Hey man Can you speak to the talent in Rio relative to Sosua? I haven't been to Rio in 2 years and to me the women there are the best in the world. However I've got friends that love Sosua. Most have never been to Rio though. They keep asking me to come down (haven't been in years). Sosua DR all the Dominican girls are all about money (Papi you leche" also they do not take good care of themselves like Brazilian women, DR women have stretch.

The cheaper termas I do frequent and they come out to about 1/3-40% of the total price of mc /4 x4.
If one searches it is possible to save-I personally don't go to privies as I like the bar / club environment more music / dancing etc.
So cheap termas can be fun too. 119,mv, t31,black and white etc.
Cancun is in the middle price wise. Its predominantly locals with occasional gringos.
I guess I go there accepting I'm going to spend money as I don't want to go there and watch every step. I'm in RIO!

You also can save if you venture. Ie a prato executivo with frango grelhado, arroz, salada etc is 20 in Copa but in Ipa you can find it for 14 and in the favela near Leme its 10 just as an example.
A Coco is 3 reais in select places on Copa beach- (not kiosks) but most kiosks are 5/6.
His total of $450/day was in US$.I wrote the text on WORD and transferring to ISG it lost the are in front of the $. So all the costs down to $700 are in Reals and the 3 last ($300, $150 and $450) are in USD.
You can save by having one pop per day and by going to trash places like Villa Mimosa, where you can have a quickie for are $50 (USD $20). It is fun to go there once in a while, but it would be too bad not to go to 4 x4 and other termas as well as to the privês.

To each his own. You can get laid at a trash place for R$40 or go to a privê with clean rooms and shower and get laid for R$55 and up. At the privées the lineup can be everything between 2-15 girls. You could try 4 x4 before 6 pm which I think is (or used to be) their cut-off for getting a discount on the rooms.

It made life very easy to know you could go there and have a great selection, at a great price.
It made it harder to keep venturing out, where it was always about 50/50 on hitting a great experience vs. Almost 100% fantastic time with many regulars.
Tough choice. Excellent service or new frontiers, a good answer is probably 50% favorites and 50% new doors. When I found a great one, I would go back 5-6 times before moving on. I had time to do that (2 years), where a vacationer has no chance to make that work.
I love the idea of always knocking on new doors, but some of those girls were so good, and after a few times the chemistry was great, it was hard to venture to far. I like to hang at Posto 9 (Barracas Pele & Jorge) as they tend to remember what I like to rent / drink. I met Pele 10 years when it was just him running the kiosk. That dude is a trip; it's hard enough for me to understand Portuguese, but the way he combines it with a kind of clicking noise makes it damn near impossible. However, he's getting up there in age, and recently turned half of the business over to Jorge. I remember Jorge from his days pulling a Coleman cooler around the beach, making all different kinds of Caipirinhas. Two of those fuckers will lay you out; they are STRONG! Anyway, the two of them make a great team, and their kiosk is only a short distance from the Uruguay kiosk, where they make a great tri-tip sandwich. The water has been nice for swimming, though I did get stung by a jellyfish.

Friday I went to 4 x4 and was fairly surprised by the price hike. It's now 50 for the entrance and 300/320 for 40 min / hour. It's hard not to succumb to the up-sell for the hour, so it's $370 are out the door, and that's before drinks. I'm not the kind of guy who does a good job navigating around Rio Branco, so the massagems, etc, are pretty much off the menu. What surprised me wasn't the price-hike at 4 x4, as I kind of expected that. But it was the constant hard-sell for tips. I mean, every employee there tried to shame you into signing your name on a scrap of paper so that they'd get a tip. It's was really annoying. I usually tip the locker room lady, as she deserves it. But those bartenders can be fucking cocksuckers, and I'll be goddamned if I'm going to cave into their begging routine. Also, 4 x4 got rid of the secondary beer-bar near the back of the main boite, as well as the fire-pole. For $370+, I expect a better experience. The girl I pulled was just average. I've got to give her credit for effort, but she wasn't really a looker. In fact, overall, I had to look hard and close to find a girl of my type. But ymmv.

Then I downloaded and printed a $40 off coupon for Solarium. I had good memories from 3 years ago, and decided to try to re-make some magic. But reading recent trip reports made me a little leery, not to mention the cab ride, in addition to a recent $600 are for an hour TR that gave me doubt as I was walking towards Lagoa to catch a taxi for the rest of the ride around the lake.

While I had to really look for a girl I would take in 4 x4, there were 5-6 in Centaurus I would have taken right off the bat, and several more that would have also done the trick. After returning from a 40 minute session with a beautiful morena, I went t back into the boite and was shocked at how few guys there were.

The place itself is great-food is amazing and the dj Jefferson is quality and a nice dude but the crucial element-the hot ass chicks are missing. I've been a few times and took nada. Off my list. Centaurus is a high standard but very playboy bunny looking-glam girl so if that floats your boat its the spot. Me personally I think MC always has a few new goodies if I'm going to spend a bit. Its actually never let me down-I've pulled 1 or 2 out of there on every trip-this will be my 9th time. But the fuck can be just as magical at t31/ Florida for 40% of the price. It all depends on what you don't mind compromising on. Cozy vibe, good music, good standard of chicks, no assholes etc.

I don't think there's any question that that same girl (not her exactly, but you get the idea...) can be had elsewhere for less. But with limited language skills, I find myself hamstrung by own lack of effort.
A city like Buenos Aires I know like the back of my hand. And I would never pay a girl what they charge in Black's (before it closed down). Living there allowed me to develop a list of list of names and places.

Ok folks, I think it may be official at this point. The mongering nightlife in Copa is officially dead.
Went to mabs last night. Since the closure of Balcony the mongering scene (whatever was left) has scattered to a number of places, mabs being one of them. Well Mabs is basically trash. I saw maybe 3 winners and trust me they don't stick around long. They know that they are winners and use that leverage to their advantage. There is a chick that my wingman calls Stacy Dash. She looks just like her except she's thicker and has a lot more ass. She was one of the 3 winners (looks wise) their last night. She was around for all of maybe 20 min. Someone grabbed her quick. I've heard that she can't take a pounding so I didn't even bother investigating price. Decided to leave Mabs at maybe 1 am and check out Dolce Vida. Dolce Vida was dead. Maybe 8 girls, tops. I heard that it gets jumping later (maybe 4 am) but I had no desire to stick around for 3 hours to find out. Poked my head in Casablanca which is around the corner from Dolce Vida. Same thing, pretty dead and not much to look at so I decided to call it a night. It's a damn shame what the mongering night life has become in Copa. I mean this shit is just sad.
On a positive note, one thing that doesn't seem to have changed are the termas. The talent is still smoking hot! Went to Monte Carlo yesterday as well and had a great time. Banged a chick named Angelina. Caramel complexion with a big phat ass! She was a great fuck too. Great way to open my trip up. I really enjoyed myself in there last night. It probably stays open at least until midnight but frankly I would try to get there between 7 pm-9 pm at the latest.

CheersI can tell you that for my tastes, I prefer the places you list over the termas. I have had the most luck with quality at Belprazer and Dudas in that order. Picked a total of 10 girls in 3 nights and 13 programs. 1 included with Completa, and 2 girls doubles. Are $220 for girl + are $90 for room for 40 minutes gets you smaller room without bathroom attached. $330 for girl +are $120 for room gets you 1 hour which has bathroom. Few girls speak good English. Mostly no English. Decent selection. Very good experience. No issues. The support staff were above and beyond good.
2. Centauraus: went 2nd day for a change. But was just a poor experience. Get in the door and the girls pushing on you, and won't even let you get a drink. Had more girls than MC. I reported back in December that the girls in Balcony were asking 300 reais for 1 hour. I ended up getting one for 100 at the end of the night, but most would not budge from the high prices.
