Catwoman Wednesday.
Vagabundo got in there to Centro early taking a bus and the metro for 10 r, and banged catwoman for 1 h for 230 r. A few thoughts.
1. I have no idea what this Blue Room is, does anyone?
2. All "massage" places you listed sans the first one are bordellos.
3. VM is not a terma or club; it's a terribly run-down, although relatively safe area. Think how Amsterdam Red-Light District and its residents would look in Jeronimo Bosch's paintings. However, there is a good club / bordello called Mosaico next to VM.
4. What's Guacamole? Never heard of that.
5. There are much cheaper and good vacation rentals in Copa.
6. I highly recommend Termas 4 x4. First tier, but cheaper than others and fun.
7. Many popular clubs are missing in your list, so I would recommend some additional reading if you have plenty of time in Rio. For just a few days, your list will do.

I had a low floor apartment about $225 a day, I was going to let my friend stay with me as I had an extra sofa bed but I noticed same building apartments still available the prices were dropping so I rented him a higher floor apartment at a $100 dollar discount also $225 a couple of days before we arrived.
Not my apartment but in the same building, there are at least 10 apartments in the building on Airbnb.

Well, I've settled into my hotel in Barra the Tijuca. My main reason for staying here is because the price for a good hotel in Copacabana is a bit more than I'm willing to pay. I'm far from the action but Uber to Copacabana should not be too bad. I really like this part of Rio, lots of hot girls out and about. Its my fault for not acquiring Portuguese language skills.
I spent five days in Rio during Carnival. My recommendation is to stick to the Termas, though sometimes you might find freelancers at Mab's Copacabana.
Here's a brief review:
Brazilians tend to be more open-minded, and deep kissing is common.
As for the TermasSolarium, Centaurus, and Monte Carlothey are similar to small FKK clubs. On the first floor, you change and take a shower. The second floor has a bar with girls, and the third floor consists of rooms. The total cost, including entry, room, and service, is typically between 800-1000 BRL. The girls are generally of good quality.
Termas Up House Night Club in Lapa is really bad.
Most spas, on the other hand, tend to have lower-quality girls and small cubicles with little privacy you can often hear banging from the next room, and many don't have showers. These places are mostly located in central, somewhat deserted commercial buildings a bit scray where you need to show ID to security to access the elevator and find the spa. Prices are around 170 BRL for 30 minutes and 220 BRL for an hour. The SPAs I visited Eden, Copa Rio, Dark Room, Belprazer, and Onix Terapiaswere disappointing, so I didn't go through with anything.
For exchanging currency, I recommend withdrawing Brazilian Reais from ATMs since local exchange rates are generally poor.
By the way, if you're interested in wildlife, Praa the Repblica. Campo de Santana has a lot of capybaras!

Unfortunately I can't help you with your decision as I've only been doing termas. Have not even been to Perola Negra yet although its in the vicinity. Hopefully someone will chime in as I may be open to sampling a spa for the first time. Uber to Copacabana is just BRL 45 depending on where you're staying in Barra as opposed to BRL 85 by taxi. Bear in mind depending on where you are staying you may still have to uber to Jardim Oceanico metro stop or to a bus stop. If you are fit you could foot it.

Yes, slightly off topic, but let's face it -- not way off. I stopped leaving the country without a travel insurance about 8 years ago. I used Allianz for years and never had an issue until last year when they refused to reimburse me for a stupid Airbnb fee. It wasn't much, but it still hurt.

I've rarely seen such efficiency in Brazil. When I arrived at UPA they first registered me (bring passport). Very soon they called me to a room where a nurse did a pre-check to see what problem I had. Then I got called to another room where a doctor examined me thoroughly. After that I went to a super hot nurse that gave me an injection in my butt. After that I went to a desk and got some medicine. Everything took about 2 hours and it was all for free.
A friend of mine hade the same health issue. He likes to spend a lot of money so he went Hospital Copa d'Or, on Rua Figueiredo de Magalhães. He got exactly the same service. The difference was that he had long waiting times and his visit took 6 hours. Besides that he payed 800 reais.
So I warmly recommend UPA in Copacabana.

Naturally, I did try to get her number, but not suprisingnly given that I was asking her for a HIV prevention medicine due to my risky sex practices, she declined. Rio de Janeiro is really an amazing city. I have been here many times before but now I appreciate it even more. The mongering is not as good as it used to be mainly because the quality of girls have declined but fortunately the service remains the same. I stayed on Rio last Sunday and this is my report of a great beach to stay. I went to Praia Barra de Tijuca. Literal heaven all the women wore thongs and it was safer than the other beaches in Rio. Pricing at the low end in rio.

Well, this trip I've been to the four main termas multiple times. I think it would be unfair to grade them by comparison because talent varies there from time to time.
