Yep, visited Czar yesterday but frankly talking, it's crap. The lay-out is difficult, hardly any chance to walk around. Big pillars obstructing the view. As I'm staying at the Hyatt Regency currently, I have half price access to the connected "premier" night club I. E. 100 AED with one drink.

My quick and updated review of dubai options:
Disclaimer, my review focus is on looks (young, pretty face, slim and fit body).
MR: I've only stuck to the popular agencies. One of them is well known for using photoshop so you need to request videos of the girls. It is also the agency with the least attractive girls, however service has been excellent imo, good GFE. This is the tecom agency.
AMP: I really dislike this option. I would only suggest it if you really want to pop on a budget. All AMP girls are not good looking, even the glowiest review you will find here talking about 9/10 girls are actually just 5's. The very best of AMPS are 5's and maybe 6 at best. Never tried EuroMPs but based on galleries on websites they arent any better than 6's also.
Clubs: I've tried club55, eve, czar, rs, ratsky. RS being the best of them and york and ratsky the worst.
Almost every girl in RS is better looking than virtually any AMP girl. There are objectively 8-9's to be found. Service however tends to be subpar especially if your chosen hotel is on the premise itself or nearby, girls want to cut the hour down and get back to the club ASAP.

Just came back from Red square and thought to publish my first report.
First I want to say massive thanks to JackThePlaya who met me today for lunch. Thanks man for your insight so I know what I can expect.
I live in Dubai and rent apartment (long term as resident). Not very comfortable for girls to know where I live (rather posh place). Hence I booked the night at Moscow hotel as it is easy to have the session.
Checked in around 10.45 pm and everything was good. Did exactly what I always did before in Kyiv and Moscow (tips the security guy both at reception and in front of the club) and paid 250 AED to get in with 2 drinks.

A lot of things can go very smooth. For me the smooth experience and have someone on my back is very important and have me to be peace in mind.
For those members who would like to try. My suggestion will be:
1) go there around 10.30 pm to 11 pm. Lots of girls are there already. If you are into Russian girls, Red square is the simple and straightforward option.
2) get one hour with 1000 AED to start with (I will start from next time with this) - if the girl is really into me or have good vibe then I will extend. No point to fall into false promise scam.
3) if you want to avoid taxi argument with girls, maybe use Moscow hotel as session room then go back to your own place to sleep like baby is the best.
4) Optional: tip the security or waitress. They are doing hard work and having them on your back for me is really worth it.

4. You admitted that your service with a WG at RS was still bad even after you already tipped multiple security staff. The security cannot pick the WG for you as they are not managers.
5. Again Dubai is not Moscow or Kyiv, you don't need anyone "on your back. " The Russian mafia is not going to bust in and break your legs at Red Square. I have never seen a fight at RS because no one is dumb enough to start one.
6. Getting a "free table" at Moscow doesn't mean anything because you don't need one. Everyone is a sex worker, whether you have a table or not.

From my experience, if you tip the security guy or the person sitting at the front desk of the club, it helps a lot. I tip the security guys at one of my favorite clubs and now I can enter whenever I want, weekend or weekday and they don't ask for any entry fee or minimum charge bullshit. The mistake is to tip 100 AED. I tip 20 each, that is more than enough and they are happy. It eases my time at the club. And yes you are right that once you tip, a lot of them will expect it but that's why you tip 20 so you can easily tip a few. That works for me.

It helps to keep contacts of managers in lean periods like these. Ping them on a regular basis. Rates are negotiable. Pinged up my mint manager last night and they sent across a bunch of profiles. If you want to improve your chances you ask at reception for the exact services you want when you arrive. Don't worry they've heard it all. DFK, BBJ and all the positions you mentioned are pretty tame. Counter Charge and Bird's extras will be calculated by the receptionist and paid before they show you to your room.
As for pricing it's not too bad. Irony is that the cost for extras in the street level massage shops are almost identical to the high end spas in the top 5 star hotels, albeit the counter charge might be little pricer. So pro tip; try the Ritz Carlton Spas or the Waldorf or the FourSeasons.

This is a long due report. I was in Dubai two months ago and stayed on for 2 days /1 night. First day, I went to Jules at LE Meridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre. It was around midnight and very few guests. I think the guest to girl ration was 2, most of them asians and africans. One or two whites but old and ugly.
