibar is not a easy field for evergreen players. Ladies there feels they have the upper hand being in "best" bar (go figure), and are picky or just act strange. Which is an Asian way to say no.
However if one wants to play on an even level he must act. Of course it makes no sense with women that do ugly faces or gestures for the onset.
What I do is to observe a little, smile a little, then move into or move on. Works for me.

As far as the guys getting blown off you have to realize that it is a mixed crowd in the disco these days. There are chicks who are just out to drink and have fun with their friends (from whom you can be rejected, but also score freebies) and chicks out to supplement their income. So if you are rejecred by one just simply move on to the next. Sure bets are women who are alone or with only 1 other girl, and women who are only drinking beer or Breezers. It was my first night in Pattaya in fact it was my first in Thailand. I entered IBar with the hope of getting a nice girl for a first timer like me. I was ready to pay 4 k for a real stunner. I entered around 10:30 and till 11:00 o'clock nothing happened. And I definitely can say that there are some no-pro girls go there for partying.
Around 11:15 I moved towards beach side of bar. Few girls gave me nice approachable glances but I was not interested. At last after 15-20 minutes of wait a nice cute looks at me, I already have seen this lady from backside but after seeing her face I felt an attraction from inside. Our eyes matched and soon I moved to her seat. I politely ask whether I can have a seat with her and she says yes. Next we started our conversation with a "Hi".
After few minutes of waiting I asked her if she was interested to come with me and we settled for 2.7 k. Meanwhile She said me she was 20 and all other regular stuff. Her body was definitely slim which was proved right back in hotel. After approx 15-20 minutes we started for hotel.
The experience back in hotel was real good which resulted me repeating her multiple times.
So yes if I consider my experience and your age, then you might get less eye contact than younger crowd when it comes to stunner. By the time I got into town it was fairly late. I wanted to head to WS to take it all in. I figured I wanted a nude bar so I went to WindMill. It was as described. Yes, it's not "out of the ordinary" in a sense that it's just high and not an absolutely clear ripoff that we sometimes hear about, but it sure is more than 99% of the hookers are NOT worth it for ST, especially in Pattaya. Pretty office girl on the BTS or even a plain one from 7-11, maybe. Tatted up, hardened Issan hooker in Pattaya (who might still have some looks left if you're drunk). Not so much.
That's 2 weeks (10 work days) of full-time work for a minimum-wage Thai, which is majority of the people. Earning that in an hour is huge.
As for local guys, there are well-off Thais who'd pay that much just to impress their buddies. But I don't see them paying 3 k ST for an Issan hooker / disco freelancer.

Even though I said 3k, this amount would only be paid in exceptional circumstances, and figured we were too far apart in price in any event so it was a moot point of contention.
After briefly parting ways, I came across her again at the songthaew truck location near WS where she initially accused me of following her. Not sure if she was joking or not. I replied that I was going back to my accommodations just as she was. We both ended up dickering with the driver about the price before climbing in together. When I arrived at my destination, I was surprised that she got off the truck with me and even more so when she accompanied me to my apartment.
In the apartment after a 1/2 hour of chat, she inquired whether I was still willing to pay 3 k baht and at this point I was not about to try to re-negotiate. Bad form, I think. As it turned out, she was a superb performer and well worth it. Total GFE too.
But, it's more than I have paid for a girl all winter. In Bangkok, even for LT, my max price has been 2 k baht. She was my first girl in Pattaya and I know that amount is quite high for here but this situation unfolded in a peculiar way.
That being said, last night I was watching CNBC, an American business news station, when I heard a commentator note he thought Iranians were the best businessmen and negotiators in the world. It gave me pause -- I will tell you that.

I don't think she has any plans to hustle at any BKK clubs as she is only there a night or two before catching a flight somewhere. Other BM's who live in Pattata may know more detail but I am under the impression that the Songkran dates and celebration takes place on the following weekend (I. E. 16/17). I think there is a parade on beach road. In fact, Songkran is celebrated on slightly different dates throughout Thailand. I just discovered this during the winter months as I laid plans to leave before Songkran.

Thanks.Based on reports from another forum, prices of over 10000 to 20000 baht per night with little or no service seems the norm. Of course they ask payment up front, as always a bad sign. . .
And they are only Russian in a very loose definition of the word. Many are actually from the Southern and Eastern republics and at best may claim some Russian ancestor somewhere in the family tree.

Your description of RedCar is spot on. I don't smoke so the no smoking rule is significant to me and is strictly enforced. A girl I was with tried to light up and was chased out of there.

I am going to be in Pattaya for three nights from April the 13th to Saturday the 16th. I have been to Pattaya before and to Bangkok many times, but never over Songkran. Leaving aside the certainly of being soaked with water, how is the talent in Pattaya over this holiday? Do many of the girls head out for the holiday, or do they stay in town? I am also wondering whether BKK would be a better call, given the festival. Any insights?

RC is a good place to take a date too though. Less smokey than 808 and less crowded than Ibar. It never occurred to me but I may just do it in the future.

Actually, I agree with what you said on one level for sure. I spent too much all things considered that night though barely indulged the rest of the week so it all evens out. However, my friend came from Bangkok arriving at 9pm Saturday and did not leave until 4pm the next day so it was Not only three or four hours. In the end, I had two pretty good LT experiences though admittedly I was with the girls at slightly different times.
I did not bother tracking my date down in Ibar because she was really no use to me since she started her period. However, many times, you read reports about how cheap the girls are in certain destinations or venues but then when you get there, it seems that is already old news. Even on BR, I heard a girl quote a customer 2000 baht, albeit she was quite attractive, which gets to a certain point I would like to make. One night towards the end of my stay, I took a stroll on BR about 10 pm and counted about 275 FL's between the Hard Rock and the Burger King / Pizza Company. Out of this amount, only a few I would ever consider taking to my hotel. Most of the girls were not very attractive, hence BR reputation for being inexpensive. So the cute one who was asking for 2000 was an anomaly because of her comparative look (though she prob would have taken less depending on how astute a negotiator the punter was). Anyway, there are a lot of variables that are involved in how girls determine their price and what they
will accept.
But when fellow posters read about 1000 baht prices, or less, they need to keep in mind the attractiveness of the girl. And, sometimes, that can be quite low (from BR).
The same applies at the Ibar. Sure, there are girls, even in there, who could never get 2500-3000 baht. There is a lot of average and below average in that place as well. These girls might go for 1500 but the girl I took out was hot and her expected rate was simply higher. I don't think she would have gone with me for 2000 though there were quite a few girls in the vicinity who would have gladly taken that amounts, but they were fuglies imo. The other thing that complicates the mix is whether it's long or short time. Even my 2500 baht girl was a bit obtuse about how long that would be, though, in the end, she stayed to about 9 am. And my hotel has been showing a cheap rate, which makes it appear that Pattaya will be in the low season even if Songkran won't yet be officially over. I would not mind a day of Songkran as I have never experienced it before, but I think one day would be plenty!

Even if you get to the Station I hope you can roll your big piece of luggage easily because you will need to most likely roll in all the way to the Hotel while getting soaked. Taxi from the bus station on Pattaya Nua to Soi 13 should be 200 baht. There are also baht buses at the bus station that may be heading that way. I think it was 50 baht last time I hopped on one to my place on 3rd Rd Soi 18 (and I had my large scuba gear bag). Like LBM said, prepare to get wet.Three out of the last 5 years, particular the last two 2014-15, The Junction of Sukhumvit and Pattaya Nua was a parking lot, Even with my motorbike going up the sidewalk etc. I was stuck! I'm can imagine what a car or bus is going to take and once you get off the bus on this particular time (19th at around 2-3 pm) not going to be easy catching a Baht bus for that price or even a bike unless you cough up a bit more? In this case we are not discussing specific instances of someone living in Pattaya vs someone who does not paying different prices. We are dicussing if a girl who will go for 1000 baht is less attractive than a girl who will not accept that amount. What we are disussing not only holds true for Pattaya, but any freelance market place on the planet. And it is not only for women.
Say me, you, and Tomas went to bumfuck China looking at the same souvenir in a shop one person 20 minutes after the other. I walk in first and see a posted price of $20. I ask the owner for a discount and he tells me no, the price is as marked. I decide to buy or not buy. You walk in next and see a posted price of $20, but the shop owner says he will give it to you for $17. You can buy or not buy. Tomas comes in last and sees the posted price of $20, but he tells the owner he will give him $15 for it. The owner accepts. Is the souvenir beautiful? There is no way to tell. What we do know is that 3 different strangers were able to secure 3 different prices for the same souvenir. Tomas would have you to believe because the owner was willing to sell it to him for $15 ($5 below the marked price) then the souvenir was not as attractive as the other souvenirs in the shop (eg. The girl who accepts 1000 is not attractive).

* attractiveness.
* type of services provided.
* quality of services.
The only thing one can be sure of is that the same girl will charge you more for LT than ST, everything else is up in the air and open for negotiations. "Caveat Emptor" as already the Old Romans knew.
The best one can hope for is to know the average prices, set yourself a budget and trust your instincts when negotiating and closing the deal.

I will be making my 3rd visit to Pattaya next week. Thinking that Songkram was from April 13-15, I figured I would totally miss it, but now I see that in Pattaya it runs until at least the 19th (next Tuesday). I will arrive BKK at about 11:30 AM next Tuesday, then will take the Bell bus to Pattaya, probably arriving at around 3:30 PM. Bell has indicated that they will not offer hotel transportation on that day, so I will need to get a taxi I presume, as I will have a large bag. Anyone know what the approximate taxi fare should be to Soi 13? I understand Beach Road will be closed.
I presume there will be relatively little traffic heading in to Pattaya on the 19th, as Bell was showing around 30 open seats. And my hotel has been showing a cheap rate, which makes it appear that Pattaya will be in the low season even if Songkran won't yet be officially over. I would not mind a day of Songkran as I have never experienced it before, but I think one day would be plenty!
I will be in Pattaya a week, then will return to BKK for a week to see my "GF" again (a real life, super sweet, old fashioned Thai girl, still a virgin I met online a few year back), after which I will go, alone, to Phuket for 4 days, then either back to Pattaya for a few more days or possibly back to BKK to see the GF (if I manage to break through that kevlar hymen this time).

1. Sukhumvit.
2. Railroad Track secondary Road parallel to Sukhumvit.
3. By boat.
The first two will be wall to wall cars and people. The railroad Track road isn't as bad but when you get to all the major junctions, Soi Siam, Soi Nernpludwan, Soi Khao Noi, Soi Khao Talo, it will be pretty much dead stop. And the only way to get to Jomtien from this road is turn right and head to Sukhumvit and once you get to this road it most likely will be wall to wall people and cars. On the 19th, Sukhumvit is the problem? Starting at about Noon and until Dust, Sukhumvit is packed with vehicles going up and down both direction. Maybe this year will be different? Good luck.

I'd like to posts my share of experience since a huge talk is going on the price tag.
I personally feel what Mr. E says is the truth which everyone has to accept. Five different people can buy the same product for five different prices and this is a fact not only in mongering world but everywhere else. It clearly depend on one's negotiation skills. And I feel this more true for FLs seating at FL bars like iBar / Insomnia / Red Car and of-course gogo girls. But this can be less promising when it comes to Beach Road girls, they all quote the price what they deserve and one can't negotiate on a low price like that.
For example let's take my experience. I saw this petite babe in iBar and our eyes matched. After all initial formalities "How much" question came and she asked me to quote, however I repeated the same question to her and she quotes 3 k. I knew she was quoting more, but considering her petite body, looks and my attraction towards her I quote 2.5 k, we settled for 2.7 k. Paid her 3 k the next morning which included a 0.3 k tip, total 3 k she got.
Now later I connected with couple of friends who already have used her service before and after me and to my surprise they all have paid 2 k for her. For them, they quote 1 k /1.5 k and she quote 2 k which was final. You can say that I was inexperienced to pay an extra 1 k but for me it was okay since in my experience she was deserving 3 k. I'm sure this exactly is what Mr. E trying to say.
As a monger tourist one can't deny what Breadman says. You can't accept this easily but it's true that everybody wants to bring a girl as quick as possible which results in spending more time with her, may be more fucks. So for me if I see a stunner quoting me 3 k, I'm already attracted to her and she is ready to leave right away with me then may be I'll pay her that amount even if knowing the fact that others pay her 2 k. It's just that I think what I'm paying is relevant to me and if the next morning I'm happy then I believe it's VFM for me whereas it might not be VFM for someone who pays 2 k. There are multiple reports where an experienced monger makes a deal at a lower price with a gogo stunner and waits for 1-2 hrs for her to make money from LDs which she earns from other punters but not go with them mentioning anonymous reasons. Don't you think here "Time is money" for this punter, he is ready to spend less time with the lady by paying a lesser amount. If I would have a situation like this I simple would have paid the amount quoted with a slight negotiation and have taken the lady right away.
The facts mentioned by Mr. E and Breadman are like to parallel lines going in one direction and the whole world is discussing how these two line are going to intersect each other. Different persons, different perceptions however everybody is right in their perception which is true as a matter of fact.

Avoid Songkran if at all possible; if you want to experience it, plan to arrive on the last day.

Thai New Year's Day is April 13th every year. The beautiful and ancient Songkran festival, occurring between 13-15 (3 days) in April, originated to celebrate the occasion in keeping with the Buddhist / Hindu solar calendar. The celebration is meant to ritualize several symbolic Thai traditions.
Mornings, for example, begin with merit-making. Visiting local temples offering food to the Buddhist monks and performing water pouring on Buddha statues was commonly practiced. The rituals represented purification; the washing away of sins and bad luck. As a way to show respect, younger people often practiced water pouring over the palms of elders' hands. Paying reverence to ancestors was an important part of the Songkran tradition.
Unfortunately, that was then and this is now. Songkran is now known primarily for its water festival. Major streets are closed for traffic, and used as arenas for water fights during which the participants take pleasure in splashing water on each other. Of course there is nothing at all wrong with that, and the whole three days can be a lot of fun for young people, especially those who desire to take part.
But in Pattaya, the Songkran festival has, for those of us who live here, become totally perverted by gangs of lowlifes, sadists and cretins who have turned what was once a pleasant traditional occasion into a nine days (April 11-19) of Hell in the streets. Today the authorities in Pattaya have essentially given these miscreants a license to assault people with water any time of the day and night anywhere in the metropolitan area. No longer are the water festivities confined to closed off areas to be enjoyed by only those who wish to participate. Now there is nowhere to escape the water fights.
Nothing gives these creeps greater pleasure than encountering innocent victims anywhere on the streets who wish to remain dry and don't want to participate; then soaking them with gallons of dirty water often freezing cold ice water. They cruise the main thoroughfares and side Soi's everywhere on the beds of 100's of pickup trucks with 50 gallon tubs of ice water which they splash on anyone and everyone within their range. So if one doesn't want to get soaking wet anytime of the day or night he must of necessity stay home.
On top of that, police statistics show that the death toll in Thailand from road accidents doubles during Songkran. In the first four days of the festivities this year 259 people have died and 2,378 were injured in road accidents.
In short, Songkran is dangerous to your comfort, wellbeing, health, and safety. I would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Thailand especially Pattaya scrupulously avoid Songkran.

I met Mr. E, a number of years ago and although I haven't spoken or run into him directly for over a year I do see him running around town. The times I've seen him I wouldn't consider the women with him to be " Bottom Feeders ". If it wasn't personal then you would see his posting indicates he doesn't believe in paying Barfines at Go-Go's in particular. Just because we don't have his style doesn't mean he is wrong. Rent a motorbike, print a map and do it by yourself. I did sometimes, is a hit and miss but I had some great party around DarkSide. Of course difficult to find a good quality girls but could find some good performer.

So came to Thailand Ealey morning and ha some rest. Thought of hitting Soi Isx in the afternoon.
As per my research, Songkran in Oattaya was supposed to be held on 19th, but boy I was wrong.
As soon as I steeped out of My walking street Hotel, I got a glimpse of what was going to come. My Baht Bus journey to Sou Six was marred by water being thrown at us by any one who had limbs and had access to water.
What fascinated me was the fact was that though the atmosphere on Soi Six was fantastic, the girls were hardly trying to lure the customers in as is the usual norm. Will it continue in Soi Six till 19th?
Should we expect a drop in number of talent over the coming few days as birds might be flying to home?
Till what time is this water fight continued till? I plan to go to disco often and wouldn't want myself to drenched in water.

Damage was aproximatly 3 K.In Nana a friend of mine had an experience like that recently, asked to pay the barfine & lady's fee together upfront. He refused and said he would pay the barfine now and that he would pay the lady later, outside the bar, afterwards, and insisted on that. They agreed.
I checked with my hotel and they too basically said to stay away Tuesday until after 7 pm. Soooo, I figured I might stay in one of those sleep rooms they have at BKK. I can rent there until 5 or 6 pm, rest after s long flight, then take a taxi down. The hotel said they would come get me for a total cost of 1800 TB. I know I will be sleep deprived so this might be reasonable.
A second option that was suggested is to stay in a north Pattaya hotel for the first night. That might be less costly than the airport room. I still want to hit WS Tuesday night, so if I did that I would get a taxi, I guess, ito take me to my original hotel anyway, that evening, so I would only stay for a few hours in north Pattata. A concern would be about traffic from BKK to and Pattaya in the afternoon however.
Anyway, the arrival plans are slowly getting finalized.

By now I would have thought that it is trite knowledge that price bears no relationship to:
* attractiveness.
* type of services provided.
* quality of services.
The only thing one can be sure of is that the same girl will charge you more for LT than ST, everything else is up in the air and open for negotiations. "Caveat Emptor" as already the Old Romans knew.
The best one can hope for is to know the average prices, set yourself a budget and trust your instincts when negotiating and closing the deal.
This needs to be framed and put up on a proverbial wall.
For most products and services, price is correlated with quality. Even if the relationship is not linear (diminishing returns), if you pay more, you almost always get more. This is NOT the case at all with sex workers.
The asking price range depends on the venue type, and theoretically, more expensive venues tend to offer a higher concentration of good lookers. Unfortunately, there is no correlation whatsoever with service levels, in fact the few venues with consistent and solid service standards (like Tulip in Bangkok) tend to be reasonably priced.
Worse yet, high quoted price correlates with (a) the girl's high opinion of her own looks / desirability / status and (b) her audacity to brazenly ask for an amount much higher than the going rate. Neither of those bode well for service quality, though perhaps she might actually have the looks.

I arrived at BKK, went to the Bell ticket counter and bought one-way transfer for 250 baht -- they first drive the (nice, AC) bus to the Pattaya bus station where everyone gets off; then they have vans that take people to their hotels, included in the price.
I stay at Premier Inn, a block and a half from Beach Road. Most nights its 30-35 dollars, except one Hi-demand night, which I booked late for 48 dollars. You can bring a guest to your room at no extra fee, but she has to leave her ID at the front desk, which she gets back when she leaves.
I walked around early afternoon. Hot. No obvious talent walking about. At 1:30 I stopped by one of the many massage places an looked inside. A cute girl, Tum, came to open. Pattaya Trip Report, Day 1 (April 19,2016).
I made the mistake of booking my LOS / Pattaya arrival on the last day of Songkran in Pattaya. I had looked up the dates of the water festival in advance, with my source telling me it would be over serval days in advance of my trip. I had a narrow time window, and arriving on a Tuesday worked out great, especially thinking Songkran would have ended a few days previously. Well, I found out a week or so before the trip that Pattaya has a major Songkran celebration on my arrival day. Great. I think the celebration is neat and had wanted to attend one at some point in my life, but not at _this_ point! I brought up the issue here, being told by others that Pattaya would be literally jammed during the day and near impossible to get down here from BKK in a reasonable amount of time. Some said I should stay in Bangkok and come down Wednesday. Some said get a hotel to the north of Pattaya and come down either late in the night or next day. Some said wait to leave the airport until 7 or 8 PM and the traffic would ease by the time I got here. Sigh. What to do?
OK. The next 5 paragraphs will be about my travel to finally get to my hotel. It has nothing to do with mongering, so feel free to skip down 5 or 6 paragraphs if you wish to avoid my toils and tribulations.
Well, the flight into BKK from LA went great. Got to love EVA Airline's Elite class. Great service, hot stewardesses and after 3 trips over and back, always on time. But now that I was at the airport, what do I do? In advance of my departure, I had contacted the hotel about how best to get there on this holiday, and they said the traffic would start clearing after 7 or 8 PM, and they could send me a taxi to arrive around that time. Unfortunately, I was unable to respond in time to secure the taxi reservation, and my emails to the hotel were not returned. Also, prior to departure, I emailed Tans Taxi upon recommendation of another member, and I tried again after my arrival, but never heard from them. I tried another taxi and I got a response, but it went to my junk folder and I never saw it until today.
I felt the safest course of action would be to stay at the airport until evening, then secure either a bus or taxi to Pattaya, with the intention of arriving around 8 PM. This meant about 6 to 7 hours of holing up at the airport or a nearby short term hotel. I felt waiting at the airport gave me more options than if I got stuck in traffic 10 miles outside Pattaya in a bus or, worse, a taxi with no bathroom!
I wanted to take a Bell bus, but it was too late to book online, and they have no ticket counter at the airport. I did go to the bus counter where you can book buses on the lower level and they sold tickets to the north and south Pattaya bus stations. They recommend the south station, which was closer to Soi 13 than the north station. If was cheaper, which I didn't care about, but why it was cheaper proved to be something I IDID care about!
So I booked on the blue bus (can't remember their name) and the realization I made a poor choice became now soon enough and over the course of the trip. It was older than any Bell bus I have ridden on, and the engine was surging and did not appear to be very powerful, with lousy suspension. It was also dirty on the outside (more about that later). Anyway, I boarded a bit before 6 PM, very tired as I had not slept much at all in the last 40 hours. The seats were not comfortable and my buns were in pain after a while. The traffic going down wasn't bad, until it suddenly got very bad. The bus stopped several times right off the highway, letting people off, then we turned into the city (no idea where, other that it was somewhere in Pattaya) and traffic was jammed, and then I understood why the bus was dirty it was Songkran! I will spare you the rest of the details, but it was after 9 PM until we finally go to the bus station. Part of the delay was the traffic, but a lot of it was stopping to let people get off at other places, and the time needed to get turned around and get back on track. I was not a happy camper about all the stops. I figured it would be a straight shot to the south bus station, and it was anything but. No wonder the fare was cheaper. Argh. I should have taken the taxi. How many times I have taken the cheap transportation and been upset for not taking a taxi? Well, safety has costs associated with it, so better to regret not taking a taxi than to end up trapped in a taxi after a crash with a big bus.
Finally arriving at the station, I found a baht bus driver who would take me to my hotel for 400 baht. I tried to get him lower, but I was hostage. Heck, riding in, winding up and down the streets, I said if there was no taxi service at the station, I would offer 500 to some random person to take me! Anyway, the bad thing of traveling in a baht bus is that you are exposed to the elements of the festivities (not to mention they are not exactly safe), which means you will, and I did, get wet. I had joked earlier that I would not mind celebrating Songkran for a few minutes, and that I certainly did. The main thing is I finally was at my hotel. It was around 9:30 PM I think, 10 hours after landing in BKK, and 3-1/2 hours after leaving the airport. I probably could have gotten there much earlier in a taxi, if a taxi would have taken me. Whatever, I was safe in Pattaya and in time for WS.
Safe in my hotel room, I cleaned up, got out of my wet clothes, and headed to WS, arriving at about 10 PM. First thing I noticed was that there were no throngs of busses filled with Chinese tourists! Yea! With the jammed roads, the big tour busses would be unable to get through. Maybe the jammed traffic was a bonus of sorts if it kept out tourists who go to WS simply to look around. Anyway, instead of Chinese tourists the place was full of kids engaged in water fights. The older people were not widely targeted, so I only got wet and not soaked, but the girls were highly targeted and got totally drenched. But it was fun, and I was happy to get to experience a small part of Songkran, despite the 9 hours of lost time. I also noticed a lot of clubs were closed, specifically Skyfall. Not sure if that was because some clubs had shut down or down or if they simply closed due to Songkran. There were people in the gogo clubs, but perhaps they were less crowded than normal?
I walked around for a long time, trying to check out any decent free lancers, and figure out what clubs I might try. There were maybe 2 FLs I was eying, but none quite met by criteria. I went into a few clubs and was not impressed. It was after 1 AM so I needed to make a decision, so I went into Crazy Horse and their lineup was decent. Pattaya Report, Day 2.
After doing some writing, about mid-afternoon I headed down to Soi 6. I did a couple of passes and while there were some nice girls, no one stood out. And this error rippled down through my other reservations, knocking everything off by a day. I successfully changed my other reservations, but with this one, the Agoda site would not allow me to change both the arrival and departure dates, so I cancelled it and rebooked. Well, Agoda never registered the cancellation, and I didn't notice that it was not cancelled, and it was not until 6 days before arrival that I noticed the error. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your arrival, you lose the whole booking amount, so it was now too late the cancel the reservation and I was out the money I paid. I contacted Agoda to explain the situation, who called Sandy Spring to ask them to authorize a refund, but they refused. Bummer. My plans have been to come back to Pattaya for 5 nights after I go to Bangkok and Phuket from here. I had booked the final 5 nights with Sandy Springs, also through Agoda. Due to SS's refusal to issue a refund, which is their right, I exercised my rights to cancel that second booking, and I rebooked with a different hotel. I will most likely continue to exercise my right to never book with SS again. They can keep their 7 days, but they have now lost 5 days as a result, and likely weeks more in the future. They can certainly say they are following the procedures I agreed to follow, but when a returning customer makes a mistake you should work with them. And keeping the entire 7 day amount, when I only missed the day that I could cancel without penalty by one day?! Ugh. Not cool, not cool. Anyway, the end of my rant, but I was not about to let them book that room that I paid for to someone else! Maybe I will use to take girls to, where I won't have to worry so much about them stealing my stuff! Haha.
OK, back to the story. I head down to WS. There are many more FL girls out but I pass them by. I continue walking up and down for a while, but at around 10:00, or maybe it was 10:30, I decide to step into I-Bar (the one of the bottom level). It was not too busy. Eventually she says she is getting horny and I ask how much. She asks me to tell her. I shrug and say 1500. She grimaces but says ok. Another drink (me, I am back to soda water and lime), and we head out to the quickie place.

I said sure, remembering that she had said she only went there a few times a month.
So, 1500 baht for her services, plus I was dumb and gave her a 200 tip, then when I left she asked for 200 more, plus all the drinks. I was being too nice and she kind of took advantage of it. I think I would have been better off going to a high priced gogo! Haha. Actually, I really don't mind it too much. This was my first disco pick up ever, and I had fun, and I actually opened up just a tad, so I am not dwelling on the money. The pickup also gives me confidence to try a disco again, so the money may well be worth it. I may or may not see her again, though I don't plan on being her vending machine to such a great extent, and I may decline the quickie hotel unless I get a sense she is actually warming up to me. She had joked at the beginning she had gotten girls for guys before. Maybe, if I see her, I will mention that to her and see what she does!
So, that concludes Day 2. Not too bad. I got a nice body slide with May for 3000 baht with a 300 tip, and got my first Disco FL girl for 1500, but with a 200 tip, 200 more for something, and who knows how many drinks. But she was fun, super cute, nothing close to a GFE in bed, but a good partner none the less. Time will tell if I see her again. What will I do tomorrow? Who knows? There is still security at the elevators who will take the girl's ID if you want. I haven't been to all the other condos in Pattaya but I'm thinking they don't all do that. I had all girl's ID's taken except these 4 gogo girls who I had taken out individually on a previous trip. I consider VT6 a hotel. They are on every hotel booking website.

For the safety of the rest of the Condo owners, guest and based on location good they provided security to take I.D The. But the Condo by-laws are still as a Condo as ownership! Therefore can't tell you to limit or charge you for your guest. So as a Condo owner want to invite 5 people to my place it is my right to do so unless my guest have violated the rules and disturb the peace of others. Hotel, they are the sole owner they set the rules and if setting the rules means they charge you so be it. Although you are renting and they advertise on Hotel website you basically obtain the same rights as the owner unless VT-6 Rules state it otherwise. Right now many Thai owners/Farangs are turning to Airbnd even in Thailand and renting their places out like Hotel it doesn't mean it is a Hotel. !
I wanted to take a Bell bus, but it was too late to book online, and they have no ticket counter at the airport. Bell has a ticket counter at level 1, next to gate number 8.
Personally I don't get it that you really had to go to Pattaya that very same day. Was it worth all the trouble? I never travel to Pattaya anymore right after a long and exhausting flight.
Even when it's not Songkran the trip from the airport to your hotel can easily take 2,5 to 3 hours or even more and that is just too much IMO. But to each his own of course.

As you mentioned, they have a small kitchen that is handy for guests that stay longer than a few days, and don't like having to go out for all of their meals. But since there is one owner for all of the units, he sets the rules for the whole building, and must offer most of the same amenities as a traditional hotel.
VT-6 is a condominium where each individual unit is sold to different folks who rent their units out when they are not using them. It's easiest to think of a condominium as a bunch of individual private homes stacked next to one another and on top of one another. And just like your own home there is no front desk, no reception, no maid service, and no rules to dictate how many girls you can bring home at once. But the owners of these condos realize that in order to rent out their homes they need to offer some of these services to be competitive with hotels and apartment hotels, so many do offer maid service, some minimal security, and sometimes even a restaurant in the building.

Maybe they sell tickets at the counter there, but there was nothing to indicate that. I was in the line selling tickets to the N Pattaya station, so that very well could have been for Bell, but it was the lady here who suggested I instead take the bus to S Pattaya, and I slid over to puchase my ticket from that guy. No idea if that was a good decision overall or not.
Pattaya Report, Day 3.
It is now Thursday. I start my mongering day going back to Soi 6. I need to state that I had intended to take a K tablet (Kamangra, easily available in the pharmacies and on the streets) to help me get / stay functional, but had forgotten too. As I was turning onto Soi 6 after getting of the baht bus, I realized this, and headed south on 2nd road to a nearby pharmacy. I inquired about both K and a see-substitute, and the guy recommended Apcalis-sx20,4 tablets for 600 baht. Fair or expensive I do not know, but I bought a box, then stepped into the nearby 7-11 for a 7 baht bottle of water to take a full tablet to see how it did. Turns out, it did great!
Things were looking a little better on Soi 6 today a little and I settled on a girl named Tong. I won't say too much since I didn't note the name of the bar and if I don't tell you where she is, you can't find her and the report is therefore useless. But, it was in one of the bars on the north east part. She was fairly attractive. She is getting animated (not angry at all, just comically reacting to the situation) and gets up and moves around. To my delight, the towel eventually falls, revealing her nice body, and her shyness is gone as they makes no attempt to cover herself. As some of this is going on, we talk in between the messages, while I am trying to get a sense of whether she remain a starfish or might she open up. She reveals she has a kid. Huh? Anyway, I am running on here, but due to any lack of touching from her, I figure I will be wasting my money and will have another lackluster performance if she stays. Around 20:00 I go for a walk, about 2 km along Beach Road. There must have been 200 freelancers, and I think at least every other one was cute enough for me.
However, my plan was to go to the street Soi 6 where Fast Eddie reported on a nice little place called Route 69. I have to say that I enjoyed walking along Soi 6 more than along Walking Street. Unless something has changed recently Bell is selling tickets there. I think you were at the counter for the '389 bus' to Pattaya (also known as the government bus) which is next to Bell's counter I believe.

Pattaya Trip Report, Day 5 (Saturday).
I didn't finish with Bee until around 3 AM, and I had trouble falling asleep after she left. I did have a couple of diet Cokes on WS earlier, and the caffeine was keeping me awake I suppose. I wandered down to Bay View for breakfast, and was only slightly surprised to see buses with Chinese tourists descending on the waterfront to take them all out of boats. Again, wave after wave, with the buses often blocking my bay view. It is kind of funny, but several years ago on a cruise I met a Chinese girl who worked on board, and I started to talk to her and we became friends. We have continued to chat and she is now around 28 or so, I suppose, and still single. We joked (well, it was a joke for me), that if we were both single 3 years later we should marry. It has been 3 years, we are both unmarried, and I think she might want me wanting to marry me now. Seriously! I broached the subject of vesting China and she offered to show me around, but in my inquiry about sleeping arrangement, she was being a good old fashioned girl and said she would recommend a nice hotel! Haha Good to know she is not compromising her morals for a husband. She is a sweet girl, pretty but overweight, smart, etc. , but not really my type for marriage. She is not detoured by our age difference, but having a wife just a few years older than my kids would be too creepy to deal with. And if I get married to an Asian it will likely be to my Thai GF I will be seeing again soon in Bangkok, and after I finally complete my mongering. Anyway, I am reading my email messages in my ocean view motel room and I get one from her telling me about her recent Thailand trip! She has no idea I am here, but I laughed a bit to think that my friend was once among those hordes of tourists I complain about!
Anyway, that afternoon, I decided to go visit the Kinneree place. The taxi driver knew where it was, but I think I got ripped off for the fare. Whatever. I was looking for a motorbike, but the taxi stand came first, and again, whatever. The place was not too far. The driver dropped me off and I went inside and found a number of older men with a number of ladies ranging from ugly to-not-too-bad inside. I was kind of ignored, being pointed to a table to sit, then the server came over to take my drink order, but he ignored my saying I had idea what to do. I got my diet Coke and after about 10 minutes of swiveling around on my chair observing, a pretty lady comes over and says Hello,. After a brief introduction she asks if she can sit down. Her name was Nok, and in conversation she said she used to work at Alcatraz on WS. She had only started at the Kinneree 3 days ago. She was probably in her early 30's, a few pounds over, with a push up bra, but her English was decent and though I would have ignored her in a gogo bar, we were able to sit down in a comfortable couch and talk, in which a warm personality came through. This part was nice trying to converse in a gogo bar with blaring music and semi-naked girls running around is difficult.
A short while later, the Saturday barbecue was served, which was delicious and filling. Most guys with girls were bringing back sufficient food to share, though I don't know that most Thai women really care for our foods that much. Eating to 60's American music in Thai bar with women to screw running around was great. With a warm food belly, I asked Noc about taking her back in order to work off some calories, and she said yes, with no mention of pricing. There is a 350 BF to pay to get put on the waiting list for a room. Yes, you may have to wait for a room. Their rooms are limited and it gets busy after lunch, though our wait was not that long actually. Anyway, the room was much nicer than the dirty, shabby, rabbit warren of rooms that is the staple of Soi 6, and being on ground level, there were no treacherous, steep, head-banging stairs with broken railings to climb, nor wading through back rooms stepping over stuff, or waiting for the air conditioning system to cool the room down. And I had a tad more confidence that the bedspread might be washed more than once a month. This all made for a more comfortable experience. We showered together, her washing me, and in bed she gave a decent, not GFE, performance. Nice BBBJ, then when the cover went go, some good girl on top action. I told her before we started I would not be able to finish, and I didn't, but she tried hard and it all felt good. Only complaint about the room was it was noisy. You could easily hear what was happening in the other areas of the club, especially some of the women talking in loud voices. I supposed that if I could hear them, they could hear me. The addition of additional sound deadening material is in order. At the end I asked about rates, and she said whatever I wanted to give her. After that, it was out to the street and trying to figure out how to get home. There was a guard, and he said wait 5 minutes, and 5 minutes later a motorbike with a passenger rides in, and the guard says that is my ride home. Well, ok. The ride home seemed longer than in a taxi, but we take some back routes to, I hope, save time as the traffic might now be higher, but it went ok. Seems like the ride back was 120. I didn't feel ripped by that.
My opinions on Kinneree are mostly positive. Given this is Pattaya, the women who work there chose to work in this profession and, those who come here, find it a better alternative that the WS or Soi 6 clubs. They get to work in a clean, safe, air conditioned environment which is good, and they can interact better and longer with their intended clients. They will be less likely to develop tinnitus. I guess it also gives older dudes a more formal place to hang where, in less than ear-spitting sound levels, they can converse with other men as well as the ladies, and not have to venture out to congested WS or Soi 6.
Back at my hotel, I do some writing and think I will head back to Soi 6 for some night action, before heading to WS for Saturday night. It should be jamming. I may go back to the place where Bell worked and inquire about her. No word from Fon today, and I think I will just let it die. My last memory of her will be seeing her naked in her current, declining glory while she is still hot.
Well, I have failed to regularly update my reports, falling a few days behind in my new writings, concentrating more on finishing up the old ones, so it is Monday afternoon now as I write this rest of this and I find myself trying to look back to Saturday to remember what I did. I have been jet lagged or otherwise sleep deprived and I seem in a daze sometimes, but what did I do Saturday? I remember the highlights, but here goes with what I remember.
I did go back to Soi 6 that evening. In leaving, I was accosted by a girl outside one the one modern disco club near the west end. Pretty young spinner, but not really my type. I am not even sure how the place operates. I just know I am not interested in her. I buy her a drink and give a small tip for her time as we sat down and talked, but I think I feel the need to need to get back to the hotel to prepare for WS. It is dark. But did I see someone just before her on Soi 6? Nothing in my spare records of any name, so I guess not. But kind of seems like I did. Argh! Man, it is bad when you can't remember if you got laid or not two days previously!
Anyway, on to WS. There was no Pam at I-Bar, and I was not really impressed with the few clubs I did enter. Until I entered Sugar Baby. There were some hot girls in there, but the one that blew me away was the hot, naked girl standing up at the rear. Bolts ONS yes, but wonderful figure, legs and face. Not a youngster, but hardly old. Maybe late 20's or early 30's. She looked outstanding. Not in a modelish way, just she looked like the ultimate girl next door. Very natural, displaying calm confidence. I imagined, with clothes on, you would want to take this girl to meet your mother. I was mesmerized, and I was trying to understand exactly why. She finished on stage shortly and went off to dress. She looked my way and I smiled big, and she returned the smile. I motioned her to come over for a drink, and she did. Her name was Bee. We talked, where she claims to have 2 children. I was floored. That might explain her boob job, but there were only trace vestiges of some skin darkening from having a baby after I looked. I noted in person her solid character. There was no giggling or fake laughter. This seemed like a solid, mature woman, despite the fact she was hooking for a living. We touched, and I felt a solid stomach. No rock hard stomach, but close enough. She looked like a woman should look. It did not take me long to ask if I could BF her. She smiled as she said yes. Cost was 1000 BF and 2000ST to her. She does not seem to like to do LT, which would be 3000 for an overnight stay. She is unique in that her children, and I think her mother, are in Pattaya, and she likes to go home to them each night.
When she came out after changing into normal clothes, she left me drooling. And with her short cutoff jeans, figure and legs, my jaw was hitting my feet. I mean, simply gorgeous. Fon could not have been any more amazing. Wait, who was Fon?

When I was done, she goes in, locks the door, and showers. She comes out draped in the towel and gets into bed. Now I am getting a little concerned about a Fon repeat from a year ago. Starfish city with a hot girl. But, I handle things different. I think here I have an amazing, real life woman, and I will do now what I need to do to ensure it goes well. So I change the rules a bit. I will take the lead. I tell her I like to take things slow, with some kissing and touching, and then just go slow with it. She agrees, and she (I supposed) lets me take over. Guys, I treated her like she was my lost love and I wanted her to just lay back and enjoy what I had to offer. I touched, licked some, kissed some, caressed, massaged, etc. I basked in her beauty. I was acting like this was my lover, my girlfriend. I was not asking her to do anything, and she basically didn't do anything! My endorphin glands were pumping endorphins and I was feeling the love! Ok, I exaggerate a bit, but I am feeling the feeling the feelings of love, or at least generating it in my mind. The kissing was very limited, as she did not seem to really like it wish me, but I didn't let it bother me. She did work to keep johnny going, and she would touch back, but no attempt to engage in some oral action or doing anything needed to get her to sit up. But I wasn't going to allow myself to care. I was going to get my pleasure by pleasuring her, and the final release would be awesome.
She pretty much kept her eyes closed, but she did notice that when I finally decided to plunge in that I had failed to put on a condom, so she was certainly paying attention. She felt good, and I started a good 20 to 30 minutes of gentleness peppered with some pounding. She had no problem changing positions when I wanted, and she moaned softly the whole time. She was in no hurry to get dressed when I gave up. She let my lay next to her and I actually dozed off briefly, at which point she did get up to leave. Maybe I started snoring! Next time I will want more, and I very well may not get it, so this may be a one-time thing with Bee, but I am happy now. And you can now point out the flaws in the rationale for my feelings. I will go ruin it with reality.
She dressed, and I was again blown over by her looks in them. I felt like I wanted to grab her and rip them off and start over. I wanted to get a picture, but even if she agreed, what would I have a record off? A hooker I paid 3000 baht for who didn't have any feelings for me? Nothing to be overly proud of. Anyway, I was still amazed and blown away by this experience, of me at least getting to make semi-love with a woman with the face and body I have dreamed and lusted over. Any man would be so proud to have this exotic beauty next to them. I know, and I am droning on, but she would be so elegant in a formal dress or attending a formal, high class ball, as opposed to most of the WS girls. So again, Bell is not a top model kind of beauty, just that of a gorgeous woman with confidence and pride who can make any man look good. Sigh. I am already forgetting about Fon though, in actuality, the two really are not that different in terms of initial performance, only that I lowered my expectations for Bee.
Tomorrow I will probably see Bee and BF her again rather than Bell. I am sure I will hit Soi 6 again as well. Hopefully tomorrow I can finally have a nice release will Bee. I hope to throw in a nap sometime as well!

I'the give Pam a wide berth if I were you. You seem genuinely kind and generous and girls like her are masters of manipulating guys like you. I like to think of myself as the same and I also avoid girls like the plague once I see signals of this game as I can also easily get caught up in it.
While I am doling out advice, I'the also recommend giving Fon another shot. You did her a solid and maybe she is ready to reciprocate with some kindness and affection of her own.

You-V.I believe your advice is solid. Too late now Fon, but I may be back a week from Saturday and I will try to contact her again and set up something. But I am on the hook for 3000 with her for ST and I really doubt the experience will be great. But I may have helped in our Line texting, and if she re-engages me, things might go acceptably well.
I think I will be ok with Pam now. Not sure why I keep being drawn back to I-Bar looking for her. She is cute with that killer smile, but I really don't want to ST her again. She is fun and I lost my Disco virginity to her, so some of this may be natural. But don't worry. Bell overshadows Pam, and I have a real Thai sweetheart I am going to visit tomorrow for a week. Just got to survive tonight.

Interesting experience with Fon. My first thought after reading her story about the room mate missing the key is that she was BSing you and trying to do a runner.
But she didn't even ask you to pay her for ST so I am inclined to believe her story is genuine . Which also boggles the mind: 3 girls sharing one key! WTF! That she didn't ask for money at least for ST indicates that she rally found herself in a tight spot.
In any case, I think you played it pretty well. You kept you calm and let her figure things out. I wouldn't be surprised if she gives you a much better time if you meet again.Of course the key story was BS, it's something so much used that the girls play it with newcomers only. There is no woman in Thailand that wouldn't patiently wait while her friend or roommate is making quick 2 or 3 thousands.
The fact that she didn't ask for anything doesn't mean much first of all she had already summed a barfine that count toward her set target for salary, and then she knows that some foreigners would have paid something anyway. so she kept dragging it for a while to see what would came out. She would have been ok even doing the deed and get paid, but for whatever reason she didn't really wanted.
