2 interesting things in the news today.
1. "Happy Zones" - to fight crime, Pattaya is implementing these "Happy Zones" to protect tourists. The first of these so called "Happy Zones" is Walking Street. Any speculation on what this means? Imo Walking Street is already very protected by Tourist Police prescence. There will be 35 "Happy Zones" throughout Pattaya. I assume LK Metro, soi 6, 7, 8, etc will become "Happy zones".
2. SIM cards. No more tracking of tourist SIM cards.

There is no real hard and fast rule for what exactly constitutes LT, but for a night pickup it usually means going to your place for sex, sleeping with you then waking up for morning sex and then leaving well before noon, maybe even before 8 AM. Unless she walked out on you refusing to perform her LT duties, which in your case she seems to have done what she agreed to do, it was you who terminated the contract early and you owe her 1000 baht!

First I visited a bar in the day (forgot the name of the bar) and the girl that I wanted to go with told me about the police had been raiding some bars so now they stopped to use the rooms upstairs. However, the girl was renting a room nearby so I could go there with her.
Same thing happened in the evening when I came back to Soi 6. I went to the bar Smoke & Kisses and the girl that I wanted to go with told me the same thing. Because of the police they stopped the service to use the room upstairs so the option would be to take the girl out from the bar. So I did and I took the girl back to my room.
How depressing to find out about all this. In the past I always appreciated the possibility to take a girl upstairs for a quickie, whenever I felt like doing so. Now this is not possible anymore. It would be interesting to hear from someone else on the ground, about this ongoing problem. Does all Soi 6 bars do the same thing now and not using their upstairs rooms? And sure, I have been taking girls back to my apartment from Soi 6 many times in the past when I wanted, but many times the quickie upstairs can be just perfect as well.
And there is the price issue too. Taking girls out from the bars in Soi 6 is a bit expensive. From my experience bars have been charging 1000 Baht to take a girl LT in the day and I know that many bars has a policy of lowering their prices after some time in the evening, like after 9 PM. Yesterday in the day I paid the bar 300 (350 or 300 is the normal ST rate/room charge for Soi 6 bars) for taking the girl ST to her room nearby but in the bar Smoke & Kisses later in the night, I paid 500 Baht. And it was the evening rate for LT, despite the fact that I only was taking the girl back to my room for ST. So in the end it will make everything more expensive for us, besides the fact that we can't take the girls to the upstair rooms any longer.
Hit all the Russian clubs and finished the evening at mix in the smoking area on the left as you walk in the other night. Some pretty hot dancers at all the clubs, seeing girls who actually dance is a huge change of pace. Ordered all kinds of food and drinks. Total spent for the night easily had to run close to 80 k baht. And not a dime was spent by me or my friends. Lucky for us we ran into someone with more money than they knew what to do with it. At one point the guy pulled out 15 or so 1000 baht notes and they brought out a pile of 100's. He'd then grab 6 or so and tip every dancer that came by.

If as noted, things go as planned this is just a bump in the road. The head man O or puppet as I like to call him has appointed or use Section 44 to appoint one of his old retired buddy to be Mayor of Pattaya. Along with the British article giving a black eye to Pattaya as if people don't already know. Taking a phrase from Trump these old retired guys who are supposed to clean up the image are the same guys who created the swamp. These seem as always targeted raid or closures like done of Windmill, and recently a number of Gentlemen clubs located near Love Inn, while two others went untouched for shock affects. Now it is Soi 6, no ST, on the premises but a good source on another website indicated it will be back to normal in a week or two. Rumor mill they are basically targeting the British ownership which is said to be a large number of venues owned by them? I remember a few year back when the man O took over, and had the curfew the Darkside, places were told no ST on premises but now back to normal.
In one article I read recently it was indicated that the sex trade entertainment is like 10% of their economy with something like 200 billion in corruption money floating around which makes it pretty impossible that the sex industry will be gone in the near future and then there is the constant rumors of having legal gambling in Pattaya, the next Macau?

Arrived in Pattaya about 7 pm Tuesday via Bus from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport. Booked the bus ticket online, base fee was 260 baht + 70 or so baht for overweight and extra baggage. Noted that tickets were available directly at the airport for 120 baht, but I'm not sure about the quality of the bus. Also I think they will drop you off at bus station. The online method got me a decent air conditioned bus with reclining seats and dropped me off directly at hotel (Dynasty Inn on Soi 13).
After getting unpacked, decided to head out for some dinner and then back to the hotel for a nap before checking out walking street. Woke up about 11 pm feeling a bit refreshed and decided to walk as I wanted to check out the BR FL scene. I'd guess between Soi 13 and WS I saw about 50 or so FLs. The vast majority of them were a hard pass for me with a handful of maybes. Saw many punters bargaining with some of the girls. From reading the forum, 700-1000 seems to be the range for ST and 1200-1500 the range for LT. Will plan on using these numbers to bargain if I find one worth checking out.
Get to WS and decide to do a circuit before stopping in anywhere. I am surprised at the number of regular tourists mixed in with the punters here. Although I guess I shouldn't be as it was pretty much the same story at NEP and Soi Cowboy in Bangkok. I pass by a bunch of gogos, beer bars, etc. I see some decent lookers here and there but nothing worth stopping for. Also note many side Soi's with the same (side Soi's seem to be mostly go-go's). I pass I-bar and it looks pretty packed, I'm tempted to go in, but at this point I'm feeling the heat / humidity and the effort / irritation of getting down WS dodging the photo takers, rambling herds of Indians / Chinese and vaguely aggressive looking drunks has put me in an off mood and I decide to just walk around tonight.
Head back down WS and past BR again to see if the FL scene has improved. It's now about 1 am and it looks like there are a few more maybes in the bunch. I also hit the side opposite the beach and note many girls sitting down lost in their phones, I'm guessing they are all available as well. I walk all the way to Soi 7-8 and tour each street up and down. Tons of beer bars and MPs here. It looks like the MP's are mostly closed or closing at this point (a little past 2am). I stop in at a tiny beer bar near the corner of Soi 7 and decide I've earned a few drinks. I have a couple of beers and a whisky and watch things wind down for the night. 3 am by now and they are looking to close up. Calling it a night and will head out tomorrow with a better plan. Get a taxi bike back to hotel. I'm quoted 50 baht and know I should try and bargain down, but I'm too tired at this point.
Day 2:
Today I decide I want to get a BJ to start and after doing a bit of research it seems there are 2 BJ bars right on Soi 13/2 (Pump Station and Kittens). I do a walk down Soi 13/1 to check out the scene and see there are lots of MP's but no girls I would consider stopping for, like not even slow down to get a better look. This is not a good start. Always good to have 10 baht coins or 20 baht notes handy for them. They're a great way to get around cheaply. Soi 6 is looking much better, plenty of that same type I saw on Soi 13/1 and 2 but some decent looking girls here and there. I see a couple of interesting options at Pink Pussy Bar and stop there. I get a beer to take a minute to review and unfortunately the girl I stopped for is already taken. No problem, option 2 has a cute face and a big round ass that is calling me. I invite her over for a drink and she tells me her name is Gheet, 19 YO. I don't mind buying drinks for the girl I'm sitting with, but when her friend (s) and mamasan have their hands out as well, it just irks me. I wander about for an hour or so and start to explore Soi Buakhao and some of the side alleys. It's dawning on me that there is truly a staggering number of girls to be had in Pattaya. It's not just WS and BR, they are all over. As I'm walking down Chaloem 25 Alley I spot a girl that has a fair resemblance to one I crushed on in HS. Done! It's a pretty dingy MP. The kind with a single room with a few beds that are only curtained off. Fortunately there are no other customers so it's not a problem. Service here is better than what I got on Soi 6, but I still wouldn't call it much more than decent. The other day I was staying next to the M Club. I went in, in the day time to check it out.
The club seems to be in two parts. A bar and a pool table on the left and through the door on the right is the action.
I girl showed me through. I did not understand the pricing. I was the only person in the place.

Was at soi 6 yesterday when there was heavy raining. I got there just before the rain started and found interesting girl I spent my time with.

Yesterday I walked on Soi 7. Fun place. Relaxed girls who try to have a bit of fun at the beer bars. Lots of ladyboys too tho so have to 'watch out'. Met a sweet 27 year old girl. But then: it could happen anywhere. The atmosphere sometimes makes you forget tho to put valuables not next to you on the bar.

Day 3:

I did some research going about 150 or so pages back in the forum and Haven123's reports on Insomnia were particularly informative as were Mr. Enternational's ones in general. Also enjoyed reading Kumbu's reports which are as entertaining as they are lengthy.
Head out from the hotel to WS along BR on foot at about 11 pm. I wanted to hit a few go-go's then Insomnia at about 1 am or so. The info from Haven123 is that Insomnia really gets going at about 2-3 am and you will get go-go girls coming in after their shifts as late as 5 am or so. I had some things to do again the next day so felt that was a bit late for me and planned to see what was available no later than around 2 am.
The talent along BR seemed worse than what I had seen on Tuesday. One 'maybe' out of perhaps 50 or so FL's. Well, the real plan was WS anyway so maybe things will improve here on the walk back if I don't find anything there. WS is even worse this night as far as general tourists and tour groups than Tuesday. I see some guy walking around with his 5 or so year old son on his shoulders like it's goddamn Disneyland! WTF? Just tons of random tourists gawking and taking pictures (fucking selfies). Feels way worse than what I've seen at NEP and Soi Cowboy in Bangkok. It's probably because WS is much larger. Tons of couples, foreign chicks in groups of 2's and 3's. I get the interest and all, but to come all the way to Pattaya just for that? I mean, what else is there to do out here? OK. Enough about that / rant off.
I stop by Mandarin go-go first. One or two promising looking girls on stage so I grab a seat and get a beer (150 baht). I'm about 5 minutes and a third of the way into my beer when I notice that girls I find attractive at first glance, I start liking less and less the more I look at them. I again get the same frisk and 'where you from' question before being allowed in. Insomnia is looking a bit better than I-bar so far as girls, but not by much. There seem to be more guys at this point. I decide to get a beer anyway and do a few laps. As suggested by Haven123, I try to appear up beat, do a bit of solo dancing and appear energetic to put on a good face. After hanging out for about 30 minutes or so, I decide to head to a beer bar for a few drinks and wait for things to liven up as it was just too dead at that point.
I find one a few doors down and start flirting with one of the cuter girls there. No intention of bar fining her, but it's putting me in a good mood. I buy her a drink and we play that dice game which is a bit of fun the first few times, but gets old after a while. After about an hour or so and 3 drinks for me and 3 LD's in (2 for her, 1 for mamasan) it's about 1 am and time to head back to Insomnia. Beer girl makes another pitch to get bar fined but it's no sale.
I-bar still looks pretty dead, but Insomnia is much more crowded at this point. Although no where near as crowded as I've read about. I'm guessing that is still an hour or more away. I get another beer and make a few passes but find no unattached interesting girls with one exception. She however, is with a group of 3-4 other girls (something I've read on the forum to avoid). She also appears to know several other girls who look like regulars and is avoiding any eye contact with me though I'm trying to play it cool. I spend about 20 minutes making a few passes around the bar casually trying to make eye contact, but the lack of other unattached interesting girls and dodging careless dudes smoking cigarettes, I feel like maybe I should give BR another pass and head up to LK Metro.
Sadly BR is looking no better to me, 1-2 'maybe's' and at this point, I'm a bit tired and thinking I'd rather go home alone than settle. Still LK Metro to go though! So I soldier on.
LK Metro is moderately busy, not sure what time it is now as I'm a little drunk. I stop by Office go-go and grab a beer. However, same story as WS. No nudity and no girls I'm interested in. Pathetically, Thai girls are famous for having multiple line accounts, multiple Facebooks, we chats and so on. The simple reason is they forget their passwords to all of these. Read an earlier post suggesting Kamagra Jelly was worth a try, so stopped by a couple of pharmacies asking for it. Was told by the first one that they were out of stock and likely no one had it as there is currently no supply. Not sure exactly why, but she didn't know when they might have some again. Tried two more pharmacies and they were OOS as well. Settled for a 4-pack (100 MG) of Indian made Sidegra for 350 baht. Was told price is 300 if I buy two.

Took the walk down Soi Buakhao from Soi Lengkhee to South Pattaya road as was recommended earlier. The road winds quite a bit, and there is little to no sidewalk so be forewarned. I'm always a bit jumpy on these roads as I've been getting constantly buzzed by bikes and cars coming from my blind side. I came across many MP's and Beer Bars along the way but unfortunately, nothing caught my interest. I think you've done the best thing to take a lot of girls, try many kind of places. Leaving Pattaya today after 12 days. Had 14 sessions with 10 girls. Mostly so-so experiences, with a couple of good / great ones and one bad one. I found about 2-2:30 to have the most girls on average (the most crowded in general). Have seen reports that go-go girls will start coming in 4-5 am but have not stuck around that long to confirm.There is no way to confirm. So I am not eager to visit ibar, I can arrive at anytime. I won't exactly have a lot of time so getting there at the right time is kind of important (eg: Let's say I can only sneak out for 1-2 hours). I have been to Insomnia too early before and it was really boring, waiting for any decent P4 P girls to arrive. But when they do arrive, it's by the boatload!

This is my first reports on the forum. Was my first time in Pattaya, and although I'm sure I'll commit plenty of inaccuracy and factual mistakes that will inflame the veterans of this forum, I'll give a go at writing a report, hoping that the newbie point of view will be found useful by some.
Fist I'the like to thank all of you for the many great reports (Mr. E, Uncle V, and so many others). It's true that nothing can prepare you for the feel of Pattaya, but for not walking around looking like a pheasant looking for a good plucking, reading that forum is priceless.
Day 1.
I arrived at Suvahrmabumi early afternoon. As some of you recommended, I had booked Mr Virach taxi, whom took me to my hotel, at sea residence, right near walking street, for 1000 inc toll. I did not want to waste any hours waiting for buses. This is a true monger hotel. But to forget if you want to sleep before 4 am. It's hopeless, I have tried, as it is right above a noisy beer bar.
I went right out to buy some essential, tee shirt, shorts, flip flops. First impression of Pattaya were good. I have to say I feel very safe from the very start. It's prettier than I thought, quite clean, more than Paris streets I thoughts. I felt immediately at home. I felt more at ease than in Bangkok.
Then the night started, and as any green tooth probably does, I went straight to walking street.
I started up with Skyfall. The line-up was excellent. Fun girls, chatty, and descent English for the one I talked to. The seating area design is good to see the girl and make your pick. No undue pressure for ladies drink. Importantly music was not too loud and it was possible to talk. I could have picked a girl there, playful and good attitude, but the night was young and the price was steep. I think I was quoted 1000 BF and 4000 LT. So no girl, but I had fun.
Next one my list was the Windmill. I had read so much about it, and was eager to find out if you could really finger the girls there for the price of a LD. The place was in full swing when I arrived, with 2 naked girls pretending to mount each other on the stage. Now, I had read a lot about how the girls there are not the best looking, and I was expecting the girls to be below average. I was therefore pleasantly surprised. I suppose seasoned monger get picky other time. It really has to be it as the girls had nothing to be ashamed of. Maybe not Skyfall level, but a good number of very pretty ladies. Still a dreamland compared to the desolation of a Western bar. Friendly they were indeed. A cute came to find me, I offered her a drink, and not 2 minutes later I had my finger up her pussy, and my tongue deep in her month. She quoted me 1000 BF and 4000ST. I ask if she was doing anal, she didn't. I did not progress further. And soon another came forward, clearly not by accident as it became clear she was offering that service. She was a bit less pretty than the first one, but still a good looking girl. She quoted 3000ST. I told her I would come back, which I did a few days later, but for the time being I was not feeling like going to such expense, as I was knackered by the flight and did not expect to last the night.
I wandered down the street and ended up at Ibar. I read a lot of positive reviews about the place. I quickly had the feeling it wasn't so much for me. Maybe I was just tired but I found the music simply too strong and the place was too packed. Hard to move around. I got talking to a few girls but did not find one I liked that would go for less than 2000, and they were far from gogo quality. Not feeling the need to pay any more drinks, I made my way to beach road. I was too late though and the girls had already moved to the city side of BR. Seems like the police do not let them on the beach side after 2 am. I got stopped by a few LD, some of them charming, but I had my first experience you'the better be careful in Pattaya. One of them, while pretending to jokingly grind me with her butt, tried to pickpocket me. I just had time to wench her hand out of my pocket. "I wasn't. " "yes you were, get away from me!" But nothing had happen and I was in a good mood. A bit later I found a WG for 600, she took me to a short time hotel (150 bath, but a dump of a place), as I didn't want to take someone to my room on the first day. She was an OK provider, and felt like a warm welcome in Pattaya. Soon I was back to my hotel and into my bed. I was a good first day.
While they will accept the patronage of Westerners, I discovered a level of unfriendliness (I would not exactly call it outright hostility) at Baccara and the inaptly named Happy Agogo, visited during my four days in Pattaya over the past couple weeks. At Baccara was ushered to the second floor, to a seat along the stage (interesting setup, plexiglas floor with girls sliding down a pole to the first floor). (Me: early-50's Caucasian, fit enough, but most importantly, with a wallet equipped enough to cover any cost.) The girls engaged with the Japanese customers (and there was one Westerner in the corner who looked to have scored a takeout, assuming she had not been pulled from another location), though only one returned my smile. Quickly finished my beer, used the loo and, on the way out, slipped 60 baht to the girl who had smiled; I pulled her aside and explained exactly why it was that I was tipping. She said she was happy to go with farang, though I doubt that is the case with the vast majority of Baccara girls. (Also noticed an excess of nose-rubbing by the girls at Baccara. Yabba-do?)
Just goes to show that times change with these clubs; five years ago I barfined a hot girl from Baccara, and though the memory is hazy, I recall no negatives. At the same time, I had an unpleasant encounter at Beach Club (now in a different location) regarding overbilling, and running up a ladydrink tab with a girl who was not able to barfine (in retrospect, possibly a good thing). Bouncers were, laughably, pushing me out the door, and it could have been worse, had there been a couple more of them. Fast-forward to 2017: I had a great time at Beach Club, intended to return but never did in four days quest to hit most of the gogos.

I do not recall). As we walked the cut-through to Pattaya 2 Road, to catch the baht bus to the Barraquda M (wonderful hotel, great great great location) a young kid, presumably American, said "Great choice, man!" So. Japanese theme or no, go figure.

With all the other great places in Pattaya, I wonder how they stay open. I've heard that the Baccara in Bangkok is a fun place. It doesn't bother me though; the other gogo's are amazing! I always have a great time in Pattaya. I just avoid Baccara, LOL.
Can anyone tell me if Rioja club in jomtien is still going? And if it is can you explain in simple terms how to get there say from jomtien beach road soi 5? . I hope to be in Pattaya early may and last visit I tried Passion club and Kinaree but never found Rioja.

I'm writing this for me as much for anyone else. I want to be able to reference this as I plan my next trip to LOS later this year. I do hope there is value for the board, however.
I got back to the good old US of A last Saturday night after a whirlwind 7 days and 6 nights in Pattaya. As I said before, this was my first trip of any kind like this in 12 years (the last time I was in Pattaya). If I have any regrets, it's only that on two of the nights I over did it on the booze. Simply put, I started too early in the day and as a result I didn't eat nearly enough and ended up feeling like shit the day after. Of course, I did not let this detour my pursuits of ass and titties but I would have enjoyed those days more if not nursing a hangover.
Having said that, I really did have a wonderful time. 7 days and 6 nights is not a lot of time and while I'll likely do about that same amount of time in the future, I do need to be a bit more methodical about planning. I also relied on WeChat a bit too much. For example, one morning I woke up, hung over at about 10 am. Got on WeChat and had a massage girl come over (1000 baht massage and BJ) But, by around 4 pm I wanted to hit up Soi 6. I ended up at a bar there (don't recall the name, sorry) But I'm sitting there with this sexy 20 year old. She had a tight black dress on, and her body was firm and everything, but I had wasted a load on the the massage girl, when I should have held off. I ended up passing on taking her to the short time motel (they weren't letting you take them upstairs at this time) Hindsight is 20/20, I know but the point is I didn't make very good plans.
Another thing I realized: I'm not really a gogo guy. I went two nights and gogo hopped and while I had a good experience with one of the gogo girls I BFed, I prefer bargirls. I guess. It's bizarre, but I've never really been a big strip club guy. I'm weird I guess. So again in hindsight, I should have spent more time on Soi 7 as I hear there are some good bars there to pick up a bargirl. I didn't step foot on Soi 7 this trip, regrettably.
Final thoughts:
I like LK Metro and while I'm not crazy about gogos, I will probably stay there next time and make that my base of operations. I'll double down on my fitness and diet the month prior to coming over. I did a pretty good job of this, this last time and I think that's why I had the stamina I did. But, I'm getting older (will be 38 in a couple months) and being able to shoot 4 and 5 loads in a day is more of a challenge than in my youth. Every shot counts, so again better planning will help in the this regard. Meet more girls face to face. WeChat is cool, but none of the girls looked as good as their profile pics (weird I know LOL) Moving forward, unless I meet the girl face to face, and get her WeChat, that will be used only as a last resort.
For a guy like me: Recently divorced; professional whose main issue is not so much money, but more so making time to get over there, Pattaya is really great. Not saying, I want to blow money. I was very frugal, I am by nature and I came in under budget for this trip. I'm allocating those funds in the planning of my next trip. Pattaya has certainly changed since the last time I was there in 2005, but really. It hasn't changed at all. It's bigger. More hotels and shops and traffic. But it's the same insofar as Pattaya is full of good looking and sweet girls who for relatively inexpensively (compared to Western Standards) will take your money and provide a very good GFE. That's why I came and that's what I got.

Ibar can be a drag at times. I am its biggest advocate. But even I can find myself miserable there. However, it's always been the place where I have found the girls I have clicked with the most and ended up repeating for GFE. It just takes a little patience. And you will be hard pressed to take any of the really attractive girls (at least the ones I find attractive) for under 2 K LT. (I am sure MR. E will beg to differ, but this is my experience).

Yeah, I'm guessing the Castle is pretty similar to Demonia in BKK (limited). Only interested in trying a slave again. Still might be worthwhile if I'm in the mood for a repeat experience, but girl would need to be more attractive than what I had in BKK. The short time rooms upstairs from the bars are still closed but the bar I was in was using another room just nearby, so it was convenient. However, the normal rate for the in-house rooms are around 300 Baht and since the bar from yesterday was uning another room, outside from the bar, the fee was higher. I paid 500 Baht for taking the girl there. So yes, the service in Soi 6 is still noticeably affected and I just wish it will go back to nomal as soon as possible.

I have not seen very many beautiful girls at the go-go's, although I will admit I have not stopped in very many of them. I think the level of attractiveness at go-go's tends to be more consistent than what you'd find at a beer bar or MP, but it seems to me that I can find girls just as good to my liking at these other venues if I shop around. When I refer to gogo girls I only refer to the cream of the crop, possibly 3-5% of the girls. By no means are all gogo girls created equal. Neither are all gogo bars created equal. Some bottom of the barrel gogo bars like Sweethearts agogo, Windmill, etc. Are 95-100% dogs, 0-5% bearable, 0% hot. However, if I were to take a comparative of bar vs. Gogo vs. BR FL's vs. Oily massage vs. Soapies vs. G-clubs, etc. , I would say the gogo girls and soapies are the top of the food chain in my preference of girls. This doesn't mean I can't find hot girls at a random bar or an oily massage joint on occasion.

Japanese/Korean dominated gogo clubs in Pattaya are Baccara, Sensations, and Happy. I do agree with Wildhawk's statement. Unfortunately, I like the same style of girls the Japanese men do so I have to go to Sensations and Baccara and fight for my girls. I don't think the girls in these places are opposed to Farang more so they just see the easy marks in the rich Japanese man who won't make them work hard. Personally I find once the gogo girls in any club figure out a customer is not a Cheap Charlie they will receive the same attention as the Japanese.

Probably they have a problem for use ST rooms as other similar clubs.

Yes this phrase really doesn't have much meaning. Even in the cream of the crop Gogos with the hottest girls: Baccara, Sensations, What's Up?, at least 30% of the girls (and oftentimes more) I am not attracted to, or at least would not pay top dollar to go with.
I think BB is spot on when he says 3-5% of the gogo girls overall are hot, though I know we'd probably disagree on who wound make that 3-5% as our tastes do differ a bit. 555.

Can anyone on the ground there tell me if the raids are still having effect on fun levels IE in Babydolls Windmill and the use of short time rooms on soi 6 or are the fun police still operating?This morning I answered to this, from my experience yesterday of Soi 6 bars. Day 2.
I woke up at 12 am, poorly rested, but I didn't want to spend the day in bed when there was so much to do. I walked along beach road, familiarizing myself with the city. Got my feet on the ground back in Patts a few days ago for my annual pipe clearing vacation and can happily report full nudity once again in all the usual places. I went into Ninja bar, of which I had heard some good things. What a let down! Unfriendly staff pushy for LD from the start. This was sadly my last day in Pattaya (to be followed by a couple of days in Bangkok). Not a very good feeling. I am very aware I have only brushed the possibilities. I don't know what to expect, but I do have a checklist of things I want to experience; namely the gogo bars, beer bars, nightclub, soapy massage, and maybe a 2 girl experience or Russian girl if the right opportunity arises.

Pattaya is mongering with training wheels. About as easy (and good) as it gets.

I then went to Shooters. The difference with Lucky Star 2 was like night and day. Still not a lot of nudity, but most of the girls were real lookers, thin and generally quite tall. Their attitude was also much better. There are definitely good things to be had here for whom want to stick around and buy a few ladies drinks. Many of the nicer girls were taken though, the ones I wanted anyway, so I was soon again on the move. This is club I will have to check out more carefully next time.

Besides the above: After my first trip I got the Thailand fever that probably everyone catches after their first. I am planning to return in June / July and combine it this time with Philippines / Indonesia and perhaps one more (Singapore? Can one tell me the differences with visiting Thai in January / Feb as I did and June / July? I know it's rain season which probably doesn't bother me too much as I never ever lay on the beach or go for the sunshine (don't even enjoy heat that much) but is it really that much quieter as what I've read by some reports? Or would you hardly notice the difference nowadays? And how is BKK? I reckon because of summer holidays all over EU and USA surely it can't be much more quiet then winter? Or am I wrong again? And also: is there 'less on offer' regarding amount of girls in bars and clubs because it's 'low' season or is this also not so much the case anymore? BBBJ is standard everywhere except Soapies. Never had a girl warn me I couldn't CIM. In fact, have had girls thank me for my cum.

In June 2016 I think there were about 70% the number of girls compared to Dec 2016 / January 2017. However, the ratio was better in June / July 2016 with less than 50% of the guys. My numbers are complete guesses based on the bars I go to. In general, it's fairly quiet. I prefer slow season to high season.
If you haven't been I would suggest Phnom Penh any day over Singapore. Singapore is an amazing place to visit as a tourist but hobbying has a lot to be desired. Sure there are nice girls but just no fun whatsoever unless you want to overpay for ST. The hottest girl I met in Singapore was a Thai girl! PP has some damn fun bars. Khmer girls are humble and down to earth but be warned they are very clingy. PP RLD is not big but great for a 3-4 day layover.

You can check out my Pattaya trip reports from, I guess, April and / or May of 2015 to read of my own reactions and feelings. Experienced world mongerors might laugh, but since you admit you might feel scared, reading my reports might bring some peace.
There is really nothing to be scared of there, only perhaps the fear of how you will handle yourself in the bars / clubs. I would recommend hitting Soi 6 first as it is almost impossible to fail there. Some of the girls will come out and pull you in. That might be ok, for even if you don't find her attractive, you can learn the ropes. And remember you can always say no, and even if you go with them for sex, if you don't want to waste a load, then don't. Just say you are too nervous, the leave, hit the street and go down a couple of bars until you see a girl you like, then you will be a Soi 6 pro! That will give you some confidence to hit the FL girls on BR, as well as WS.
