Well 3 days down on the Pattaya leg of my Thailand trip. Got to love this place. Firstly, arrived on Saturday at BKK airport and got through customs in record time. Although I'm Asian could pass for any of the one's being talked about Korean, Japanese and Chinese. In fact, I seriously doubt many can even tell them apart and I'm being very kind here. A few years back I noticed in clubs like Bacarra more and more Chinese from the mainland but of course many forums speak if all customers are Korean or Japanese. All the Chinese aren't being shuttle around in buses or walking behind a flag on W. S. The one's that travel in smaller groups or alone are better educated and have disposal income and habits like their counterparts from Hong Kong. As a resident here I see and run into many in smaller groups, young guys, staying at hotels like LK, on 3rd road, hotels near or behind Food land on Pattaya Klang.
When it comes to Bacarra, Peppermint, Beach and Happy I know these groups of Go Go, particularly Bacarra which I'm known to the majority of staff and girls although there has been a huge change the last two years which has benefited me. When it comes to prices I've never been asked to pay the amount ST / LT as noted in any of their clubs particular Peppermint never been quoted more than 3500 for ST majority have ask for 2500ST. Recently a cousin visited and out of Peppermint the mamasan told me 4000, I told her 3500 tops just to test her in her reaction. In the end, I told the girl he is having a hard time getting laid due to his health, bad habits and since you are willing to play nurse for him as long as he is happy 4000. He took a fancy to the first girl who smiled at him in my opinion I wouldn't have BF her if he was paying my way today the girl works at What's Up.

I just came back at the hotel after Day 2 at Pattaya and want to share some reports. Yesterday I arrived late after very long long trip and was too tired but after all I visited the Sabai Dee soapy. Strange that almost every girl there have really huge fake boobs with tons of silicon. I pick my type of girl but as (almost) usual the stunning looking girls are not a good performers. Is it still running down to Walking Street?Yes it runs to Second Road and South Pattaya Road or at least close to it. There have been a couple of times when they block the baht buses from turning right on South Pattaya Road off Soi Buakhao. In that case you can either walk to Second Road or take a short motorbike ride. As you are probably aware, the baht buses stop their route on Soi Buakhao on Tuesdays and Fridays when the market is open. Luckily the market closes around 6 pm.
If you are asking this question I assume you are considering staying in the LK Metro area. There are 2 other issues that you may want to take into consideration. First is that Mike's Shopping Mall is being expanded. They closed the entrance to Mike's off Second Road. What this means is when you take a baht bus back from Soi 6 you no longer have the convenience to walk through the air conditioned shopping mall from Beach Road to Second Road. Not so much an issue now with the cooler weather. Second is they just began work on Soi Diana from Second Road to where Bronx Pizza was. Looks like all those buildings will be demolished. I understand it has something to do with The Base. If they are building something it may be really noisy there in the day time. I know this has been a concern of yours in the past when there was construction down on Beach Road.
It is a matter of perspective. Some feel anything above 2000 for LT is ridiculous.

Lots of fun at Loy Krathong tonight. A great date night. Saw some pretty hot girls releasing their ornaments. Unfortunately, this is still Pattaya with its filthy water so girls just handed their ornaments to a guy to release them rather than strip and go for a swim.
Well the finally day in Pattaya came and went by. We decided to hit Heaven as they had a BBQ and bikini day. It's been that way for a year or two - after about 01:00 AM on normal days the police force them to leave the beach or be arrested. On some days it might be much earlier. Unsurprisingly, between this interference at their prime moneymaking time, and occasional shakedowns by the police for money (the "fine" is reputedly 1,000 baht now, instead of the 300-500 it used to be), this means there are fewer girls available, and particularly far fewer attractive ones.

Don't expect anything more than a mechanical session in a Pattaya soapie. You're better off going to one of the non-FS massage shops and getting FS from one of the cute girls. Soi 6 and the Gentleman clubs are where you should be spending time in the afternoons. As you likely saw for yourself if you walked into the gogo bars I have recommended on this thread, that is the best talent Pattaya has to offer other than some of the Thai bars guys on ISG do not visit. My understanding from another ISG member who walked along Beach Road the other night is that the freelancers numbers are very small compared to even before Loy Krathong. He asked me if there was another raid, which happens almost weekly here.

I haven't read any reviews on this so I will give one. On nakula road from the dolphin fountain roundabout for about 1 mile, there are several beer bars. The going rate for the girls is 300 baht bar fine and 1000 baht for short time. There are a mixture of women from young to middle age, or 20 to 40's. I suspect my ideas of attractive are different then many here. The 20 year old spinner is kind of young for me. So that being said, I find many of the women attractive enough. The bars all face the road, so there are girls to pull you into the bars. They are more willing to play games like connect four or the dice game if you want a little something to do while you drink. I guess you could grope a little bit, but not really as the bars face a major street and you are out in the open.
The women were not as pushy to be barfined as those at soi 6. Though, a few want to bet on the outcomes of a game, you lose you barfine them. I think these bars are suited for guys like me, mid 50's or older who want a slower pace and think attractive enough is attractive enough. An average looking 30 year old who isn't fat works for me if she has the right personality. Not that there aren't a few younger good lookers. It's just not the prime place to look for those in pattaya.
Tldr, nakula Road is a good place for guys who want a slower pace and aren't super picky on age or looks. The price is decent. The women are freindly.

I have hit the Naklua bars many times but not so much recently. My girl in a Naklua Thai bar no longer works there so I no longer venture to Naklua. I have found the odd young gem there but they are few and far between. They are friendly and drinks are cheap but outdoor beer bars are not my thing.
You can barfine the girls outside. At most clubs they are only gogo girls hanging around outside since it's slow inside or they want to smoke. 1) You'll notice that all the Sapphire girls wear wristwatches. This is so they can keep track of their 20 minute shifts (3 rotations per hour).
2) They divide the girls between White Top / White Bottom, Black Top / Black Bottom, Black Top / Black Bottom but more lingerie style. These 'teams' are basically tallish thin girls, very petite girls, and curvier (but not fat) girls respectively.
3) At any given point in time, you have one of the teams either (A) on stage dancing, (B) outside marketing the club, or (C) resting in the back. Any others are sitting with customers.
4) In the middle back of the bar, there is a board with neon marker written numbers. It's this long list of numbers in several columns that you'll see the girls / mamasan constantly visiting. They write in their number whenever they check in on stage, denote their number when they are outside, or erase their name when they have been barfined.
I happened to be seated next to the board for two hours the first time I visited Sapphire and was absolutely amazed by the organization of it all compared to other Bangkok / Pattaya clubs where chaos reigns. If you guys have a minute, pry your eyes away from the beauties on stage and watch the magic behind how the sausage is made.

When it comes to Coyote or Agency girls even for me hard to tell, it is a crab shoot unless you ask. Just like outside and if you aren't into buying LD, before they sit down you got to ask.

Next time hit Sensations first for eye candy and the most girls. If they aren't your style, go for the more natural Thai look at a club like Sapphire or What's Up. If you like the younger cute look, hit Nui 2 aka Runway, beside Sensations. Different clubs suit different taste in women.
I tend not to go often into all the gogo bars at the beginning of Walking Street like Bliss, Taboo, Mandarin, Lighthouse, etc. If any of these have hot girls, someone please let me know. I was in Skyfall last night. Lots of girls but nothing caught my eye.

I hit the Soi Love Inn G-Clubs yesterday at 5 p. I was a bit disappointed. There were better and more ladies back in April. Club 4 only had 4 present. Slightly better line up in 007, with 6 ladies present. However the best of the bunch was a 35 yr old, with a smokin figure. Pirates had about 8 present. One Hottie with boltons was the best one there but she was busy. I didn't see her initially, safe to assume she's in demand. Older lady kept me occupied, and tried very hard to convince me to take her. I held out because I wanted to see the Carre Blanc lineup: They were the oldest of the bunch. To answer your question why tip the waiter. They will spit in your food next time if you don't or serve you last, make you wait longer to take your order, etc. Why don't we do the same with the dentist? I know how much he's getting from the fee paid (most of it), with the waiter I don't know, he could be getting 20% or 0, some of them live entirely on tips.
And we don't tip for airplane food because it's always disgusting slop.

During the night, didn't see SWs on the beach side of Beach Road. There were some on the city side of Beach Road. It seems there weren't as many as previous years. One good thing (IMO, LOL!) is that I didn't see any ladyboys on Beach Road. But they still are there on Walking Street.
During the daytime, observed a few SWs on Beach Road, but definitely not as many as previous years.

I recall that back in the day the beer bars were overflowing with friendly smoking hot girls and it was difficult to choose. No so anymore. They are generally polite but not so hot as before. Perhaps the GoGo is to Thailand what the shopping mall is to small town retail in the USA.

Subic and Olongagpo are pretty much extinct. In Pattaya, there is more quantity, more quality, more variety and more affordability / value. Soi 6 makes Fields Avenue look like an NFL to Peewee comparison. Unlike AC and Fields, Pattaya has way more than just one street. Soi 6, Soi Bukhauw, Walking Street, LK Metro, Darkside, Beach Road, Chiapoon, Soi 13, Jomtien and many more. Bar Girls of Soi 6, Beer Bar girls, Soapy girls, TF / Badoo / Tinder girls online, agogo girls, BJ bar / Gentlemens club girls, street walker freelancers, mall freelancers, Insomnia / iBar / Lucifers freelancers.
My advice, know when to go where. You cannot hit Soi 6 any time of day and hit any bar and expect heaven. It just doesn't work that way. The variety of quality at Soi 6 bars. Varies by bar and by time of day. Do the research, gather intel and know which bars have the girls you are looking for. Hit Soi 6 at 8 pm and go to Ruby, then come back and tell me if they didn't have any talent you didn't dig.

Back in mid-2000's, there were still decent looking girls in beer bars, and Beach Road was often a (cheap) treasure trove.
The decline was fairly slow, but apparent around 2010. Until about 2012, I can't say I ever had a bad mongering trip to Pattaya. Until then, a doable girl every single day off Beach Road, Walking Street or beer bars was almost guaranteed. After that, it was hit and miss, with occasional decent finds, but by no means guaranteed. Since 2014, I can't say I met any truly memorable NEW girls. A few of the ones I met prior to 2014 keep working and remain good, and some of the new ones were passable (in terms of looks plus service combined), but not a single one would compare to a few dozen truly memorable ones prior to 2014.
Back in the heyday, I would often not even take a phone number from a good looking girl giving a great experience, since I assumed I could find her again anyway, and if I couldn't, there were simply too many to choose from.
Briefly, there was a slow decline up to 2012, followed by a fairly rapid one afterwards. This being Thailand, very few things change overnight, but it's obvious that Pattaya's days as the mongering paradise are numbered.
I stayed at a small hotel off 13/2 near the Post Office, and was able to pull nice freelances off Beach Road for 600-700 Baht. For pure mongering, I found Pattaya to be far, far superior to Bangkok. And if you like disgusting, then Walking Street in Pattaya rivals anything in Nana or Soi Cowboy. I had girls in some of the Walking Street bars sitting on my face for a reasonably priced Lady Drink.

I would just say: Pattaya is still the best place since you can still get very beautiful girls mostly in GoGo's and discos and they come with a higher price than they used to have in former times.
For example on my last stay in January this year I still saw very beautiful and memorable girls but in GoGo's and disco's only. The most memorable one was from Sensation's a GoGo and would have gone with me for a total of 8,000 THB.

Because some of the girls and their bodies in these pics were just butt ugly and I wouldn't fuck them with my enemy's dick. However once I landed, it was just amazing. Were all the girls hot? Hell no, but it is not as bad as this forum makes it to be. The constant comparison of today's Pattaya with the 70's and 80's is not really necessary. There are enough hotties for everyone. And even if a few are not interested in you because of your race or whatever, there are still an awful lot of HOT girls to be had. I like girls with white skin and the options are endless. I was spoiled by my 10+ year long stint in the US where I visited on average 2 strip clubs every weekend. The kind of girls to be had there, nothing can come close. You are not going to find those girls on craigs list, back page or escort agencies. I really was spoiled, it cost me a lot of money but I do not regret it one bit. Even for someone like me, Pattaya was a shocker. The openness and the quality of girls you can have here for just under $200 is just mind boggling.
3. Why on earth did I not know that some of the Thai girls have a good booty! OMG, did I hit a jackpot or what? I did not have a hint of what I was about to see in the beer bars and gogo bars. Some of the girls with small hips and tits had amazing booties. A 20 year old that I saw in Windmill, I still can't get that sight out of my mind. She could give the juicy latinas of Houston a run for their money. Perfect buns for the asslover.
4. Indians. This actually needs to be on top but whatever. Being an Indian is a disadvantage. That's an understatement. In fact if you are part of the 90% horde that smells like curry and walks around with a beer bottle yelling at each other and haggling endlessly with the girls, then please stay home. There are enough Indian restaurants on 2nd road and beach road to fill every hungry indian for eternity. We don't need to indianize a beautiful seashore any further. I have never been so harassed in my life for being an Indian. Guys constantly shoving needless shit in my face and yelling at me from the other side of the road to eat at his joint, asking me to share a ride with them. The list is just endless. I am embarrassed and just disgusted in general. 90% of these guys could not get a Visa if they have to submit their financial papers, a lot of them are traveling for the very first time on an airplane and their first time overseas. Plus they have never seen girls in such a setting before. I feel for them but to bring a million plus bottom feeders most of whom come straight to Pattaya is going to ruin the identity of this city. I have seen it in the US at multiple hotspots for Indians and how it turned from a quaint suburb in to a mini India in no time. Guess what? It drives everyone away and I hope the government does something sooner than later.
Sorry for the rant and probably many reading this might think I am an elitist but I am not a rich guy trying to stonewall a poor guy from having a good time. I am just saying people who do not have manners and money have no business to be here.
With that said, if you are easy on the eyes, wear clothes like you would wear to an informal party, are well mannered and can spend around 8-10 k Baht a day, there is still good time to be had in Pattaya, even if you are Indian. I just followed the routine I used to follow in the US strip clubs. An Indian guy enters for the first time, he will be the only person not to be disturbed by the white girls for lap dances. But you behave nicely and tip generously on and off stage, girls take notice. And when you visit the next day it is just another world. We had amazing times in couple of gogo bars in Pattaya just being nice and generous. Ofcourse we were denied entry to Peppermint and may be another club I do not remember but we just swallowed our pride and decided to check out other places. Was it embarrassing, yes. At the end of the night I still banged a beautiful 20 something old gogo dancer with a body to die for. That is what makes Pattaya memorable for me. Even an Indian can have a good time here, with a few strings attached).
5. Sex is cheap in Pattaya, don't give me flak for saying this. For 1000 B, there are still decent looking girls to be had. Ofcourse the hotties in gogo bars and soapies command 3-5 k or more but deservedly so. Not going in to the supply and demand curve and economics, it is what it is.
6. Baht bus is a lifesaver, never thought getting around would be so easy. The mild weather helped too.
7. Being in late 30's, all the travel and non stop action for a few days takes a toll on the body. I really wish I knew about this paradise of earth when I was in my 20's. Better late than never I suppose. The massage parlors in this case are a godsend, especially the 200 B feet massage and head massage that makes you sleep like a baby.
8. Will I be visting again? Hell yeah!!

I would just say: Pattaya is still the best place since you can still get very beautiful girls mostly in GoGo's and discos and they come with a higher price than they used to have in former times.
For example on my last stay in January this year I still saw very beautiful and memorable girls but in GoGo's and disco's only. The most memorable one was from Sensation's a GoGo and would have gone with me for a total of 8,000 THB.No, unfortunately, there's no better place, even if you ignore count shopping or the beach. Angeles City is a contender, but on close examination doesn't come anywhere near. The sad thing is, Pattaya in 2017 is so much worse for mongering than in 2007, in almost every way (price, selection, looks, friendliness, service), but I guess we have to accept that our options are narrowing, worldwide.
As for 8,000 THB, that's serious money, for a bit of a poke and squirt. In that price range, I'm fairly sure you can find better looking girls in many places elsewhere (say, Macau or Singapore). If you got good service, maybe it's worth the cost, but there are no guarantees, and I wouldn't be too eager to drop that kind of money on a barely-average Issan farmer's daughter. Let's face it, that's the category even top A Go Go girls fall into, without the beers, bad lighting and makeup -- not even cream of the crop of deepest darkest Issan, let alone Thailand. Their advantages used to be being cheap and friendly, but being top-class pretty or even especially skilled in bed was not a strength even in the good old days.

Briefly, there was a slow decline up to 2012, followed by a fairly rapid one afterwards. This being Thailand, very few things change overnight, but it's obvious that Pattaya's days as the mongering paradise are numbered.I think the girls have mostly stayed the same, but the economics, technologies, and venues have changed.
Economics- Thailand has developed dynamically in terms of GDP per capita over this time period and price of all services, including P4 P, have gone up. If anything the price of p4 p has risen at a slower pace than the costs of other goods an services. Though Gogo prices do seem to be going through the roof.
Technology. A lot of girls have taken to Social Media and find it an easier way to find customers than sitting in a beer bar waiting for a customer or working a goo go. Social Media can be a pain in the ass and time consuming. But it can be damned rewarding.
Venues. There are more gogos and discos than before and the girls seem to prefer to work in these over the beer bars. So many of the beer bar complexes are just empty now- of both customers and girls. The larger ones like Drunken Street seem vacuous. I'm not sure how many days these places have left.
If one adjust to these new realities and accepts the higher price point than very pretty GFE girls can still be found in Pattaya. And discos, like Insomnia and Ibar (and now Lucifer!), where you can pick up a very hot girl for 2-3 K for LT GFE are still a a fantastic value.

Uncle-V.Agree Uncle. China used to be my go to place back in the 90's but it is all but dead now. Things change and we need to adjust our expectations. Pattaya is still great for the hobby and still good value for what you get IMHO. I travel to Phnom Penh a bit but the daytime action and sheer number of options are not there. Other Asian cities are expensive, e.g. Singapore, Tokyo, Jakarta for quality girls.
The world is changing so we should just accept it change with it.

I mention this because I stayed at the Bayview once and got back to be told my girl was under 21 and could not enter. So check your hotel age rules. So when you arrive early in the day what to do. Just read that Pattaya has / will be installing 24 wifi hotspots along Beach Road from Dusit Thani to Bali Hai Pier. I'm assuming most of us get a cheap DTAC data plan once we arrive but just in case.

OK I wanted to write a review of the reality of Pattaya right now. A lot has changed. I will just write bullet points and that will give the most honest point off what to expect if you come right now.
Good points.
1. The good news is the weather is perfect and no rain. The evening can even be little colder than I ever remember. But tee shirts are still fine.
2. You have more food options than ever before with so many new restaurants opened that were not there last year.
3. The motels seem to be cleaner with fresher sheets and less mosquitos.
Bad Points.
1. Pattaya looks like a shell of its former self compared to even last year. Many of the beer bars are empty with 4 girls and no customers. The woman there are older and not good looking.

For example, driving East on Pattaya Klang, right hand side shortly after Big C. there is a large restaurant. Dishes are excellent, large servings and the widest possible selection, average 50 -80 Baht unless "special". Menu is in English. So you can have 3 serving for Baht 150 or little more. And if you want to get stuffed for cheap, hit the buffet restaurants, of which there are so many, just a bit outside tourist areas.
Personally, I'm done living on a tight budget and never kept a detailed record, but it's absolutely possible to spend very little here if you have modest demands.
For the water, I fill up at the water stations located all around where you get 6 liters for 5 baht or one liter for one baht. You need your own 6 liter container though. Either buy an initial one for around 35 baht I think (in 7/11 etc), or where I stay departing residents leave their containers behind and future guests can grab one and fill it up. I have never had any problems with the quality of the water in these little water stations. It's a great bargain, and certainly beats buying water at the convenience stores every few days.
For the accommodation, I cannot reveal the exact place, but it is in the Soi Buakhao area. The room is quite good as it is old style and measures around 30 m square. There is a double bed, Cable TV (sophon), aircon, medium sized fridge, a small desk and reasonable wifi. The bathroom is largish with an electric hot water heater. There is no cleaning service though. Yes you can bring girls back there, though I prefer to use ST rooms with ST freelancers so that they can make a mess there rather than in my room. There are a lot of these deals around I think. I find that renting by the month halves your accommodation cost compared to renting on a daily basis. The downside of the Soi Buakhao area is the lack of sidewalks for pedestrians until you hit second Road.
For food, sometimes for lunch I would head to Big see on Klang and get a very filling Chicken Curry meal with small ice coffee for 80 baht. That has brought the meal average down. So usually the dinner meal would usually be around 220 baht, but sometimes it would be 150 baht if only spag bol plus iced coffee.

Today we had crispy morning glory and two large seafood spicy salads, the one in sauce was superb we both agreed. With rice, water, a large Singha bill came to Baht 430. Prices haven't changed in years, laid back place, zero tourists, what can you ask for more?

In the past I thought I was being very smart making no reservation and looking for places in person, mind you that was riding a bike, not by feet / mototaxi extortion. How wrong I was, after ending being miserable too many times now I only use Expedia for my bookings and I do reserve in advance. For one, you can't beat the rates. And the guest reviews are totally genuine, for example both the serviced apartments where I'm staying now, as well Nova Express on 3rd Rd / Klang have ratings well above 4 which are absolutely deserved. If an hotel charges for guests or any other BS be sure you will read that in the reviews. I have Gold level, customer service has been always been helpful in the past, and reward points accumulate quickly when paying with an Expedia card and booking from the app, on average I get a free night every 10 - 15.

Try getting a testosterone shot at one of the clinics. They are 400 baht. Did wonders for me they take a week or two to kick in so get it when you get here. I have same problem especially after being here a couple of weeks. Try putting some lube on your cock before putting the condom on and no it won't come off just don't do the base.Good suggestion. Not enough people understand this. It actually reduces the risk of a condom tearing because most of the friction is at the tip and thus the point most at risk. In October and November I visited Thailand with a pile of Trojan Bareskin condoms, both the standard size and the magnum size. I always use a bit of lube on the head, but not the base. The standard size came off three times out of about 8 uses. The first time I thought the girl took it off to make me finish quicker. The next time it came off inside her after I finished but hadn't withdrawn (the cum was inside the condom). The third time it came off during sex and fallen on the bed, I didn't realize what happened until everything was finished. When I switched to the magnum size, everything was fine. I still used the lube.
Even though the standard size condom was fully unrolled when applied, the act of sex tended to roll it back up. My guess is the lube near the tip caused it to slide off the last little bit. Having the right size helped keep it unrolled and the lube never became a factor.
For the water, I fill up at the water stations located all around where you get 6 liters for 5 baht or one liter for one baht. You need your own 6 liter container though. Either buy an initial one for around 35 baht I think (in 7/11 etc), or where I stay departing residents leave their containers behind and future guests can grab one and fill it up. I have never had any problems with the quality of the water in these little water stations. It's a great bargain, and certainly beats buying water at the convenience stores every few days.
For the accomodation, I cannot reveal the exact place, but it is in the Soi Buakhao area. The room is quite good as it is old style and measures around 30 m square. There is a double bed, Cable TV (sophon), aircon, medium sized fridge, a small desk and reasonable wifi. The bathroom is largish with an electric hot water heater. There is no cleaning service though. Yes you can bring girls back there, though I prefer to use ST rooms with ST freelancers so that they can make a mess there rather than in my room. There are a lot of these deals around I think. I find that renting by the month halves your accomodation cost compared to renting on a daily basis. The downside of the Soi Buakhao area is the lack of sidewalks for pedestrians until you hit second Road.
For food, sometimes for lunch I would head to Big see on Klang and get a very filling Chicken Curry meal with small ice coffee for 80 baht. That has brought the meal average down. So usually the dinner meal would usually be around 220 baht, but sometimes it would be 150 baht if only spag bol plus iced coffee.Hats off to you for your discipline and working within your budget. I think Mr Ent's suggestions and input re not overpaying comes back to me. Since I usually do. LOL.
Having said that, IMO the allocation of budget in Franga's Case is more like 20-25 pc of his total budget for accommodations ( note he uses separate place when with a girl ) and 15-20 pc for food and beverage ( note he does not drink ) and the rest for girls and fun. Now, that's with a 30 k baht budget for a month.
Now, if you scale up the total budget per month to say 100 K baht per month, or even 200 K baht per month your accomdations and food will be a lower percentage of total, thus allowing more for girls and entertainment (eg go go bars, discos etc).
So, I think guys may want to focus more on the percentages and average per day that they spend for each category vs. A specific meal. At least that is my takeaway.
Also, as far as girls, YMMV may vary, but at least in my experience when they want more than say 3 K per LT (I don't do ST) , then I find their perception of their own value is so high, that it makes for a difficult interactive experience. Also why I stick to 6's ans 7's and maybe an occasional 8 , because they have less of an ego.
IMO, go go girls live within the echo chamber of the other girls they work with and are constantly exchanging information within that work cocoon. This echo chamber IMO is what makes them hard to work with (not all of them to be sure). From what I've read up on condoms from what appear to be more academic sources, the lack of lubricant (if required) and the incorrect size are the overwhelming causes of most condom failures. I never thought of myself as a "large" until I bought some large size condoms "on sale" just for a grin and discovered that they not only fit better, but the sensation was better.
A real beef I have with working girls and the brothels is that they stock cheap condoms they likely buy in volume. This is predictable in a 3rd world country. It's an older property, and needs an overhaul to keep with the times. It is frequently by the group tours, where an overnight stay does no harm to it's reputation. Would not recommend. Surprisingly, saw many Russian (or maybe, Uzbek) gals staying there. Course, Indian dudes would never get a second look from them, sigh!

There are discounted two-bedroom villa around the same price. Get an high-rated Hotel or serviced apart around Pattaya Klang, Pattaya Nua, or just across Sukhumvhit for about 700 Baht. Add 150 a day for a motorbike rental and you will be on WS in 3 minutes, and off the hands of motorbike Taxis.

Until Thais learn to differentiate the few good eggs vs the mostly bad eggs, it will be a tough time for Indians because of the stereotyping. Or maybe they don't want to see the difference. Hopefully the blanket ban from clubs like Baccarra, Peppermint and Sensations does not spread to other gogos and soapies but for how long I wonder having seen the hordes in person.
