Alright, forget about the report issue :) Talking about the spa, no doubt it's one of the best in Penang. Deco is something like old kampung house but with modern style. My advise is, try to get a room with toilet, so that after the bonk, you can take a shower and even if you don't really like to bonk indon aunties, you can have a shower at the jacuzzi bath tub and wash away the massage oil.
Come to the masseuers, I find all the masseurs there are very friendly and talkactive, those veteran mongers will have find no difficulties to tackle one whereas for newbie, you can get yourself trained there :D
Lastly, I hope mongers do not spread out the news to outsiders (not forum members), this is just purely a share for all of us. We do not want the boss of the spa to know what are the masseuers doing in the room, are we? Thank you.

NPC stands for National Productivity Council. Anyway reports nowadays since 100% PRC takeover consistently shows increase from - RM5 to RM50 for tips, RM 100 to RM150 for ST. But LT is still RM300 though last time I kena katok for RM 500.
Dunno what happened- maybe some bro's spoil them and the market. Better bring back the NL's and CKT's.
Maybe if we all coorperate not to be desperate and give in without bargaining then can we bring the rate down.

Welcome to Penang. Well, my experience is that places like Beach Club/Thai Club in KL are hard to come by in Penang. But having said that, you might be one of the few lucky to strike gold. Just walk to the left of cititel & you can find clubs like SOHO etc.
As for cheong house, you're in the right place too. Places like cathay, taiwan are just nearby. Even cititel also has a spa to indulge in. Do a search on this forum & you should have no difficulty in getting the directions.

I rate freebie pickup as bonus everytime. Penang does offer some freebies however at thimes there are far and apart. I for one usually are not fortunate enough to get freebies every trip but there are the occasional ones from Soho and SS in penang. Downside is that they at times do get sticky.
FYI i do keep a seperate mobile number specially for those extra curricular activity. That makes it a lot easier.

Just for your info we have already started our Penang TT session quite regularly and sharing quite a lot (although not as many as KL).
Bros Mabuk, First Evil, Joseph81, Entau, Waytogo, Joslim, Pearlbang and many others have met up quite a few times. We even had some KL members and Samsters visiting the last time.

Hey bro. Went to cititel but didn'y try the spa. Finished work around 9 plus so didn't bother. (as usual WL will rush and not worth it) so didn't bother. Checked out some places as mentioned. To the left of cititel. Was quite pack Saturday night and I didn't see many gals there. Good looking single or working girls.
Across the street noticed some gals. Not sure if they are FL or trans. Maybe someone can highlight to me.
Anyway made my way to a pub outside Slippery Senorita. Quite cramp and had podium dancers. So had a beer and just checked out the chicks.
Thing is they come in groups of gals without the guys and be quite protective? Are they available?
