I only quoted your post to try and give some context as to what to do if you (general, not specific) find a post mentioning a place, like an MP, and you don't know where it is. Prime example, ME. I read Newton York's FR's on a number of MP's on Soi 33. But that can be misleading, given the large number of sub-sois that establishments can actually be on. They might say Soi 33, but it's actually at the end of some sub-soi. Even main soi's can turn off, then pick up again a block, two blocks away. So a google map, plus street views showing what's on the corner, can help (I hope) to know where to turn. Some MP websites actually have numbered pictures of where to turn. Tulip, street level, is a bit low profile, and my "wait, wait" marker is the 7-11 close by.
For me, it's all part of the fun, blazing a trail, searching for a nugget in that gold mine.
