Well, like I said, including airfare from OZ, thats still very cheap deal , and the longer the stay the cheaper it will become, which is why they keep cumming here.----IMO.
But I do agree with you on the BKK pollution problems.

Went to this place recently.Gotta agree with Nic Frenchy though.Wow.

I hope you are not comparing the price of one "date". If you are going to compare, base it on one to two weeks of action 2-3 times a day, all nighters, massages, etc. It would cost you $400-$500 a day in Australia to get 3 AMP visits per day, a couple of massages and you will not get all all nighter. It would cost you $1,000 a day if you throw in the all nighter. For practical reasons, most of us do not date MP or bar girls in our own back yard, so that is out too. So your freeby does not count. Many of us have had freebie offers in our own back yards too. In my backyard there are many hostess bars, where freebies are available all the time too, but you invest a few visits and then they get emotionally attached! Too much baggage! I can spend $2,000 total going to BKK (including airfare, which is about $1,000 for me) and get far more action than I would going to Sydney. Thai-only- I live and work outside of Krungtep proper- Nontaburi and Patum Thani- have never seen Farangs in massage here but do not know if they would turn you down- since you are very good Thai and you have good 'thai' manners- should be no problem for you! all signs and language in these places are in Thai.

I did some health spa hopping in Bangkok during a long weekend recently. .
1st night
Went to my favourite spa, Catherine Entertainment Centre (Tel 0-27196670) along the Rama 9 road. It usually has over 100 SYT available at two pricing tier of 1600 and 1900 baht. This centre also has a restaurant with excellent singing show performed by many beautiful and sexy Thai SYT. Worth seeing. Anyway when I arrived there I was disappointed to see that Catherine has already closed for renovation. Bad timing. Never mind. Was told that they will reopened next month. Will come again next month to visit this value for money health spa centre.
Walked over to the nearby La Defence Entertainment Centre a short distance away. Must have been a popular place as it was packed with customers. . Hence only one gal available at the open display area. Quite classy. Mmmm. Next time will come early to see all the other gals.
Decided to go some where else to search for my release. Took a taxi to the Utophia Entertainment (Tel 0-23541300) just off Rama 9 Road. First time for me to this place. Quite nice inside with a typical display housing the 2000 baht gals. Adjacent to the display are some sofa where you can get freelance gals for 2400 baht. Up stair there are also more gals at the 3000 baht and above pricing. I chose a slim and pretty SYT from Mae Som (Northern Thailand) from the 2000 baht display. Walked over to Posaidon with is about ten minutes walk from the HuayKwang MRT. Very nice decoration inside. Went up to the 1 st floor and view over 20 gals which is priced at 2000 baht. Not really good selection. The ktv gals at ground floor looks better in their sexy clothings. Was told that there are model quality gals available upstairs but at higher pricing. Did not view as I wanted to check out a few other places.
Stopped over at Emmanuelle Entertainment club (0-22757474). Also very nice decoration inside. Had a quick view of the gals in display and also the freelances. 3 rd night

Took my time to view the gals. As I was about to make my selection, a tall and slim pretty gal with a CFM look walked passed me and sat by herself at a separate area. Upon enquiry, I was told that she is a model category gal and is priced at 2200 baht. Without hesitation, I selected her. I can see the other customers there looking at us with envy as she held my hand and lead me out from the hall. Quite a good and accommodating FJ session with a model quality gal. On the way back to my hotel I could not resist stopping over at the Colonze2 centre (Tel 0-22746445 www.colenzegroup.com) off Rachadapisek Road, soi 7 (Nathong). Wow. The display is really classy and elegant. The gals available are also nice and pretty. I think the pricing is 2000 baht with a few hundred baht discount if you go before 6 pm. Later I crossed the road and made my way to the Caesars centre (Tel 0-26925063 www.caesarentertainment.com)just beside the HuayKwang MRT. A very large display available with nice decoration inside. Since it was my first visit to Aviva, I can't say whether the place's gone up or down. My recent session there - with Teen - was alright but nothing too special. Massage was quite good and so was BBBJ. Some persuasion was needed for DATY and the rest of the performance was standard if relatively GFE. Prices as stated in recent reports (oil massage standards).

I last posted here about 2 months ago, having visited a place called Alice's near Soi 33 on Sukumvit. (An earlier post had requested if anyone knew of it...so I went). It was a wonderful experience, but something told me it was not the normal (mainly because it has not developed the "Akane" following). Also, I am staying at Livingstone's (wonderful) and the guys there did not know of it. So I went there again this trip to be sure. My feeling had been correct. That girl is gone. annie’s is one of the most famous massage places in bangkok, most likely because it is located close to soi nana. i had heard a lot about annie’s from friends and customers, the basic feedback was always that it was a quite run-down place. after some contradicting reports i decided to check it out a few weeks ago.
the place looks quite run-down. you enter through a kind of bar on the ground level, walk upstairs to the first level of the building and get seated in front of the fish bowl. wooden furniture, a bar – ok atmosphere. though it’s in the name: i could not find a sauna in there.
around 20 girls in the fish bowl, at around 4 pm. the quality of the girls in the fish bowl was not convincing. the majority of ladies are older and a bit chubby. but i also saw 3 – 5 younger ones, a few were slim.
the rooms are big, nicely furnished, some erotic pictures on the walls, but everything is old. a general renovation would be advisable for the owner. queen size beds, a big sized bath tub.
the management seams to be ok, there was no attempt to shorten the session or leave the room for whatever reasons.

aviva has not managed to keep the performing girls and build up quality staff. the last experiences i had there were clearly below my expectations. i cannot recommend this place any more.

love teens just recently opened (july 2006) in the building of the closed hostess bar "lucky luciano" in soi 33. it ovbiously does not belong the the teens group which runs two other oil massage places directly on the oppsite side of the road.
the place was completely renovated and looks modern. if you walk in through the back entrance you directly hit the counter, where you can choose the service from a menu.
the girls are sitting in a room next to that counter. you can select the girls directly, they are lined up then, or from a photo album. there are approximately 10 - 15 girls working there in the moment.
the rooms upstairs are average sized but well equipped. downstairs is a big room with a bathtub - you can have a bath there instead of the usual shower.
the management is did not impress me up to now. the receptionist tried to push me to take two girls - an indication that the main focus of this place is pleasure, not massage.

lotus massage is the successor of the famous baron’s massage. that place was raided by the police approx. 1.5 years ago, closed for nearly 2 months, and then reopened. there are rumors about an ownership change, which i could not verify up to now.
the place looks elderly. if you walk in through the back entrance you directly hit the counter, where you can choose the service from a menu. the front door to sukhumvit is closed in the moment, some construction work is ongoing inside.
the girls are sitting in a room attached to that counter, on the left hand side was a barber shop before – i don’t know whether it is still there. there are not more than 10 girls working there any more. the quality of the girls is low, and so are their skills. it is more a massage place now, but with inexperienced and not well trained massage staff.
the rooms upstairs are small, and run-down now. no renovation was done up to now, still the old barons layout.
the management is ok, but cautious. scared that the place will be targeted from the police again.

orient massage opened in april 2006, as the rising star of the oil massage places in bangkok. most of the girls from patou massage (soi 33) moved over there, together with the management team.
you walk a staircase upstairs to find the counter in a big foyer. next to it is the room with the girls. usually you choose the provider from the photo album, but you can also have a look into the room and choose directly.
the pictures are very close to the reality, what i generally appreciate. no surprises up to now. 15 – 20 girls are working there, the number is rising. a few older ones, the quality is very good, something to find for different tastes, but you find there more the slim category of girls.
the rooms are well sized, not small. they have queen size beds, a small table and a shower. everything is new, shower technology works, everything very clean.
the management is good and friendly, girls are well trained and stay with the customer all the time he has paid for.

tulip massage is (together with angel massage) in the most successful operating oil massage place in bangkok. they are catering mostly western foreigners but also japanese customers.
though the place was opened only 15 months ago the building and entrance looks a bit run-down. if you enter the place there is a small barber shop to the right, and the counter straight on. that foyer is somehow dark and does not look inviting.
there are around 30 girls working there. to select the girls they are either called to line up, or simply assigned from the receptionist. a photo album is not available. the girls are not stunning, most of them older and not really skinny. many of the girls have kids. but – those ladies are extremely experienced in their service.
the rooms are just big enough for their purpose, equipped with a bed, a shower, table. basic, not modern, clean. nothing impressive.
the owner / management – saeng and partners. for those who do not know saeng: she is the legend of barons. the girl which made barons famous and successful. her specialty was anal and prostate massage.

due to a very unpleasant experience i don’t go there any more. but the feedback from the guests from livingstone’s stays positive in general, with only some exceptions. generally still a place which can be recommended.
akane 33 is clearly catering for japanese customers. but nowadays also westerners are going there.
you walk to the entrance, through the car park before, and get seated. you select your service from the menu. basically two kinds of massage available, the lotion massage including a hj and the fashion massage including a bj (socalled “lip service” :d ) ). then some extended menu items for a 2 or even 3 girl service.
the decoration of akane is japanese, it has ambience. rooms for single girl service are upstairs, small cubicles, massage table and a table, the showers are separated from the cubicles. the 2 / 3 girl services are in rooms or the neighboring peep inn short time hotel. everything is clean.
approximately 10 - 12 girls are working in akane 33 now, average, 2 – 3 lookers. but very well trained for the service.

chavalla ii caters mostly for thai. it is located in the upper sukhumvit area, not too many farang customers go there.
you enter the building from the car park behind the building, see the counter in front of you and the fish bowl to the right. at least one papas an should be there, who usually speaks english sufficiently.
when i go there in the afternoons (between 2pm – 4 pm) there are not more than 15 girls in the fish bowl. the selection is average, most of the girls are older (30 up), but girls for different tastes are available.
the place looks very run down, room decoration and facilities are very old. but it is clean.
rooms are small, equipped with a bath tub, a massage table, chair, table for drinks, mirror, tv (porno movie channel available).

service in sazanka still on a very high level. the massage is excellent, and i like the hand jobs there. differs a bit from girl to girl… i still recommend this place. therefor the rating stays unchanged.
sazanka massage provides massage services korean style, basically body scrubs, hot towel massage, lotion massage and a happy ending.
you walk into the place, the counter is on the right hand side, you get seated in a seat group. a menu shows the different packages you can select.
the available girls are shown to you on cards with their pictures, the receptionist never shows more than 3 – 4 cards. the girls there are not particularly beautiful, but skilled.
the place is medium old, and so is all furniture, bath technology, massage tables etc. etc. . but very clean.
the rooms are upstairs, small cubicles, the walls not built up to the ceiling. you can hear many things happening in the other cubicles. this is a special touch this place has. there is a wet zone on ground level, where the shower and scrub activities take place.
no fs is available, it is definitely permitted by the management. bj is available, from very few of that girls.
the management is excellent. the staff is well trained, there is never an issue with shortening any time. the sazanka massage anyway lasts longer than 2 hours.

walking from prom phong bts (skytrain), even soi side of sukhumvit towards asoke/nana, you will see mambo theater set back on the left a few blocks down. walk toward it and make another left and then the right. you will then walk right into the front door about 100 m down. a right at this point takes you to bourbon street restaurant.
3.3.5 remarks
the girls usually do not speak much english.
if you don’t like the girls shown to you on the cards ask for more cards, or wait up to 45 minutes. then more girls should be available.
fs is definitely available, with 2 of the girls, and under special circumstances (no customers in the next cubicle, early afternoon etc. etc. ).
the hj technique from the girls there is remarkable.

it should be clearly pointed out, that the quality of any massage experience depends mostly on the masseuse and the chemistry between the customer and the masseuse.

I have a question about the girls who work in the MPs. If you hang around an MP after they are closed, are you likely to be able to talk directly to these girls as they walk out of the MP and will they go with you for LT normally? Most of the MP girls aren't going to other P4P places after work, I think.
But they will be much more interested in a sure thing.
Many MP girls can be short of bookings, but not all, especially in quiet times of the year. So if they like you, normally you can get their phone number and make private bookings with them that have nothing to do with the establishment. Some of them even phone me incessantly on my mongering number looking for a lucrative sex date. I must have been too good to them.
They will then meet you secretly (for the most part). Make sure you negotiate a price where you will get a better deal and she will get a better deal than at work as well to keep everyone happy.
Sometimes these girls will be available for LT bookings. Sometimes you can take them away for a whole week if the offer is good (and of course you know them well already) and will cover the fines they pay for absenteeism (when excessive).
Some girls have children they have to go home to (or parents), which may limit the possibe arrangements.
As I speak Thai, I'm not sure how easy it will be for someone who doesn't. However the first girl I took away for several days was when I had only studied Thai for 9 months and she had virtually no English. Of course my Thai skills just had to improve from this approach. This is one of my (our) favourite places and that 1000Thb HJ deal sounds very strange to me.
Before going upstairs you can leave all your valuables in the locker and everybody does it, why he not? . Guy’s who know the deal there keep a few bill’s in the pocket as a tip for in case you like to return to the same girl, (no need to tip) and never 1000 as there is no option for FS.
In this forum is clearly stated that for the 1380Thb the top quality HJ is included and if you are a first time visitor they tell you what is included, in all other 400thb/h massage places a HJ is a 500thb option.

Tonight I went to Noar Cafe workrelated. Usually when I go there I arrive to late and rush on stage and I never have time to look around (that is why they usually never call me anymore). I then went to the cafe side and looked around a bit. I was shocked .... many beautifull girls, really a lot. I then went to the dressing room and met some stunners and noted some phonenumbers.
In short if you are willing to explore a bit more and willing to pay a bit more Noar is definately a place to go to for a change from the usual. You need to speak some Thai though in the cafe.
According to the manager of the servicestaff an average bill of 2000 baht for drinking, eating and sitting with a girl for about 3 hours is normal on the cafe side.
Noar is located near the intersection of Rama IX with Ekkamai. Google "Noar Bangkok" and you will land several sites which have maps with Noar on them for an exact location.

Thonglor girl are very pushy for p4p oil massage for 1 hr is 600 bht paid the house, girl push for fs even before they start the massage I cannot recommend this place because of that, Angel massage girl is a better and more gfe than thonglor I was at angel yesterday and joy offer me very good serivce.

I had a terrible experience at Subway...as soon as we got to the room the girl started whining and asking for more money. I tend to be the kind of guy that will take care of the gal if she takes care of me. She would have done a lot better than what she was asking for if she'd just waited until the end. It got so bad that I got dressed, went back downstairs and told them I was leaving and that I was really upset. They didn't charge me for the session, such as it was, but that's the only good thing I can say about my experience there.

just got back home a short while ago from my second oily in 2 days. a man's got to have a hobby. not sure if anyone's all that interested in this report as i usually only go for oil massages out where i live in the eastern suburbs of bangkok (that's the bangna area, past phra khanong, where there are quite a few suburban-type massage places. good value, good service, usually pay 500 baht for 2 hours and tip the bird 300 for a hj). only occasionally do i venture into city central. sick of the traffic. but i suppose if my information is not much use to anyone on a mongering holiday, then maybe you might just be curious as to what's available in the outer suburbs of bangers.
my last venture into town was about 3-4 weeks ago. went to one of those places just down from nana plaza (same side). if you stand at the entrance to the lane that leads to annies and look across the road, you'll see two mp places. one of which has been given a few quality write-ups. the one i chose was the other. the right-hand one. sort of a shop-front place with the usual foot massage set-up. can't remember the name (sorry, i'm frigging hopeless). anyway, had the usual 2-hour oily with a slightly older lady whose name i didn't ask (i usually don't as the birds in these places tend to change fairly quickly i've found. for example, i've only once ever had the same bird twice out here in my usual haunts. today, in fact). very good service. ended with her putting the towel on her lap and hoisting my nether regions up towards her. gawd, i love that because it tends to create a closer "bond". you get shaken and stirred (sorry, couldn't resist it). she gets the best position to give you a great hj. lots of gentle finger rimming around the knob which usually has me in spasms and then the inevitable. ahh, the vinegar stroke. so that was that. 700 for the 2 hours, 500 for her (so, 400 more than i pay locally). another place in the city that i and my friends have been to in the past (my friends still go, actually) is hair design in soi 11/1. highly recommended for those who like oilies with a happy ending.

Last time i was in Thailand Poseidon was the only Body Massage i tried.
I also ate at the restaurant, which seemed a little bit rundown, despite the fact they had an internal TV circuit that was transmiting images from the fishbowl (?) where girls were waiting to be chosen.
At the time there were probably 30-35, but many of them were arriving (it was probably 3 pm).
About their services, room was ok, and also the girl, i was lucky or choose well.
One thing is certain, its hards to evaluate an establishment, by the fact a girl performed well or bad, and i see many people doing that in this Forum.

You kind of got me on the Turkish Bath; the last time I was there they called em Lira, so I had to check online before I got the joke...my fux pas.
The official denominator is THB, don't you think BTH or Bth is just sort of dislexic, or an informal means of relating: (B)..baht, and (TH) or (th).. to Thai?
There are a lot of other countries where this happens; what's with GBP with the U.K.? I've never seen a price there quoted in GBP.

Went to KL recently, and had the same experience you went through in Bangkok. 10 out to 10, a full disaster.
A good idea maybe would be maps, where places are, ranked by stars (1-5) with user comments.

Sympathy from me . .. coz I had to learn the hard way too like you, but after getting to know the interesting reports through this forum, I have to vouch that KL cheonging or massage scene is nothing compared to Bangkok. If I were to walk along Sukhumvit at night , I believe more than 50% of the puying I lay my eyes on is available for night. I have to admit that the ST cost a little more than those in KL but LT is definately cheaper.

Guess you guys are right as different places offer very different things. We just need to know where to dig. I brought my notebook along but couldn't access ISG as my HM was in the hotel room so I needed to rely on my memory but I guess that didn't help much either.
Over in KL definately the LT charges are much higher easily starting from Baht 5000 (RM500) but the good thing is many types of varieties available like PRC, VC, Thai and many many more.
In terms of GFE I do agree that the LOS is de place as I do experience stuck up local gals whom just know how to spoil the mood.
next time I will make a point to note all value places and to go alone...

Giotto's ratings are still good. Not much has changed over the past 12 months. His top rated MP's are still the best in my opinion. In addition to his first reviews, he did add an April 2007 update. I will be in BKK shortly, and expect to visit my favorites, that are on his list. Keep in mind, his list does not cover the famous soapies on Ratchadapisek, such as Poseidon.
Love Teen is noted as average in his ratings, and based on the room sizes and facilities, I think it's a fair rating. Just an FYI, though, is I have had very good luck there with my selections. If you are over 6' tall, the room size will not work for you. My last two visits had lineups of 20-30 girls.
Tulip, Akane, Sazanka, and Angels are your best bets for non soapies. For soapies, I prefer the Ratchadapisek venues over Darlings and Annies in the Sukhumvit area. Darlings and Annies are more than adequate if you prefer the convenient locations.
Flaming someone back, does not seem to be the right road to follow. It's such a turnoff for other active members, who would otherwise like to help. If I am reading between the lines correctly, you are not a newbie, despite only 19 posts. Anything to share?

On my last trip to Bangkok, I was brought to Ogoto Massage and was qite impressed. It's not that easy to find, as it's located off one of the soi's, and looks quite non-descript from the outside.
When we walked in, there were about 15 ladies, all dressed in white lab coats so it was quite difficult to gauge body shapes. There is a menu of 'courses' offered, from basic Thai traditional massage to 'happy endings' (I was suprised that this was laid out in the menu).
I selected Donuts, a 19-year old, and we were escorted upstairs. The rooms are all really small cubicles - perhaps befitting the Japanese identity - with about 5 rooms on each floor with mattresses. A major turn-off was that every floor had a shared bath/shower room at the end of each corridor, although it was all very clean and hygienic.
