Made another visit down to ShaZhi and was again pleased to find it in pretty much full swing. It seems to have the best and most talent but you really do need to be familiar with how things work and Chinese language skill is a definate plus there.

After a quick tour of the area, I selected Chen xiao jie, who was tall (1.70)with a very nice face, nice and trim just like OAH likes. Real nice attitude, and a bit curious about the foreign thing and wanted to know if all foreigners were like the 'huang pi' she had seen. I told her lets find out. I am a proponent of using a few nice moves to make things go well and resulted in a unrequested BBBJ which is the type I like best. She was into the sex especially by the end, with her giving me a bit of nice back clawing, which she was not aware she had done. No harm no foul.

Best sex ever, not really but it was nice and fun. The area needs a good crackdown every now and again, but it is nice to have it back.

Peace,
TZ

Are there any "delivery" services in SZ? You know an escort type operation that sends the honey to your door.

Well, as a very easy starter: ask in your hotel for a room massage. Or check the massage/sauna place in your hotel.

Next best thing: get some hotel cards. Write you room number on it. Hand it out to some nearby massage places or BBS. Then write a time on it which is suitable. But not too late, otherwise the girl may can't get in.

There are probably a million name cards for 24h massage service being given out in SZ every day. Tricky thing is how to call them if you don't know chinese.

Thursday was a lovely evening for a romantic stroll, and what could be better than wandering the golden walkways of Sha Tsui with the gigantic lumbering monger known as OAH? A tender and touching moment indeed. Ahhh, hell……..the crackdown was over for now and it was time for two kids to play in Poontown.

It was just like old times. Three were loads of pretty girls and mamas, only this time we weren’t being followed by the LE. What fun! As usual, I had spotted a near-ideal girl early in the search, but good ‘ole OAH had to have his way and wander down the alleys for at least another 20 minutes before we could settle down to business. After all, how much fun can the search be, without the ever-growing danger that your glow-in-the-dark white skin is attracting more than its fair share of unwanted attention? OAH, I missed out on one hell of a ChongQing beauty there!

A half-hour and a thousand curious stares later, I finally convinced the bugger to pick a mama and check out a lineup. In the first line-up I spotted a girl that had the sure signs of a good time. She was checking out my light-colored hair and long nose with sideways glances and a shy smile. This told me that she was at least a little curious to try a foreigner. A lot of the girls do not share this curiosity, and I avoid them like the plague, even if they are stunners. If they are disinterested, you will be dis-serviced.

Xiao Qian from Henan gladly took a seat at my side, and wasted no time getting cuddly. Meanwhile, OAH was waiting for a the mama to bring a gal that fit his description: Tall and pretty with a huge rack. The girls in the first lineup did not fit the bill, so mama tried to scout out another group that would. Sadly, the quality of the offerings quickly declined, even after OAH removed the specification for tall and big racked girls. He left in search of another mama. I stayed and got cozy with Xiao Qian.

Once in the room (which even had clean sheets and fresh towels), she was in no rush to get the deed done. She was into DFK and all of that cuddly stuff. Her service was full-on GFE, although she was a little taken aback by the size of little brother. It seems that little bro had grown a little after the Vitamin V, and he was more than a little happy when Xiao Qian kissed him and the boys below. And she did so until I asked her to stop. When I initiated DATY, she immediately insisted that she did not want licky licky. However, once I dove down she immediately responded with whimpering and became very wet. Sure, sure, you don’t like that, do you?

Twenty minutes and several positions later, I had an explosive happy time, and we collapsed together. Again, she was all kissy-kissy, and not in a rush to have me leave.

Later on, OAH, a Chinese buddy, and myself discussed the philosophical aspects of the evening’s activities over dinner. My theory, I proposed to the table, was that a little BFE tenderness from the guy is often rewarded with a several-fold return of GFE from the gal. She might even enjoy the time together, and if not, she will at least give you the illusion that she is really enjoying her time with you. And if you can lure her to your hotel with promises of a bigger tip and some comfortable surroundings, the illusion might even become more real.

OAH, however, had a more pragmatic view of all things mongering. He countered, and I quote, “They would rather spend the evening back at their rat-infested bungalow playing cards with their friends than come to your 5-star hotel, watch some stupid DVD, drink your fancy red wine, and fuck a foreigner.” Spoken with the tact of an Abrams tank, delivered with all of the style of Domino’s Pizza, but as sincere as Mother Theresa. This is the man who is OAH.

Dinner was followed by a foot massage in a local Sha Tsui joint. The expression that OAH had uttered earlier popped up numerous times as we joked, and by the end of the massage the massage girls were looking on with disbelief as we laughed until the tears ran down our faces. He and I don’t always disagree, but the arguments are always funny as hell.

Raz, nice report. I really like the point about OAH and his method of wanting to checkout every shop and take time to FULLY evaluate each girl of siginficant looks, such as a art connoisseur would look at a painting. I can see him now nodding his head and saying "yea, look at the rack on that one, man I would really like to do her, she remindes me of the girl I had 5 weeks ago in NingBo ......" and after recounting some pleasant event of the recent past, he will be ready to move on to the next shop, leaving some chesty girl quite confused as to why that big laowai wandered away. Of course during the tour he will encounter quite a number of previous winners of the OAH lottery, at which point he will provide a brief summary of the strengths and weaknesses of the girl, all the while never taking his eye off the girl. After checking out each and every shop, make sure to not have missed a single BBS, he will be ready to go back and give a more detailed look of the front running girl to see if he has missed any significant feature which would change his mind. Then assuming the signs are all good, he'll be set for the next phase. Phase 2 could be called 'terms and conditions of employment' and consists of ensuring that the standard rate applies and that the selected girl will be willing to perform a BBBJ. No BBBJ, no dice and it's on to the next one in line. After that I can not tell you about his modus operandi, as I do not know.

In ShaZui it can be a bit of a challenge to go shopping with him as he is very large and looks foreign from every angle. I think he could go into a stadium in China with 50,000 people in it and you could still pick him out in about 2 seconds.

As you can likely tell, when going out with OAH it would be wise to book a bit of extra time. My philosophy is when in doubt do her, as I have noticed that the relationship between the looks and my overall satisfaction is not very good. I have had not so good looking girls be great, and really cute ones that sucked (in not a good way) and vise versa, so I figure why waste time as it will be pretty random anyway. OAH is always a gentleman if you decided you have aquired your target, and does not mind continuing his hunt alone.

Thus was born the legend of OAH, a true patron of the reproductive arts.

Peace

Holy crap I'm tired. Went out to Thursday night to the KTV at the Exhibition Internation Hotel in Dongguan. I don't remember too much at the moment and I'm hoping some of my memories of the evening start coming back some time soon. I'm hearing from my compatriots that some seriously fuqqed up shit happened that night.

Apparently, one of my friends got really pissed off for some reason and went nuts. He started punching everything in site. Punched the walls, punched the tables, threw furniture, threw bottles. Apparently, he did this with a smile on his face. Sometime during his frenzy, he connected with me and he got me good. I fell and knocked my head on a table. At least that's what I'm told.

I woke up yesterday at around 11AM when a friend called my room. Imagine my surprise to discover I wasn't alone in my bed. Not only that, I had no recollection of about 90% of the evening. The last thing I remember was playing the dice game and taking a swig of whiskey. I put my hand on my forehead and again, a shocker to discover a huge bump on my forehead. I slide my face down the side of my face and my jaw feels like it was hit with a sledgehammer. I get up from the bed to take a look at myself and keel over from dizziness. Then all of a sudden, a wave of nausea hits me. Never in all my years of drinking had this ever happened to me! The girl helps me to the bathroom so I can [CodeWord140] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord140) before I stain the carpet. She also helps me shower since I can't seem to do it myself without falling down or feeling like throwing up. The shower felt like a million bucks. I gulped down a couple bottles of water and I felt even better. I felt good enough to screw the girl which was exactly what I did. Then I met up with my friends and had some lunch. After lunch, I took a nap. When I woke up, it was almost dinner time and time for more "fun."

Regardless, a little dizziness and a little nausea shouldn't be enough to prevent one from having some fun with his friends. So we went out to the Sheraton in Houjie last night. We didn't really want to go back so soon to the Exhibition Int'l KTV. It seems we broke one of their signs and they weren't too happy about it. Thankfully, I remember all the events of last night. I'm guessing I had a mild concussion from the head bump. My dizziness and nausea seemed to have abated and by the time we got to the Sheraton, I felt fine except for the bump on my forehead.

We showed up at around 9PM at the Sheraton, and I'm guessing that most of the A caliber girls were already picked for the evening. Still, there were some fine specimens available. I sat with a stunner from Hunan. This girl had a body on her that's still making me drool thinking about it. She was about 173cm, sporting what I estimate to be about a 35-25-36 figure. She also had hair down to almost her waist. Stunning. Alas, I couldn't take her back for the night. I had to get back to Shenzhen and had to meet with people in the morning, so I couldn't drink too much either. I left the KTV around midnight and left my friends to enjoy themselves. I got her number though, I'll probably hook up with her either tomorrow or Monday. I get the feeling that she's a dynamo in bed and I'm dying to check her out.

Raz asked me what % of the girls in Sha Tsui did not like to do white guys. I said about 30% at least. Then, he asked me what % liked to do white guys. I said 0%. OK, there may be a few that are curious about it and want to try to compare.

Call me a skeptic, but I do not believe that the vast majority of pros in China, or globally for that matter, like to be with any customers at all. It is purely commercial. I do believe that our egos tell us that any woman we are with should like us and our performance. Obviously, the better business-minded pros play on this and pretend and peform better in order to increase the chance of a tip or repeat business. I appreciate the illusion over the dead log just as much as the next monger, but I do not fool myself to think it is any more than what it is, an illusion.

Just my POV.

OAH

P.S. Tangzhen, I do enjoy the hunt as much as the kill which gets me into trouble in Sha Tsui from time to time.

Call me a skeptic, but I do not believe that the vast majority of pros in China, or globally for that matter, like to be with any customers at all. It is purely commercial.I think that's a little like saying "the vast majority of Americans are stupid": they voted George Bush back into office. Well, I'm American, I'm not stupid and I didn't vote for George Bush.

I think what you're saying is too much of a generalization. Most importantly it depends who they are with!!! Are they too old, too fat, too smelly, too mean, too selfish? Some of these things could push someone to make going with a guy pure business. So the ball is more in the guys court then the girls as to whether she would like to be with him, I think.

There are a million factors. I've met "girlfriends" in Asian bars who I spend weeks with for no pay. The same thing might or might not happen if I met a girl through an escort ad in the phone book here in the USA.

Having said that, it is certainly ONE PLACE VERSUS ANOTHER .

I work half the year in Cebu, Philippines. For sure girls love fucking white guys with bright colored eyes. The also love white guys with money (which many think=all) but the two CAN be seperated (money and Western) and anyone who says otherwise I say is cynical.

Cheers.

Wander:

I hear you loud and clear. However, to OAH’s point, I think that there are some very significant differences between girls in North American and China, whether they are Pro’s or “freebies”. I cannot comment on the Philippines, but I suspect that my theory applies there, too.

When it comes to Pro’s, I agree that they are all in it for the money. I am stating the obvious. But my perception is that they can occasionally forget that it is a job if you shower them with the right kind of attention. It is somewhat rare, but I have seen this happen more than a few times.

When it comes to freebies in China, it is a completely different story. I do not post about my freebies and I never will, because I do not feel that our relationship belongs in a report here. But I have had a LOT of action with girlfriends in China who do not ask for money UPFRONT. But there is always a cost. Here is Shenzhen the young ladies outnumber the eligible young men. There is a lot of competition to find a “good man”. If you are seeing a freebie, it is because she:

1. Wants to find a husband to settle down and take care of her.
2. She wants a man with money, so that she can go places and have things that she could not otherwise afford.
3. Both of the above.

The exceptions to my generalization are few. You can find some hungry girls who are happy to jump your bones for one night because they are need to feel like a woman. To my experience, this kind of hungry gal is 1 in 20, maybe even 1 in 50.

I didn't know ladies outnumber eligible men in Shenzhen because overall in China, males outnumber females almost 2 to 1. I recall read something like there are 60-70 million more men than females.

For freebies, first most of all it depends on your looks and personality. In bars and anywhere, girls check out the guys and the other way around. The good looking girls and guys aways get the most attention. The better looking you are the more changes you have.

Ras, I believe you are good looking or at least average. OH BTW, I'm NOT gay. Reason, when I was with you one time, several groups of girls came by staring thu the door. And YES, I believe there were taking about you. I believe they like the color of your golden hair.

My point is in GENERAL, in getting freebies it more on your looks and personality, then money. Even for Anna N. Smith the Playboy model, she turned down the old billionaire a few times for dates in the beginning. Later, in her case it was more about money. She turned into a real gold digger (PRO). Well, unless you are super rich then it's money.

I know a Chinese American who is about 43 years old. He's about 5' 4" or 5'5" short, average in weight but lost most of his hair. Not very desirable qualities. Well, he went back with his mom for vacation in Southern China. Lot of relatives asked if he was interested in meeting some girls for marriage and he has nothing to lose. Because of time limit, he saw only about 15. I heard around half of the girls he saw were not interested in him. At least there were honest. The rest he didn't like and it never went any further. I heard one of the girls who he liked, was given a lecture from her parents and reluctantly changed her mind. After thinking about it, my friends changed his mind because he was worried what might happen in future since she was force into it. Finally he had to leave and ended not even getting a date. They all knew he was financially well off.

OAH are you the first person to break 1000 post. If YES, congratulation on the first to be 1000 soon.

well, my chat freeby was free. The important part is: you MUST have an exit strategy which is believeable and still give 'face' to the girl! Face is a very important part!I.e., telling them to get recalled to your own boring sexless country is an option. I will get recalled in November......

If you two guys can't find anyone to meet, suggest you "Sneedu" and "hornyasiandawg" get together. I strongly advise not going alone, especially to an area the frist time. It's mainly for safety reasons. Mongering can be very dangerous if you read some of the previous posts. Con jobs, inflated prices, and robberies are very common. I would love to join but I'm not in China.

Getting to Jusco and Walmart area should be easy by subway. Sorry I don't know the exact exit. Sha Tsui is the other side of Shenzhen. You might have some problem with security or police there. DG coves a big area and much hard to get around.

Hornyasiandawg, speaking Chinese, either Mandarin or Cantonese, will help a lot, good thing.

Wander Luster,

Yes, I am too old, too fat, too mean and too selfish, but I do shower frequently and use a good deodorant. Maybe young, fit, kind, generous guys would be preferred by a pro if they had a choice, but certainly does not make for an "enjoyable" experience for them IMHO. On the other hand, I've heard many pros tell me that young, fit guys are less preferred because they do them harder and longer, thus more work for the same money. Another generalization though. I do reckon kind and generous, especially generous, does get you better service.

I am also American, but after 27 years in Asia, having done literally thousands of pros, I think I have gained a sense of what it is all about. There may be the rare exception, but it is just an illusion unless you meet them under a different set of circumstances.

At least 7-10 shops on the old candyland extension road are open again.

I went back for a "Beijing?" (did not have the accent) girl that I had seen when Raz and I were there the last time. I popped a Cialis about an hour before but it failed on me. I bought them in Hong Kong and this was the first time I got ripped off, but it may have just been a fluke. I will try another one before I go back to the shop and *****.

Anyway, the girl was very nice and accommodating. BBBJ for a long time to get me going. Then FS in mish, doggy, cowgirl, before my little brother let me down again. It sucks being my age! Pulled off the condom and BBBJTC, but no CIM.

Standard Fare: RMB 150

OAH

P.S. The girl had an interesting history. Former KTV girl that had also been working overseas. Blew all her "hard earned" money and ended up in a BBS starting over again. I believe her story because she was in pretty good shape and had that "KTV" package look and personality about her. She still had some remnants (jewelry) from the good ole days. She asked if she could move in with me for support. A bit more clever than your average BBS girl.

I must be getting old. Got in at 4AM last night and I'm still beat. I finally got back to the tall Hunan girl from the Sheraton. When I get girls, I usually grade them in two ways. The first is how well the perform. That's usually a hit and miss deal with KTV. Some of the wildest girls in the KTV room will be the deadest logs in the room, and reverse also applies. The second way I grade girls is when I want them so badly it doesn't matter how bad the girl is in bed. She's so fine that I'm just happy to be next to her in the first place. The Hunan girl fit into that latter category. She was barely average in the sack, but she had such a stunning package, I was happy just to be along for the ride.

Anyway, OAH, if you see this, I'll probably be in GZ on the 26th. I tried to call you earlier when I was heading out to the Sheraton, but I switched phones and didn't get a chance to update my current phone with all the numbers. Sorry. I'll give you a call when I get to GZ. Hope to meet up with you. Maybe we can go out for the night. There are 4 of my friends in DG right now who might also join us. I'll let you know.

But around Canton Fair time this forum is inundated with "foreign visitors" asking directions to the closest place to pick up SWs.

I am wondering do these same guys who I gather mainly live in the US pick up hos in their own towns in the sleaziest and I expect most dangerous parts of town and follow them back to delapidated buildings full of poor immigrant (illegals) where the crime rate is very high? Yet they are willing to do this in China where their rights are 0 and can't speak a lick of the language.

I wonder how many Chinese mongers go to the US, get in a taxi and asked to be dropped off on some street corner in a "nice" part of LA looking for non-Chinese pussy.

Then again maybe I watch too many cop shows.

Most likely just a very very few. Just the plane ticket is about 800-1000USD. When everything is added up, hotel, transportation, girls, language, it's too expensive for them and the average john. Yet I was suprised to see large large groups of Mainland Chinese visiting The Luvre Museum, in France 2 years ago. I believe China only allows a small amount of people to leave the country. I have heard this policy has changed.

I do remember a long long time ago before the Japanese's economy went into their long recession, tons of Japanese were visiting cities in the West Coast especially like Hawaii. Heard there were some robberies. They were targeting Japanese tourist. Some were even from SW.

For mongering, they even went into a Nevada, Brothel on a TV program I saw. They went into Vancouver, Canada over paid, and drove the price up. I even saw them in my own city on the West Coast picking up SW. I noticed SW really going after Japanese men in suites. Sorry to say, they caused a big turmoil where ever they went. Zhuhai, and Thailand are other examples.

Hi OAH,

Just curious, did this girl tell you where she worked overseas? And how did she blew all her money? Just wondering how far this girl travel to, Japan, England, Thailand? If she looks pretty good she could have made and lost a lot of money. Sorry to hear.

You are being too modest. You're cutting yourself down too much. You're considered the "Emperor of Mongering". I put you in the same class of Wilt Chamberlain of having sex with over 10,000 female. You might break that record.

Thanks,

PS Are you the first person to break 1000 post. If YES, congratulation on the first to be 1000 soon.

Johnny:

Thanks for the support. Yes, I do get few freebies from time to time, but:

1) I am usually too lazy to invest the time it takes.
2) I don't want to get caught on the home front.
3) The ones I can get free are not as young and hot as P4P.
4) It normally costs me more money in the long run, dinners, drinks, gifts, etc.
5) I do not want to be chased or clung to.
6) I never mislead the girl about my intentions or her chances of a relationship with me.

Just my POV.

Anyone who's been trying to reach me for the last week, I apologize. I lost my phone again. Hope whoever's got my phone enjoys it. I had it for less than a week, lucky fuqqer. I'll go get a replacement chip on Monday. Pain in the ass....

Anyway, been on a week long bender with some friends and some business associates. I'm still a little drunk and we stopped drinking at 3AM last night. This past week I went to the following KTVs:

1) Sheraton 3 times
2) Exhibition Int'l Hotel 2 times
3) Cinese 1 time
4) Yumingju 1 time
5) Golden Times 1 time.
6) Crown Prince 1 times.

I think I mentioned all these places before, so there's no need to go through it again in any great detail. Regardless, I'll post my opinions of these places since I think my opinion has changed about some of them recently.

I think my current favorite is the Sheraton. The atmosphere there is very nice. The rooms are all nicely decorated and fairly well maintained although I did notice a faint barf odor. Girls are all very good quality. There's two types of girls here as with most newer KTVs. The "regular" girls and "model" girls. To be honest, I don't really notice any difference except the model girls are taller. I've been to this place about 10 times now and I'm still confused as to the tipping structure. I think though, the regular girls are 200 for sitting and 1000 if you want to take them back with you. The model girls I think are 300/1500. The trouble is, I can't tell which ones are which. Booze at the Sheraton is a little more expensive than most places in Dongguan, but it's not extreme. If you're a KTV regular, it won't stop you from going there.

Sex with KTV girls is always YMMV. I think I mentioned one of them the other day. I had another girl who had Angelina Jolie lips, not an easy find I tell you. She was pretty sedate to start off with, but once she started drinking a bit, she started to loosen up. Back in the hotel room, she was a wild woman. I won't go too much in detail since I don't really like to account those kinds of personal experiences, but let me just say that she left me quite exhausted in the morning. Sheraton KTV though, is a bit more sedate compared to others. I think I'm getting to like that more though, since I'm now at the stage where it's all "been there, done that."

The KTV at the Exhibition Int'l hotel is relatively new since the hotel itself opened only this year. The rooms are well decorated with some very nice stereo equipment for those of you who like to sing. The EIHotel has some very nice large rooms and it's all fairly clean. There was a faint smell of baijiu in the air. I presume a lot of it got spilled in the rooms we were in recently. Anyway, girls here were a little on the hit and miss side. There were some VERY pretty girls, and some VERY plain girls. Price is the usual 2-8-10. I tried to get a couple of the girls to take their clothes off, but it seemed they were more than willing to drink half glasses of whiskey than get naked. Whatever. Stuff like that no longer really rings my bell so it didn't really bother me.

Cinese lately seems to be more hard core than before. I haven't been there in several months, but when I arrived some of the managers recognized me. I guess that's what you get when you go to one place everyday for 2 straight weeks. Anyway, when I first got off the elevator, I noticed a faint fishy smell. I didn't like it. The room we got was pretty nice. Same as before when I was a regular there except the fish smell again. I'm wondering if something died in their HVAC system. In the last year or so, my comprehension of Chinese has improved drastically. I think one of the managers who recognized me was trying to impress on the mommies and other managers that I was a big spender. Whatever. Girl selection was pretty nice even though we arrived at around 9PM. Again, Cinese has those seperate model girls from the regular girls. When I was there last night, the model girls were all wearing red uniforms. I think they perform some kind of show for 15 minutes or something. At around 10:30PM last night, I had to leave to meet some other people at the Sheraton. I kinda liked the girl I was with so I asked to come with me. She said she didn't want to go. No big deal. Sheraton doesn't lack for pretty girls. Anyway, one thing that annoys me about Cinese is all the managers. Yeah they come in and talk to you and stuff and sometimes give you free food and booze. When you call for the check though, they all like to come in and bug you for tips. Like I said, annoying.

The Crown Prince Hotel in Huangjiang has a whole seperate building for KTV. They have some show on every night starting at 9PM. You can request a room with a balcony so you can watch it if you want. The show's pretty good, so if you do go to CP, ask for one of those rooms. You can also go out there and grope your partner to your heart's content. CP is similar to Cinese in that they have wayyyy to many managers who come in and out all night. They all want to say some stupid crap about how nice it was to meet you. They all want you to call them the next time you come. They all hand you business cards galore so by the end of the night, you have at least half a dozen. From now on, when I go to Cinese or CP, I'm gonna tell the first manager I see that don't want to see any more managers and that if I do, I'm just gonna leave without tipping anybody. CP is really popular with Hong Kong and Taiwan guys. Because of that, I think the girls are more willing to let you do stuff in the room. The girl I picked didn't seem to mind it at all that I had my hand under her bra in full view of everyone in the room. If you guys like to play those kinds of games in the room, than CP is a good place.

Golden Times Entertainment City is in Luohu. To be perfectly honest, the place is like an ice scupture. Really nice and pretty, but kinda frigid and expensive. I only go there when a particular business associate comes by. He likes that place. Girl selection is probably best in the city. It's a little expensive. Girl tips are 3-500 depending on who it is. I still haven't figured out how you tell. I have suggested to KTV managers that they put a little tag on the girls outlining the price structure to make it easier on the customers, but do they listen??? Noooooo. Basically, I give 'em 300 at the end of the night, if they complain, I give 'em 200 more. I forgot what night I was there because I'm still in the middle of an alcohol induced stupor. I had a nice time with one of the 500Y girls. She was a little cold in the beginning, but she started warming up to me as the evening went on. There were 5 guys there that night and we drank 6 bottles of whiskey. I don't know how much the tab was, but think it was around 5000Y or so.

Yumingju is also in Luohu on Reminbeilu. I think it's part of a 3-4 star hotel. I've known this one mommy for over 4 years when I first started coming to Shenzhen regularly. No trip is complete for me without going to Yumingju. My friend has some stuff he wanted to discuss and he asked me if I wanted to go there to talk and that's exactly what we did. Girl selection is nothing to write home about since we got there at around 11PM. Regardless, I picked a fat girl with big tits just so I could play around with 'em. I'm kinda of the mind that the mommie tells her girls to let me and my friend do whatever we want since we've known her for so long and we've been her long time customers. Also, after initial introductions, nobody ever comes into our room. Regardless, girls there tend to be very compliant. Hell, my friend even screwed one of the girls in the bathroom that night. I think he gets a kick out of that, cuz he's been doing it all the time there lately.

There you go. It was pretty damn hard work doing all that research to get all that info, but I did it all for you guys. ;-)

Let's see, out the places I regularly go to, I'd rate girl quality (and by that I mean general beauty and nothing else) in the following order. Please understand though, that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and what I find beautiful, may not really hit the mark with you. In general, I prefer taller, slim, lighter skinned girls. Girls I chose tend to be about 170cm, about 34-25-36 with long hair.

1) Hilton, Shenzhen
2) Golden Times, Shenzhen
3) Sheraton, Houjie
4) Las Vegas, Shenzhen
5) Class Club, Shenzhen
6) Cinese, Houjie
7) Exhibition Int'l, Dongguan City next to the Dongguan Exhibition Center
8) Lungchuen Int'l Humen
9) Crown Prince, Huangjiang
10) Yumingju, Shenzhen

Golden Times is pretty famous so all cab drivers will know where it is. Just tell them to go to Luohu, Jinzi Shedai. Yumingju is a little more complicated since it's not as well known. It's on the end of Reminbeilu. Most cab drivers in Luohu will know where it is since they have a pretty big sign.

Price for takeout at Golden Times varies with the girl, but they usually ask for stupid amounts, like 5000. At Yumingju it's 1500 all night. Same with Las Vegas, my favorite Shenzhen haunt.

EDIT: I've been to a lot of other places, but most of them were one shot deals and I forgot the names of most of them. To be honest though, not many of the others were very noteworthy. Additionally, I prefer KTV in large hotels because I can just stay there for the night.

So little is writen about Shekou, but this is really a hot place. Ther is a pub called Xtasy, owned by an American, where you can play pool and the beer is 15 RMB even at regular hours (bottles) and 20 for a pint of draught(if I remember well). Then around there are the girlie bars, where you pay 25 for a bottle of beer and 40 for a ladies' drink (that may add up to quite some amount if you are not taking care).
Of one bar with very nice ladies, I have posted 2 pictures here
http://www.internationalsexguide.info/forum/showpost.php?p=403554&postcount=3031

Since 3 of the ladies in the picture have taken over the bar a few months back they have asked me to publish the pictures. Some of them speak English relatively well.

The place is easy to find, 5 minutes walk from the Shekou Ferry Terminal.
Go out of the backside exit of the restaurant Casablanca (excellent food, the toilet is an experience, 4 Wall mirrors, easy to get lost in a very small room),
turn left and walk 100 metres.

Kindly advise with any relevant information (distance and locations) as to fun activities from this guest house. Thanks! KHi there,

I was at WuZhou very recently. It's a government run type of hotel, kind of grand in size, but little old and also the level of customer service is nothing to shout about.

The area where WuZhou resides in (forgot the area name) has not much fun action, but you could just hope into a cab and off to Luohu (i think) and others area where fun can be easily 'procured'.. Apologise for not able to give you the name of the exact area of fun as it was my 1st time there too..

Went to this KTV place called Farou King (chinese as "Fa Lou Wang"), near Su Chen ("City of Books").. Went there at 11pm, didnt get much good choices.. The so called in-house girls are all par level only.. Ended up manager had to call in girls from outside, apparently those freelancer.. At the end, had two of those girls, looks/body = 8, age ~21.. 500 for tips.. 2500 for take back WuZhou. Experience nothing to shout about, after one shot, they got to go home.. So yes I agree, I obviously overpaid.. :(

One note about Wu Zhou for you brother, the security at the hotel lobby are pretty tight for young women walking in the hotel unaccompanied by guest. So if you were to bring back girl(s), either you bring them back together with you, or the girls would be stopped at the lobby, and that you would have to go down lobby yourself to fetch the girls up to your room...

Anyhow, hope it helps.. have fun.

Was more of a disco last time I went there a few years ago and more of a place where HK kids went to drug out and dance. Would be suprised if it is still busy. Would say it would be similar to JJ's which was next to the Sunshine hotel.

I thing anyone posting here on Shekou as a great place is going to get ridiculed as to most long time China mongers would view it as like a retirement village for over the hill (over 25) gals. It would be easiest described as Shenzhen's twin suburb of Wanchai where homesick Westerns go for some western food and buy drinks for professional bar girls who may or may not provide additional services. Not a place for 150Y ST visits or high class KTVs and models. As they say horses for courses.

I've got to say, nothing much fun about it though just the SOP and finish her off. I much prefer the KTV scene as i do have more fun with the atmosphere and games going on.

On another note, after the deed i walk around just for the fun of it. Walk pass a LE and a chinese guy talking and guess wa? The LE is questioning what the guy is doing there? Asking him the exact question "what you doing here?" The guy answered "just shopping for clothes"

Glad I am not the one being questioned.

8) Lungchuen Int'l Humen 200/1000
9) Crown Prince, Huangjiang 200/1000
10) Yumingju, Shenzhen 300/1500

The question marks for Hilton and Golden Times reflects the fact that it depends on the girls. There's no set price. Same with Class Club. Been told as low as 1500, as much as 3000. Cinese and Sheraton have different rates for the regular girls and the "model" girls.

As for room costs, it's all YMMV. It will depend on what you drink, how many people you have, what you eat, and other stuff I can't think of at the moment. As a rule of thumb, expect about 600-700 per person. On Friday, we were at Sheraton, we drank some decent wine with 10 guys for about 5 hours, the tab came out to a little over 5000.

I am Western, but still must agree with the general consensus posted thus far. I would not be inclined to do any of the girls from Shekou in the pics. I will make one observation though. I have seen that beauty can sometimes be perceived better with English language ability. One may rate girls higher if he can speak with them. Just human nature I reckon.

Hey listen guys, I didn't mean to upset anybody with the little thing about the Shekou girls. The "assholes" was referring to opinions, as in everybody, including me, has them. Furthermore, if someone told you that Bea Arthur was a real hottie, wouldn't you try to correct them? Wouldn't you try to tell them that Kate Moss is a lot prettier? I have no problem with ugly girls, I've had my share of them too, but I've always done so knowing that they're ugly.

Yes beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but sometimes, the beholder doesn't know any better and needs to be straightened out a bit.

First of all I didn't say that the ladies are very beautiful, I said they are very nice. And I didn't mean Shekou in General. I mean this bar in special.

Beauty is one thing, attitude another. And they are not really ugly either.

I was there with some friends several times and we always had a very good time.

And sorry, I will not go into details about anything in China, because I consider this as potentially too dangerous, even if most of you will not agree. But after 15 years in China I have my reasons.

Yes,

I agree! China is an EXTREMELY DANGEROUS place and you're right. Americans are naive. I'm one of those naive, idiotic Americans, but I'm not THAT naive!

I was in China on business and the chauffeured car I rode around in drove through the countryside to a factory I was hired to consult for. I saw a bleeding person on the ground in what appeared to be a hit-and-run accident. I told my driver to stop so we could get out and help. He ignored me and sped up. As I passed the scene, some dudes came out with weapons!!! And the bleeding guy got up. This was a major highway, too.

Dude, that's dangerous and I'm soooo naive!!!

The only thing worse than China is Colombia and I did even stupider things there. It's a miracle that I'm still alive.

In China, you have ZERO rights. They could frame you with any shit they want and you'll just have to take it cuz... IT's COMMUNIST!! Duh!!!

That's why I only monger in Hong Kong, where it's safe, legal, and only 1/5 the cost of similar services in the USA. Yes, China is even cheaper, but dough ain't no good if yer dead! Granted, some parts of Hong Kong are a little rough, but there's very little violent crime there. I've even been to the housing projects and dingy dorms there and never felt that I was in imminent danger of getting killed.

Contrast that with the US, like Bob Builder said, boinkin hos in sleazy parts of town in the US. Yes, I've done that, too, but I had a 9mm in my pocket with 15 rounds of ammo and 2 spare clips plus an AK47 in the gun rack of my pickup. Some dude tried to reach inside my open window and jack me once. I fired a round next to his head and he scrambled away. Going into a sleazy neighborhood in China where it is illegal to pack heat is really naive and stupid. Even stupider than me (if that's possible) !!!

Have fun, but play safe,
Drjoker69.

China's not anymore dangerous than any other country including the USA. I'm in Shenzhen most of the time, and I've never felt I was in anymore danger than if I was in NYC. Furthermore, what's all this thing about zero rights? If anything, we have more rights. First of all, law enforcement doesn't want to deal with foreigners. It's more paperwork and a bigger headache for them if any of us does anything. Unless you go out and kill someone or beat the living crap out of someone, nothing's gonna happen to you. Second, as soon as they arrest you, they're required to contact your embassy so they can arrange for translators and lawyers and stuff. Basically, a bunch of stuff they'd rather not bother doing unless a serious crime has been committed.

A friend of mine got in a bar brawl last year in Shanghai. Anyway, when it was all said and done, the cops just told him to go home, even though about a dozen Chinese guys were all screaming that my friend started it. None of the cops wanted to bother dealing with the extra work of arresting a US citizen. Believe me, we have a lot more rights and priviledges than your typical Chinese migrant worker.

if you're really desperate to get around their stupid filters, then just use dialup and dial an access number in the usa. note that i said really desperate since the dialup will be slow internet access and expensive with a capital e.

a friend of mine got her passport confirep001ed by a border official in zhuhai. they said that the photo didn't look like her and asked for a "fine". she didn't bring much money, so they threw her in the slammer. luckily, her father was a big wig in china that did business with some chi com party officials. her father made a telephone call to the chi com party official and the chi com party official made a call to the border office. he then not only let her go, but apologized profusely and bowed repeatedly.

i you do not have guanxi (connections) in china, then you have zero rights cuz it's communist. why do you think so many chinese move into chinatowns in america but there's no americatown in china?!

unless a large corporation has a vested interest in keeping me alive by hiring me to do a consulting job, i do not go across the border into china. my mongering trips to the far east have been limited to hong kong and thailand. given my track record of stupidity and naivete, i think that's a good idea. however, seeing the sexy chicks posted on here is making me want to change my mind. if my fellow brothers will give me some advice as to how to stay safe and where best to go in shenzhen, i would appreciate it.

I agree with what Moody says, but it is not the LE that I would be worried about.

It is the situation like with his friend that I am referring to. Apart from the fact that who he was fighting was a bunch of pussies if a dozen of them couldn't take him out and he deserved to be let off. (They obviously have not hit a guy in the head with a bar stool). Being a foreigner may not help you if they decide to rob you and things get out of hand.

I have seen some Hong Kong Chinese triads try to bluff their way out of a fight with some doormen (gangsters) from Dongbei by saying who they were. They got the shit beaten out of them any way. No good speaking Cantonese to someone who only speaks Mandarin and when you are not on your own turf.

For some places NO. I went to a few places Internet cafe and computer places. Prices were cheap about 5-8RMB a hour to surf the net. These places were usually noisy and lot of kids. ISG was sometimes blocked by the cafe or computer place. But in general, you should be able to access ISG like your hotel unless it's blocked. Pron sites like "Playboy, Penthouse and X-Rated" are blocked by the Chinese Gov't. There are a few they might miss.

Additions: I found out ISG is ONLY about 20% blocked. You should be fine in hotels.

Would many of the mongers not be able to give up to date reports if this site was blocked. So there are obvious getarounds to ISG or there are advantages for the government to not shut down this site so that it can be monitored?

You just need to set up your browser to use a proxy in another country. Even better, so nobody can track you, is to use something like "Tor" which will change proxies every 10 minutes. Tor is real easy to use if you use Firefox instead of IE.

EDIT: Since the site is accessible, that means the government is not blocking it. If you can't access it for some reason from a particular place, the most likely reason is that the ISP they are using has bad DNS Servers. There are also plenty of free DNS servers you can use. Just do a Google search. At some hotels when I can't access this site, I use Japanese DNS servers.

I strongly doubt they monitor this site. First of all, hundreds of thousands of new porn pages get uploaded every day. Add to that, millions of pages of political stuff they want to block out. A site like this isn't worth their trouble.

China could if they wanted to monitor and block this site. If they can shut down google.com or yahoo.com, which has occurred in the past, shutting/blocking ISG access from users in China is easy for them....trust me on this. I know of at least one specific Chinese surname that get's blocked for email and website access when in China.

The real question is whether they would? I always work on the assumption that this is an open forum and whatever is written is open to the entire world to read. Just use some common sense when posting, keep it to mongering, absolutely no political stuff and we should all be in good shape.

You have to understand the power of blackmailing. Think of some of the more prominent contributors of this board. Would they want others to know of their contributions? Most contributions are confessions of one type or another to a crime (solicitation of prostitutes). I wouldn't want someone to have that over me. Keeping me in the country, embarrassing the shit out of me with threat of exposure. Many of contributors have real jobs in China and exposure can lead to lost of job, family respect and possibly divorce.

This site is a great information gathering tools for any government who wants to gather incriminating information on people. Weakness for sex is a great blackmailing tool, especially if you're a prostitute's client.

Your identity through your IP address can be so easily identified by this government. All they have to do is show up at the hotel, ISP or Internet cafe and demand the record of a session at a given time and place.

I don't about you, but I wouldn't want my gf or family read my reports.

Just a thought,
Bill

I would guess that Chinese authority would monitor various forums – dating sites, information sharing and best practices (i.e. ISG), various flavors of user groups or interest groups.

My personal thought is that Chinese authority would not explicitly block websites which they consider/think are not directly “challenging” their political, societal and moral value systems, at least from their perspectives (i.e. communist authority, 5000 years of heritages in history and culture and the likes).

What to shutdown vs. monitor is largely based on complex calculation and thought process of sense of the authority on these topics and their perceptions and interpretation of how main stream Chinese would think and consider about these topics. One of countless factors that the authority needs to consider and gauge for maintaining the authority and save their faces if these sensitive topics got out of their hands.

Random shutdown of various websites would not exactly be random. Many decision criteria would drive such appearing irrational behavior patterns – display of authority and power of such. Whether these thought process would make sense is largely based on their rationalization process, and Chinese authority would not give rat’s xxx about what you (or we) think about them due to different culture or social/political systems.

While China is politically/socially communist country, in my humble opinion, China is substantially advanced communist country for the topic of sense. Chinese authority legally allows selling sex toys for needy in the name of medical necessity. This amazes me!

I would consider majority of the content on this site “informational and best practices” without explicit and hardcore materials. There are photo’s on this site however most of them are amateurs’ products and less than true hardcore stuff.

If I were one of those Chinese authority determining what sites make and do not for viewing pleasure in China for their comrades, I would not block this site but would definitely put a couple of junior staff who need improvement of English comprehension skills.

Just a thought and strictly personal opinion.

Anyone who thinks there's a possibility that they can tracked by the governnment via IP address should use Tor. Tor will use multiple foreign anonymous proxy servers and switch servers every few minutes. Basically, impossible to trace since there are 10's of thousands of these servers spread throughout the world.

That said, there are many many other sites that they can use if they were inclined to blackmail someone. Chat comes to mind first and foremost. Additionally, there are many better ways to blackmail someone. Let's say I want to blackmail moody. I wouldn't bother trying to track down his posts on a foreign website. I'd just follow him. See him hook up with women, and take pictures with a telephoto lens through his hotel room window. Which would be more incriminating and easier to get? Some posts on a website? Or a dozen photos of moody with various women?

Also, tracking down a person's activity on the web is much harder than you think. For example, let's say you're in a hotel. The hotel has a single connection to the web, most likely, a DSL, T1-T3, or cable connection. The hotel then uses a router and switch to share the connection between all the rooms. Unless the hotel installs monitoring hardware and software that logs the comings and goings of each IP packet, it will be impossible for them to know which rooms are accessing which sites.

Is the Chinese government monitoring this site? Maybe, but I strongly doubt it. They have a gazillion other things they don't want the Chinese to see. Can they block this site at any time? Of course. Hell, I can block this site from my computer. It's child's play to block a site, the simple fact that they allow it doesn't mean they monitor it. The Chinese firewall and filtering system is a complex system. It's the most advanced filtering system in the world. It's so good that they can filter Yahoo and Google search content, allowing some results, but disallowing others in the background, so no one can tell they've been filtered. The web however, it mutating every single second and content is constantly changing. As good as the Chinese filtering system is, it can't get keep up with the change. Keeping up with it and filtering the political and pornographic content that is constantly be added is what keeps them busy. Not a little site about *****mongering with around 2-300 people online at any given time.

How is that related? Sex toys are not illegal. You can buy them in shops http://www.jbsex.cn - online, even on eBay in China!

Of course they ban porn sites. They have to, it's illegal! That they ban politcal and religious sites, that we can argue about.

Two points to be made re these posts:

1. What is the difference btwn calling someone in the Communist Party for help vs. calling your brother-in-law or uncle (the cop at the local station) to fix a ticket or any other problem. Whether your in democracy or whatever, it works the same way....

2. Second, as I mentioned in earlier post, let's try our best to keep our posts apolitical -- tell us where you like to go, what your neg and positive experiences have been. If you think it dangerous to go to China, fine. Funny how Asian posts rank Thai first in hits, Phil second and then China. Must have something going....

In China there is a very small percentage of people who can read/speak English. It's mainly the younger people who knows some basic English. ( Forty years ago it would have been Russian ) Therefore, If I was the Chinese Gov't, I would rather block/monitor and target some of the other forum that are in Chinese. There are mainly in Hong Kong and Taiwan. For example, I believe MOST of the Hong Kong mongering sites like 141, 161, 168 and 169 are already blocked. Don't know if any other discussion forums or CHINESE FORUMS sites like sammy, timyway, sina and pushoil are blocked. If anyone know please post a reply or PM. Consequently, I believe the Gov't thinks ISG is a low prority since it still can be accessed in China. Hopefully it will not change.

Someone once suspected that this foum was being mointor by the police to find all the mongering areas. Reason. because each time he posted info on an area, the police would show up but has changed his mind. I would agree with his post that once an area is posted in ISG, you will notice more non-Asian in the area.

PS I recall blocking and monitoring was talked about before on another thread in China.

I should first thank all the SZ members that give a lot of details in the last posts about the KTV scene. The posts are definitely full of details and give great information but I'd like to have the opportunity to hang out with some of you guys when you go there, because my main friends don't like KTV, they prefer discos and freebies. And as you know, KTV is nice because you need to be a bunch of players, play dices, games and have fun with girls.

Just let me know if some of you are also new to the KTV scene in SZ or if some want to enjoy with me some ride, I'm ready.

I'm a Texan. 15 round clip was bought before the Clinton ban. AK47 is semi-auto (technically not an AK47 since it is semi-auto). I've fired full auto before, and hated it. Sprayed/wasted ammo with inaccurate full auto shooting. I prefer rapid yet well placed semi-auto shots to full auto any day. Concealed carry license is available in Texas. Keep the 9mm mounted under the steering column for a quick draw against car jackers. Sometimes keep the 9mm in a bullet-proof kevlar briefcase. Gets too hot in the summer for a bullet-proof vest.

In Hong Kong, truly violent crime is rare. In Dallas, it can be kinda dangerous sometimes. SO worked in South Dallas (rough part of town). Some guys harassed her at work and when she called the cops, they left. This happened several times in a day. Finally, the cops told her that they thought she was crank calling them and refused to come. So, she calls me. I go out there and empty a 30 round clip of 7.62x39 mm rounds into the side door of their car. They didn't bother her after that.

I've just come across an epiphany. China is a pretty boring place. I can't watch TV because I don't understand any of it. I can't get internet porn cuz stupid government blocks out NNTP so I would have to join a pay site which I can't bring myself to do. I can't get any good magazines. I can't watch any sports I like. Can someone please explain cricket to me??? Cause I still don't get it. I'm still pissed I missed the ChiSox winning the World Series.

Then there's the food. I'll admit, the Italian restaurant in the Crowne Plaza is pretty good, but it's pretty far away and none of my friends, who are all Chinese, want to go there to eat. So I eat tons of Chinese food, which I am growing to hate more and more everyday. Actually, today's meal at Laurel was pretty good. I'm getting sick of Pizza Hut, KFC, and McDonald's. I can't find a decent hoagie or a roast beef sandwich anywhere in the city. I can't find any decent donuts. It's gotten so bad I'm craving a burger from Burger King. I'd love a bowl of clam chowder, even canned would be fine, but I can't find it at Renrenle or Xingwanjia. No decent pancakes. I have to go out to Hong Kong if I want a decent steak. While having little knowledge on geography of Shenzhen area or its offerings, some of the stuff you are longing for are available in Shanghai which would not help you.

So, please PM me or send me email along with your local address and priority one shopping list. Hope I can FedEx some of your needs of critical staples to your local address. It normally takes about 3 calendar days from east coast to Shanghai via FedEx. So delivery time should be similar for Shenzhen.

However, remember that I have to deal with fat, ugly and nasty blonde day in and day out here. It has substantively same effect of eating chinese food everyday on your part.

Enjoy all those petite (or tall) chinese young ladies with B or larger size cubs with less than 100 pounds when you can, and please think of me and your comrades back in home here.

Cheers!

p.s. I am planning to be in Shenzhen on December 5 through 7.

On Cricket. One guy throws the ball and the other guy tries to hit it with a stick. When one guy is out the other guy is in, when he is out then another guy is in, etc. Then it's the other teams turn at using the stick.

On China. Forget about the fatty american food that's going to give you a heart attack and enjoy the pussy and vegetables.

On Chinese TV. That's right, it totally sucks. So books rule.

Have fun, the guys back home envy you!

Guys,

Sorry about the rant. I must be getting bored. It happens on occasion when everyone in my crew leaves and I'm the only one left here. Anyway, I still don't get cricket. I see the guys hitting the ball, but how do they score points? What's with the guys running back and forth? Like I said, cricket confuses the hell out of me.

Kinesics, don't worry about sending me a package, I'll just deal with it. Thanks you very much though, for the offer.

As for satellite dish, as luck would have it, my apartment faces NW... I'm planning on moving next year and when I do, I'll make sure to have a southern exposure.

I have to tell you though, sometimes, too much of a good thing is bad too. For instance, right now, I'd rather have a good roast beef sandwich from Goldberg's Deli than a dozen women right now. Even better, a pastrami on rye from Broadway Deli.

Going to the Philippines is not really an option. I'm here on business and still have stuff to take care of. When I'm done, I'll go home and pig out. Also, Shenzhen doesn't have the selection of western food outlets that Shanghai or Beijing have. I'm gonna have to seriously consider moving north sometime.

Anyway, thanks for all the support. It's not as bad as I make it sound. Shenzhen does have it's share of fun activities. ;-)

Google about "Bittorrent". Learn how to use it and then go to isohunt.com where you can find the latest and greatest TV series, movies, PS2 games, software, porn, etc.

I'm watching this seasons Lost, Rome, Alias, etc. If I ever crave some NHL, NFL or NBA action, I go to isohunt for that too!

Comes out on bittorrent before the DVD shop downstairs from your apartment.

Damnit. I think the Catholic extremists in the Philippines did something. They removed the porn channel! (SOHO) off the Dream network!!! Damnit!

Get a satellite set. A complete set with LNB, receiver and dish is around rmb1000-2000. The get an illegal card for i.e. 'Dream' from the philippines. They have 56 channels, incl. HBO, CNN, BBC, Star Sports etc.

The card is usually rmb100 and usually lasts for about 3 month or so.

It will work all over China as long as you have sky access to 146º degree south and 42º up.

Every Saturday I get the latest "The Apprentice". 350Mb, usually takes me about 1 hour to get it.

And want to learn Mandarin? Look for 'Pimsleur Mandarin' 980Mb, pure Audio, no stupid books.

I think Isohunt has no porn. You can use puretna.com for all porn or javtalk.com for mainly Japanese porn

Yes looks like SoHo is off the air. It wasn't that good anyway. Very low bitrate.

moody,

Seems we suffer the same problems living in the middle kingdom. FYI, there is an American BBQ restaurant in Seaworld that has a great cheese steak sandwich and great steaks. There is a real Brazilian restaurant complete with a real Brazilian band across from Bank of China on Taizi Road. Those 2 places should keep you sane for now.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to my dilemma. I will remember your suggestions the next time I'm in Shekou. I have to admit though, I don't know when that will be. Since I'm in Futian, Shekou is a little bit out of the way.

Recently, I've been getting a lot of PMs with questions about KTV. I'm going to repost the text of a post I made a little over a year ago. Maybe it can help some of you guys..

KTV Primer for the Newbie (what to do and what to expect)

1) You select a room. When you first enter the KTV and request a room (fangjian), a hostess or a host will show you a room appropriate to the size of your party. The room will usually have a minimum purchase. Depending on the size of the room, the minimum will vary. If you don't like the room they show you, you can ask for a larger one, but it will have a larger minimum. Some places will have a fixed rate you have to pay for using the room, but this is less common, but if they do have it, drinks will usually be cheaper.

2) A mamasan will enter and ask if you would like girls. I usually answer "yes" to this one, but you can say "no." At this point, it would be appropriate to tell the mommy what type of girls you prefer. If you prefer taller girls, shorter girls, big breasts, whatever, tell the mommy. Don't be shy, the mommies have heard everything. If you're thinking about taking the girl out with you, make sure you make this intention known to the mommy, she will then bring only girls who are available for takeout.

3) Around this time, a DJ girl will also enter. It's sometimes possible that she will have arrived before the mommy. Her duties are usually to put songs into the machine, pour drinks, clean the tables, take your orders, etc., etc. If you don't like a particular DJ, you can request that she be changed. Some of the classier joints will have seperate girls to pour drinks. These girls basically just sit in front of the table and refill your drinks all night. At some places, the DJ's are also available as hostesses, but at some places they're not. DJ tip is the same as the hostesses. If they have drink pouring girls, 50-100 is enough for them as the waiter who brings stuff into the room.

4) Girls will start coming into the room in groups of 3-20. If you like any of them, tell the mommy. If you don't like any of them, tell the mommy and she will send in the next batch. If you can't find one you like, eventually, the first mommy will run out of girls and another mommy will come in with her girls. Don't let the mommy pressure you into picking someone you don't like. You can repeat this all night if you want. You are also not limited to one girl. You can have as many as you want. Be forewarned though, you will have to tip them all. The typical sitting fee in Shenzhen should be 300, but it could be less or more depending on the establishment. Ask the mommy if you don't know.

5) The next part could happen after you select the girls, or before, it depends on the place. You order drinks. All KTVs will have beer, wine, whiskey, and cognac. Some of the larger establishments will also have vodka, gin, and other spirits. KTV will usually have a deal where if you buy a certain number of bottles, they will give you one free. For example, at the Jia Hua in Dongguan a couple of weeks ago, it was buy two bottles of Chivas and get one free. Be sure to ask before you order. You can also order other things like fruit and food.

6) Party on!!! For the next 3-9 hours until closing time, you have a party. You can sing, dance, talk, play drinking games, whatever. You can probably get away with fondling the girls in the room. Some will kiss you, some will touch your dick. The limits to that are really set by the individual girls. Some girls don't care what you do and initiate things, others will put up a fight if you try to touch a boobie and give you an ugly look. If you think your girl's no fun, tell the mommy and change the girl. Sometime during the night, the girls will probably want to change into street clothes. It's up to you whether you let them or not. I like to see them in street clothes because you get a better idea of what they look like, but that's not everyone's preference.

7) When the evening draws to a close, it's time to settle the bill. The bill will have everything you consumed during the evening including booze, non-alcoholic beverages, and food. Typical bill for 4 people is around 1000-1500, with 4 bottles of wine and fruit, in and around Shenzhen and Dongguan at the better places. THIS FIGURE DOES NOT INCLUDE TIPS. Once you pay the tab, it's time to tip the girls. You only tip the ones you are not going to take back with you. You tip the DJ girl, you tip the waiter. At some places, you tip the mommy and one of the girls will tell you to if that's the case. The usual tip is 200, but ask the girl in case it's less or more. At the places you tip the mommy, the girl basically keeps her entire tip. At places you don't tip the mommy, the girl kicks back a certain percentage, usually 20-30%, to the mommy. If you do not consume all the alcohol you ordered, they will usually hold it for you for your next visit. The typical time period is 1.5 months, but some places may hold it longer. You fill out a card with your name and they put your bottle(s) in storage.

8) If you are taking the girl back with you, negotiate with her or the mommy for what you want, whether ST or LT. In Shenzhen, the basic LT price is 1500. In some places, it's more, in some places it's less. Have your own condoms since the girls will rarely have them. That's not because they don't want you to use them, that's because cops here think that only prostitutes carry condoms. You never give the girl the money first. You give it to her when she's ready to leave.

IMPORTANT:

NEVER EVER GO ALONE TO A KTV YOU DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THAT IS NOT IN A LARGE HOTEL. I cannot stress this enough. If you are in a KTV for the first time, make sure it is in at least a 3-4 star hotel. Never go to a small stand alone KTV alone without someone who has been to the place before. KTV ripoffs of foreigners are not uncommon. I've never been ripped off or scammed at KTV and the reason is that I stick to this policy.

ADDENDUM: Sometime during the evening, a girl will come in with stuffed animals and/or flowers and/or an instant camera. Basically, they're asking you to buy the stuffed toy or flowers for your girl. It's up to you whether you want to buy the thing, but I'll tell you what it is. When you buy it, the girl doesn't really keep it. Come one, don't tell me you really thought the girls kept a collection of these things from their male admirers? At the end of the night, or later, she'll give it back to the girl who sold it to you. They'll split the money you paid for the toy. Knowing this, if you really want the girl to get a little extra money, give her a larger tip at the end of the evening. BTW, they'll make fun of you with the other girls if you do. They'll basically say something like, "that shabi last night gave me 500 yuan when he only had to give me 200." No sense of gratitude. The camera is obviously a different thing. If you want a photo memento of your evening with your friends, go ahead and pay the girl. Haggle first. It's expected.

ADDENDUM II: During the course of the evening, a cigar girl will come in a couple of times. she will be selling overpriced cigars. She might also be selling gum and breath mints. You can haggle with her too. It's expected so don't be embarrassed. My friend's favorite thing to do is to play the dice game for the cigar. If the girl asks for 180RMB for a cigar, he'll offer to play the game with her. If he wins, he'll pay only 100RMB, if he loses, he'll pay the full amount. If you want cigarettes, just tell the DJ girl, she'll call the waiter to bring you a pack.

FINAL ADDENDUM:

My friend was telling me about some place in Hangzhou he went to several months back. He told me he got really pissed at the end of the night because they added a bunch of "lady drinks" to the bill. There were over 20 of them and added over 2000 to the bill. He'd never seen it before and he wasn't happy about it. If you ask me, this is a borderline scam. If a girl asks you if she can order a drink, tell her flat out "NO!"

Well, I hope with all that, you guys are sufficiently knowledgeable about KTV so you won't be intimidated or ripped off. KTV can be a thoroughly enjoyable experience, even if you don't have sex with the girl. It's basically a night out with the guys where you can just hang out in the company of pretty women.

Moody

I would like to make one more addendum to the KTV Primer. It's not a very important thing, basically an FYI.

If you plan to go back to a particular KTV and get the same girl you previously sat with, give her a call and have her reserve your room for you. KTV's all operate differently, but basically, the girls either have a quota of rooms to fill per month, or receive a commission, or both. You calling her to reserve your room will make her extra happy and who knows? It might pay dividends in the bedroom. Don't back out though if you reserve a room, at some places, the girl will be fined if she reserves a room and the guests are a no-show.

EDIT: BTW, managers and mommies will all give you cards and ask you to call them the next time you plan to come to KTV. They also have the same kind of deal. They either have a monthly quota, or get commission, or both. Sometimes, they'll even promise to give you free stuff the next time you come. Personally, if there's a girl at a particular place I like, I like to call the girl rather than the mommy or a manager. After all, the girl is the one who I have the most contact with. Next time I go out, I'm gonna ask how much commission they get when someone books a room with them. I'll make sure to report back.

I'll mention one more thing because someone mentioned it so there will be no confusion.

DON'T THINK YOU GOT RIPPED OFF BECAUSE YOU GOT CHARGED 200Y FOR A BOTTLE OF WINE YOU COULD HAVE BOUGHT AT RENRENLE FOR 30Y. The same applies to the 40Y Coca-Cola. If you're at a nudie bar in the States and you pay $9 for a whiskey on the rocks that you could have made at home for about $1, did you get ripped off? Of course not. The same applies here.

Please excuse this non-mongering question.

Is it best to exchange money in a bank in SZ or do they have money changers? During my previous visit to SZ, I changed money in Hong Kong before going to China. But on my next trip, I'm going directly to SZ from HK Airport.

Any suggestion/recommendation would be greatly appreciated.

You can change money at any bank. You will need your passport to do so though. You can also change money at the most of the little shops on the bottom floor at the Luohu train station. They offer a better rate, but you might get a counterfeit. Anyway, the better rate might be 1% or 0.1% depending on the currency, so I would just go to a bank. Don't change money at hotels, they'll take a 5-10% cut.

moody

P.S. Make sure your notes are either new or in almost new condition. The banks will reject any notes that look even a little worn.

Fast Eddie,

Thank you for the recommendation. I'll give them a try first chance I get. As for the pastrami sandwich and girl comparison, bring me a good pastrami sandwich, and I'll buy you a girl. ;) The value of things is all about scarcity. In Shenzhen, girls are plentiful, but a good sandwich is really REALLY hard to come by.

Fast Eddie,

You sure about the Vienna offering CNN, ESPN, and HBO? I've stayed there about half a dozen times over the past year and none of the rooms I have ever occupied had any of those channels. Just stayed there again last week and while they do offer about 70+ channels, with the exceptions of Pearl TV and ATV World out of HK, the rest were strictly domestic Chinese stations.

Surely the thing to do is to have a "girl-sandwich"... Simultaneously satisfy both urges! Hehe?

PE,

I do like them girl sandwiches. The problem in China with the girl sandwiches is that you have to eat the bread one slice at a time. Apparently, that's the custom. I'd much rather eat both slices at the same time, makes for a more interesting flavor sensation. Alas, such sandwiches are difficult to come by in the Middle Kingdom, almost as hard as pastrami on rye...;)

There seems to be some kind of feeling that KTV has different pricing structure for local Chinese and foreigners. I've gotten four PMs today asking or referring to this practice. From my personal experience, I've never seen it. That's not to say that it never happens. Just like various KTV scams. I've never been victim to one, but I'm sure it's happened, and happened quite a lot.

When I go to KTV, half the time, it's with a bunch of local Chinese guys. The other half of the time, I go with a bunch of other foreigners. If there was indeed some type of price discrimination, I would expect to see different charges when I go with the two groups. That's never happened. The bill is more or less the same. Sometimes one group will drink more, eat more, or have more people, and the bill will be proportionally larger. Tips for the girls and DJs and the waiters and the mommies is always the same. From my experience, it's always the same. I've been to KTV with OAH and Raz, 2 white guys, from these boards. Again, the same when it comes to the bill.

I have 2 theories as to why this is the case. The first is the fact that I tend to go to the large KTVs in hotels. These people run VERY large operations and don't have the time or the inclination to try to rip off foreigners. When foreigners are a very small percentage of your business, why bother putting in all the effort to rip them off? Furthermore, why put your hotel's reputation at risk? People run KTV's to make money and satisfying their base clientele, the Chinese, is the way to do it. Doing so take a lot of effort and again, the staff doesn't have the incentives to try to rip off foreigners.

The second theory I have is that since I'm somewhat of an experienced KTV aficionado, I give off a certain "vibe" that the staff can detect. Once they detect this "vibe," they know not to try and rip me off because it won't work.

There are my two theories. Believe the one you like.

moody.

P.S. I might make it sound like there is no such thing as discriminatory pricing. Let me reiterate that I DO believe it exists. I think though, that this tends to happen in the much smaller stand-alone operations. I'm also certain it doesn't happen at every single one of these small stand-alone KTVs, only a very few of them. These places obviously also offer things the larger KTVs can't offer, namely cheaper entertainment. If you do go to these places, please be aware of the risk. If you don't want to get ripped off, go to big KTVs in large hotels or places that you have been personally recommended.

P.P.S. Ok. I'll come clean. There's actually a secret handshake involved and only the KTV going Chinese know it. If you don't give the secret handshake, they bill you as a foreigner. I was sworn in as a member, but I had to swear never to divulge the secret handshake. Sorry guys. :(

Moody, my friend:

Me thinks you are a little harsh when declaring SZ to be a bleak and barren landscape when it comes to things to do. I, for one, have far far more fun in SZ then in my native land.

Here are my Top Ten suggestions:
1. Pick a night club and make it a mission to pick up a gal who is NOT a Pro. Take your pic; Vbar, True Color, Face, etc etc. C'mon, try it!

2. Go for an all-afternoon session at a local massage joint. Pick one without special services; the massage will be much better. One hour foot massage, then 90 minute facial, followed by 2 hour body rub. Unbelievably relaxing and so cheap. I know a great little place in Futian, and there are lots more where that came from.

3. Buy some more DVDs at Luhuo Commercial City. Sure, this suggestion is as original as a cheese burger in America, but you'll be glad you stocked up the next time that you go DVD shopping in the USA.

4. Go to Dong Men and buy your gal a European bag knock-off. Get out of Dong Men without getting your pockets picked, and you win a trophy.

5. Go to Seibu (Jusco) for coffee, and try to pick up a local rich gal. Lots to be found there, spending their Hong Kong hubby's money. Hubby is likely in Hong Kong. Take it from there.

6. Join a gym and get in shape. Lots of cute gals at the gym to stare at. Build up some pecs for the honeys to enjoy. Chinese gals love that muscle shit.

7. Go to the Shekou bar district and get attacked by a bunch of pushy bar gals with long finger nails that will scratch and annoy you. Naaahhh...on second thought, don't go there.

8. Go to the Marine City in Shekou and eat Brazilian BBQ. The quality of the meat is so-so, but there's lots of it. People won't notice when you burp.

9. Join a chat site and get a gal to join you on a mountain hike. Don't ask me why, but Chinese gals all like to hike mountains on the weekend. It makes them horny. Strange but true. Go figure.

10. Take the ferry to Hong Kong, and spend a fun night in Wan Chai. When the gals tell you the price for some good clean fun, you'll be happy that you're going back to Shenzhen.

I agre with Raz on most things but be careful when it comes to DVDs.

the customs agents in US are very very sensitive about this. I ahve heard about a guy that had to pay 45000$s (yes 45000$s not yen etc) at the customs folks. They charge an insane fine it seems.

I came back into the US a few days after this happened and I had 5 dvds and they looked at them for a while and let me go. so I do not what actually happened. BUT watch it please. Maybe small numbers are OK.

The studios do seem to pay off the right politicos etc.

Made a typical trip to ShaZui. After the quick review, I came across a girl (zheng ping) that looked a lot like the girl I did last time there (dan dan), but it turned out to be a different girl. But nice enough to go, so it was off upstairs we went. Checked the normal 150 rmb at the shower stage, got a little resistance, but basic acceptance. I guess I have a bit of OAH thing going as this girl was also tall 1.70 with a nice figure, though she claimed she was a bit 'peng'. It worked out alright but I did kind of miss the way dan dan would scamper to the shower, I really like to look at women from the back.

I did notice a general increase in the BaoAn/GongAn but they gave me no trouble and did not seem much interested in me. Girl level seemed rather good, but a bit down on the best looking girls.

Thank you for your thoughtful suggestions. There are a couple there I haven't tried. I'll give them a shot. At least it'll give me something to do with my free time, which seems to be in abundance lately.

Fast Eddie,

Thank you for the recommendation. I'll give them a try first chance I get. As for the pastrami sandwich and girl comparison, bring me a good pastrami sandwich, and I'll buy you a girl. ;) The value of things is all about scarcity. In Shenzhen, girls are plentiful, but a good sandwich is really REALLY hard to come by.

sure there is one , i just have not been looking for it , too busy looking for

Last couple of days, I went and checked out the MixC mall. It's a pretty friggin' nice mall. Apparently, it opened almost a year ago. It has just about everything that JUSCO is missing. If you want to go shopping for European goods, like a Zegna or BOSS suit, you can buy it there. They also have a skating rink and movie theater if you like that. They also have an Ole, which has a lot of imported food. Finally found some canned clam chowder. It's Campbell's Manhattan clam chowder, but you know what they say, beggars can't be choosers. They also have a Spaghetti House if you like their brand of Italian food. I get the feeling I'm gonna go there quite a bit from now on.

If you are interested in moody's post, and want to check it out, the Chinese name is Wan Xiang Cheng. It is right across from DiWangDaSha (that really tall building) on Shennan Lu. You can get there by subway at the DaJuYuan station. There is an underground tunnel that you can use to go directly to the mall. In fact it has what is likely to be the place which seems to have the highest percentage of foreigners. Taco Bell Grande. It also has a Pizza Hut, Starbucks, and quite a few other nice features (Ole has nice food stuff). The food court on the top floor is ok, but likely the best in Shenzhen.

In order to give this post a bit added relevance to the topic of the board, it is about a 5 minute walk to the area behind the Regency Hotel. Easiest (but not shortest) way to that area is to exit to Shennan Lu, turn left (tword NanShan) walk past the triangle shaped building (shenzhen development bank), and turn left. Walk to the end of that street and cross the street. You should be able to find a few new friends there.

I've been in the area a couple times recently and found the quality of the talent has decreased somewhat. Could not find anything to my fancy and took the hike back over to the Jusco area.

I am going back to shenzhen next month will be staying for a couple of months, you say join a gym , do you know of any gyms in Shenzhen , i will be staying in Shangrila Hotel next to the train station.

Khanaan:
My life when in SZ is very hectic, so I don't want to be bothered to go hunting for a gym that is outside the hotel. That would mean even more time travelling to the gym and back, and less time doing the stuff that I want to do.

I don't know if the Shangrila has a good gym or not, but I doubt it. My preference is to just stay in a 5-star hotel. They are cheap enough in SZ, especially if you can latch onto a corporate rate. 5-stars always have a decent gym and a swimming pool.

I have, however, seen the odd gym when travelling around SZ. If you decide to stick with the Shnagrila, then I am sure that the concierge should be able to hook you up with a nearby gym.

Raz, I think you might be a little confused. The Shangri-La IS a five star hotel. As a matter of fact, it's part of a chain of 5 star hotels located all over Asia, and the rest of the world, including 2 in HK and over a dozen in China. If I recall correctly, the principle owner is a Malaysian named Robert Kuok who's worth over $4 bil.

I tried out the Taco Bell at Wan Xiang Cheng today. Where I am in the US, we don't have any Taco Bell Grandes, only the regular Taco Bells so I was a little surprised to see they didn't have the regular Taco Bell menu. No Chalupa for me I guess. Anyway, since I was gonna be the only one eating, my girlfriend already had some congee for lunch, I couldn't order too much. I tried the nachos and the fajitas. The nachos weren't too bad. Needed more jalapenos though, if you order them, ask for extra jalapenos. The fajitas though were just too salty for my taste. It should have also come with some salsa or some guacamole or something. Just the meat and some peppers and onions on a tortilla is a bit too plain for my taste. In retrospect, I should have asked for some jalapenos on the side. Anyway, I was getting a little tired of Chinese food again so I decided to give this place a shot. I have to admit, I was a little disappointed. Next time, I'll go try the Japanese noodles they have on the top floor.

Moody

P.S. While I was there, I noticed that the guy sitting in the booth behind me was an American. My girlfriend and I heard him trying to speak some Chinese to his companion. Man, this guy was terrible! After listening to him, my girlfriend says she will no longer complain about my Chinese speaking ability. So even though the meal was a bit disappointing, I still got something out of it. :)

Moody: you 90% right. In addition to what you advised, they also have an entire network of 3 star and 4 star hotels under the Shangrila management umbrella.

For instance, in Beijing this includes kerry center, china world; in Singapore Traders Joe, etc.

Their first 5 star is the parent Singapore location off Orchard Rd and they are in most Asian countries except I believe Korea and Japan. Their website will give complete breakdown of locations, pricing, etc.

You're correct. Robert Kouk is the hotel chain's biggest shareholder. All hotels under the Shangri-La name are 5 star hotels while I believe those under Traders' Inn (which is also under Shangri-La group) are 4 stars.

Let me add my two cents here...

In the recent six months, I have been to Shenzhen 3 times. Motive for my visits to Shenzhen are shopping plus fun.

Here are my experiences.

First visit:

Got out of Lowu, walked past Shangri-La. There are a number of middle aged ladies asking you 'Missy'. I asked one of them the price. She mentioned '200'. I said '150'. She said ok and took me to a nearby flat. There were couple of girls, I chose the good looking (7/10) tall one. Once inside, she allowed me to touch her entire body. She didn't allow lip to lip kissing. After fondling her boobs for few minutes and fingering her pussy for few minutes, she gave me a blow job with condom on. Tipped her an additional 20RMB and left.

Did a bit of shopping and went to the only Hair saloon cum massage center in the Shangrila vicinity. While having my hair cut (RMB30) the stylist asked me whether I need massage (RMB 30 for one hour and RMB 50 for two hours). I opted for one hour massage with a well endowed lady. She took me upstairs, drew the curtains all around to make it cosy and private and started giving me a good proper massage on my back. This continued for about 20 minutes. I was enjoying my massage and as I was hesitant to make that first move. At one point in time she stoppe massage and looked at my face to see whether I have fallen asleep. This gave me a clue and I tenerly touched her boobs. She didnot resist. I showed her 100 RMB note and said I need a handjob. Immediately she unhooked bra. For then on I had one of the happiest squeezing, sucking session of reasonably big sized boobs (approx 36d). Finally she gave me a very clean handjob. I walked out happily.

Second visit:

I went to the same girl. But the girl hurried me this time to get out of my clothes and was in a hurry to give me the blow job. I didn't enjoy much this time as she was reluctant to my fondling her breasts. She gave a quick blowjob and I came out not very happy.

Again after having my lunch went to the same hair salon, had my hair cut and this time I wanted to be a bit smart, so I asked for a particular beautiful lady for the massage. That was a big mistake. While on the massaging table, she didnot allow me to fondle her breasts at all. She was not allowing me to suck or squeeze. Her boobs size was quite big compared to her body structure. May be she got a boob job done and hence she was not allowing me to squeeze or suck her boobs. Don't really know. But was a real beautiful girl (9/10). She demanded RMB 150 and gave a mechanical handjob.

Thid visit:

This time I didn't go the the usual place. I followed another lady to another apartment. This time The price was RMB 200. Once in the apartment few girls were shown. I chose a small girl with big boobs. Again the same mistake, fellows. Once inside the room, even this girl was not allowing me to play with her boobs. At one point I got so pissed off that I asked her to get out of the room. She said ok you can suck. But was in a hurry to finish her job. She refused to give me a blow job and gave me only a bad handjob. I walked out in disgust. The mamasan came out and asked how did I feel. I gave her frank feedback. She said next time she will take care.

After a while, I went to my usual hair salon. This time I didn't need a hair cut. So straight away asked for a massage and started going towards the upstairs (you know I am familiar now!). While climbing, I saw one medium size breasted girl enthusiastically follow me. Once on the bed, she gave me a massage for about 15 minutes. I slowly fondled my hands on top of her t-shirt and showed a RMB100 note, asked her to remove her bra hooks. After that I had one of finest, happiest sucking squeezing sessions in my life. At one point in time, I could realise, she was enjoying the session herself. After nearly 30 minutes, she gave me a handjob and I left the salon very happily. Even today, I remember this pleasant experience.

I plan to go back to Shenzhen next in Feb 2006.

I just got back from checking out a new sauna. Man, these things are springing up all over the place lately. The one I went to is called Hui Gang Cheng and it opened 12 days ago. It's about a kilometer south from Lianhe Guangchang on Fuqiang Lu. Anyway, it was a pretty nice place. Not as nice as Queen Sauna or Carnival Club, but very close. The only thing that made this place a step below was it's size, otherwise, service level and cleanliness was on par with the big places. The place was packed when I got there at about 1AM. I'm guessing that a lot of HK guys were coming over through Huanggang and planning to spend the night there. When I was lead up to the massage room, the hostess asked me if I was planning to stay the night, so I guess you can spend the night in a massage room if you want. Anyway, they ran out of the Zhong massage rooms so I had to get a Tai massage room. The masseuse was a very strong woman from Chongqing. It's incredible how strong these little Sichuan women are. The massage was about as good as they have at Queen or Carnival. The tab came to 112RMB after a 30RMB tip. I had a very relaxing time would heartily recommend this place for anybody.

Hi everyone,

I know the answers to my questions have probably been posted a hundred times, but this is an enormous board and I haven't been able to find them. So I ask your patience while I become the thousandth person to ask.

1. I've spent lots of time in SEAsia but none in China. If I want to spend relatively inexpensive time with great-looking women, and let's say I have a month, where would I go? Shenzen? Guangzhou? Shanghai? Quinqong? Where?

2. I speak absolutely no Chinese. How difficult will that make things?

3. Are there any trustworthy "guides" in any of these places -- someone I could retain for a week or so to show me the better venues? Obviously, I'd pay for the service. If someone like that exists, how would I contact him?

4. Where the hell is Maggie's? I wanna go to Maggies. And the Factory. And at least 50 other places I've read about on this site.

5. What's the prevalence of kissing? I reallllllllllly love to kiss, which is one reason I like the Vietnamese so much. Many of them will kiss for hours. And I mean kissing, I'm not using the word as a euphemism.

6. In the past I've always done fine by landing somewhere and turning on the mongering beacon. But SE Asian countries are small and easy to get around in, and I'd hate to bounce all over China, spending more time in airplanes than in bed. So here I am . . .

Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated. Maybe I can do the same for you someday in one of the countries where I spend 3-4 months each year. And if all this info has already been posted, I'd be grateful for some links.

Thanks in advance.

Shenzen? Guangzhou? Shanghai? Quinqong? Where?
Everyone has their preference as to their favorite city. Personally, my favorite city to get girls is Dongguan, which lies in the middle between Shenzhen and Guangzhou. Mongering in Dongguan is pretty much fool-proof. You can find it just about anywhere with very little effort.

2. I speak absolutely no Chinese. How difficult will that make things?
Not speaking Chinese will make things more difficult, but not impossible. A lot depends on your personality. If you're the type to crawl into a corner if things get a little tough, or get easily frustrated when people don't understand what you are saying, then China is NOT for you. If however, you're a little on the adventurous side and have the patience and skills to make yourself be understood. Hang out where the natives hang out. I swear, the natives make us look like rank amateurs when it comes to mongering. That said, perhaps Beijing and Shanghai will be better venues for you since more English is spoken in those places.

3. Are there any trustworthy "guides" in any of these places -- someone I could retain for a week or so to show me the better venues? Obviously, I'd pay for the service. If someone like that exists, how would I contact him?
I presume you're asking about guide for mongering activities. Regretfully, not really. Your best bet is probably to meet up with a long term member from this board. Since most of us do this as a hobby, you wouldn't really need to pay, a lot of the guys are just looking for an excuse to go out for a night anyway. Perhaps an offer of dinner or drinks at KTV would be appropriate.

4. Where the hell is Maggie's? I wanna go to Maggies. And the Factory. And at least 50 other places I've read about on this site.
Wrong place to be asking about Maggie's. It's a pick up joint in Beijing where a lot of foreigners hang out. China is big, with a gazillion cities of 2 million or more. I've always said though, why would you want to pick up castoffs or foreign girls in China? If you're in China for a short time, get Chinese girls and get the ones the natives get. They're the best ones.

5. What's the prevalence of kissing? I reallllllllllly love to kiss, which is one reason I like the Vietnamese so much. Many of them will kiss for hours. And I mean kissing, I'm not using the word as a euphemism.
Well, if you like to kiss for hours, you're probably looking for take out and not the 30 minute wham-bam-thank you ma'am deals for 100-200RMB (about $12-$24). Take-out or KTV can run anywhere from 500RMB to the sky is the limit. Sauna usually have a time limit (90 minutes) so those may not be the best choice for you, although if performance is what you prefer, you might like that too. At the moment, I can't recall a single girl who has refused to kiss.

6. In the past I've always done fine by landing somewhere and turning on the mongering beacon. But SE Asian countries are small and easy to get around in, and I'd hate to bounce all over China, spending more time in airplanes than in bed. So here I am . . .
Just about every friggin city or town in China has something to offer. There are some destinations where I'm convinced it's the major industry in the town. Think of it like this, almost all KTVs in South China have take out, and I swear, you can be at any random location in Shenzhen and see a KTV sign. And they're not small signs either. They're usually huge neon or LED things that flash really bright in the dark. No sirree, can't miss it.

Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated. Maybe I can do the same for you someday in one of the countries where I spend 3-4 months each year. And if all this info has already been posted, I'd be grateful for some links.

Thanks in advance.

Your questions, with the exception of the one referring to Maggies, are very general. The best you're gonna get are general answers. Like I said, China is huge and has a huge variety to offer in terms of choice. You can get anything from street walkers to model girls. It all depends on your budget and preference.

If I were you, I'd pick a region of China where a lot of members from this board hang out. Basically, that narrows your choice down to Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangdong (which covers the cities of Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou, Zhuhai, and a couple of others not worth mentioning). If you're interested in Guangdong, take a read at Ramsey1's posts in the "Reports of Distinction" thread.

You're welcome.

Rising Son,

I usually do not respond to newbies with general queries, but it appears you have done some research. Moody has given you a pretty good rundown, but I cannot help but to add my POV.

Without exception, S. China (Guangdong) is the best place for the game in China and I do not say that just because I live and monger here. I have travelled all over the country. If you travel anywhere in China, people will tell you all the best looking talent is in Guangdong coming from every corner of China. And, the prices are the most competitive. You could easily spend the whole month in Guangdong and have a fantastic time with girls from all over China for very little money. As Moody said, Dongguan is a no brainer. You could just stay in bed and call mamas and girls for delivery all day long in a 5 star hotel with rooms with breakfast at less then 300 RMB per day.

Beijing/Maggies: IMHO, this is only worthwhile if you are keen on Mongolians and Russians. They are all I ever do in Beijing.

English: Very, very few girls on the game can speak enough English to carry on a conversation with you. If this is important, forget China altogether and go to The Philippines as suggested.

Kissing: Many of the girls in the low end (SW/BBS) do not like to kiss. Most will reluctantly agree, but not very good at it. I have noticed that there is a higher prevalence of kissing among KTV and Sauna girls at higher prices.

This subject came up with some mongering buddies the other day. Can we get some more takes on the incidence of kissing amoung pros in China?

Just my POV.

OAH

Moody

I'm very glad the venerable OAH has put in his opinion. I have never mongered in Beijing (was there for 2 days and couldn't get away from my female hosts) and my only experience in Shanghai was somewhat limited since I've only spent the equivalent of about a month there. I didn't want to comment with my limited experience in those areas. I have a good friend who's a world class traveler though. He speaks 8 languages fluently. He's been to basically every place anyone could wish to go to find girls including most countries in the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia. I think he spends about a month of the year in his native Parisian home. Even he agrees that South China is the best place (by far) to go for girls. He is Asian though, so that might influence his taste in women.

As for kissing. The few times I got girls from BBS, I never really had problems kissing them. A couple even started by kissing me first. I think if you go to the better KTVs, a lot of the girls there don't see themselves as pros. I think a lot of them manage to psychologically convince themselves that they're your girlfriend for the night. Seriously, I've had girls who wouldn't leave in the morning, call their phone with my phone even after I told them not to do it, try to sleep on my arm which I don't like, etc., etc.

Now that I think about it, there was one incidence when the girl didn't want to kiss. It turned out this was because she had a cold sore (this was before I could speak even semi-rudimentary Mandarin). Not wanting to take a chance on getting herpes, I sent her home.

Anyway, OAH,

I'm back in the states now with some nasty jet lag. I'll probably be back in early January before the CNY. What say we go out to the Sheraton for a night? You can take a look at a girl I would qualify as a legitimate 8. ;)

My activity over six years here has mostly been limited to Shenzhen as my job in SZ does not entail much traveling--and when I am in a new city I am quite a bit more cautious and wimpy, to my detriment. That said, what I do like about Shenzhen is that it seems like much more of a 24-hour kind of place. Other cities certainly do have things going on at all hours, but you have to put more effort to find them at two or three in the morning. In Shenzhen quite a few saunas and BBS's are open 24 hours in all parts of the city. Dongguan is the same except I have only been there at night once. All I can say is, that night was one of the best nights of my life. A smaller percentage of Guangzhou BBS's offer massages (and therefore fewer of the extras that accompany those massages) than Shenzhen.

In Shenzhen you can get gals from just about any part of China, but in the BBS's the vast majority are from Hunan, Jiangxi, Sichuan, and Hubei. For some reason, there are some massage places that are stocked only with gals from Fujian and those places tend to be ones that are 35 rmb an hour with the hj thrown in if you get two hours. In the KTV's there is more of a diverse crowd, but Dalian contributes a larger percentage than its population would size would suggest, as their gals seem to be both tall and possessing of nice faces. Mental note: visit Dalian. Shenzhen KTV's are more tame than Dongguan.

What I like about Shenzhen BBS's is that they run the whole spectrum from totally legit with no possibility of extras to those that wouldn't know what a pair of scissors are like. And everything in between. For some reason that I can't explain, I like the 'in between' part--going into a seemingly legit BBS and finding out what the gals will or will not do.

Feel free to correct me if anyone thinks my impressions are off target, and I freely admit they may be.

Moody,

I am a long time reader but did not post much. Will hit ShenZhen tomorrow and is staying at Hilton. Any idea if the bar and KTV there have any action?
Any place you would recommend?

Not sure about the BBS action but where are they "grouped" at? I have been in Beijing for quite sometime and can speak pretty good Chinese...

Too bad you are back at the States. Glad you can have Thanksgiving and X-Mas back home.. Miss NY like hell. Thanks for the infor in advance..

You can take a look at a girl I would qualify as a legitimate 8. ;)

Wulfman,

Hilton has KTV and probably one of the best in the city. One catch though, girls there don't really like to LT. You can probably talk them into ST. Price will vary between the individual girls but they usually ask in the 1500-3000 range. If you're not planning to get laid, I'd go to Hilton just to check out the talent. I've never really been to the bar there, so I can't really comment. There also usually a gazillion street walkers outside of the Hilton area.

If I were you, and want to get laid, I'd go to Las Vegas, about 15-20 minutes away by taxi, more if there's traffic. It's at Lian He Guangchang (AKA United Plaza). Las Vegas has almost as good talent and girls are much easier to get for ST or LT, just tell the mommy and she'll bring in only girls available for take-out. If you want, I can PM you the number for a mommy there. Going rate at LV for LT is 1500.

BBS is all over the city, even a bunch near the Hilton, but the best talent is at 2 locations; behind JUSCO (Zhongxin Guangchang), and Sha Zui. At Jusco, you have to go to the alleys behind the southside of the mall. You can take the subway to Jusco. Get off a KeXueGuan. Someone once posted it's exact GPS location. Do a search and you should be able to find it. If BBS is your preference, it's worth the trip out to Jusco or Sha Zui, about 10-15 minutes to Jusco, about 20-25 minutes to Sha Zui. Sha Zui will have biggest selection, but they usually don't allow non-Asians.

Thanksgiving and Christmas is why I'm never in China in late Nov. and Dec. I'll be back sometime in Jan. though. :D

Good luck,

Moody

I can't tell all of you how grateful I am for your help.

As I think I said in my original message, I've spent 3-4 months a year in SEAsia for about 20 years, and I can find my way around Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam blindfolded. But China's just enormous, and the help you have all given me is invaluable.

Sounds like Guangdong (or Dongguan?) is the place to go. I'm in the middle of a major life change, arranging things so I have enough $$ to live without having to go back to the great wasteland, meaning the West, or in my case, America. Should have everything locked down in a month or two, and then I'm off.

So obviously I won't be filing any reports for a while, but I will definitely read everything on this board that has anything to do with your suggestions, and then I may be back with a few more specific questions.

What would be completely cool is if someone who checks in here regularly is there when I go, just to help me get my feet wet. I'll reciprocate any way that works -- buy the drinks and dinners or whatever. Who knows, maybe six or eight months from now I'll be able to help out someone who needs the same kind of info.

Thanks again, and good luck to all of you. And if my original post jogs loose any additional suggestions, I'll be looking for them.

Best to all of you.

Moody and friends.

It seems like SZ is more of a destination for KTVs or BBSs. Zhuhai and Dongguan is more for KTV and sauna action. Is this a fair assessment? I've been down quite a few times to SZ but was not able to find any decent priced saunas that offered FS. Any thoughts or highly recommended places?

In Shanghai, saunas run at about 600-900 for FS. We went to a place in Zhuhai (really nice and all girls were rated 8 to 10) for 888rmb. What is the going price for FS sauna's (if they exist) in SZ?

Thanks!

Just got back from spending a day over night in Shenzen at the Hilton. Had just spent a week in Thailand, and wanted to pick up some dvd's on the way back. Had done some research in this forum, but decided not to head out to the Jusco area as I was pretty tired from all the activities in Thailand. Walked around the area of the hotel and was constantly approached by mama-sans offering me girls.

Wanted to relax for a while so headed to the Mix Bar and had a few drinks and talked to one of the hostesses there for a while. The bar had a little stage and a girl in a bikini top and hot pants would get up on it and dance for a song or two every 10-20 minutes. Was thinking that the hostesses would be pretty expensive in a bar like this, so decided to go back out for a stroll. It was around 11:30pm and I noticed a huge gaggle of people milling around the corner opposite the Hilton. Walked over there and was approached by a mama-san that happened to speak a little cantonese and was able to understand me. Told her I was interested in a girl for ST and she quoted me 400 RMB. Agreed to that and she started pointing out girls for me to look at. Asked if any spoke cantonese, and she brought over 3 girls that were supposed to speak it a little. She also said that she had a very pretty girl that she could bring over that was 15 years old if I wanted. Not in to that sort of thing, so quickly declined and chose Muoy, short slim girl with a pretty face. As we were walking back to the hotel, Mama-san asked for a tip of 100 RMB, as the girl was not hers, but her partners. Thought, what the heck as she had been helpful, and was good to be able to talk to someone (only know a couple of words of Mandarin).

No problem bringing the girl back up to the hotel room, walked right passed security and nodded good-night to him as we entered the elevator. Back in the hotel room, we chatted for a while, although she only spoke a little cantonese. Can't remember where she said she was from, but she was only 18 years old and had been in Shenzhen for about 6 months. We both showered up and she started off kissing my chest and fondling me. She sucked my nipples really hard, so I took this as a sign that she would give a great blow job. She put a condom on me and I was not dissappointed. May have only been 18 years old, but definitely knew what she was doing.

Kissed her breasts and fondled her, found her a little moist and rubbed her pussy and clit until it got pretty wet. Mounted her in missionary and off we went. This girl knew how to move against me and was pretty active in stroking my back and grabbing my ass to pull me deeper into her. Went through a multitude of positions (CG, ACG, doggy, spoon, ....) and she was pretty passionate throughout. Resisted my initial attempts at kissing her at first, but then relented as the session went on. She was a little shy when I would look down on her as I was pumping her, but when I told her she was beautiful, she would smile and look back in to my eyes. Her pussy was pretty tight, and almost squeezed me out a couple of times as we went through the different positions.

After I came we showered up, and she asked me if I wanted to make it LT. Was pretty tired after spending an hour with her on-top of a week mongering in Thailand so I declined. Was heading back to HK the next day and had a long layover in Incheon, and wanted to save some strength to do a little exploring there. She wrote down her name for me and gave me her phone number so I could call her next time I came into town. Gave her a 100 RMB tip and sent her on her way.

I will post a picture of her, but not sure of the protocol on posting peoples phone numbers.

Hi John,

Most of the saunas in Shenzhen fall into two groups. The legit saunas, which I wrote about, and ones with HJ. The HJ ones tend to suck, usually unsanitary looking places with girls who smell like they shower once a week or wash their clothes once a week, not sure which. I'm very sensitive to body odors and I absolutely loathe it on women. Very few will offer BJ and FS. I've been to a couple and didn't really enjoy the experience. Sorry, I'm usually extremely drunk when I go to these, so I don't remember exactly where they are. I'm usually with friends who just take me there. To be perfectly honest, I'd rather go to a BBS than one of these places, at least it's over quickly.

In Dongguan, sauna, referring to the sexy ones, tends to be a LOT more upscale. It's usually in a nice hotel room. A lot of the 5 star hotels in Dongguan, like the Sheraton, have it. There's usually a decent selection of girls. At Kande Club in Houjie, I'd rate most of the girls around 5-6, with an occasional 7. However, I tend to be very picky and I'm sore a lot of guys will rate most of them at 8-10. Service is a bit robotic since they go through a specified routine, but it's usually very good. Almost all of them include AR and lately, some bubble tea up your ass if you're into that. I usually decline. Different places usually have different routines, so you can try out a lot of variations on the theme since there are dozens of hotels that offer this. Usual cost is about 200-250 for the room and 300-400 tip for the girl. If I recall correctly, the Sheraton also has some "model" girls who cost 800 or something.

Dongguan also has a ton of BBSes, especially on the east side where all the Hongkies and Taiwan guys hang out. Basically, Dongguan has just about anything for anybody. I think I've mentioned a few times that I much prefer to do things in Dongguan than Shenzhen. There are a couple of reasons for that. I now realize that the main reason is the variety. If I want to go to a high end KTV with model type girls, there's several. If I want to go to low end KTV with lot of fondling and making out in the room, I can easily find that too. I can find sauna with sexy massage. If I happen to be drunk in the middle of the day and want a quick fuck, I can go to a BBS. It's all possible within 10 minutes of wherever you happen to be in Dongguan. The convenience factor and variety in Dongguan just cannot be matched in Shenzhen, with the possible exception of Sha Zui. I don't really go for the Sha Zui scene though. That said, Shenzhen has better KTV talent if you just go by looks.

As for Zhuhai, I've never gotten girls there so I can't really comment. The only times I've been in Zhuhai was on my way to Macao for the weekened.

Hope that helps,

Moody

I think we went straight north on Fuqiang Lu, but I don't really remember. To be perfectly honest, the whole experience was wanting. Girl was not very attractive, I'd rate her a 3-4 even with her ample buxom, and the room wasn't very clean and it was a little too dark for my comfort. I'm very visually oriented and like to see everything. :D I'll give you a call as soon as I arrive in town in Jan.

Hi again,

There's a bunch of guys who are in Guangdong (Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou) all the time. A few of them, like OAH and Cronin, are legends on these boards. The "Kings" of the board. There are also a bunch of guys (like me), who come here regularly for a few weeks or months out of the year who are not so legendary. ;) Someone's just about always here. It should be noted though, although we've all tried just about everything available here :D, we all have our preferences. OAH knows all the nooks and crannies in Shenzhen and Guangzhou. Cronin's a Guangzhou specialist too. You should take a little time and read the three major Guangdong threads (Shenzhen, Dongguan, and Guangzhou) to familiarize yourself with some of the regulars.

Best of luck,

The place that I most consistently get a good massage from is not a sauna, its a massage center with a BBS. It's off a small alley close to Zhenhua Lu that is 50 meters east of Huaqiang Lu in Futian (Huaqiang Lu subway stop). What I like about them is that the girls use slow motions in kneading and pushing and never too hard or too soft. Chinese style is 30rmb I think and oil massage (which I suggest) is 45 for an hour. I have been able to fool around a bit there (hj), but basically there is not enough privacy there to have that kind of fun. Anyhow, the massage there is usually good enough that I want it to continue and, oddly enough, not be bothered with a hj. If you have been shopping or something along Huanqiang bei Lu, stop by.

Moody,

Wandering Fool,

Thanks again. I did check out the Queen. Nice joint. You are right about the BBS. There are a bunch right across from Hilton. Once you get out of the front door, head toward the big sign of East Hawaii Sauna, past that and let left, there is a waklking street full of BBS. There are legit ones. The FS ones are in the very small side lane. Kind of dark. They bring you to a room around there once you pick a girl. 150RMB for a FS quicky. Not sure if you will want to walk in there by first look if you are completely Western. Believe you need to be able to speak Chinese if you go there. The KTV, King's Club in Hilton is very, very nice. High class, high price also. Decent talent for both just singing fun or "other" things. Worth a try if you have the buck. The Mix club across is really a mix. I saw a few 7 or 8 but also quite a bunch or lower grades. The pimp action around Hilton is just too much. You can hardly walk in with getting handed a card if you are a single. All asking 400 ST and 800 LT. Guess you can cut it to 300/600 if you really try. The quality seems to be inconsistant. You need to go down to pick up the girl so they can come in without getting asked by the guard. You can turn them down if you don't like what you see that way also.

Ok. That's all for now. Happy hunting and happy holidays back in the State.

I got tricked into paying 200 RMB by going to one shop with a few guys that had paid that price for girls in the shop. I used to do the mamasan from this shop for free a few years back before she got married. When I was done, I gave the girl 150 RMB. She said, "Your friends all pay 200 RMB". I had taken 2 girls from that shop before for 150 RMB and told her that is why I did not mention the price to her in advance. And, my friends took the girls back to their hotel, not just in the apts. upstairs. The girl would not budge and pulled one of those blocking the door acts. Rather than start a scene, I just gave her the extra 50 RMB. Actually, her service was just average and did not warrant any extra.

Morale of the story: Do not agree to pay more than 150 RMB and agree the price in advance regardless of your previous experience. Saves a lot of trouble later. If you want to tip the girl for good service, let her know the extra is for that reason.

Just my POV.

There are about 5-6 side lanes of shops off the lane with the legit ones. You should have seen what it looked like when they were replacing the sewer lines. Although that area is convenient to the Hilton; Jusco, Futian and Sha Tsui all have much better quality in that price range.

I haven't got a cell number for China yet, but will give you a shout as soon as I get a sim card. Do you suggest getting a China Sim card or just get one from Hong Kong?

Also, read on the plane that there was a huge crack down in HK (jointly with Macau and GuangDong) where they arrested literally thousands....I'm hoping this hasn't affected SZ at all.

Here is a map of the area behind the Shopping center. Be sure to click on the Satelitte button in the upper right.

Also, if you are taking the subway it is the Kexue Guan stop.
For some reason it's just a black screen, There's no Satelitte button to click?

Does anyone know the coordinates for Sha Zui / Sha Tsui.

And does the Metro stop near there? If so what is the name of the stop.

Sorry don't know the coordinates?

There's NO Metro stop near Sha Zui yet. You have to take a bus or taxi, about 40-50RMB from Jusco. It's more after about 11:00pm when the rate goes up. It's way on the other side of Shenzhen. I believe it's very close to Shekou District. The closest main street is Shennan Lu. The area is about 300-400 yards south of the Shennan Lu.

Warning, it's not non-asian friendly. You might get chased/followed by security/police. If you pick someone, they will scare her off and waste your time, happened to us. It also a dangerous place to be at night, lot of robberies. Heard there was a killing about two years ago. Then a HK policeman was caught in the middle of "The Wild Thing" during a RAID.

Hi Moody,

I still DON'T see any satellite button in the upper right to push. It might be my computer's configuration. I'm using browser IE 5.0 and Window 2000 OS. Will try tomorrow morning somewhere else.

Thanks for the confirmation. In about a month, might need some help with some phone questions. I need to do some research frist.

Later,

Weelock

PS Finally got something, an overall map of Shenzhen and Hong Kong. I zoom out to about a "8" to see anything. I was expecting to see a street map of Jusco.

I can see up pretty close. I can recognize most of the medium sized buildings. I even recognize my apartment complex in Futian.

EDIT: I'm using Firefox 1.0.7 and WinXP. If any of you guys haven't tried Firefox, give it a shot, it's so much faster than IE I can't stand to use IE on other people's computers. You know something's wrong with IE when Firefox loads Microsoft's MSN.com page 10 times faster than IE. Firefox also has tabbed browsing which I find much more convenient than opening a dozen IE windows to look at multiple web pages. Firefox also has a plugin called "Faster Fox" which allows multiple streams of data to be simultaneously downloaded from a website, which makes it even faster still.

Hi Moody,

It's working, nice color images of the area but no license plate. The computer I'm using now has WindowXP and IE 6.0. The problem was on the other computer using Win 2000 and IE 5.0, strange?

Found out if you click and drag the image you can see Futian, Walmart Area. You can drag the map all the way across left to locate Sha Zui Area but I don't know where to stop since I'm NOT familiar with Shenzhen landmarks.

I can now ask Scotty to beem me down to these coordinates for a piece of the action. Now I know where to send an ICBM tonight. Just joking, HA, HA. Thanks.....

Yes the satalite photos are quite cool, but I would guess about 2 years old. I will play with the coordinates and see about a ShaZui image.

Made a afternoon trip down to Jusco area, and ran across one of my favorite girls. Very nice figure and alway a nice attitude when I see her, although I have to get her to cut out fake ooooh'ing. It kind of bothers me. Because the particulars are so typical, I wont bother on those items, but will give a tip that I found works quite nice if you have a hard time remembering names. I found it works better if you give the girl a name you can remember, rather than trying to force into your head, something forgetable. Example, my recent busty friend (did I mention she had a very nice figure) once wore a necklace of an apple. I always ask if they are wearing a necklace if they bought it themself or a friend gave it to them. So I asked if she liked apples, she said she prefers pistachios (kai xing guo), so I told her that if I was pleased I would call her pistachio, but if not so happy, she would always be apple. So it is easy to remember her name and a nice 'in' type of joke between us, when I meet her I call her Pistachio, but maybe she will be apple soon (said with a humorous doubting face). If a girl has the surname of Li, I ask if she is related to Bruce Lee (Li Xiao Long in putonhua) and call her LiXiaoLong MeiMei, or if Chen - ChenLong (Jacky Chan) MeiMei, then ask to see their GongFu. Give it a try next time and let me know the reaction you get. It helps to know the names of popular singers, actors and such. I keep wanting to find a girl with the family name of Mao but that is another story.

I was in Shekou last week and did my usual troll of the bars near NanHai hotel. I was "researching" by taking more pussy and tit pictures for my collection. Usual deal is to ofer a drink or two in exchange for a few pictures. (I always make clear that they will be posted on the web. If they object, I say I will not show face. I ALWAYS keep my word on that.)

Okay - a few bars, a dozen or so girls... no problem. Went into the last bar on the right as you walk down the backstreet behind HaiTao hotel (which is on GongYe First Road) and took pictures of two girls... One had great looks and biggish tits - just a bit too big for my liking - and the other was not a looker but had really lovely hair and my kinda tits - very small with enormous nipples.

After the photos I went to pay - 5 lady drinks at 40 and one beer for me at 25. But they gave me a bill for RMB 350. I argued. They reduced it to 300, then to 280. I stuck to my guns and said I would give 225 or nothing. They yelled. I put the money on the bar and said take it or leave it. Long Hair pushed it away and demanded more. I said no and went to pick it up. Long Hair grabbed it and said she wanted more. I said no - no more - and went to leave.

Suddenly I was surrounded by all five of the girls, all pulling me back in. I kept going and they followed me out. Long Hair and Mamasan started yelling and screeching and Long Hair took off one of her high heels and threatened to hit me with it. I kept going. Then she hit me on the shoulder. (Didn't hurt much because I was wearing leather biker jacket.)

When she hit me again and again, I took the shoe and threw it back down the street, assuming she would go back after it. No. She took off the other shoe and started hitting me with that, going for my head/face!

I was surrounded by them and one ot two others were hitting me with shoes. I took Long Hair's shoe and threw it over a fence. She gets out her cell and starts calling someone. Boyfriend? Pimp? Gangster? The others also started calling into cells.... "Get outta here quick", I thought.

I jumped ito a taxi and told the driver to go. The girls were yelling at me and him and he just sat there. Wouldn't move. I don't know what they told him I had done but he looked like a frightened rabbit. Long Hair was saying "You pay for my shoe!" NO way - your problem, honey!

I jumped out the other side of that taxi into another one. Same thing - frightened rabbit syndrome. So I exited that cab and got into another one. This one drove. We left them yelling and screaming - one ran alongside and banged on the roof but the driver kept going. I don't know what would have happened if I had stayed around but I am glad I got the hell out of there!

I think mayb eI had alucky escape. I don't know who th ebitches were calling but I am glad I didn't wait to find out. The driver did a circuit and we went round to Gong Ye First Road where there are about 20 small bars and I know a lot of the girls well from previous viists. I had a couple of large Scotches to calm my nerves (and later took a cutie to the hotel to keep me company for the night).

I always pay my tab - never refuse. Never order drinks and don't pay for them. A deal is a deal. But these bitches were trying to steal and that I don't like.

So - you guys going to Shekopu.. Be warned. Last bar on the right, south side. One of the bigger bars on the street. The entrance is through French window (sliding door) as opposed to normal door. Avoid it. Put the theiving bitches out of business.

I will now be paying for all drinks one at a time - no tabs, so no possibility of being ripped off.

And, for good measure, here are the pictures. Since they tried to rob from me, I don't feel I need to protect their identity, so here they are: Avoid them and their tacky bar tactics.

It is easy to look in hindsight and get some perspective on things, but I myself have had a couple of occasions where things did not go well and wound up shouting and getting into such types of situations. I was in the right, and I knew it but dealing with these types of situations quickly becomes not about what is right or wrong, but what you can get away with and what bother it is worth. In hind sight you can look at the difference between what you were willing to pay (225) and what she was asking (280) and one wonders was all that trouble worth 55 rmb. Here are some tips

1) prevent most of the damage in the first place by fixing a price early. PE did that but it still did not prevent the trouble, but it likely helped him.

2) try to find 1 seconds peace and figure out what it is worth to move on. If in this case it was 250, who knows she might have taken it and for 25 rmb that is a very very small price to pay.

3) give money over only after there is agreement that it is a done deal. Otherwise you lose leverage. Show the buyout amount, but dont give it over until you get agreement. Also count it several times before considering to hand it over as it buy you time to clear your head and avoid costly errors and they may try to pull a slight of hand and say you counted wrong.

4) it is ok to shout and look angry, but absolutly keep focus not to get violent. Let them know that if they get violent, they will be sorry. Actually I think shifting between ranting loudly and then telling them to calm down and discuss it works best, it makes you look unstable but open to resolving it.

5) As long as things are stable, time is on your side. The longer you drag things out, the longer they are out of business. Of course this eats up your time, but if you look like you dont care how long this takes and go on long rants they will find it a bother and tire of the game. The second they reach your buyout point, take it and dont look back. If things are starting to look unstable (voilent) then clarify what they want, let them know you did not brings so much, make a offer to get your ass out of there as quickly as possible.

I hope you never have to use this but my 2 bad encounters set me back a total of 200 rmb, which I have been able to live without by getting out relatively cheap on both occasions.

TZ,

Thanks - all good advice! As a cool-headed guy I am pleased that I stayed calm. Could easily have gone wrong. Violence is not in my nature and I would never hit a girl - even if she was hitting me.

I think all of us can learn from my experience. In the meantime I hope it shows just how volatile these peole canbe. I won't be spending any money in their house and I urge fellow mongers - in a spirit of solidarity - to boycott them.

In was not drunk an they trie dit on me. Imagine how much they might try to take from a guy who was drunk!

Depends on what phone you buy. Most Chinese branded phones do not have English. All the Samsung, Sony-Ericsson, Nokia, Motorola I have seen have English menus.

If you have a Chinese bank account, you should consider getting a GoTone chip. It never expires so you can keep your phone number forever. You also don't have to buy those cards to recharge. They just automatically deduct from your bank account.

fast eddie 48,
all phones from global makers (samsung, nokia, mot, sony/ericsson....) will be switchable to/from english.
I suspect phones from chinese makers (many brands) may or may not be switchable.
Because many chinese brands are domestic only, they have no reason to develop english menus.
However, many chinese brands source their phones from Taiwan makers. The Taiwan makers make phones for many international brands, so the english menu's may be built in regardless.

The lastest saunas all use a magnetic key. When I go out, I usually have several thousand yuan and I occasionally have my passport and have never had a problem. Try Queen Sauna (Huang Shi Jia Qi) if you're near Luohu. I don't know of any decent places near Sha Zui. Carnival Club (Jia ning hua hui) on Shennan Lu would be a little closer. Carnival Club even has these funky little sleeping cubbies.

Rice Guy,

I've stayed at the sauna across the street from the WalMart on Fuqiang Lu. I cannot remember the name of the place (changed recently), but it is right next to the police station. I never had any trouble with stuff in the locker. Price is only 68RMB for 2 hours body massage, plus 80 minute foot massage thrown in, and you can stay there if you get there after 10pm.

We paid a visit to this area in Meilin this week. This is an area that Johnnykon666 posted about awhile back. I must say you are not missing much if you don't get there. There were fewer shops/girls then the last time I was there, and most of the girls we saw were <5s. Several shops appeared to be non-foreigner friendly or just not interested in our business.

Another monger buddy and I took a couple of girls from the same shop. The lao ban yang enticed me with a new arrival from CQ. Big mistake. The service was pretty bad. My buddy had a similar experience and he even did DATY on her trying to get her more interested.

I had asked the mama in advance about BJ service which she confirmed was available. The girl refused at first, then tried to get me to agree to covered. I convinced her for BBBJ, but she was not very skillful. After a few minutes, she put one of those China made, small size condoms on me that cut off the circulation and made me go limp even with the Cialis in me. I pulled out, took it off and started to face f**k her. That was OK until she pulled away and opened another rubber. This one was bigger and better so she spread her legs and just laid there. Did not even help guide me in. Total dead fish.

Complete waste of time and 150 RMB. She even had the guts to ask for a tip. What gall!

Hi, everyone,

First, thanks again to all who gave me so much helpful info when I wrote the first time. I've read all of it, filed much of it, and gone through as many of the threads as time would allow. Taken as a whole they're longer than War and Peace, but there are boatloads of insight there.

So, here's where I am.

I'm going to Phnom Penh and Saigon for four months in February. What I thought I'd do is take a Cathay Pacific flight that stops in HK and then take 2-3 weeks of that time and get my feet (and, I hope, something else) wet in China.

So, assuming that I have plenty of disposable income and that much time, what would be your personal dream itinerary? I'd be looking at 4 and 5 star hotels unless the collective wisdom says that's not necessary, and airplanes instead of trains where that would eliminate travel time and give me more quality mongering time, and I'd want to see Dongguan (or Guangdong (sorry about the ignorance, but I'm still unclear on some of these recommendations) and experience as much as possible so I can come back with a bigger chunk of time and put myself into a position where I can offer similar assistance to other newbies.

Where would I enter: Shenzen or somewhere else? And what would be the must-stop cities if I don't want to spend most of my time in the air or on other forms of transit? Any idea what the best travel sequence would be?

I know this is asking a lot. All I can say is that I'll repay anyone who can help if he is anywhere in this area when I make the trip in say, February 3 through 27 or 28. Drinks, dinner, and an adventure or two would be on me. And anyone who can help who won't be there -- well, we'll be there at the same time in the not-too-distant future. Or maybe we can meet up in SEAsia, where I really do know my way around.

So fantasize the best trip possible for yourself: The best mongering in the best towns, with the least amount of time strapped into some sort of seat, and give me your thoughts.

Thanks in advance. This board is an amazing resource.

Well Son, I can’t give you an itinerary for 2 or 3 weeks. But I can give you some highlights that should be covered. I will not comment on parts of China that I have not yet visited, only on those that I know. I will leave it up to you to formulate the itinerary, using all of the input that I am sure that you will get. My assumption here is that cost is not a major consideration, because that’s how you set up your request. My suggestions focus on maximum bang with minimal travel.

I would budget 2 or three days for Hong Kong. Stay at the Hyatt Regency in Tsim Sha Tsui, as it is right next to the MTR station. The MTR is a very good way to get around in HK. Do some research on the Hong Kong thread, and find the exact address of K Pressure. Get the address in Chinese if you can. There is a post that actually shows a picture of the entrance, and that should help. Prepare a taxi card for the driver. It is hard to find this place by just wandering around. For a backup, bring the addresses of some 141 places, and visit them. Lots of coverage on 141 on the HK thread. Do this in the afternoon. Save the evening(s) for Wan Chai.

Wan Chai is two short stops from the hotel I mentioned using the MTR, or give the driver the address for Fennwick’s. Get there at 9 o’clock, and take your time. Pick a Filipina girl who does not pressure you for drinks. Optionally, ask if she has a good friend. You may want to take both. You mentioned that you are very familiar with SEA, so maybe you are not interested in picking a Filipina. If that is the case, there are also Chinese girls, but it makes zero sense to me to pay the prices in Wan Chai for a Chinese girl, given that you will be paying a fraction of that price for better quality in SZ only a few days later. If you don’t like what you see in Fennwick’s, then go to Venus II, just a short walk away. Some Viet gals there. I would do Wan Chai for at least 2 nights, and get massages etc in the afternoons.

Take the ferry from Kowloon to Shekou. Spend 2 nights or so at the Nanhai Hotel, right next to the ferry stop. Do your research, and just wander the areas close to the hotel. SW gals are highly recommended here. Pushy girls in the hostess bars are not.

After that, spend a few days at the Grand Holiday. Find a buddy or two here that speak Chinese, and invite them to join you at Las Vegas instead of doing dinner and drinks. Las Vegas is right next door to the hotel. Take your time and pick a winner, there are lots here. Get her phone number before you send her home the next morning. That way, the concierge can call her back for you another time, unless of course you manage to do a repeat at Las Vegas. But I stress, being able to speak some Chinese or have a translator is a huge plus, unless you are just doing the take-home-and-do-the-deed approach.

Bribe OAH or another regular to take you to Jusco. You gotta see this place at night. Get a Chinese buddy to take you to Sha Tsui the next afternoon. Also in the afternoons, visit the saunas in Luohu. Lots of info from Moody and the guys on this.

Spend 2 nights at the Crown Plaza, go to the Vbar at night, and only pick a girl that is willing to sit with you and drink, and does not rush you to go up to the room. 800 RMB, one hour. If you are OK looking, there is a good chance that you can score a freebie there.

My hands are tired. That’ll do for now. I may be in SZ at the time that you mentioned, for a stopover to visit a fantastic girlfriend. However, she will be the entire focus, so mongering is doubtful at that time. I do plan trips to the PI and Jakarta/Bali, so you may see PMs coming from me on these places. Please advise where you have been in SEA, other that BKK and Pattaya.

Wow, lots of good info already. Yes, Hong Kong was just a place for the plane to land, a place to enter China from. Then, in 2-3 weeks I can go back and finish the trip to Thailand and Cambodia, since it still counts as all one ticket.

I am copying all of these to a folder and keeping them on hand. Thanks for al the ideas thus far and for the note about New Year and crackdowns. That's the kind of information that's just invaluable. It occurs to me that I could do the China trip on the return from SEA instead, which would put me there sometime in April or early May.

You guys are giving me gold. Please keep it coming.

C'mon man, credit where credit is due! Just ribbing you, buddy. But the truth is that DongGuan is another transportation logistic, in terms of coming from Hong Kong. Jeez, I have been to SZ 15 times, and I am still amazed at all of the logistics to get from SZ to DongGuan. Gotta be at least 10 turns and 5 road tolls. But I sure appreciate the times that we went there, thanks!

I will never forget the acrobatics at that KTV joint in DongGuan. It was like a circus on steroids. Looking out from our KTV room, and watching syncornized swimming and aerial acrobatics. Meanwhile, I am slow dancing with my gal of choice, and grabbing her shapely bum. Only in China.

And by the way, say hi to your driver guy. I will never forget how we taught him to eat a steak for the first time, using knife and fork. But damn it, I told you that he would not like the onion soup. Onion soup has cheese. Chinese people hate cheese. Hunan people love la jiao. Go figure.

Rising Son,

Some of the through trains from Hong Kong to Guangzhou stop in Changping. There is also a bus service "E & E" directly from HKIA to Changping. As I mentioned before, you need not go any further to sample girls from all over China. Everything is there, BBS, KTV, Sauna, Brothels, Delivery Service; you name it, they have it. All very conveniently located.

If you are looking for other varieties, you may want to go to Macau where you can get girls from nearly everywhere, all Asian countries, E. Europe, Russia, S. America, etc. The Saunas there are very nice too.

IMHO, Hong Kong is overpriced and the quality not that great.

no dis man. take my word for it, once you start hanging out in dongguan, you don't really want to bother going to places in shenzhen. i know it's a bit out of the way, but it's actually closer than you think. most of the places i go to are usually about an hour away from futian, and probably a little closer from oct where you usually stay. if, like oah suggests, you want to go to changping, it's only 30 minutes on the high speed guangzhou-shenzhen express.

True, Hong Kong is more expensive than SZ. But it has LOTS of Filipina gals, whereas China has....Chinese girls. Maybe the occasional Filipina at the Vbar (I took a filly freebie from there a couple of years back), but that's it.

I like Hong Kong for the variety that it offers at the beginning and end of each trip to China. I had a Philipina gf there for over a year, and it was a great experience. She was sweet, kind, spoke English, and was a great lay.

There is nothing like Sundays in Hong Kong when all the maids come down to Central and Wanchai and hang out in a couple of the Wanchai bars. The quality of what I have seen in Hong Kong is not close to Filipinas found in Manila, or other parts of Asia, but freebies are available.

Having said that, if you are after some pro Filipina talent, HK is a worthwhile option. Fenwicks and the other bars in Wanchai have many pros and semi-pros every night. I was quoted only 500 HK$ ST last month, which is not that expensive really. And, there is always Mongkok where Thais/Filipinos are only 280 HKD ST. However, most of the talent is in the 4-6 range.

it is being demolished to build another office block. sure, may make no sense but then the owners obviously think they can squeeze a few more dollars out of the site. i meet with people there regularly and all the staff are encouraging regulars to visit a few more times before the end of the year as it will be no more.

you can always try to confirm a booking for february 2006 and see what reply you get?

location, location:

comparing different locations such as shenzhen, hong kong and dongguan is apples and oranges. if you are in hong kong and need a fix, unless you have the time to travel you are not going to spend 2-3 hours round trip for a st in shenzhen or similar for shenzhen to dongguan. expressway travel make take 1/2 hour (at the speed of sound) but also take into account cost of taxi direct ($80+ each way) and waiting time in traffic jam in shenzhen to get to expressway, etc. places like chang ping are great if you are going to make a day of it or overnight trip. also, i find a lot of newbies to china have problems with language which greatly impacts the enjoyment of those that are looking for gfe as aposed to wham-bam... and issues with the young age (18 - 20 - asians also look young for their age) of the gals. so a not so young or good looking filipina that speaks english from fenwick looks good to some (the beer glasses also help but for some reason however drunk i get, i will never be that drunk).

Being able to speak Chinese would help a lot, but to be honest, it's not necessary. I would say that about 2 years ago, my Chinese speaking ability was pretty much limited to "ni hao ma," "xie xie," and, "wo xiang chi doufu." I was still able to make just about all my wishes known.

This past year, I've had several friends visit me in China, and none of them can speak Chinese. They're still able to do fine with girls. While it's true that I act as a semi tour guide for them, once they're alone with the girls, they're on their own and they don't have any problems.

Like I mentioned before, a lot has to do with one's personality. If a person is willing to explore and be patient, he will have no problems communicating what he wants once he's shown the ropes on the when and where. A few times this past year, my friends went to KTV without me, and they all managed fine.

Moody,

I am sure that you are right that some guys can get by without a knowing a lick of Chinese and there are always those that get lucky. But I am sure that you will also agree that there have been some horror stories posted on this forum of rip offs and overcharging. Having been with newbies and fresh off the boat foreigners in China, I would also comment that some that I conclude have been severely overcharged don't always complain as double or triple what you or I pay may seem cheap to them compared to what they normally pay in the US or Europe.

I also gave up the tour guide business long ago as sooner or later you are going to run into some moron that does something stupid, get in trouble and expect you to bail them out. Also I don't need the ego massaging any more so I now spend my time fulfilling my own fantasies than making sure others are having a good time. Your efforts are not always appreciated.

A trouble free option is point anyone in the direction of Macau. For the "almost" guarantee of safety and trouble free mongering, there is no better place. Where else do you get a written menu of services, endless lineups of girls and a place where all the girls have to pass a test before they are allowed to work? No matter how much of a good time you have in China, there is always that element of risk.

I think a new thread for learning "useful phrases" would be very helpful. I have suggested it several times and sent a few messages to Jackson, but nothing has come of that.

Knowing what to ask for and how to bargain is essential in China. It would help keep the prices down and services up.

I would be a regular reader and try to contribute when I can.

Sir Jackson. May we please have a "useful phrases" thread?

I have seen previous posts by helpful mongers attempting to assist by posting useful phrases in pinyin but unless the reader has been trained in pinyin, its not going to be a lot of help as they are not going to know how to pronounce the words properly as you know how certain similarly spelt words with different tones can mean totally different things. And don't always expect some taxi driver or BBS girl to be able to read pinyin either.

But I do find that punching out numbers on the phone for pricing does help in more than one language.

You know what's even funnier? Before I learned to speak some Chinese, a lot of girls would actually write stuff for me when I would tell them I didn't understand what they were saying. Because I'm Asian, I think a lot of girls just thought I spoke a different dialect or something. I still remember one incident a girl wrote something on the notepad next to my bed and handed it to me. When she saw the puzzled look on my face, she read it for me. Which obviously didn't do much good. All of a sudden, in her frustration I believe, she started taking her clothes off. I found out the next day that what she had wrote was something along the lines of, "Do you want to sleep now?"

Anyway, not speaking Chinese could be a good thing do. It creates memorable events in the sense that every girl is an adventure. Sure, you may not get your meaning across, but if you have a sense of humor, it could also create some very entertaining situations.

Moody
11-28-05, 13:15
I agree with Bob that there is a lot of ripoffs and scams in China. That said however, I'm not so sure that knowing how to speak the language will help in avoiding such things. Avoiding ripoffs and scams is more about knowledge of what you're doing and where you're going than being able to speak the language. A good Chinese friend of mine got ripped off while in Hangzhou last year, even though he speaks perfect Putonghua and a couple of other dialects. I guess I've been somewhat lucky in that I've never gotten ripped off or scammed. I think though, the main reason for it is that I've only gone to places I know about and never, for example, ventured into a small standalone KTV that I've never heard about.

As for Santa's reference to bargaining, learning the numbers should be priority number one for anyone who's going to be in China for a while. In addition, you can always use your fingers to count, or a piece of paper, or, as Bob suggested, your cell phone.

Bob Builder
11-28-05, 14:20
Knowing the language is no guarantee to being ripped off.

But then who at one time of another hasn't been stung in a KTV for $300+ fruit platters and $10 packs of tissues that are automatically added to the bill whether you want them or not. Or the worst thing that happens in KTVs, you pick the hottest gal, spend all night having a good time with her in the KTV and anticipating a night of great action to be told at the end of the night that she doesn't go out or "Big Aunty has arrived in town"(wrong time of the month).

You can speak perfect Putonghua in Shenzhen but get in a taxi where the driver has been in town for 2 days and does not even know where Jusco is. I have yet to see one of those fuckers actually call someone on their radio and ask directions. Another example, there are 2 places about 1/2 hour out of Shenzhen called Yian Tian, one is the port district, one is in Dongguan. If you pronunciation is not perfect, you will end up in the middle of nowhere. This is from someone who knows their way around. How out of towners with no language skills or guide get around would appear to be a nightmare to me.

Not knowing the language can sometimes be fun but can also be like buying a lottery ticket as far as service goes. Considering the wide range of service satisfaction that you may get, not being able to tell the gal in front of the mama exactly what you want and what you are going to pay opens you up to a lot of bullshit afterwards. Just to quote a favorite mama reply to bad service that many a fequent monger has heard in China "It will be better next time". It is also advisable to do a physical inspection of the gal's equipment in the BBS if you are ordering takeout as the last thing you want is to see an infected pussy after the long ride to the hotel.

At the risk of pissing you guys off by bringing the conversation back to me (something I’d never consider doing in a face-to-face conversation, so don’t worry about whether we’ll get along when and if we go exploring together) let me recap what been recommended by all of you thus far about my first-ever mongering trip to China.

1. Don’t go on Chinese New Year, but put it off until I return from VN and Cambodia in late April/early May. (Thanks, Fast Eddie 48.)

2. Land in Hong Kong if I must, but get out of there relatively quickly – Rasputin suggested the ferry from Kowlook to Shekou and a couple of nights at the Nanhai Hotel (thanks, Raspewtin) with a follow-up stay at the Grand Holiday (also in Shekou??) and visits to the Las Vegas and Jusco. Then (still with Raspewtin here) a couple of nights at the Crown Plaza, with a drop-in to Vbar. (As in vitamin V?) Is this also Shekou, or have we moved on by now?

3. Old Asia Hand suggests a train from HK to Changping and makes Changping sound like paradise, which I’m willing to believe. Either way, seems like I could go from Shekou to Changping or the reverse without too much trouble and both sound terrific.

4. Learn some Chinese, even if it’s just real basics. I’ve looked online but most of the instruction seems to be in Cantonese and/or Mandarin, not in Putongua (sp?) – what would anyone recommend?

5. This is already a bundle of info, but does anyone else have suggestions on cities/hotels, etc. that could be covered in 2-3 weeks?

6. I’ve also had an offer from a Chinese guy for guide services and will follow up with him as soon as I post this.

Finally, as soon as the dates are firm I’ll post them and I hope I can meet some of you there and pop for drinks, dinner, whatever as a way of saying thanks.

Bring the Lonely Planet Phrasebook and Making Out in Chinese. If you cannot find them in your hometown you may be able to buy them in Hongkong.

Sir Jackson, how about a "useful phrases" thread?

Took a bus from HKG airport to Shenzen. Total cost $150 hong kong upto the hotel. Bus stops at the border before the Chinese immigration and once you clear the immigration the people recognise you because of a sticker on your shirt and arrange a van to take you to your hotel. Very convenient compared to going to KCR station and catching a train and taxi later. So if your destination is Shenzen take this route.
Had some business meetings in the evening. Later my business partners took me to a KTV bar.
Selected a pretty girl and with the help of my friends negotiated a fee of 2000 RMB for three nights and two whole days of companionship.
The girl turned out to be a real GFE allowing me to have sex whenever I wanted. And she could speak passable english. Also took me to many interesting places to sightsee as well as to local hangouts.
All I gave her as a tip is to buy her shoes costing 500 RMB.
After that I went to Shangai and other towns for business. Came back to Shenzen and was walking along Shan Nan road when I was approached by two young girls ,one 19 ,other 20 and they both wanted to come to my room
withought money mentioned. I told them I have to eat dinner first. They took me to a restaurent and ordered for me and we all ate and later went to my room. Both were excellent in bed. After the deed I gave them 500 RMB.
They told me they have to go somewhere and will be back in an hour. I went to sleep thinking they won't be back but they were true to their word.
They both wanted to spend the night with me. So we got back into the business and I had sex with both of them in turns.
All of a sudden I hear a knock on my door. It was the security guard telling me I cannot have two girls staying with me. He assured me one is ok.
I told him they both will be leaving in hour. I gave them another 300 RMB.
It was a pretty good experience. I will be looking for them on my next visit.

RS

No problem, just report back to us when your trip is done. Keep notes so that you don’t forget stuff, or post as you go.

Grand holiday is in Futian, about 20 minutes away from Luohu. The Vbar did not get this name from Viagra, but they do go well together. One night at the Crown Plaza may be enough. Pick a weekend night if you can, and the bar will be packed. Oh, and my name is RasSpewtin, but you may call me Raz.

3. Old Asia Hand suggests a train from HK to Changping and makes Changping sound like paradise, which I’m willing to believe. Either way, seems like I could go from Shekou to Changping or the reverse without too much trouble and both sound terrific.

I have not ventured out that way without the help of someone like Moody. I suggest you have a guide as you later mention, or at least have someone to help you there part-time.

4. Learn some Chinese, even if it’s just real basics. I’ve looked online but most of the instruction seems to be in Cantonese and/or Mandarin, not in Putongua (sp?) – what would anyone recommend?

Learn some simple phrases if you like, but it may not add much value at this point, other than to make you look cute to the girls. But, if you start now, your Chinese may be useful in a year or two.

5. This is already a bundle of info, but does anyone else have suggestions on cities/hotels, etc. that could be covered in 2-3 weeks?

I always wanted to try Shanghai, but never had. Lots of info on that board, and probably some guys you could hook up with. If you have that much time, you can even try out the freebie scene. But the truth is that after a week or so in SZ and DongGuan with a monger-centric agenda, you are gonna be pretty tired by the time you get to Shanghai. Maybe that is a good thing, because it will also make you more selective for the last gals of the trip.

6. I’ve also had an offer from a Chinese guy for guide services and will follow up with him as soon as I post this.

Always a good idea if you do not speak Chinese, if you can afford it and he doesn’t cramp your style.

Finally, as soon as the dates are firm I’ll post them and I hope I can meet some of you there and pop for drinks, dinner, whatever as a way of saying thanks.

I doubt that I can make it when you are there, because I will only be there for a short while if I indeed come to SZ. However, maybe time for a drink if I show up, who knows?

1. Was 500RMB for both or each?
2. Which hotel and what was the time when the girls got back to your room?
3. Wonder how both girls got by the security since usually they are NOT allowed after 11pm. If the time is before 11pm, usually you will have NO trouble with security.

Thanks....

This board is an amazing resource.Hey there,

Sounds like a fun trip. I will be doing a trip as well. Starting dec 5th in HK, followed by trips to China, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia. Possibly Singapore, Korea and Indonesia. Planning to spend 3-6 months. I will be in Saigon in January and back again the same period you are there.

I prefer local hangouts as it is better value but willing to splurge with higher end girls. Have been to most of this countries before and know my way around some places. However i am up for anything fun. And would welcome any members suggestion on where to go and what to do. I would do the same. This time I will take camera / camcorder. Maybe hook up with asian rain and SB to start a new web site. LoL!

Would love to grab a beer and share info/stories etc etc.

Cheers!

500 RMB was for both.

Later 300 RMB was for both also.

The hotel was on a side street from Shan Nan road, but the name I cannot recall.

The first time all three of us walked together it was around 10 pm.
At that time the front desk people were watching us but did not say anything.
When they came back it must have been around 12 midnight. They had no problem coming up to the room and knocking on the door.
The security knocked on my door I think around 1 am in the middle of having sex with the second girl. All the time both the girls were actively engaged with irrespective of who I was having sex with.
When I opened the door he mentioned two girls were not allowed in the room. I said one of them is going soon. I thought the security wont come back. After half an hour he did come back again and said the same thing. The girls tried to protest. But me wanted to be on the safe side told them to go.
Also because I had to catch an early flight to Shangai.
So I guess if I want two girls I have to take one in first and let her stay in the room and go out and fetch the other after half an hour or so. I really don't know whether that will work.
I stayed before in Oriental and they did not even care who I was with at all times.

visited a couple of mp's in jusco and they had the builders in. all the ensuite shower rooms had been boarded-off from the bedrooms. a couple of rooms had the bed removed and were now shower rooms. the wooden doors are gone and now they have glass. even with these no-funny business measures in place the door had to be left open during the massage. that said the girl was still game and indulged in a bit of a fiddle, but with everyone from the cleaning lady to the builders walking past and peering in i couldn't help feeling that i preferred the way it was before.

she kept pointing at the old boy and saying wait till after the 4th.

whenever i set off for jusco a crackdown always gets there first.

fyi: she was a 9.Yes, you overpaid. The V-bar is full of foreigners and is an upscale bar with prices to match so the girls ask high prices. Foreigners - especially non chinese speakers pay more.

I was there earlier this year and paid $1000RMB for ST - She asked for $1200. Shower, BBBJ, Cowgirl, standing up with her wrapped around me and a doggy finish. She was an 8 - a spinner with a very nice body, no english. I posted a report in WSG and got flamed for paying too much.

I spoke to a regular who knew his prices and said the going rates were $500RMB to $1000RMB depending on the girl, your negotiating ability and the level of business that night. I also got a freebie that same trip that was very enjoyable. Some girls ask for as much as $500US. So the prices vary wildly. If you shop and negotiate, $600-800RMB is about right for a caucasian with no mandarin. In July I paid $800RMB at another nice Shenzhen hotel for a ST, about an 8 with a little negotiating.

IMO price is not all important, I value the relative safety, security and convenience of the Hotel and am willing to pay more for this.

Hi, there:

The way things look now is that I'll be going to Bangkok and then Phnom Penh and Saigon in early January (still waiting for a mileage ticket to come through) and will bounce back and forth, using Phnom Penh as home base, for about 12 weeks. Around end of April/early May I'll fly to HK (that stop is on my ticket) and go directly either to Shekou or Shenzen and then wander around from mattress to mattress in the Dongguan area for 5 or 6 weeks. No itinerary at all yet. I feel like I've imposed enough on the members of this board but will go back and ask for more info -- travel ideas, hotels, must-stop towns -- when my dates are set and I can get more specific.

In the meantime, thanks to everyone who's helped out so far.

Hope to see you there.

I have never picked a girl up at V bar, but have been there.

Yes, you were ripped off. Or should I say, you paid higher than necessary. But of course V bar is convenient if you stay at Crowne Plaza.

You can go to Fu Xing Lu at Futian and go through the mommies and find some 8's 9's for RMB200 one time at your hotel or RMB500 -600 all night.

I went there last week and picked an actual recently retired model for that price. She was probably an 8. She definitely was model type, tall, good looking awesome body, etc. They are a dime a dozen in Shenzhen.

Yes, you did overpay. 800 should have done it (even then, there are much better and cheaper options).

The average chinese guy, with a reasonably good job in the city, probably earns about 500rmb a week. So think of rmb as chinese dollars.

So how much should a quick shag in China cost? Go figure...

Was in Nanshan District for a night for the first time last night. Booked this 4-star Ack Cyber Hotel that costs 300RMB at www.shenzhenhotline.com/html/2005/01/20050126121034-1.htm

Thought 300 is really inexpensive for a 4-star place in Shenzhen, and found out later that the area was not very nice. Could be safety problem in the evening. But I didn't mind since I was just staying for one night, and was going to use the inhouse massage service -- because I need a real massage badly. Anyway, I called and the mamasan sent up a tall 168cm girl, 21-year-old 36B from Sichuan. Her name is Luo Lan, a really master of massage. But a newbie in FS industry. I was kinda disappointed finding out that offered no BJ but ML was sensational, no faking, although obviously she's a newbie and has a lot to learn.

Total damage: 200 to the house and 500 tip. I didn't bargain for, her massage was totally unbeatable, and considering this is a 4-star hotel with glass wall for the shower room, which means you can see her all the time, hehe.. obviously a special design for mongers

Anyway, I'm not sure how much English they can handle. And this is probably a place mostly for Shenzhen new middle and upper class men. Just to add this for fellas who'd like to try more, and don't mind to spend a bit more

Overall, an okay experience that I'd rank 8. Massage is 10. Girl gets a 7 look and 8 body. Tall and busty. My cup of tea

This is the guy that got ripped off at the V-Bar. I'm going back to Shenzhen early January.

Any recommendations as to where to score w/some hot *****s? The Las Vegas Club was mentioned in previous threads. Is this a club or a Ktv joint?

Any recommendation is appreciated.

BTW, I'm a fluent Mandarin speaker and I'm into the slender/tall model type.

I rolled into Sha Tsui with 3 white guys and a couple guys of Chinese descent. The Bao An couldn't give a shit about us, but it seemed that there were less girls around than normal. One of those police carts with flashing lights was patrolling the alleys periodically. I picked one Sichuan bunny. Lazy, below average service. Standard fare of 150 RMB. IMHO, I reckon this place is going downhill gradually.

Just my POV.

Geslee:

I cannot help but flame you for paying such a ridiculous price for pussy in the V-Bar (even is she was a "10") after so many posts on the subject on this thread. I could have had 10 pops around town for that kind of money. Even the best KTV girls from the top clubs only get 1,500 for LT; as many pops as you can manage. She sure saw you coming and was laughing all the way to the bank.
