Yesterday went to Annie. Had some initial conversation with Aey and fortunately, when I went there she was there to help..
Selected the letter 'T'. Was nice.

Just back from Bangkok today, but before going to the airport was down on Suk so thought I'd pop to soi 2 rather than going all the way up to Natatree.
It was about 5pm good selection on both sides of the fishbowl (obviously slightly quiet as they all rushed to get into position when I went up the stairs.)

Maybe retrain the lady, find out if there was anything wrong from her side, maybe she is not feeling 100% and this would be a way of me finding out. maybe she is not enjoying the job and I can find a new place for her in another one of our businesses.

Annie's is ok as are others. If you find a nice girl who shares your tastes you can think any place is wonderful to be honest. I have never been to Angel so perhaps I should put that on the list for my next trip. But regarding Annie's, I have been there (but I don't get free drinks, free meals, free service, etc.), and I like the place.
My experience has always been 2 shots, no matter how hard the girl had to work for the second. I have never had a "woofer" cuz there is no reason to. If there were no girls to my liking, I would come back later or visit another venue. I think Aey claims to have 80 to 100 girls, so I should be able to find someone who appeals to my tastes.
Yes, perhaps FLs are cheaper, but you may also get a lazy starfish and have no recourse if she leaves after 20 minutes. I believe there are some "standards" of service expected at Annie's, and the girls tend to conform with them (my experience). Complaints to Aey seem to get listened to and at least there is a chance of having them addressed satisfactorily. Try going back to Beergarden with a complaint about a girl!

All I want is the boards to represent a free and fair appraisal of places and prices (including pointing out the not mentioned demands for tips). The only way to do this is to counter certain posters who appears for some reason or another to be "paid for" promoters of certain places.
For example we know Annies has a few old haggard farangs who hang around there using the Wi-Fi and we know they help Aey with her posts and email replies (yes you may be getting mail from a man, not Aey) and its very likely they have multiple user names to help post "positive reports".

Sitting in Soi 7's Bier Garten (yes, I do remember which FR this is), I always seem to spot one do-able. Lot of chaff there, but I can always spot some wheat. One looked promising, and as I was debating, I was just getting ready to catch her eye, when up walks her friend. She's been trumped. I know, I'm like a kid in a candy store, but the friend was it.

I personally I like them small, firm and natural. Shape can be more important than size. I like them round and firm with no sag. Now I have confirming about nipples.

Headed back to the room and it's much as everyone else has said. Nice accommodations. Could use a touch up here and there but I really had no complaints at all. How do I handle this situation.
A customer walks in and speaks to one of my mamsans. I can hear what he asks for and he asks for a service that only some of our ladies can offer. The ladies that can offer this service are pointed out to him. He says he does not like them but points at another lady. My mamasan explains to him this lady can no do what you want and has very low low English.
He say ok, smile and says I can take care of her.

Remember this lady does not know what the customer has asked for before going in the room as it was a service that she can not offer.
When he found me I asked him, do you asked for a service that you knew this lady does not offer and was you trying to do this to her, he said no I not ask for this. I said what you not ask the lady or you not ask anyone includes my mamasan and I point at her. He said I ask no one, my mamasan in shocked now. Now I do not know what to do also. What I think is the best thing to do is offer him a lady that does do what he likes for not charge and for another 2 hours and or a refund and maybe, I do not know about the next bit, but not let him back in again as my lady was a little scared.

A customer walks in and speaks to one of my mamsans. I can hear what he asks for and he asks for a service that only some of our ladies can offer. The ladies that can offer this service are pointed out to him. He says he does not like them but points at another lady. My mamasan explains to him this lady can no do what you want and has very low low English.
He say ok, smile and says I can take care of her.
50% through the session the lady comes out and explains to me that the customer is asking for a service that she cannot offer. I explain go back in, try your best and if he carries on come out and I will talk to him or something like this.
I found out this after the customer had gone
She goes back in the room and is saying to him no to his ever more trying hard to go back to what she can not do. After her saying no many times the customer is not happy, comes out finds me and complains.
Remember this lady does not know what the customer has asked for before going in the room as it was a service that she can not offer.
When he found me I asked him, do you asked for a service that you knew this lady does not offer and was you trying to do this to her, he said no I not ask for this. I said what you not ask the lady or you not ask anyone includes my mamasan and I point at her. He said I ask no one, my mamasan in shocked now. Now I do not know what to do also. What I think is the best thing to do is offer him a lady that does do what he likes for not charge and for another 2 hours and or a refund and maybe, I do not know about the next bit, but not let him back in again as my lady was a little scared.
Can any of you think of a better way of handling this situation
I have posted this because it did happened. I was a little lucky also as we had many customers in the area, 3 of them explained to the customer why not take a free session with another girl, he mumbled something and then another said she just offered you free sex or your money back, he then said no and the customers that helped me laughed and said leave him alone.

I am a first timer in Thailand and I figured I should try Annies since I heard it is a must do when in BKK. I am staying at the Nana Hotel so it is basically behind the hotel a block or two. About noise.
It is hard to keep all the noise out for 2 reasons.
1 A lot of the noise comes through the old aircon system that is built into the hotel. We are not allowed to block it off even though we have our own separate aircon system now. This means noises out in the bar area, fishbowl area and in the walking area echo a lot through it. Sometimes if you go to the toilet you can hear people talking in the bar area better than if you are sitting in it.
2 Some times out in the bar area we are very busy and yes it does get noise for sure I must agree. This depends a lot on the time of day.
If this is one of the things that will make a session not good for you please ask us for one of the rooms at the back. These where allowed to have the old aircon system vents closed off and they are far away from the bar and fish bowl area and are very quite, no one goes out there but to get to the rooms. The rooms are bigger, have to sets of doors to get to them and there is no extra charge for using them.

Actually, Fast Eddie isn't necessarily wrong. Indians love discounts which is why, in india, many just enter a shop and even before looking at the goods or prices, ask how much discount is provided. It does not mean they are bad, it is how things work in India so why not try to apply it in thailand? After all, many shops are ready to negotiate prices.

And yes, they will have more than 1 condom, or, if not, will take a 5 minute break to go get another.
For bar girls and FL's, such as those at Soi7 Bier Garten, safer to bring your own, but if you don't, she will stop at 7/11 while you buy some (I don't think you can go more than 2 blocks without hitting a 7/11).
As to lubricants... try some foreplay and see if you can induce the natural kind :) But if not, she will have; after all, it's her merchandise to save the wear and tear on...
Little advice: don't worry too much - this is Thailand, and the Thai's being Thai, they will find a way to do what needs to be done, saving face for all.

It has been a long time since I have posted anything with info and this is really been because of all the things happening in my city of Bangkok.
I on purpose did not get involved in any posts about the problems in Bangkok because I am Thai. I have posted on Thai forums about my beliefs in this but those forums are about politics in Thailand and this forum is not. Plus I felt, even if the next thing I say is true or not, if a Thai person on a forum about not Thailand politics with no Thai people reading it has a Thai person posting on it about the problems my views might change none Thai peoples opinions more strongly and this is not right, as none Thai people need to make up own minds themselves from what they see themselves and not watch stupid news reports, which I think did not show really what was happening with government and reds shirts.
I know posting about it was happening on this forum but these where my reasons for not getting involved and I hope this makes sense.
From a Thai person eyes.
Bangkok now for Thai people is really back to normal. I have a way of measuring this and it is by traffic. I live far away from work and I do this so I can keep my life and my work life separate. The drive into work during the problems was taking me by normal roads 35 minutes. If not have problems in Bangkok I drive toll way all the time and to work this is normally 45 minutes. If I was stupid and in normal times I take normal roads it would take about 4 hours. From 12 days ago I could no way take the normal roads anymore to work and I really have not done for 3 weeks. My drive time is back to 45 minutes to 1 hour to get to work on toll ways. Thai markets and taxis and motorbike taxis are all back on the streets and work as normal.
Hotels.
Many of the big hotels are only having 8-10 customers. I talk to some of the staff as this helps me understand how many customer they have so I can work on getting the right amount of Ladies in. The smaller hotels that are more, customer now the owner are doing well as always. I think that some of the big hotels may be looking at doing some good prices soon. I also have friends that work on Airplane companies and they also say are looking into better prices for Bangkok at the moment and some have already open this.
Bars and nightlife’s.
Many bars where closed during the problems, they are all open now. Nana plaza is not busy and soi 4 is not busy really. Soi cowboy is still not as busy as before but I see more customers now than on soi 4. In the problem times many ladies in many places went back home and decided not to work for a while. I have seen some of these ladies come back now but not all. I think many will not come back still for a while. This is how I know when tourist’s numbers go up, as I will see more ladies in bars and gogo. As soon as the working ladies that went home are told by the ladies that did not stop working, it is back to normal, many more ladies will come back to Bangkok.
Annie’s for 2 weeks was quite, more quite than I can remember, I know that other places where worse than us and only getting 5-10 customers a day which I would almost think is not worth opening for. This is bad for the ladies that work in them places and I wish them get busy soon.
During the last 14 days we have had some odd good days again and even though we are near to back to normal we are not anywhere same what we was before the red shirts started as our biggest days ever since opening where before the red shirts started.
During the problems we had so many ladies asking for work, more than normal and it was sad to say no to them but we had to. The reason for saying no is we are loyal to our ladies that was with us before this started and stayed with us through the problem times. Yes we did lost some ladies due to getting so quite but many stayed. The ladies that stayed with us should get the first share of the smaller amount of customers we had. We recognise the loyalty of not only our customers but also and as important our staff. I have taken on some more ladies now in the last few days as we have got more busy. I have attached 2 on here.
This is trying to making sure we sill have enough customers for all our ladies to take home money at pay time and keep a spreading of big choices styles for our customers.
I have emails from many friends from this forum and others asking me all through the red shirt days about are we ok and I thank you for this it does mean a lot to me and when we have a staff meetings I also explain these to our ladies. I hope my email replies backs helps you understand what was happen here and the dangers and not dangers in Bangkok before.
From the emails I get from customers I can work out that this month at the end June will start to get even more busy, very close to what we was before the red shirts started. By this time I will start to allow more ladies to come to work as this will make sure we have the right amount of ladies for our customers. By the end of July I think it will start to look good again.
Bangkok at the moment is safe and from what I can tell you it will be for a long while now. Things will change in politics here and I think will be many surprises but the people in power I think will not let this happen again for a very very long time.

At least the airline industry is very confident since TG does not seem to offer much lower prices for my setp/oct trip in the area.
Have experienced even a 70% increase with TG on the BKK-Samui return route from the usual one! I hit back switching to Bangkok Airways who had "only" a 20% increase (that goes on account on the weak euro, I am afraid)

Annie's is a bit of a walk from Nana Skytrain as I found out. It didn't look too far on a map but I was drenched in sweat by the time I found the place.

A new generation of pictures for a new generation of Annie’s Ladies.
Since the quite times of the red shirt problems in Bangkok and I posted this before, we on purpose lowered our levels of ladies, this we felt, even though not very nice for the new ladies, they understood the reasons why we did it and keep our loyal trusted staff and some of the newer ladies we moved on. Lucky for us we have started to gain customers much faster than many other places in Bangkok and this means we have been getting some very very not only much more better looking ladies than before but much more intelligent ladies.
We have added another 15 ladies to our numbers in the last 4 days and 1 of these ladies have better English than me and another one of these ladies seems to not only be one of the best looking ladies we have had but also from customer feedback maybe be the best in the room we have had.
I know what will happen now, I will get posts and emails asking me which ladies these are, well I am not going to post this or answer it on a email and I am not going to put pictures of them on the internet yet. The pictures attached have no smart picture angels, no photoshop, they are even wearing the clothes they wear when they are at Annie’s and the same makeup. The 2 ladies pictures I have added are not the most pretty new ladies we have but I am hoping that it will give you all an idea of the efforts we are making to make sure that when you book a lady or see a lady on our site, this is what you get.
For this new style picture I would like some feedback, is the new style better.
I would also like to post that Bangkok even though still not busy like before I think is more safe than ever now. I have been told by customers on emails that many of the large hotels now have lowered the prices a little and some of the airlines have also. If I was a tourist this is the time to come to Bangkok, lower prices, more focus staff for the lower level of customers they have and a cleaner more safe Bangkok for the visitor and not Thai living here.

There is a good reason why I have been returning to Annie’s over years on end; the personal service by the staff and ladies have always been excellent! Very very busy night better than most of our high season nights last year. Some of our ladies had many many customers and sometimes a lady gets just too tied. Will give the ladies the opportunity to leave early if they do not want to work if they have had many customers and some ladies take this, which is good.
Tonight a lady had 6 customers which she has had before as she is one of our most popular ladies. Her 7th customer walked out of the room, found me and explained he was not happy and told me what was wrong. To be honest it was wrong and I was on his side from the start of what he said and I even explained this to him. I then asked please let me speak to my lady and find out what was wrong and I am sure it was a misunderstanding and once it is explained to you we can all find a way of making everyone happy. This is my job.
I talked to my lady and she agreed she was no good and did not offer the service that she should have. The way she explained it was even worse than the way he explained it. The way she explained it if is I was a man I would have been very angry and would have come out and said some not very nice things. This customer was calm, nice friendly and even to nice about some things. Even before he started to get even nicer about it I took out his money and tried to give it him back. He said no, I know that some cultures you have to try and give them money a few times, this is not refunds I am posting about as this type of thing does not happen very often but just offering money, after trying to give it a few times they then say yes but this man just would not take the money off me. His friend then came out the room, very happy and we all talked about it all together including my lady. Even she was asking for the money off me to give back to him. We even said how about a free session here if not now later if you do not want the money back.
The real thing I am trying to ask is if I can not give the money back and he will not take a free session or something like that then what next can I do. He was not a bad guy he was very nice and all that he said was true. If a problem happens and when you are as busy as we are then of course things happen and I do not like to let a customer out of Annie’s without closure.
I would like to finish this with not another question but if you the customer are reading this and I am sure you know who you are, email me and arrange to come in and see us again for free. I said to you over and over again, I am here for customer service if you do not want your money back or a free session please is there anything else I can do for you and you said no. I was shocked. Again please come in again speak to me. I am in everyday.

It looks he was cool all along the issue and never had a bad attitude.

I think you have done the right thing by attempting to resolve the issue with the customer in a friendly manner. The fact that he does not want to accept a refund or free session seems to indicate that he is happy with your resolution, which is the most important part of customer service. Trying to force "compensation" on him may actually do more damage. He is the sort of customer most businesses would dream of having.
If he comes back again, do not force anything on him. Just be nice again and pretend nothing has happened in the past, but make sure he gets good service.
There are two old rules of marketing in some english countries:
#1. The customer is always right
#2. If the customer is wrong, refer to #1.

The better looking a lady is the more of this style customer picks her. 10am to midnight 2 hour sessions per time added to this maybe a waiting time for the next customer would be maximum 6 in one day. The in and outs are no massage no talking just a quick time in the room. Every customer is different and not all men have the time or want 2 hours servcie with massage etc.
