I read a lot about CIP but personally I like a No-Quit-No-Spit BJ. Is this commonly available or difficult to find?
Just wondering on a temperature check for how safe it is with freelancers I. General? Can they be found on tinder? Any scams or things you should be aware of? Typical prices for ST / LT? Also what is the policy on videos / photos typically?

I continued to walk a few steps, and then I realized they probably tried to pick me. I walked back and stared at them. They were on the ground. After they saw me staring at them, they immediately got up and ran away fast.
Luckily they didn't take my wallet and smart phone that were in my front pockets. You can't see it bulge out when I'm walking. Wondering If I would have noticed if they tried. I reacted slowly because I was drunk, and they weren't ladyboys.
Be careful out there, especially if you're drunk.

I'm curious, why carry your wallet when out and about? I never carry mine. There's nothing in I'll need, except cash and maybe an ATM card, which I carry in a money clip / card holder. I carry my ATM and credit card (I have 2 other sets I leave in the hotel), hotel key if it's the credit card size type, a copy of my passport, and all the small bills from 20 to 500 baht. It's easier to carry all that in one wallet, especially when I'm drunk. I carry the major money (1 K bills) in a zipped up pocket somewhere. I carry cash because I don't want to use my credit card at the go-go bars.

I live in farang land and just before my 3rd Thailand trip I invited my girlfriend to join me. I knew she would decline, but she also insisted that if I go it would be necessary for me to take an HIV test prior to having sex with her. My regular 4 star hotel near Nana is girl friendly but registers visitors. The other day my company was denied entry because she was only 19 years old. This gem was beautiful and fresh as a daisy. I would have hated to take her to a run down motel. Thankfully the reception explained that the girl could join me if I registered her as second occupant of the hotel room. The disadvantage would be that after that I would have to pay joiner fees for any other girls that would visit me. I gladly registered her as it was my last night anyway. We had a great night and she is now my regular when I'm in Bangkok.
There is obviously a certain risk involved as the girl could later enter the room without me. But I'm happy to have found this solution and hope it might help others in a similar situation.

Some hotels will force you to do it as part of their policy. Guys are shy to do it. I don't know why. Hotel staff in Bangkok have seen it all so don't be shy. It's for your own good. If you have a problem, the hotel will be able to identify the girl. Often hotels will call your room to confirm everything is ok before giving the lady back her ID. This is awesome practice. I fully recommend guys to do it. Better safe than sorry.
Many hotels have this in their policy, but the hotel staff are sometimes lazy to enforce it. Therefore just stroll up to the counter and volunteer to do it. This is the best way.

Turn left coming out of Nana Plaza and walk to The Tavern and turn left. There are about 4 ST hotels on that alley, I think about 300 baht per hour. I don't remember any of them to be good. As of a week ago, the first one on the right was clean enough but terrible bed in tiny room.
Better is to walk to Soi 7/1 and use Atlas Hotel. Atlas has always been satisfactory to me. Sometimes 300 baht for ST and sometimes 350 baht.

Long time reader who has benefitted immensely from this forum, so here is my first Bangkok FR. Sorry if this is too rookie for veterans here But I know there are many new mongers who are eyeing BKK for the first time. So here goes.
As someone coming from the west for the first time, I found the energy and atmosphere of BKK both electric and overwhelming at the same time. I am glad I did a ton of research on this forum and came prepared for what to expect. I make a long ambitious monger list and left mostly satisfied at the end.
My trip was during first and third week of Dec AKA "winter" here. This was the hottest most uncomfortable humid winter I have ever experienced in my life! Time to get acclimated to this weather should be factored into the game plan for westerners, since it greatly affects libido if you want to hit the ground running. I stayed in Sukhumvit area and there is quite a bit of treading around and this weather drains energy meant for the good deeds. Secondly the jet lag is real and should also be factored in to some extend. Even though I was wide awake during peak mongering period of midnight to 4 am, my libido was certainly diminished early on and affects performance. If you have the luxury of multiple weeks in BKK, I would allocate the first week to get over these two hurdles and spend time observing and taking in the sights and sounds.
On to the carnal pleasure deets, my list included the top soapies / nurus, gogo bars, pick up bars and TF.
My first soapy was doki doki but they did not get my business as no one in the line up was young enough for me and mamasan was straight up cold. I thanked the girls and rolled into Aya next, since I have heard good things about this place. Much friendlier mamasan and line up included at least one young cutie who I quickly pointed to. I sensed some kind of political hierarchy dynamic with these line ups. This young one was the only girl who did not make eye contact with me and the older women were beaming into my soul. One tip is to not call up the very good dancers, they are usually the ones with some sort of mileage on them. I ended up downing several beers and was in no mood to bar fine. But no regrets at all since this was fun and next time I may go all the way. One thing for sure, the best looking top shelf talent is definitely at these reputed go gos. This might set you back a few Ks more but you come all the way to this corner of the world to let loose so just do it.
It was almost time to leave but there was one itch I had to scratch before that. The super soapies. I have heard so many mixed reviews but still wanted to check this box. I picked Poseidon (face palm: I had the flight out that evening so checked in early around noon. They are quite organized. The mamasan received my bags like a regular hotel and they had a bell desk he said I was early and there were only 3 "models" available at the moment. I thought wow "models" I only need one. Each one had a different rate ranging from 5 K to 7 K. When I was shown the line up I realized they were more like the mothers of the models, easily 30+ if not more. This was consistent with some of the reviews but I just picked the cheapest "model" for 5 K. It was a rip off but somehow I had no way to back out with my bags checked in and all. Off to a very nice room with large bed and bath tub. This place may lack talent but the facilities are top notch. The "model" unsealed a meticulously packed bag of towels with Poseidon branding. She did the routine clean up on the bath tub and when we moved to the bed she starfished. I was baffled as to what comes next as I am not a vulture who eats dead meat. She quickly realized that I am not that kind of client and "woke up". She then went through the motions all completely covered and safe. Towards the end there was a whiff of feminine oder so I ended up finishing ASAP. The lady was sweet and I could tell she already had multiple clients before me based on her hygiene level. Thankfully everything was wrapped. She led me out and gave me the Thai salute and off I went to the airport.
This was a first time experience I will obviously cherish for a while. I may return but it will be many many years later, or is that what they all say.

Turn left coming out of Nana Plaza and walk to The Tavern and turn left. There are about 4 ST hotels on that alley, I think about 300 baht per hour. I don't remember any of them to be good. As of a week ago, the first one on the right was clean enough but terrible bed in tiny room.
Better is to walk to Soi 7/1 and use Atlas Hotel. Atlas has always been satisfactory to me. Sometimes 300 baht for ST and sometimes 350 baht.I think the old ST rooms at Nana were 200.

I don't know man, best you get your pecker tested out soon. All of the Thai street food and market food was fantastic and very inexpensive. I was expecting to pay more due to it being high season, but food cost was reasonable. The Ramen near Snow White massage was mediocre. Also, muy Thai fights are a lot of fun. Put that on your dance card.

LINE have a possible answer in their faq for this: "To prevent the search feature from being abused, the feature will temporarily be suspended if an ID or phone number is searched for (or the wrong one is entered) too many times. For security reasons, we cannot provide details such as how long suspensions are for. ".
There's also an option in line that needs to be set to allow others to add you by ID. Default setting is yes, but perhaps some girls have mistakenly turned it off. Same for add by phone number, but there I think the default setting is off.
My guess it's one of these two things causing the problem, and the solution is to ask for their qr code instead.
Other than that I disagree about line being inferior to whatsapp. I've been using line for 15+ years I think, much longer than whatsapp, and have always considered it superior to whatsapp, or any other chat app I've tried. I have benefited from the hard work of my predecessor thus it is only fitting that I add my own little contributions.
Disclaimer: Please note the following is MY OWN HUMBLE OPINIONS ONLY. Everyone's experience and expectations would be different.
I spent 5 days and this is my takeaway.
Day 1 - just got off a 10+ hour flight from Australia. Whilst on the way to the hotel, being stuck in traffic, what does one do? I got on ThaiFriendly (aka Tinder and I opted for the paid version as I wanted to 'maximise' my chances in BKK.) Alas, I connected with a freelance (I'm deliberately spelling this out / repeating what others may have said for the benefit of our newbie punters so they don't have to look everything up like I did. I got her a Grab (a. K. a Uber elsewhere) and got her to the hotel I was staying. Most communication was done via WhatsApp. I didn't feel comfortable discussing prices and details etc on TF as I not sure of their policy. Day 2 - Visiting Nana Plaza was high up on my Wishlist so I made an effort to be there just after 7 pm when they opened. As I was walking towards NP, I saw some very attractive girls converging very quickly towards NP. I guessed that they are rushing not to be late for work.
When I got there (armed with the knowledge of my predecessors) I decided to start at the top floor and work my way down. First stop was Billboard. This place is definitely seen to be believed. In both of these places, I found there is a large proportion of ladies with big tattoos (beauty is in the eye of the beholder and tattoos are just not my thing).
Again, decided to move to the next one, Rainbow 4. This place felt more crowded than the previous two as the room was long and skinny. The stage is one long catwalk. In all these places, the girls would take turns being on stage. However once they are on stage, they tend to just stay in one spot, they don'ts spin around so you see their front and back nor do they move around. Meaning you will see the same small group of girls for the entire duration that they are on stage.
Later I found out that you can tell the staff you want to have a walk around to get a different perspective. However, being a newbie myself on the gogo bar scene, I just sat quietly where I was told. In all 3 gogo bars the ladies wore bikinis on stage.

We discussed LT (long time) which is basically 6 hours for $8 k + $1 k bar fine. So off we went. We got on so well that I asked her to stay the night, she wanted another $4 k and I said ok. (Yes, I can feel the wrath of the more seasoned punters) however I'm only here for a short time I want to make it as good as possible. My thinking was rather than negotiating over a $1 k here or there, give it to her, hopefully it makes a good impression and in turn leads to a better service.
Side note. Asking her to sleep over was a mistake though. I value and need my sleep and I didn't sleep well nor did she. She wasn't overly affectionate afterwards the deed was done, more like a roommate than a GF. So lesson learnt, LT is good for me as it allows me the right amount of time to get to know them better and not be in a rush. If you take a girl from NP, the time to find a hotel is counted in your session. Basically time starts when she sits down inside the club agreeing on $ with you.
Day 3 - rest day.

Day 5 - I thought about going back to NP or Soi Cowboy but in the end, decided to contact the girl I had met on Day 2 from Rainbow 4. I asked if she want to have dinner. Luckily she didn't have to work and said yes. I proposed us have dinne and another $8 k for LT. Had a great time and laugh. She chose a French restaurant and judging by her demeanour I would say she didn't have had French before, in a funny way, not snobbish way. She was impressed by the delicacy of the dishes.
The restaurant had just opened and don't have a credit card machine set up, the only way to pay is to scan the QR code which I'm told only local people can do or pay cash. Dinner was $4 k and she offered to pay for dinner first (at this point in time, I haven't paid her anything yet). I was touched by her gesture that when it came time to say our goodbyes, I gave here $2 k extra tip (total $10 k) in the end because I had a good time and found her to be nice and genuine.
Said goodbye, wish her safe travel home and went to bed as I had an early flight the next day. Left BKK very happy with my adventures.
In all the occasions I decided to bring the girls back to my hotel room. I don't feel comfortable in a ST hotel. I took the advice of other punters and just put everything valuable in the safe that is provided in the room, keep outside only what you are going to pay her. Keep the room declutter. I stayed at the JW Marriot and the staff were great. We offered her ID to the concierge once but they declined.

To address the usual arguments:
If a guy wants to engage in sex without using a condom, that's his risk and his business.

The placement of the word "However" suggests that an opposite or "on the other hand" admonition is about to follow the previous admonition. But that is not what follows. And the word "Bragging" in the very next topic headline, No Safe Sex Bragging, that does immediately follow that word "However" is misleading because for many if not most men we expect to hear "bragging" from someone experiencing lots of BBFSCIP from many different women rather than from someone who rarely or never experiences it.
But read the entire section again and you will see the latter is exactly what that Guideline is about; admonishing Members not to "brag" about how wonderful they are to always engage in safe or safer sex, always wearing a condom for FS and perhaps other sex acts and lording it over the rest of us not doing so and for being sinful slackers.
To be clear, that Guideline is saying don't "brag" about engaging in safe or safer sex.
In the past some of us have been attacked by other Members for supposedly violating the ISG General Rules or Posting Guidelines for "bragging" about getting BBFSCIP with this or that lady, always preferring and negotiating for it etc as mentioned in our reports when in fact that admonission is not about that at all. It is about the exact opposite of that. The attackers had misread and / or misunderstood the Guideline about it.
Once we put those two words aside and not be misled or distracted by them, we see that every sentence in the Posting Guidelines on the topic of Safe Sex is telling Members who don't want or don't like others experiencing BBFSCIP or engaging in any sex act they deem to be unsafe or unwise to Shut The Fuck Up about it in the general discussion thread and keep your opinion and philosophy about that to yourselves, especially with regard to devoting the main focus of a post about it. The only possible exception being some comment in passing that is not the main point and focus of your report or post.
Otherwise, the Guideline makes it quite clear to take your "we should all wear condoms and be safe" opinion and philosophy to the Safe Sex Thread and keep it out of the general discussion threads such as the Bangkok Reports and Pattaya Reports threads.

Side note, I note that a previous punter said that his TF was inundated with messages / offers. He must be much better looking than I as I didn't have such experience. Gentlemen, I have a question that is very subjective. Long story short: I'm an east coast (US) guy. I have a trip to Tijuana coming up in a couple weeks. I'm considering canceling that trip and taking that money and buying a ticket to BKK. I've never been to Thailand. My question: is 5-7 days enough to enjoy the trip? I know the flight is brutal. Perhaps I should add, I'm really most interested in nuru massage. I'd probably hit up some gogos a couple nights. But the primary purpose would be for the massages. If I can get over 30 hours each way for 6-ish days on the ground, is it crazy to do for a short trip?

I spent 5 days and this is my takeaway.
Day 1 - just got off a 10+ hour flight from Australia. Whilst on the way to the hotel, being stuck in traffic, what does one do? I got on ThaiFriendly (aka Tinder and I opted for the paid version as I wanted to 'maximise' my chances in BKK.) Alas, I connected with a freelance (I'm deliberately spelling this out / repeating what others may have said for the benefit of our newbie punters so they don't have to look everything up like I did. I got her a Grab (a. K. a Uber elsewhere) and got her to the hotel I was staying. Most communication was done via WhatsApp. I didn't feel comfortable discussing prices and details etc on TF as I not sure of their policy. Once I connected with the girl, I would try and pivot the conversation on either WhatsApp or LINE. Damage was $5 k for ST (short time, so. 1-2 hours). Feeling tired from my flight, I called it a night.

But I can't agree that her answers "confirm" anything rather than simply "repeat" much that is written on this board.
For example, she dismisses the idea that STDs or STIs are an issue for her or her fellow Sex Workers / Go Go Girls in Thailand and such little concern for the local industry that they no longer conduct free monthly testing for them in the bar areas.
And that comes as she also admits her co-workers will on occasion have sex without a condom for an extra tip or whatever even though she doesn't. Uh. Ok. I'm considering canceling that trip and taking that money and buying a ticket to BKK. I've never been to Thailand. My question: is 5-7 days enough to enjoy the trip? I know the flight is brutal. Perhaps I should add, I'm really most interested in nuru massage. I'd probably hit up some gogos a couple nights. But the primary purpose would be for the massages. It can, but most pharmacies on Suhkumvit did not have it last I checked. The one that did have it was a large pharmacy near Nana, on the side closest to Asoke, and same side of the road as Terminal 21. The pharmacy is called South-East Asia pharmacy, or something like that, if I remember correctly.

And I'm not sure how long it's been since your last visit, but your representation is accurate. (Though $80 in today's environment would be rare. Typically, I'm happy at $100.) And you are right about those massages, which is exactly why BKK is calling me.
You highight another important distinction. In many ways, Latinas and Thai women are opposites, physically. Personally, I'm drawn to Latinas. That's a mild concern to me. Generally speaking, facial beauty is most important to me. And a girl can be too skinny, IMO. But, ai do find Asian women attractive and I'm certain there are more than a few fish out there that I'll find more than acceptable.

In Thailand, you can go to bed at 10 am and wake up at 6:00 pm and your body will feel great. It'll effect old timers like me more, but I power through. Got to get in as much fucking as I can. But 5 to 7 days is really kinda short for a half way round the world trip like that. I'd say, give yourself minimum 10 days at least. There's so much to enjoy in Bangkok. The sights, the sounds, the foods, the chicks! Dude, all I can say is load up on your red bull cause don't waste your time sleeping. If you can manage 3 hours a night, you should be able to fuck aplenty in just 7 days. Make the most of it. The only downside is that Bangkok can be so addictive, you'll be dying to come back again. It's like the Hangover 2 said - "Bangkok has him now".
Don't waste your time with nana or cowboy. Go for a night each just to say you've experienced it. It's more expensive now than it's ever been. Massage joints, oilies and soapies is where it's at. You pick the chick from a line up, the hourly rate is way more reasonable. No mamasan hassle, don't have to bother with lady drinks or other obnoxious bar patrons. I'd say don't even bother with Thermae. I always give the same advice. Stick to the massage joints. Like the ones in Phrom Phong. You'll thank me later. Have fun at pound town!

I'the ask / answer a different question. If you were to go to somewhere other than Tijuana where should you go? Seems like you have been to Colombia? Where else? Not knowing where else you have been I'the offer the following:
Yes it is worth the pain to go to Thailand at least once, even if only six days on the ground. Definitely! (More on why below). But is it worth that pain to go again? Maybe not.
I think there are three primary girls destinations that every man should see — and for different reasons. My top three in order are:

I've never been to Thailand. My question: is 5-7 days enough to enjoy the trip?Everybody is different. I have friends that have only come for 2 or 3 days. An old Navy buddy's first time he came 3 days over Memorial Day weekend. On his way back home, during his stop over in Hong Kong he booked to come back again for 3 days during July 4th weekend. I have a buddy that came last month for 2 days. He stopped in Korea first and visited my brother for 1 day. I tell everybody they should at least do 6 days, but that is only because they may want to have stuff made.
But like I said everybody is different. Some people go into a hotel room and take all of their stuff out of their suitcase and arrange it in the drawers and closet like they are moving in. Some people like me can walk into a room and drop their bag and walk right out and start enjoying themselves. 1 day is better than 0 days, and no matter how long you stay, it will not be enough.

My friend and I are about to pack for our annual trip to Bangkok. Despite his advanced age (early 70's), he enjoys a joint or two before sex. Gentlemen, I have a question that is very subjective. Long story short: I'm an east coast (US) guy. I have a trip to Tijuana coming up in a couple weeks. I'm considering canceling that trip and taking that money and buying a ticket to BKK. I've never been to Thailand. My question: is 5-7 days enough to enjoy the trip? I know the flight is brutal. Perhaps I should add, I'm really most interested in nuru massage. I'd probably hit up some gogos a couple nights. But the primary purpose would be for the massages. If I can get over 30 hours each way for 6-ish days on the ground, is it crazy to do for a short trip?On the one hand and IMHO BKK or Pat are great for the short 6-night visit. The action and venues are varied. The entertainment fun starts around noon every day right outside your hotel and ends when you want it to. For 6 nights choose one: BKK or Pat and enjoy the bounty! Tip: if you choose to visit BKK because you are looking for quality nuru, be sure not to overlook the top SOAPY massage parlors like Black Caviar, La Belle, or Maria Massage. You will not find nuru and these top-notch joints, but you will find quality girls and more times than not great service.
On the other hand, the 24 hour, minimum flight time, from South Florida to BKK vs. The 8 hour non-stop flight time from South Florida to Sao Paulo has greatly influenced my travel itinerary since 2021. Post covid I been travelling to SP, Brazil 2 or 3 times a year for 3 to 6 weeks per visit. I love the girls and the food is good although not as good as the food in BKK. I miss BKK, Pat, Phnom, Jakarta and Macau. The next time I can free up 10 to 12 weeks for travel I will go there.

It's pretty straight forward in that you negotiate what you need. For me the 2nd shot is sometimes wishful thinking depending on how much drinking was done. My experience is very recent I. E. Dec 4-12. With the 3 or 4 freelancers I asked for it and could only do it in one instance. However all stayed with me about 2 hours which is my time limit before I bail to sleep. I assume if my stamina isn't back in that timeframe then so be it. I sometimes just use the extra time to get a rub or rub the tits, etc. Also, the price in BKK was lower, I think 2000 all-in about 2500 BHT for Phuket. Yet I found amazing girls in Phuket on the thaifriendly site. Also accurate pics with less photoshop at least in my limited experience, YMMV.

Please quote the post where someone has said this. In 20 years on this website in countless threads, I have never read someone say when advising people on prices, that the person paying more was going to mess it up for the person giving the advice.
People that have this type of info are typically not worried about another messing it up for them because they are already entrenched in a system allowing them to pay less than an infrequent or price is not a concern visitor.

But to avoid loud music, that means Nana and Cowboy are out for you. I always recommend the same thing to everyone, cause it's always guaranteed a good time. Try out the massage joints in the Phrom Phong area. You can't go wrong there. And just beyond Phrom Phong, as you get closer to Terminal 21, there's more massage joints to be tried. You'll run out of time before you run of out oilies and soapies to try.
Thermae is very hit or miss these days. But it's a good place to just hang out and scope the chicks out while you have a beer. No loud music either. It's kinda surreal in a way. Have fun Pete! They created a physical card for me and told me to just show that card next time I came there, so I'm guessing if I needed any medicine after the test, I'd just go back and show the same anonymous card.
Think it's the first time I've read about anyone worrying immigration will be informed about his std results though, though I know syphilis test is/was required for work permits here.

I'm old but I'm free now and pondering what places to visit. I'm not a loud music & dancing fan but certainly not opposed to some partying. Ideally I would like to find some other hobbyist to hang with and learn the ropes. Your recommendations are most welcome.Partying without dancing and music. Curious how that works?
The problem you have is that all of the bars where you can pick up girls are noisy. Go-Go bars and the beer bars on Soi 4, 7 and 11 all make a racket. If you want to avoid the music then Thermae, massage parlour, street walkers or online is the best way to go.

Hi Fellow Mongers.
I had done the RTFF about freelancers scene, but I didn't had much luck. Tried Hillary's, mix etc around 9 pm but didn't see any FLs. Are there any other clubs to be tried? What's the best time and good bar to find FLs? Also, any good spots for day time FLs. Of course ThaiFriendly is the way to go, but it's tedious and I hate to be indoor and do the picking!

I've been to BKK numerous times. I'm back and forth with staying at JW close to soi 4 or Sheraton Grande closer to soi 22 scene. I rarely do gogos; too loud, too expensive, too mechanical. Mostly Fls whichever venue I find them. Currently booked at JW as I at least want to try Nana if nothing for experience and it's a nicer hotel. However, Fls and massage probably will make bulk activity. Stay closer to Soi 4 or go closer to Soi 22 scene?
I'm an old guy too, very old. Until I get fired or forced to quit from work, I won't be anywhere near Thailand soon, but you chose right spot Pete. Thailand is a fantastic place. But to avoid loud music, that means Nana and Cowboy are out for you. I always recommend the same thing to everyone, cause it's always guaranteed a good time. Try out the massage joints in the Phrom Phong area. You can't go wrong there. And just beyond Phrom Phong, as you get closer to Terminal 21, there's more massage joints to be tried. You'll run out of time before you run of out oilies and soapies to try.
Thermae is very hit or miss these days. But it's a good place to just hang out and scope the chicks out while you have a beer. No loud music either. It's kinda surreal in a way. Have fun Pete! My first night in Bangkok was regrettable to say the least! I went to Nana Plaza first around 11 pm, maybe it's the time of the year (few days before NYE) but it was wall to wall packed! Every bar I went in to had few if any seating available and men massively outnumbered women, which put me off. I hopped over to Soi Cowboy where it was a little better. I settled at Crazy House after touring the strip where, to be fair the dancers in there are some of the most gorgeous I've seen in my 2 weeks in Thailand so far, but they saw a naive rookie a mile away and I got fleeced good (which I'll admit isn't the first time I've made this mistake!) after a few too many drinks, pent up excitement and the allure of hot topless girls in front of me, ID lost my head and became pretty easy to part with my money.
A few of the girls swarmed me when I arrived, I stuck with the one I found the hottest, easily a 9/10, drop dead gorgeous! One girly drink paid for and she was all over me, on my lap, kissing my face all over and non stop giggling, and I was caught in her web! Now, here's where the mistake starts, as now a gaggle of go go girls swarmed me! I now had 5 girls in front of me all asking for a drink! These drinks weren't cheap either, but feeling a bit too much bravado in the moment I caved, a shot for all, which soon extended to a drink for two of the bar staff and the massaman as well! Who was very touchy herself through the night and didn't mind copping a few gropes off me either. She offered me to bar fine the first girl I was with, who was on her 3rd drink by now, damage would be 700 bh + 4000 for the ST. Too deep now to back down at this point, and her gorgeous smile beckoning, I was quick to accept. We made our way to a short time room on cowboy, which was around 300 bh. Now, I could have forgiven myself the next day for having splurged so much cash on my first night, were it not for the fact that what followed was particularly disappointing. Gone was the overly eager and excitable girl kissing my face nonstop and hopping up and down my lap for the past hour, and replaced with a mechanical starfish, oral with condom, very light kissing and little affection. We boned in a few different positions and it didn't take me long to finish in the bag. She was washed and dressed and we were out within half an hour. We exchanged lines but I didn't stay in touch. I woke up the next morning with a slight hangover and feeling like a massive mug to have spent over £200 on my first night with so little to show for it. I was too jet lagged to attempt a 2nd night in Bangkok and began to feel a little disheartened that Thailand wouldn't be the promised lands I hoped it would. Doing my 4th trip to Bangkok in February. While I've been in BKK multiple times, this time I am first time alone so I can have fun freely.
Any recommendations of more comfortable hotels (maybe even luxury ones), preferably with more apartment-like rooms? Obviously guest-frienly ones. I usually like to stay in Sukhumvit and would prefer it.

It's a mix of mostly freelancers, most of them older and uglier than you'll find in the go-gos, or about the same as the lower tiers there, and some normal girls out partying in groups. It only becomes a problem if for some reason you need to login to line again, and it wants to send you a sms with a code, or somebody else who now has your recycled number wants to set up line on his new number.

Other times, I ended up taking a girl out because she convinced me, thinking it might not be a great experience, only to be pleasantly surprised and have an amazing time with her at the hotel. A couple of them I'm still in touch with and meet whenever I'm lucky enough to travel to Thailand.
I think it's a combination of things that makes a good time happen: our own mood—whether we're tired or full of energy—the lady's mood, chemistry, the music, the drinks. And so on. These days, I've reached a point where I try to enjoy even an average experience. I focus on the fact that I'm with a 9 or a 10 and remind myself of the good times I've had before (otherwise, I wouldn't take her out in the first place). That mindset helps me appreciate the positive side of the experience.
Did I lose money? Sure. But considering how much I've given my divorced wife, a few hundred pounds here and there doesn't seem so bad.)).

You can always set up your Line with your email and like magic, when you get a new phone or number, all your contacts come right back to it.
But if you insist on saving QR codes, then there is no need for a second phone. You simply screenshot it and make a folder in your picture gallery and name it QR codes Line or something. Right now I have 529 people on my friends list. I could not see having to add all those back. I would just do like the girls and wait until I came across the person again. Hell, most of the contacts are not worth a damn anyway. I had more than that, but sometimes I take the time to go through and delete them.

It's quite possible that tipping along may not work as the management also will want their fair share of the money.
But, the quality of girls are higher and more educated. It's possible to find even girls who are mothers but they also feel a bit more sophisticated.

Easy to use and download before a trip and then switch on when you land and you have data straight away so very convenient. I have used Saily, Airalo and BNE eSIM before. All have cheap deals. Just shop around for the data / length you want.

As I consider myself an old Bangkok hand and having had previously good experience with local joints I just had to do T-Ded. While having significant Thai experience for literally decades I do not speak Thai nor do I particularly like the party setup thing. T-Ded is easy enough to find, BTS Saphan Kwai, walk 10 minutes past the Big see turn left two times and it is difficult to miss. Action starts around 9 pm, they are open until 5 AM. The place is in urgent need for renovation, nothing high end here. Just a run down gogo bar with dancers in bikinis. I entered around 9:30 after a massage nearby as I had arrived too early.
