I saw a couple of and-accompanied russian girls eating out at a mexican restaurant in Angeles. Quite loud but enjoying their conversation together. I didn't strike up a conversation.

Unless foreign Russian ladies are definitely on the game in Philippines I would be reluctant to get involved just on the chance there are bad people involved.

Sorry to revise an old post but I am in a dive destination here that is also a backpacker destination. Lots of transient foreigners come through here, male and female, often couples but siggle women traveling alone is not uncommon.

At the dive shop I frequent there are always one or two foreign women diving, most are here with their foreigner boyfriends but I get a direct invite back to their hotel or a request to come to my place about once a month. I also get more than a few indirect hints of what may be on offer. I don't do anything to solicit an offer or hint that I am looking, just being my normal helpful self and generally talk diving.

These are often hot 20 somethings up to mid 40's, and I am in my late 60's, Now if I could just convince my live in Philippine GF to enjoy the fun and excitement of 3 somes.
