I can't go multiple times a night and I can't go more than 3 or 4 nights in a row until the mongering even gets old. Aside from maybe Senna's grave and museum I can't think of a single thing I want to do there aside f4 om eat. Based on Steve's reports alone SP ended up on my bucket list but how long is enough? I usually arrive on a Wednesday or Thursday and party all the way to Sunday and stop for a few days. If you have limited time then it takes 11 or 12 days and then I'm good. But if I was you I’d go to Rio instead of SP so at least you’d have the beach to fill your time.

Most Scandallo girls that ask 1500-2000 are high quality tier 1. If I like / want the girl, I will counter with 1/2 of her offer and will go as high as 1/2 + 200. Most tier 2 Scandallo girls will ask 1200 or far, far less. I apply roughly the same approach as with tier 1's and counter with half and I am willing to settle for 1/2 + 200. So if a tier 2 l asks 800, I will counter with 600 or 700 (not 400), and if I like the girl I am even willing to accept her 800 original. Nothing is set in stone. My main point here is that I have never paid more than 800 for a pretty Scandallo girl next door type.

It ain't hard. Many boate girls, if not most girls, are available to be taken out of the club rather than to be stuck there all night long although as always YMMV from girl to girl.
My approach is simple: I never consider takeout with a new girl. My first time with a boate girl is always ST and in-house. The only exception to this approach is when I am at Casarao, because I really dislike using their adjacent ST hotel. Everywhere else I am happy to initially get it on in-house and after the first boom boom session, if I really like the girl, I will exchange what'sup #'s with her, and we take it from there. Sometimes nothing happens and I never see the girl or have sex with her again, sometimes I continue to see the girl in-house a few more times, and once in a while I find I have "keeper," a girl I really like, and we move our new relationship outside the club permanently. The key here is I am in no hurry to jump into anything with these girls. Overnights have their advantages, sure, but they are not a consideration for me unless it is with girls I already know and really like. While partying hard in Rio, I took the one-hour flight from SDU airport to CGH for $100 -$120 bucks round trip fare. It's easy Uber Comfort or Uber black ride from CGH airport direct to scandallo club.
It took me about 22 to 30 min to travel there depending on traffic, to arrive before 7 pm.
At Scandallo party my ass off, drinking whiskey, doing combo garotas sessions. Japa, Branca, morenas, redheads, blondes, negra, skinny, with curvy bunda, GND, newbies to GDP, delicious dinner with sexy companions until close, or get locked in againhaha.

Also I have a passport card in addition to my passport book. Is that fine enough for scandallo entry? Or should I copy and laminate the page from my passport book as advised in other posts here.
And finally which clinica has Larinha Small been at? I was mostly planning on going to boates (Scandallo, Bomboa, Casarao), but I'd love to meet her as well as scratch the clinica experience off my list. If you only went to two clinicas which would you choose?

CGH is much more conveniently located in southern SP right in the heart of the Clinica action. Also make sure to take Uber Black. It's a lot more reliable for very little extra. Uber in SP is dirt cheap.

In addition, 2 of my favorite 4-star Itiam Bibi hotels are just 2 blocks from Bomboa and there are a ton of interesting, great restaurants nearby within very safe walking distance. So, this is obviously good area to stay.

Well, if you read previous posts, it seems that Mongers have in fact been getting quotes in the ranges you speak of. Read the individual stories of how they have delt with the quotes. The issue mainly comes down to how much COIN you have and how much you're willing to pay in relation to the individual girl you want to be with and the value you perceive her to have in your future experience. Some Mongers have paid high prices and claim they had the best time of their life, and some have paid on the lower end had the time of their life. Ultimately either Negotiate or bring more COIN or tell them how much you're willing to pay and let the acceptance or rejections fly.
There are plenty of Mongers on this forum some with Big Pockets and Some with Small Pockets, but all have made Scandallo work for them, or they don't go to Scandallo.

I showed my passport once at Casarao. After that they had my passport (or passport number with my name next to it) in their computer and I was let it just with showing a digital copy. Same at Scandallo.

Look up Renaissance Sao Paulo Hotel, to the west is more affluent, to the east (look up Casaro Augusta) is less affluent and is the LGBT district. These are areas with better night life and you are less likely to get bored. Look up Tochka's posts. He has some good info in the Moema area which you can use as the fallback if you can't find one elsewhere.
These areas are safe. The main thing to look out for is guys on bicycle, especially near Republica plaza. They will come at you and grab anything they can from you, then ride away.
I like staying in the Jardim and Itaim Bibi neighborhoods best. At 9 pm it is only a 20-minute Uber ride to Scandallo. In the afternoon it is usually around a 20-minute ride to the Moema Clinicas as well. In addition, 2 of my favorite 4-star Itiam Bibi hotels are just 2 blocks from Bomboa and there are a ton of interesting, great restaurants nearby within very safe walking distance. So, this is obviously good area to stay.I also like Itaim Bibi. Great choice of gourmet restaurants, with one caveat though: as a lonesome bachelor I had the impression I was not welcome in those restaurants at peak business hours, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings. Yuppie couples all over the place. Of course this was no different from fashionable neighborhoods in London or Munich. I have been spoiled in Pattaya where everybody is a loner and welcome to any seat available.

My suggestion to simplify things until you are comfortable in Sampa: 1) Do clinicas which are up to your budget 2) Check out Casarao.
I also take from the street like lower Augusta near Casarao, but it's just me. I like to get what I see.

What you are saying about overnights is a different story when a girl is already at your place. Great question, Miami, because there are many different approaches to successfully negotiating an overnight with a new boate girl let alone navigating the SP Boate scene and getting what you want. It ain't hard. Many boate girls, if not most girls, are available to be taken out of the club rather than to be stuck there all night long although as always YMMV from girl to girl.
My approach is simple: I never consider takeout with a new girl. My first time with a boate girl is always ST and in-house. Bit of drama checking in to my airbnb. But once all was settled just got in and relaxed. I contacted lotus clinica and looked at the photos they sent considering a afternoon adventure. I researched a little and just decided to wait and relax till scandallo time.
Getting antsy I went ahead and called my Uber at 5:40 p. Thinking I'd just be a tad early, I was so excited to experience male Disney world.
